进一步地,所述容纳孔内设有用于锁块复位的复位弹簧,所述开关件设有用于推动锁块的受控部移动的斜面。
进一步地,所述基板向调码开关方向延伸有延伸块,所述开关块的下方设有定位柱,所述延伸块设有与定位柱相配合的定位孔。
进一步地,所述开关件靠近旋转块的一端设有缺口,缺口内设有推板,所述旋转块的下端设有两个拨动块,开关件和推板分别设有与拨动块相配合的凹槽,拨动块插入凹槽内。
进一步地,所述壳体包括固定连接的面壳和底壳,底壳的底面还设有底板,所述底板的下端设有安装部,安装部穿过安装缺口连接锁扣座。
进一步地,所述密码轮的下方设有弹片,弹片包括固定部和多个与密码轮相配合的弹性部,固定部固定于壳体,弹性部与密码轮抵接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1至图10,以及具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步地说明。
实施例:参见图1至图10。
一种箱包固定锁10,包括
固定于箱包的壳体,壳体设有锁具,锁具设有用于控制箱体开合的开关件5;
用于锁盖板50的上锁机构20,
开关件与上锁机构20联动连接,当锁具开锁后,开关件5可驱动上锁机构20解锁,盖板50的一端可与箱体分离;当锁具上锁后,开关件5被限位。
本技术方案在实施时,与原有锁箱体的锁具相配合,利用开关件5在控制箱体的同时,也控制盖板50的盖合;即实现开关件5通过上锁机构20控制盖板50的开合。箱体一般包括上箱体和下箱体,盖板50设置在下箱体的侧面,锁具设置在下箱体上,通过锁具同时实现下箱体与上箱体、盖板50之间的开合。
进一步地,壳体的下端设有通孔,所述开关件5设有用于与上锁机构20联动连接的驱动部16,驱动部16伸出通孔,所述上锁机构20包括用于控制盖板50开合的锁盖钩203以及用于驱动锁盖钩203运动的拨动杆204,其中锁盖钩203包括钩部和受控部,拨动杆204的一端与锁盖钩203的受控部联动连接,拨动杆204的另一端与开关件5的驱动部16联动连接。
目前的锁具有很多,如弹子锁、密码锁;当为弹子锁时,锁具通过钥匙开锁,钥匙的旋转带动开关件5运动,此时可以将开关件5设置为与锁芯12连接的偏心凸块,在锁芯12旋转的同时,偏心凸块旋转,偏心凸块旋转将会拨动拨动杆204的另一端移动,从而带动拨动杆204推动锁盖钩203移动,进而实现开合盖板50的功能。当为密码锁时,密码锁的锁舌为开关件5,锁舌在开 锁位置时,拨动拨动杆204的另一端移动,实现开合盖板50。锁舌在上锁位置,拨动杆204、锁盖钩203均保持上锁盖板50的状态。如图8所示,上锁机构20设有锁扣座202和扣板201,锁盖钩203通过扭簧205铰接与锁扣座202内,锁扣座202设有用于盖板扣40插入的通孔,如图7所示;拨动杆204通过销轴206也铰接在锁扣座202内,且拨动杆204的一端与锁盖钩203的受控部抵接,另一端与开关件5的驱动部16相邻或抵接。开关件5的驱动部16离开拨动杆204时,锁盖钩203在扭簧205的作用下翻转,盖板可打开。上锁机构可以直接采用锁钩,通过锁钩的运动或位置变化,达到控制盖板开合的目的。
进一步地,所述箱包固定锁10还包括锁钩组件,开关件5与锁钩组件连接;开关件5与锁具联动连接,当锁具解锁时,推制11可带动开关件5移动,进而实现箱体或盖板解锁;当密码锁装置8上锁时,开关件5被限位。
这里的锁钩组件可以为专利号CN201320508516.8上的锁钩组件,开关件5相当于按钮。
进一步地,所述锁具包括弹子锁,弹子锁包括锁芯12,锁芯12的下端连接有用于推动开关件5移动的旋转块13,旋转块13与开关件5连接。
通过一般的钥匙锁,便可以实现推动开关件5的移动,简单方便。
进一步地,锁具还包括锁芯套7和密码锁装置8,所述壳体的一侧设有滑动孔,滑动孔内设有可滑动的推制11,所述推制11的中部设有用于安装锁芯12的安装孔,锁芯12嵌设于安装孔,锁芯套7连接于推制11的下端且套于锁芯12外,所述密码锁装置8包括密码轮和轮轴,密码轮套在轮轴上,壳体设有密码轮外露的缺口,轮轴的一端与锁芯12套连接或抵接;当密码锁装置8解锁时,轮轴可相对密码轮移动;当密码锁装置8上锁时,轮轴被限位。
除了采用钥匙锁外,这里还增设了密码锁,在密码开锁后,推制11可以带动开关件5移动,从而实现开锁和上锁。
