背景技术

因此出现了一些棘轮扳手,可以控制扳手只作单方向的运动而不会造成回转。如中国专利CN2389754Y所公开的“棘轮扳手”,该棘轮扳手在扳手的头部设有一容置孔,其内设有棘轮,扳手设一容纳制齿的容置槽,容置槽末端设有一容珠孔,其内设有弹簧及钢珠,钢珠抵顶制齿,该棘轮扳手,虽然结构简单,而且能够实现制齿的单向旋转,但是该棘轮扳手通过钢珠和制齿的结构控制该棘轮扳手,只能控制该棘轮扳手向左或者向右空转,也就是说该棘轮扳手只有两档控制功能,并没有中间档,也就是说该棘轮扳手只能向右空转或者向左空转,并不能固定在中间档不会空转。并且这样的棘轮扳手在档位转换时不是非常明显而且不易控制。而且这样的棘轮扳手加工比较复杂,不利于提高生产速度以及量产。
另外传统的棘轮扳手,很大一部分扳手头部有一面是不穿空的,通常是采用数控设备加工出来,所以造成生产成本高,生产效率低的问题,需要做改进设计。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于安装拆卸,并且加工方便,便于量产的棘轮扳手。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种棘轮扳手,包括头部,与头部相连的手柄以及位于头部内的齿轮件和制动组件,其特征在于:

  5. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的棘轮扳手,其特征在于:所述中间控制块(43)的截面为一楔形,其具有分别顶住左、右制动片的两侧平面,以及位于底部的弧形的底面。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的棘轮扳手,其特征在于:所述通孔(11)包括两侧的用于容置左、右控制片的左、右容置部位,并且该左、右容置部位的中间部位呈弧形向通孔(11)外侧突出,该弧形突出的部位用于容置所述弹簧。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的棘轮扳手,其特征在于:所述齿轮件(3)的两端之一设有一连接头(32)露出于所述上、下挡片的其中之一。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的棘轮扳手,其特征在于:所述通孔(11)靠近手柄(2)的一侧分别设有两个定位凹槽(15)分别用于容置左、右制动片的一端,该左、右制动片的另一端向着所述齿轮件(3)延伸并与齿轮件(3)上的齿轮面相配合控制。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的棘轮扳手,其特征在于:所述通孔的两端分别设有容置上、下挡片的上安装槽(12)和下安装槽(13)。
