Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Portioniereinheit (21) mit einem elastischen Schlauchpumpenschlauch (31), mit einer auf den elastischen Schlauchpumpenschlauch (31) einwirkenden Schlauchpumpe (61) und mit einer Portioniereinrichtung (41) zum Portionieren von fliessfähigen Massen und Pulver. Die Portioniereinrichtung (41) umfasst ein der Schlauchpumpe (61) nachgeschaltetes erstes Quetschventil (42) und ein dem ersten Quetschventil (42) nachgeschaltetes zweites Quetschventil (47), wobei die Quetschventile (42, 47) mechanisch gesteuert sind. Weiter betrifft die Erfindung eine Anordnung mit mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Portioniereinheiten (21), einen Schlauchpumpenschlauch, eine Schlauchpumpe sowie ein Verfahren zum Portionieren von fliessfähigen Massen und Pulver mit einer solchen Portioniereinheit (21).