进一步地,所述密码锁装置8还包括调码轮86、复位弹簧82以及调码开关,调码轮86设置于密码轮85与轮轴81之间,密码轮85通过调码轮86与轮轴81套接;复位弹簧82套接于轮轴81上靠近锁芯套7的一端,调码开关包括调码块84和开关块83,所述轮轴81设有沿着轴向方向设置的轴槽812以及多个径向设置的环形槽811,所述调码轮86的轴孔与轮轴81配合,且轴孔设有与环形槽811配合的凸块;所述调码块84设有套接孔,调码块84通过 套接孔与轮轴81上远离锁芯套7的一端套接并可相对轮轴81移动,所述开关块83设有用于推动调码块84移动的斜面51,开关块83还设有执行凸块,壳体设有与执行凸块配合的调码孔,执行凸块伸出壳体。
设置调码轮86、复位弹簧82以及调码开关,便于实现密码锁装置8的调码;调码时,向将密码轮85拨动至正确位置,然后压执行凸块,开关块83挤压调码块84,调码块84抵接调码轮86移动,调码轮86此时的凸块位于轴槽812与环形槽811的重叠处,调码轮86相对轮轴81移动;密码轮85从调码轮86的一端滑动到另一端,此时密码轮85与调码轮86分离,密码轮85可相对调码轮86旋转,同时调码轮86压缩复位弹簧82;此时便可以调整密码轮85位置,从而实现密码调节。当调整完后,松开执行凸块,复位弹簧82复位,同时推动调码轮86、调码块84复位。
进一步地,所述锁钩组件包括基板4、锁钩2、锁块3以及扭簧15,所述锁钩2的两侧延伸有旋转轴22,基板4的上端向上延长有与旋转轴22相配合的基块,旋转轴22搭接于基块,所述扭簧15套接于旋转轴22,所述基板4的下端面设有用于容纳锁块3的容纳孔42,锁块3设置于容纳孔42内,所述锁钩2的一端设有钩部,锁钩2的另一端设有限位部21,基板4的上端面设有用于限位部21旋转通过的开口41,所述锁块3设有与限位部21相配合的卡口31,所述锁块3的下端设有受控部32,受控部32与开关件5的一端联动连接;当上锁时,锁块3的卡口31与锁钩2的限位部21错开,锁钩2的限位部21与锁块3抵接,钩部处于上锁状态;当解锁时,开关件5移动,并带动受控部32移动;锁块3移动后使得锁钩2的限位部21与卡口31相对应,锁钩2在扭簧15的作用下旋转,限位部21旋转至卡口31内,钩部处于开锁状态。
本设计方案中,钩部呈U形,当然也可以呈问号形,在上锁状态时,钩部呈水平状态,即钩部的朝向与箱包固定锁10的长度方向一致;当处于开锁状态时,钩部呈竖直状态;锁钩组件的运动受到开关件5的控制,在上锁时,锁钩2的限位部21在扭簧15的旋转力作用下通过基板4的开口41与锁块3抵接,此时限位部21与卡口31错开,钩部位于上锁状态;开锁时,开关件5移动,带动锁块3的受控部32移动,锁块3移动时,其卡口31与限位部21配合,锁钩2的限位部21进入到卡口31,锁钩2处于开锁位置。在本设计中,锁钩2的复位可以通过设置复位件帮助其复位,也可以通过开关件5带动锁块 3复位。
进一步地,所述容纳孔42内设有用于锁块3复位的复位弹簧82,所述开关件5设有用于推动锁块3的受控部32移动的斜面51。
在使用的时候,采用复位弹簧82辅助锁块3复位;开关件5通过斜面51与锁块3配合,开锁时,开关件5移动,通过斜面51抵靠锁块3并推动锁块3移动,锁块3移动至卡口31与锁钩2限位部21对应的位置,锁钩2在扭簧15作用下翻转打开;上锁时,开关件5复位;锁钩2在拉链片的作用下复位,接着锁块3在复位弹簧82下复位。
进一步地,所述基板4向调码开关方向延伸有延伸块43,所述开关块83的下方设有定位柱,所述延伸块43设有与定位柱相配合的定位孔。
设计定位柱和定位孔用于辅助开关块83的定向移动。避免开关块83偏离移动位置。
进一步地,所述开关件5靠近旋转块13的一端设有缺口,缺口内设有推板14,所述旋转块13的下端设有两个拨动块,开关件5和推板14分别设有与拨动块相配合的凹槽,拨动块插入凹槽内。
推板14可以辅助推动开关件5,其次在通过钥匙开锁时,旋转方向固定,如正向旋转开锁;反向旋转不了。
进一步地,所述壳体包括固定连接的面壳9和底壳6,底壳6的底面还设有底板1。
进一步地,所述密码轮85的下方设有弹片(图中未画出),弹片包括固定部和多个与密码轮85相配合的弹性部,固定部固定于壳体,弹性部与密码轮85抵接。
设置弹片,使得密码轮85在旋转时,由于与弹性部抵接产生一定阻力,拨动更有手感,容易控制旋转速度。
