由此,实现了门盖组件100开合方式的多样化,使得用户可根据需要选择是否将前门盖1锁紧在后门盖2上。例如,当洗衣机的放置空间狭小时,可将前门盖1与后门盖2之间的锁紧关系解除,使得门盖组件100打开后,前门盖1与后门盖2呈折叠状态,从而使得洗衣机的高度不致过高。又例如,当前门盖1与后门盖2呈折叠状态而导致从开口向洗衣机内放置衣物不便时,可将前门盖1锁紧在后门盖2上。另外,使用插销3来锁紧前门盖1和后门盖2,门盖组件100的结构较简单,锁紧的操作简单、方便、省力。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的门盖组件100,通过在前门盖1或后门盖2上设置插销3以使得前门盖1和后门盖2可被锁紧,从而实现了洗衣机的门盖组件100的开合方式的多样化,进而满足不同人群对门盖组件100的开合方式的需求。而且使用插销3来锁紧前门盖1和后门盖2,使得门盖组件100结构简单,锁紧的操作容易,方便省力。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1、图2和图5所示,后门盖2的底面上设有凸台21,凸台21上设有插孔211,前门盖1上设有与凸台21配合的凹槽13,插销3可滑入凹槽13和插孔211以将前门盖1与后门盖2锁紧成一体。由此,门盖组件100的结构较简单。
具体地,如图5所示,插销3包括彼此相连的第一杆体31和第二杆体32,第一杆体31位于前门盖1的下表面上,第二杆体32位于前门盖1内,第二杆体32可沿水平方向移动以锁紧前门盖1与后门盖2。由此,插销3结构简单,加工容易,且第二杆体32容易滑入或滑出插孔211,从而便于锁紧前门盖1和后门盖2。
进一步地,如图5所示,插销3还包括拨块33,拨块33设在第一杆体31上。由此,用户可通过拨动拨块33来将第二杆体32插入插孔211或从插孔211内拨出,从而方便用户操作。可选地,如图5所示,插销3还包括连接杆34,第一杆体31和第二杆体32通过连接杆34相连。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,如图1-图5所示,前门盖1包括盖体11和衬板12,盖体11可翻转地连接在后门盖2上,衬板12设在盖体11的下表面上。
具体地,如图5所示,盖体11与衬板12限定出活动空间14,盖体11的一部分朝向活动空间14凹入形成了凹槽13,凹槽13的周壁上设有贯通的穿孔,当凸台21与凹槽13配合时,穿孔连通插孔211。
更具体地,如图5所示,衬板12上设有在衬板12的厚度方向上贯通的滑槽121,插销3的连接杆34设在滑槽121内,插销3的第二杆体32位于活动空间14内。其中,连接杆34可沿滑槽121滑动,从而带动第二杆体32在活动空间14内沿水平方向移动。当第二杆体32穿过凹槽13周壁上的穿孔而插入凸台21上的插孔211时,第二杆体32将凸台21固定在盖体11上,从而将前门盖1与后门盖2锁紧。
在本发明的一个具体示例中,如图2所示,后门盖2的前表面的上边沿向前延伸形成连接板22,凸台21从连接板22的下表面向下延伸,当前门盖1与后门盖2处于展平状态时,连接板22覆盖在前门盖1的上表面上。
具体地,如图1所示,盖体11包括前半部分111和后半部分112,盖体11的后半部分112形成为向下延伸的弧面板或斜面板,凹槽13设在盖体11的后半部分112上。当前门盖1与后门盖2处于展平状态时,连接板22覆盖在盖体11的后半部分112上,从而使得前门盖1与后门盖2处于展平状态时, 前门盖1与后门盖2的上表面大体平齐,前门盖1的下表面与后门盖2的下表面大体平齐,从而保证门盖组件100的美观度。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,如图1-图4所示,前门盖1通过铰链结构或销轴结构设置在后门盖2上,插销3为圆形且插销3的中心轴线与铰链结构或销轴结构的轴线错开。也就是说,前门盖1与后门盖2之间的连接结构为连接轴4,连接轴4可为铰链结构或销轴结构,铰链结构或销轴结构的轴线即为连接轴4的轴线,当然,前门盖1也可通过钢丝连接在后门盖2上,只要使得前门盖1可相对后门盖2翻转即可。
