Description

服药智能提醒的药盒、服药提醒装置及服药提醒方法 技术领域
本发明涉及服药智能提醒技术,特别涉及具有服药智能提醒的药盒、服药提醒装置及服药提醒方法。
背景技术
根据现代的药理学知识,服药的时间和间隔取决于病情的需要和药物在体内的代谢速度,科学安排服药时间并间隔服药,才能将病人体内的血药浓度维持在适当的水平,才能正常发挥药物的功效,达到治病救人目的,但是真正做到按时服药对病人来讲是一件不容易的事情,特别是现代人们由于工作繁忙或其它原因经常忘记按时服药,因此人们开发了各种各样的服药提醒装置。
如中国实用新型专利CN2235808Y号专利,名称按时服药提醒器,不仅具体服药提醒功能,而且盛药容器具有可以容纳多次、不同的药功能,如图1~4所示,该按时服药提醒器1,包括一个带若干放药格药盘11、后盖板(相当于壳体)12、盒盖13,分格药盘11嵌套在后盖板12内并在其中心转轴14上转动固定,盒盖13套在后盖板12上,后盖板12上设有倒药口,小翻板19枢接在后盖板12的倒药口处,在盒盖13上安装有定时报警器10,所述的定时报警器10包括时间液晶显示的报时装置105(相当于显示器和报警器)、报时按钮106、时间调节按钮107、时间显示按钮/报时显示按钮108(报时按钮、时间调节按钮、时间显示按钮/报时显示按钮相当于时间功能按钮)、定时器(主要时处理时间设定及运行程序的模块相当于微处理器,未示出)组成的报警回路,病人听到报时装置105报警提醒服药时,手动翻开小翻板19从放药格中倒出要服用的药。本技术方案虽然提供了服药报警提醒功能,但是服药报警提醒的时间需要人工自己设定,操作不方便,而且可能存在因时间设置错误而吃错药,或有意不按医生处方的时间设置而不按时吃药。
有必要对此技术方案做进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明提供服药智能提醒的药盒,该药盒服药提醒时间可智能设定,操作方便,准时提醒病人吃药。
本发明还提供服药提醒装置,该装置通过网络严格按医生处方进行时间设置,避免人为的随意设置。
本发明还提供服药提醒方法,该方法通过网络严格按医生处方进行时间设置,准时提醒病人吃药。
本发明的技术方案是:
服药智能提醒的药盒,包括壳体、用于装药的药盘、微处理器、Wi-Fi模块、报警器,Wi-Fi模块和报警器分别与微处理器相连接,微处理器通过Wi-Fi模块来获取服药次数和服药时间数据,并将经Wi-Fi模块接收下来服药次数和服药时间数据存储,每当服药时间一到,微处理器就会通过报警器发出报警来提醒患者吃药。
进一步,还包括外部时钟IC,外部时钟IC和微处理器相连接,每当外部时钟IC运行的时间与微处理器接收下来服药时间一致时,微处理器就会通过报警器发出报警来提醒患者吃药。
进一步,还包括Wi-Fi同步按键开关,Wi-Fi同步按键开并与微处理器相连,按下Wi-Fi同步按键开关,微处理器检测到此按键开并动作有效后,给Wi-Fi模块发送命令,由Wi-Fi模块将数据传给网络。
进一步,还包括Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯/连接状态指示灯/报警指示灯,包括Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯、Wi-Fi连接装态指示灯、电池低电量及报警指示灯,Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯、Wi-Fi连接装态指示灯用于显示Wi-Fi连接状态及所处环境的Wi-Fi信号强弱,电池低电量及报警指示灯用于电池处于低电量及报警时进行闪烁提示。

进一步,所的壳体中心凸起形成转轴,药盘嵌套在壳体中并套装在转轴上,壳体与药盘之间设有驱动机构、行程开关,药盘在驱动机构带动下绕壳体的转轴转动,行程开关控制药盘的转动角度,驱动机构、行程开关与微处理器电联接。