以上仅是本申请的较佳实施例,在此基础上的等同技术方案仍落入申请保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种箱包固定锁,其特征在于:包括
    固定于箱包的壳体,壳体设有锁具,锁具设有用于控制箱体开合的开关件;
    用于锁盖板的上锁机构,
    开关件与上锁机构联动连接,当锁具开锁后,开关件可驱动上锁机构解锁,盖板的一端可与箱体分离;当锁具上锁后,开关件被限位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种箱包固定锁,其特征在于:壳体的下端设有通孔,所述开关件设有用于与上锁机构联动连接的驱动部,驱动部伸出通孔,所述上锁机构包括用于控制盖板开合的锁盖钩以及用于驱动锁盖钩运动的拨动杆,其中锁盖钩包括钩部和受控部,拨动杆的一端与锁盖钩的受控部联动连接,拨动杆的另一端与开关件的驱动部联动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种箱包固定锁,其特征在于:所述箱包固定锁还包括锁钩组件,开关件与锁钩组件连接;开关件与锁具联动连接,当锁具解锁时,推制可带动开关件移动,进而实现箱体或盖板解锁;当密码锁装置上锁时,开关件被限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种箱包固定锁,其特征在于:所述锁具包括弹子锁,弹子锁包括锁芯,所述壳体的一侧设有滑动孔,滑动孔内设有可滑动的推制,所述推制的中部设有用于安装锁芯的安装孔,锁芯嵌设于安装孔,锁芯的下端连接有用于推动开关件移动的旋转块,旋转块与开关件连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种箱包固定锁,其特征在于:锁具还包括锁芯套和密码锁装置,锁芯套连接于推制的下端且套于锁芯外,所述密码锁装置包括密码轮和轮轴,密码轮套在轮轴上,壳体设有密码轮外露的缺口,轮轴的一端与锁芯套连接或抵接;当密码锁装置解锁时,轮轴可相对密码轮移动;当密码锁装置上锁时,轮轴被限位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种箱包固定锁,其特征在于:所述密码锁装置还包括调码轮、复位弹簧以及调码开关,调码轮设置于密码轮与轮轴之间,密码轮通过调码轮与轮轴套接;复位弹簧套接于轮轴上靠近锁芯套的一端,调码开关包括调码块和开关块,所述轮轴设有沿着轴向方向设置的轴槽以及多个径向设置的环形槽,所述调码轮的轴孔与轮轴配合,且轴孔设有与环形槽配合的凸块;所述调码块设有套接孔,调码块通过套接孔与轮轴上远离锁芯套的一端套接并可相对轮轴移动,所述开关块设有用于推动调码 块移动的斜面,开关块还设有执行凸块,壳体设有与执行凸块配合的调码孔,执行凸块伸出壳体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种箱包固定锁,其特征在于:所述锁钩组件包括基板、锁钩、锁块以及扭簧,所述锁钩的两侧延伸有旋转轴,基板的上端向上延长有与旋转轴相配合的基块,旋转轴搭接于基块,所述扭簧套接于旋转轴,所述基板的下端面设有用于容纳锁块的容纳孔,锁块设置于容纳孔内,所述锁钩的一端设有钩部,锁钩的另一端设有限位部,基板的上端面设有用于限位部旋转通过的开口,所述锁块设有与限位部相配合的卡口,所述锁块的下端设有受控部,受控部与开关件的一端联动连接;
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种箱包固定锁,其特征在于:所述容纳孔内设有用于锁块复位的复位弹簧,所述开关件设有用于推动锁块的受控部移动的斜面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种箱包固定锁,其特征在于:所述基板向调码开关方向延伸有延伸块,所述开关块的下方设有定位柱,所述延伸块设有与定位柱相配合的定位孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种箱包固定锁,其特征在于:所述开关件靠近旋转块的一端设有缺口,缺口内设有推板,所述旋转块的下端设有两个拨动块,开关件和推板分别设有与拨动块相配合的凹槽,拨动块插入凹槽内。
