Abstract

一种隐藏式道闸,其包括多个埋设于地面(100)以下的固定座(200)。每一固定座(200)上有一可伸出地面(100)与收缩至地面(100)下的桩柱(400),该桩柱(400)安装于固定座(100)内的滑道(220)内并可在滑道(220)内滑动。当桩柱(400)伸出地面(100)时可阻挡车辆通行,而当其收缩至地面(100)以下时则放行车辆。该隐藏式道闸空间占用率小,结构简单。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种道闸,尤其涉及一种隐藏式道闸。
背景技术
在当今社会,各类道闸系统被广泛使用,如各公路收费站、停车场、事业单位及生活小区等门口,一般都会设有提示车辆暂停的道闸,但是现有的这些道闸都是由闸杆或闸栏与转动机构固定连接于控制机箱上,道闸通过闸杆或闸栏的起落控制车辆放行。这种结构的道闸存在的主要问题是:在闸杆或闸栏的上方需要预留较大的空间,以使闸杆或闸栏能够悬起,占用大量空间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于解决现有道闸占用空间大的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种隐藏式道闸,所述隐藏式道闸包括数个埋设于地面以下的固定座,每一固定座上安装有一可伸出地面与收缩至地面下的桩柱,所述固定座上对应所述桩柱设有滑道,所述桩柱安装于所述滑道内,并可在滑道内滑动,所述桩柱伸出地面,阻挡车辆通行,所述桩柱收缩至地面以下,放行车辆。
优选地,所述滑道一端开口,所述桩柱安装于所述滑道的开口端,所述桩柱与所述滑道密封连接。
优选地,所述固定座远离所述开口端的位置连接有一管路,所述管路一端与所述滑道相连通,另一端连接有一气压装置。
优选地,所述固定座为一缸体。
优选地,所述固定座远离所述开口端的位置连接有一管路,所述管路一端与所述滑道相连通,另一端连接有一液压装置。
优选地,所述固定座为一缸体。
优选地,所述液压装置为油压装置。
优选地,所述滑道两端开口,所述桩柱安装于所述滑道内,一驱动机构驱动所述桩柱在所述滑道内移动,进而实现所述桩柱的伸缩运动。
优选地,所述固定座为一两端开口的圆筒状结构。
优选地,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机、固定连接于所述驱动电机的凸轮、传动连接于所述凸轮的杠杆及转动连接于所述杠杆远离所述凸轮的一端的支杆,所述桩柱固定连接于所述支杆,所述杠杆包括固定部、转动连接所述固定部的转动部及一弹性部,所述固定部固定安装于地面下,所述转动部一端与所述凸轮传动连接,另一端与所述支杆转动连接,所述弹性部一端固定于地面下,另一端连接于所述转动部靠近所述凸轮的一端。
本实用新型的隐藏式道闸,将道闸埋设于地下,并通过控制桩柱的伸缩,实现对车辆的阻挡与放行,空间占用率小,且结构简单,成本较低,便于实现。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
本实用新型提供一种隐藏式道闸,参照图1及图2,在一实施例中,所述隐藏式道闸包括数个埋设于地面100以下的固定座200,每一固定座200上安装有一可伸出地面100与收缩至地面100下的桩柱400,所述固定座200上对应所述桩柱400设有滑道220,所述桩柱400安装于所述滑道220内,并可在滑道220内滑动,所述桩柱400伸出地面100(如图1所示),阻挡车辆通行,所述桩柱400收缩至地面100以下(如图2所示),放行车辆。具体地,当禁止车辆通过时,所述桩柱400延伸于地面100上,以阻挡车辆的通行,而当需要对车辆进行放行时,所述桩柱400收缩于滑道220内置于地面100以下,操作简单方便,且相比现有的挡臂悬起放行车辆,挡臂落下阻挡车辆的道闸,本实用新型的隐藏式道闸占用空间较小。
进一步地,参照图3,图3为本实用新型隐藏式道闸一实施例中的剖面结构示意图。
在本实施例中,所述滑道220一端开口,所述桩柱400安装于所述滑道220的开口端,所述桩柱400与所述滑道220密封连接。所述固定座200远离所述开口端的位置连接有一管路240,所述管路240一端与所述滑道220相连通,另一端连接有一气压装置(未图示)。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述固定座200为一缸体,所述桩柱400安装于缸体的开口端,组装成一气缸结构,其中所述桩柱400相当于活塞杆,气压装置通过管路240控制滑道(即缸体的内腔)内的气压,以实现桩柱100的伸出与收缩。本实用新型的隐藏式道闸的通过气压控制桩柱400的伸出与收缩,结构简单,成本低,易于实现。
