一种LED灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,特别是一种散热效果良好的LED灯。
背景技术
现在LED作为一种绿色、节能的固态光源在照明领域的应用越来越广泛,随着LED灯的普遍应用,人们对LED灯的关注度也越来越多。而现有的LED灯结构复杂、散热面单一,散热效果不好,因此,LED灯的使用寿命明显较短,因此急需一种能够增强散热效果的LED灯。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种LED灯,增加了灯体的散热效果,增加LED灯的使用寿命。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一种LED灯,包括灯头和玻璃罩,其特征在于,所述灯头与所述玻璃罩之间有一绝缘块,绝缘块与所述玻璃罩密封连接,绝缘块中央设有一散热层,在玻璃罩内绝缘块下方固定有绝缘板,在绝缘板上均匀插接若干个灯条,每个灯条上设有若干个LED灯珠,且在灯条背部连接有吸热条,吸热条穿过绝缘板与绝缘块中的散热层连接,吸热条将吸收的热量传递给散热层进行散发。
进一步的,所述灯条与灯头通过带有绝缘皮的导线连接。
进一步的,所述灯条至少有5根。
进一步的,所述绝缘板为圆柱体。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,首先,本使用新型的灯条设计使其发光全面,,可以达到360度无死角发光,重要的是,本实用新型中在灯条背后的吸热条将灯条产生的热量充分进行吸收,然后传递给绝缘块中的散热层进行散热,散热效果更佳,大大增加了LED灯的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
本实用新型提供一种LED灯,在现有LED灯的基础上增加了散热结构,保证了灯的散热效果。
如图1所示,本实用新型的LED灯,包括灯头1和玻璃罩3,灯头1与玻璃罩3之间有一绝缘块2,绝缘块2与玻璃罩3密封连接,在玻璃罩3内绝缘块2下方固定有绝缘板4,在绝缘板4上均匀插接若干个灯条5,每个灯条5上设有若干个LED灯珠6,为了保证良好的发光效果,至少有5根灯条5均匀分布在绝缘板4上。另外,绝缘板4通常设为圆柱体。
如图2所示,在灯条5背部连接有吸热条51,吸热条51将灯条5产生的热量充分吸收。
如图3所示,在绝缘块2中央设有一散热层21,吸热条51与该散热层21连接,将吸收的热量传递给散热层21,进而,散热层21将热量充分散发。
当然,为了保证LED灯正常发光,灯条5与灯头1通过带有绝缘皮的导线(图中未画出)连接。
本实用新型中在灯条背后的吸热条将灯条产生的热量充分进行吸收,然后传递给绝缘块中的散热层进行散热,散热效果更佳,大大增加了LED灯的使用寿命。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本实用新型专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本实用新型专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本实用新型专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种LED灯,包括灯头和玻璃罩,其特征在于,所述灯头与所述玻璃罩之间有一绝缘块,绝缘块与所述玻璃罩密封连接,绝缘块中央设有一散热层,在玻璃罩内绝缘块下方固定有绝缘板,在绝缘板上均匀插接若干个灯条,每个灯条上设有若干个LED灯珠,且在灯条背部连接有吸热条,吸热条穿过绝缘板与绝缘块中的散热层连接,吸热条将吸收的热量传递给散热层进行散发。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述灯条与灯头通过带有绝缘皮的导线连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述灯条至少有5根。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述绝缘板为圆柱体。