进一步,所述的驱动机构包括设有壳体上的马达、减速齿轮组和设在药盘上环形齿条组成。

进一步,所述的转轴中部形成底部开口的倒桶形空腔,一个底盖封置在空腔底部开口,显示器、报警器、微处理器、电源、振动感应开关、驱动装置的马达和减速齿轮组、行程开关的红外发光二极管和红外接收二极管均安装空腔中,Wi-Fi同步按键开关、Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯/连接状态指示灯/报警指示灯露出转轴的空腔顶面,转轴的空腔顶面还设有减速齿轮组齿轮穿出的开口和用于容纳行程开关的档块的环形凹槽,环形凹槽剖切有一缺口,该缺口两边分设有上述的红外发光二极管和红外接收二极管;药盘的中部亦设成与转轴大小适应配合的底部开口轴腔,轴腔顶面中部开设有供转轴空腔顶面露出环形窗口,轴腔顶面环形四周设有一圈与减速齿轮组啮合的环形齿条,轴腔顶面环形四周紧挨环形齿条间隔凸设行程开关的档块,档块插置在上述红外发光二极管和红外接收二极管之间。
所述的壳体包括后壳体和盒盖,盒盖铰接在后壳体上,所述的药盘设有至少二个放药格,盒盖上开设有与放药格对应的一个倒药口。
所述的盒盖上还开有一个吃药次数观察口,在药盘的顶面放置一张印有吃药次数字样并与每个放药格位置对应的圆环形卡片,圆环形卡片上吃药次数字样正好显示在观察口中,卡片上设有到少两个凸块,凸块折叠卡置放药格内,药盘转动时带动卡片一起转动。
服药智能提醒的装置,包括上述的服药智能提醒的药盒、路由器、远程服务器,服药智能提醒的药盒的微处理器给Wi-Fi模块发送命令,由Wi-Fi模块将数据传给路由器,路由器通过网络与远程服务器连接,远程服务器通过路由器自动下发服药次数和服药时间数据。
进一步,还包括网关,微处理器给Wi-Fi模块发送命令,由Wi-Fi模块将数据传给网关,网关判断是否是匹配的数据,如果是匹配的数据则与路由器连接成功,网关通过路由器与互联网连接成功后,远程服务器通过网关自动下发包括服药次数和服药时间数据。
进一步,所述的路由器为有线或无线路由器。
进一步,所述远程服务器为医药信息云平台。
利用上述服药智能提醒的装置进行服药提醒的方法,实现步骤是:
(1)、将病人的处方信息置于远程服务器;
(2)、遵照远程服务器上的处方信息将每次服用的药依次分别放入服药智能提醒的药盒的药盘内;
(3)、服药智能提醒的药盒的微处理器给Wi-Fi模块发送命令,通过Wi-Fi模块与路由器进行网络连接;
(4)、服药智能提醒的药盒与互联网连接成功后,远程服务器通过路由器自动下发服药次数和服药时间数据到服药智能提醒的药盒的微处理4,每当运行的时间与远程服务器下发的服药时间一致时,服药智能提醒的药盒的微处理器开始启动报警器发出报警声,以提醒病人服药。
进一步,所述服药智能提醒的药盒的驱动装置带动药盘转动,自动将药盘的放药格转到盒盖的倒药口,病人听到报警提示后,拿本服药智能提醒的药盒把需服用的药从倒药口中倒出,此时服药智能提醒的药盒处于竖立状态,振动感应开关导通,表示药丸被取走,微处理器收到振动感应开关的关断信号后,立即关闭报警器,以实现智能提醒病人服药,如果病人没有听到报警或没有按时将需服用的药从倒药口中倒出,此时服药智能提醒的药盒还处于平放状态,表示药丸没有取走,延时时间到之后由服药智能提醒的药盒的处理器通过Wi-Fi模块经路由器上报远程服务器关于服药信息,以实现对病人是否按时服药的智能监控。
进一步,所述服药智能提醒的药盒的驱动装置带动药盘转动,当放药格转到倒药口时,服药智能提醒的药盒的行程开关的档块也在红外发光二极管和红外接收二极管之间经过一次,红外接收二极管的光被遮档一次,微处理器收到红外接收二极管的信号后,立即停止马达转动,药盘的放药格此时亦正好转至盒盖的倒药口处。