进一步地,在本实施例中,还可以将气压装置替换为液压装置,通过液压实现对桩柱100的伸出与收缩控制,优选地,所述液压装置为油压装置。
进一步地,参照图4,图4为本实用新型隐藏式道闸另一实施例中的剖面结构示意图。
在本实施例中,所述滑道220’两端开口,即所述固定座200’为一两端开口的圆筒状结构,所述桩柱400安装于所述滑道220’内,一驱动机构600驱动所述桩柱400在所述滑道220’内移动,进而实现所述桩柱400的伸缩运动。
具体地,所述驱动机构600安装于地面下方,所述驱动机构600包括驱动电机601、固定连接于所述驱动电机601的凸轮602、传动连接于所述凸轮602的杠杆603及转动连接于所述杠杆603远离所述凸轮602的一端的支杆604,所述桩柱400固定连接于所述支杆604,所述杠杆603包括固定部632、转动连接所述固定部632的转动部634及一弹性部636,所述固定部632固定安装于地面100下,所述转动部634一端与所述凸轮602传动连接,另一端与所述支杆604转动连接,所述弹性部636一端固定于地面100下,另一端连接于所述转动部634靠近所述凸轮602的一端。车辆放行时,所述驱动电机601驱动所述凸轮602转动,凸轮602对转动部634施加向上的力,这时,所述转动部634绕固定部632逆时针转动,带动所述支杆604向下移动,进入带动所述桩柱400向下移动,实现桩柱400的收缩操作,进而放行车辆。阻挡车辆时,所述驱动电机601带动凸轮转动至图4所示位置,弹性部636收缩,带动所述转动部634绕固定部632顺时针转动,进而将所述支杆604向上推动,所述支杆604向上推动所述桩柱400,使得所述桩柱400向上移动,并最终伸出地面100外,实现对车辆的阻挡。
综上所述,本实用新型的隐藏式道闸,将道闸埋设于地下,并通过控制桩柱的伸缩,实现对车辆的阻挡与放行,空间占用率小,且结构简单,成本较低,便于实现。

  1. 一种隐藏式道闸,其特征在于,所述隐藏式道闸包括数个埋设于地面以下的固定座,每一固定座上安装有一可伸出地面与收缩至地面下的桩柱,所述固定座上对应所述桩柱设有滑道,所述桩柱安装于所述滑道内,并可在滑道内滑动,所述桩柱伸出地面,阻挡车辆通行,所述桩柱收缩至地面以下,放行车辆。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的隐藏式道闸,其特征在于,所述滑道一端开口,所述桩柱安装于所述滑道的开口端,所述桩柱与所述滑道密封连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的隐藏式道闸,其特征在于,所述固定座远离所述开口端的位置连接有一管路,所述管路一端与所述滑道相连通,另一端连接有一气压装置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的隐藏式道闸,其特征在于,所述固定座为一缸体。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的隐藏式道闸,其特征在于,所述固定座远离所述开口端的位置连接有一管路,所述管路一端与所述滑道相连通,另一端连接有一液压装置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的隐藏式道闸,其特征在于,所述固定座为一缸体。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的隐藏式道闸,其特征在于,所述液压装置为油压装置。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的隐藏式道闸,其特征在于,所述滑道两端开口,所述桩柱安装于所述滑道内,一驱动机构驱动所述桩柱在所述滑道内移动,进而实现所述桩柱的伸缩运动。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的隐藏式道闸,其特征在于,所述固定座为一两端开口的圆筒状结构。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的隐藏式道闸,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机、固定连接于所述驱动电机的凸轮、传动连接于所述凸轮的杠杆及转动连接于所述杠杆远离所述凸轮的一端的支杆,所述桩柱固定连接于所述支杆,所述杠杆包括固定部、转动连接所述固定部的转动部及一弹性部,所述固定部固定安装于地面下,所述转动部一端与所述凸轮传动连接,另一端与所述支杆转动连接,所述弹性部一端固定于地面下,另一端连接于所述转动部靠近所述凸轮的一端。
