Description

一种凸转角LED灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,特别是一种散热性能良好的、且可以安装在凸起的90°转角的LED灯。
背景技术
现在,市场上越来越多的照明光源使用的是LED光源灯,LED灯的节能和发光能力强是其独特的优点,但其最大的缺点是散热能力差。而现在解决LED灯散热效果的技术方案大多采用直接在LED灯条的两端或LED灯的中间设置散热片,进而达到散热效果。但是这种散热结构散热效果不好,且其吸收的热量没有办法有效的排出,进而,导致整个LED灯的使用寿命减少。
另外,现在的LED灯直接是直条型的,可以应用于屋顶的地方。但是有些在侧面的墙壁转角的位置也需要安装灯饰,而这些地方的灯饰大多是延伸出一个LED灯架,然后再装上灯,这种安装方法占用了太多的空间,且照明效果不好,只能照亮灯下方的一片区域,不能起到良好的照明效果,并且光线大多直接照射到人眼,容易对人眼造成损伤。
以上问题,值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种凸转角LED灯,可以安装在凸起的90°转角处,并且可以进行良好散热,又不会对人眼造成损伤。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一种凸转角LED灯,包括灯体和灯体内部的灯珠,其特征在于,所述灯体截面呈270°扇形,在扇形的两条半径的内部分别设有散热板,散热板上安装有隔热板,隔热板上设有电路板,所述灯珠均匀分布在电路板上,在扇形两条半径外侧分别设有安装板,安装板的宽度与扇形半径相同,从扇形半径的中间位置向外延伸,使安装板与扇形圆心隔一空隙,
进一步的,在每一排的灯珠上方设有向下倾斜的挡板。
进一步的,所述挡板与水平方向的夹角为20°-60°。
进一步的,所述安装板通过螺钉与墙体连接。
进一步的,所述安装板与墙体粘连。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本实用新型的LED灯适用于安装在凸转角处,270°的灯体可以与90°的转角契合;另外本实用新型的安装板处于凸出的状态,使得安装后灯体的转角处留有空隙,可以使得散热板将热量更充分的散发;在灯珠的上方设置挡板,使得安装在不高的转角时,光线不会直接照射人眼,直接照亮地面,可以起到良好的装饰作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图1所示,本实用新型提供一种应用于墙体凸转角处的LED灯,其外部由灯体1和安装板2构成。该灯体1的截面呈270°扇形,恰使其90°的缺角安装于墙角,安装板2的宽度与扇形半径相同,从扇形半径的中间位置向外延伸,使安装板2与扇形圆心隔一空隙。安装时,可以将安装板2通过螺栓与墙体连接,或者是使安装板2的后面与墙体通过玻璃胶粘连(图示中均未画出)。
如图2所示,在灯体1内部,在扇形的两条半径的内部分别设有散热板5,散热板5上安装有隔热板4,隔热板4上设有电路板3,所述灯珠6均匀分布在电路板3上。
如图3所示,在每一排的灯珠6上方设置挡板7,在一些幽暗的房间中,可以将本实用新型的LED灯安装于墙体转角靠近地面的地方,但是为了避免灯珠6发出的光线直射人眼造成损伤,挡板7可以遮挡光线,挡板7向下倾斜并与水平方向的夹角为20°-60°,这样可以照射地面,既不会造成人眼损伤,也可以起到良好的照明及装饰作用。图2中为显示灯珠6的状态,故没有画出挡板。
本实用新型中未提到的技术特征为现有技术,此处不再赘述。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本实用新型专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本实用新型专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本实用新型专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

  1. 一种凸转角LED灯,包括灯体和灯体内部的灯珠,其特征在于,所述灯体截面呈270°扇形,在扇形的两条半径的内部分别设有散热板,散热板上安装有隔热板,隔热板上设有电路板,所述灯珠均匀分布在电路板上,在扇形两条半径外侧分别设有安装板,安装板的宽度与扇形半径相同,从扇形半径的中间位置向外延伸,使安装板与扇形圆心隔一空隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种凸转角LED灯,其特征在于,在每一排的灯珠上方设有向下倾斜的挡板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种凸转角LED灯,其特征在于,所述挡板与水平方向的夹角为20°-60°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种凸转角LED灯,其特征在于,所述安装板通过螺钉与墙体连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种凸转角LED灯,其特征在于,所述安装板与墙体粘连。