进一步,所述的第(1)步中的处方信息包括病人服药的种类、数量、次数、时间等。
进一步,所述的第(2)步中下次服用的药紧挨上次服用的药盘的放药格放置。
进一步,所述的第(3)步中按下外部的Wi-Fi同步按键开关向微处理器发出触发信号,或由药盒的微处理器的定时器触发,微处理器检测到触发信息号后给Wi-Fi模块发送命令,通过Wi-Fi模块与路由器进行网络连接。
进一步,由Wi-Fi模块将此数据命令传给网关,网关进行数据是否匹配判断,如果是匹配的数据则连接成功,一旦药盒与网关连接成功后,药盒中的Wi-Fi连接状态指示灯就会亮绿灯,Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯指示药盒与网关之间的无线信号强度强或者弱,如果Wi-Fi信号强,Wi-Fi强度指示灯显示绿灯,如果Wi-Fi信号弱,Wi-Fi强度指示灯显示红灯。
进一步,所述的第(4)步中服药智能提醒的药盒的外部时钟IC运行标准时间与微处理器通信,每当外部时钟IC运行标准时间与远程服务器下发的服药时间一致时,服药智能提醒的药盒的微处理器开始启动报警器发出报警声,以提醒病人服药。
进一步,所述的微处理器实时或定时将服药智能提醒的药盒的状态数据信号,所述的状态数据信号包括患者按时服药情况、电池电量、Wi-Fi信号强度、药盒待机和唤醒,所述的状态数据信号由Wi-Fi模块通过网关和路由器或直接通过路由器发送给远程服务器,以实现对服药智能提醒的药盒的智能监控。
本发明通过Wi-Fi模块无线连接网络,全自动更新药单(包括服药的次数和对应服药的时间),无需人工输入,智能、简便,同时避免病人因自己不熟操作而设置错误时间,导致吃错药,或有意不按医生处方设置时间,从而不按时吃药,导致医疗效果差。另外本发明通过通过Wi-Fi模块将患者按时用药的情况和药盒的状态上传到网络,对患者按时用药的情况和药盒的状态进行监控。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图5、6、7、8、11、12所示,本实例服药智能提醒的药盒7,包括壳体2、用于装药的药盘3、微处理器4、Wi-Fi模块41、报警器5,Wi-Fi模块41和报警器5分别与微处理器相4连接,微处理器4通过Wi-Fi模块41来获取服药次数和服药时间数据,并将经Wi-Fi模块41接收下来服药次数和服药时间数据存储,每当服药时间一到,微处理器4就会通过报警器5发出报警来提醒患者吃药。
如图12所示,还包括外部时钟IC芯片42,外部时钟IC芯片42和微处理器4相连接,每当外部时钟IC芯片42运行的时间与微处理器4接收下来服药时间一致时,微处理器4就会通过报警器5发出报警来提醒患者吃药。当然从电路设计也可选用带有内部时钟的微处理器4,而省去外部时钟的外部时钟IC芯片42。
如图7、12所示,还包括Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯/连接状态指示灯/报警灯57、振动感应开关58、Wi-Fi同步按键开关512,均贴装在PCB线路板53上与微处理器4相连接,与报警器5共同组成定时报警回路,电源(未示出)给PCB线路板53供电。
如图12所示,所述的Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯/连接状态指示灯/报警指示灯57,包括Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯571、Wi-Fi连接装态指示灯572、电池低电量及报警指示灯573,Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯571、Wi-Fi连接装态指示灯572用于显示Wi-Fi连接状态及所处环境的Wi-Fi信号强弱,电池低电量及报警指示灯573用于电池处于低电量及报警时进行闪烁提示。
