一种高散热LED灯,包括灯头(1)、连接柱和发光罩,所述连接柱包括上层垫片(21)、下层垫片(23)和两层之间的散热板(22),所述发光罩包括内球形基板(32)和外球形灯罩(31),内球形基板外侧均匀分布有LED灯(33),内球形基板(32)通过导电线连接所述灯头(1),所述发光罩内腔中设有导热板,导热棒(4)穿过所述灯罩和下层垫片(23)与散热板(22)粘连,并将吸收的热量传递给散热板,散热板横向设有若干个直通孔(24)。
Description
本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,特别是一种散热效果良好的LED灯。
随着现在LED灯的普遍应用,人们对LED灯的关注度也越来越多。现有技术的LED灯散热效果差、发光角度不全面。中国专利公开号202719402 U的专利提供了一种LED能够增强LED灯的散热效果,但其发光面不全面,散热面单一,散热效果不好,因此,LED灯的使用寿命明显较短,因此急需一种发光角度全面,并且散热效果更佳的LED灯。
以上问题,值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种高散热LED灯,不仅使发光更加均匀、发光角度更加全面,更增加了灯体的散热效果,增加了LED灯的使用寿命。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一种高散热LED灯,其特征在于,包括灯头、连接柱和发光罩,所述连接柱包括上层垫片、下层垫片和两层之间的散热板,所述发光罩包括内球形基板和外球形灯罩,内球形基板外侧均匀分布有LED灯,内球形基板通过导电线连接所述灯头,所述发光罩内腔中设有导热板,导热棒穿过所述灯罩和下层垫片与散热板粘连,并将吸收的热
量传递给散热板,散热板横向设有若干个直通孔。
进一步的,所述上层垫片、下层垫片和散热板之间粘贴连接。
进一步的,所述导热棒在发光罩内腔中的部分涂有导热硅脂。
进一步的,所述连接柱为圆柱体。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,通过球形发光罩的设计,使得LED灯的发光角度更加全面,均匀分布的LED灯使发光光线更加均匀;导热棒将灯散发的热量吸收并传递给散热板进行散发,增加了LED灯的散热效果,进而大大增加了LED灯的使用寿命。

下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
本实用新型提供一种高散热LED灯,主要包括三个部分:灯头、连接柱和发光罩,灯头与连接柱连接,连接柱与发光罩连接。
如图1所示,连接柱包括上层垫片21、下层垫片23和两层之间的散热板22,散热板22用于将热量散发出去,三者之间粘贴连接;
发光罩包括外球形灯罩31和内球形基板32,在内球形基板32外侧均匀分布有LED灯33,为了保证LED灯33能够正常发光,内球
形基板32通过导电线(图未示)连接灯头1;
在组成发光罩的内球形基板32内腔中央设有导热棒4,导热棒4穿过灯罩和下层垫片23与散热板22粘贴连接,导热棒4在发光罩内腔中的部分涂有导热硅脂,进而,导热棒4可以将从发光罩内吸收的热量传递给散热板22,为了进一步增加散热面积,在散热板22内部横向设有若干个直通孔24。
为了达到美观的效果,连接柱通常设置为圆柱体,其轴竖向。也可以设置为长方体形状。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本实用新型专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本实用新型专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本实用新型专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

- 一种高散热LED灯,其特征在于,包括灯头、连接柱和发光罩,所述连接柱包括上层垫片、下层垫片和两层之间的散热板,所述发光罩包括内球形基板和外球形灯罩,内球形基板外侧均匀分布有LED灯,内球形基板通过导电线连接所述灯头,所述发光罩内腔中设有导热板,导热棒穿过所述灯罩和下层垫片与散热板粘连,并将吸收的热量传递给散热板,散热板横向设有若干个直通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种高散热LED灯,其特征在于,所述上层垫片、下层垫片和散热板之间粘贴连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种高散热LED灯,其特征在于,所述导热棒在发光罩内腔中的部分涂有导热硅脂。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种高散热LED灯,其特征在于,所述连接柱为圆柱体。