其中,通过将插销3的轴线与连接轴4的轴线错开,使得插销3连接前门盖1和后门盖2后,前门盖1无法相对后门盖2转动。这里,插销3为圆形可使得插销3的形状简单,加工容易,成本低。当然,当插销3的轴线与连接轴4的轴线错开时,插销3的形状可为其他任意形状。
在本发明的另一些具体实施例中,插销3的至少一部分构造为多边形,插孔211构造为与插销3的至少一部分相匹配的多边形孔。由此,插销3的位置可不受限制,甚至当插销3的轴线与连接轴4的轴线平齐时,插销3也可锁紧前门盖1和后门盖2,避免前门盖1相对后门盖2翻转。从而便于门盖组件100内的构件的优化排布。
当然,插销3的设置形式及设置位置不限于此,例如,插销3可设置在后门盖2内,插销3的前端可从后门盖2的前侧滑出,前门盖1的后侧设置有在展平状态下与插销3对应的插孔。
有利地,插销3为多个。由此,前门盖1与后门盖2之间可通过多个插销3锁紧,从而保证插销3锁紧作用的可靠性,避免插销3受力过大导致折断或变形。
在图1-图4所示的示例中,后门盖2上的凸台21为两个,前门盖1上的凹槽13为两个。插销3为两个,且两个插销3位于两个凹槽13之间。当用户需要锁紧前门盖1和后门盖2时,可将两个插销3分别向前门盖1的左右两端拨动,从而分别将插销3的第二杆体32插入相应凸台21的插孔211内。当用户需要解除锁紧关系时,用户可将两个插销3朝向前门盖1的中间位置拨动。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机,包括根据本发明上述实施例的洗衣机的门盖组件100。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机,通过在前门盖1或后门盖2上设置插销3以使得插销3可锁紧前门盖1和后门盖2,从而增加门盖组件100开合方式,满足用户的多样化需求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的门盖组件,其特征在于,包括:
    前门盖和后门盖,所述前门盖设置在所述后门盖的前侧且所述前门盖相对所述后门盖可翻转;以及
    插销,所述插销可移动地设在所述前门盖或所述后门盖上且设置成可将处于展平状态的所述前门盖与所述后门盖锁紧成一体以防止所述前门盖相对所述后门盖翻转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述后门盖的底面上设有凸台,所述凸台上设有插孔,所述前门盖上设有与所述凸台配合的凹槽,所述插销可滑入所述凹槽和所述插孔以将所述前门盖与所述后门盖锁紧成一体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述插销包括彼此相连的第一杆体和第二杆体,所述第一杆体位于所述前门盖的下表面上,所述第二杆体位于所述前门盖内,所述第二杆体可沿水平方向移动以锁紧所述前门盖与所述后门盖。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述插销还包括:拨块,所述拨块设在所述第一杆体上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述前门盖通过铰链结构或销轴结构设置在所述后门盖上,所述插销为圆形且所述插销的中心轴线与所述铰链结构或销轴结构的轴线错开。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述插销的至少一部分构造为多边形,所述插孔构造为与所述插销的所述至少一部分相匹配的多边形孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述插销设置在所述后门盖内且所述插销的前端可从所述后门盖的前侧滑出,所述后门盖的后侧设置有在所述展平状态下与所述插销对应的插孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述插销为多个。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述前门盖包括:
    盖体,所述盖体可翻转地连接在所述后门盖上;
    衬板,所述衬板设在所述盖体的下表面上。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的洗衣机的门盖组件。