如图12所示,按下Wi-Fi同步按键开关512,微处理器4检测到此按键开并动作有效后,给Wi-Fi模块41发送命令,由Wi-Fi模块41将数据进行上传给网络。
如图7、图12所示,还包括振动感应开关58,所述的振动感应开关58与微处理器4连接,在壳体2平放时断开,而在壳体2竖立时导通,振动感应开关58将监测到药盘3中此次需要服用的药丸是否取走的信号传送到微处理器4。
如图6、图7所示,还包括显示器46,显示器46与微处理器4连接,显示器46用于显示药盒7的状态信息。
如图12所示,所述报警器5采用声音报警器511,声音报警器511可以选择是蜂鸣器、闹铃、喇叭等部件,微处理器4通过蜂鸣器发出报警音来提醒患者吃药。
如图12所示,所述的微处理器4采用MCU单片机;电源采用5号干电池作为电源,亦可采用直源电源,蓄电池等其它供电方式。
如图7、8、9所示,所述的药盘3嵌套在壳体2内,药盘3呈圆盘状,设有至少二个放药格33,放药格33数量可以是6~28格,本实施例采用28格,药盘3的中部凹设成与转轴21大小适应配合的底部开口轴腔31,轴腔31的顶面36中部开设有供转轴21的空腔顶面24露出圆形窗口32;轴腔31的顶面36与空腔顶面24相对应面上设有一圈与减速齿轮组82啮合的环形齿条35;顶面36的环形四周间隔凸设有行程开关9的档块34,档块34紧挨环形齿条35外侧,档块34伸入环形凹槽26内,档块34数量与放药格数量相等亦设计成28块。
如图7、8所示,还包括驱动机构8、行程开关9;所述的驱动机构8包括马达81、减速齿轮组82和上述设在药盘3上环形齿条35;其中马达81安置支架54上并与PCB线路板53电联接,减速齿轮组82包括蜗杆821、蜗轮822、过渡蜗杆823、过渡蜗轮824、过渡转轴825、转轴826、驱动大齿轮827,其中蜗杆821联接在马达81的转轴上,马达81的转轴与壳体2的转轴21的中心线垂直布置,蜗轮822与过渡蜗杆823共同套装在过渡转轴825上,过渡转轴825与壳体2的转轴21的中心线平行布置,过渡蜗轮824与驱动大齿轮827共同套装在转轴826上、转轴826与壳体2的转轴21的中心线垂直布置,驱动大齿轮827穿出壳体2的开口25与环形齿条35啮合,驱动机构8采用这种结构形式的布置,一是可以将电机的转速降至药盘3设计所需的转速,二是电机可以在壳体2的空腔22内横向布置有利于节省空间,减小产品的厚度而使产品呈现精致、轻便。
如图7、8、9所示,行程开关9包括红外发光二极管91、红外接收二极管92和上述设在药盘3上的档块34;红外发光二极管91,红外接收二极管92相对间隔设置在PCB线路板53上,并位于环形凹槽26内壁面剖切的缺口28两侧,档块34插置入环形凹槽26内。
如图8所示,上述PCB线路板53安装在支架54上,所述的支架54为一个中部凸起呈方台圆盘形壳体,PCB线路板53安装在支架54的方台上,方台内部形成底部开口的电池盒55,用于装纳本实施例产品采用5号干电池电源,盖板56盖置在电池盒55的开口处。
如图5~11所示,所述的壳体2呈圆盘状,包括后壳体20和盒盖201,后壳体20中心凸起形成柱状转轴21,转轴21四周因此而形成一个环形凹槽27,转轴21中部凸起形成底部开口但顶面封闭的倒桶形圆形空腔22,支架54整体安装在空腔22内并利用盖板56将底部开口封住;空腔顶面24开设有孔29,分别供显示器46露出的窗口296,供Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯571、Wi-Fi连接状态指示灯572、报警指示灯573穿出的三个孔291、292、293,供报警器5使用的孔295用于蜂鸣器发出的声音,供Wi-Fi同步按键开关512使用的孔294;还设有供驱动机构8的减速齿轮组82的齿轮穿出的开口25和用于容纳行程开关9的档块34的环形凹槽26,环形凹槽26内壁面剖切有一缺口28;另外,壳体2的边缘设有一个通槽23。
如图5、6、7、8所示,盒盖201通轴铰接在后壳体20上,盒盖201对应后壳体20的通槽23处延伸出具有倒钩锁扣204,当盒盖201扣合在后壳体20上时,锁扣204的倒钩正好卡置在通槽23中将盒盖与后壳体20联接在一起,盒盖201采用透明材质如透明塑胶、玻璃等,盒盖201与放药格33对应开设有一个倒药口205;盒盖20上还开有一个服药次数观察口202,在药盘3的顶面34上放置一张圆环形卡片203,圆环形卡片203上与每个放药格33位置对应处印有服药次数或时间字样,圆环形卡片203上服药次数字样正好显示在观察口202中,卡片203设有四个凸块2031,凸块2031卡入放药格33内,药盘3转动时带动卡片2031一起转动。
如图12所示,服药智能提醒的装置,包括上述的服药智能提醒的药盒7、路由器44、远程服务器45,所述的路由器44为有线或无线路由器,所述的远程服务器45为医药信息云平台,微处理器4给Wi-Fi模块41发送命令,由Wi-Fi模块41将数据直接传给路由器44,路由器44通过网络与远程服务器45连接,远程服务器45通过路由器44自动下发服药次数和服药时间数据。
如图12所示,还包括网关43,微处理器4给Wi-Fi模块41发送命令,由Wi-Fi模块41将数据先传给网关43,由网关43判断是否是匹配的数据,如果是匹配的数据则与路由器44连接成功,网关43通过路由器44与互联网连接成功后,远程服务器45通过网关43自动下发包括服药次数和服药时间数据。
如图12、图13所示,利用上述服药智能提醒的装置进行服药提醒的方法,实现步骤是:
(1)、医院医生将病人的处方信息置于远程服务器45(即医药信息云平台),所述的处方信息包括病人服药的种类、数量、次数、时间等;
(2)、药房/店的护士遵照远程服务器45上的处方信息将每次服用的药依次分别放入服药智能提醒的药盒7的药盘3内,即将每次服用的药依次分别放入药盘的放药格33中,下次服用的药紧挨上次服用的药的放药格33放置;
(3)、病人在开始使用服药智能提醒的药盒7时,安装好电池,然后按下外部的Wi-Fi同步按键开关512向微处理器4发出触发信号,或由服药智能提醒的药盒7的微处理器4的定时器触发,微处理器4(MCU)检测到触发信息号后,通过串口(UART)给Wi-Fi模块41发送命令,由Wi-Fi模块41将此数据命令传给网关43,网关43进行数据是否匹配判断,如果是匹配的数据则连接成功,一旦服药智能提醒的药盒7与网关43连接成功后,服药智能提醒的药盒中的Wi-Fi连接状态指示灯571就会亮绿灯,Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯571指示服药智能提醒的药盒7与网关43之间的无线信号强度强或者弱,如果Wi-Fi信号强,Wi-Fi强度指示灯571显示绿灯,如果Wi-Fi信号弱,Wi-Fi强度指示灯571显示红灯;
(4)、服药智能提醒的药盒7通过网关43与互联网连接成功后,远程服务器45通过网关43或直接通过路由器44自动下发处方(包括服药次数和服药时间)到服药智能提醒的药盒7,服药次数和服药时间经Wi-Fi模块41接收下来以16进制数据格式存储在微处理器4的程序存储ROM中,外部时钟IC芯片42运行标准时间通过I2C总线与微处理器4通信,每当运行的时间与远程服务器45下发的服药时间一致时,本服药智能提醒的药盒7的微处理器4开始启动报警器5的声音报警器发出报警声,电池低电量及报警指示灯573也开始闪烁,以提醒病人服药。
进一步,所述的驱动装置8的马达81开始运转,通过减速齿轮组82与药盘3的齿条35啮合带动药盘3在转轴21上转动,自动将放药格33转到倒药口205,行程开关9的档块34也在红外发光二极管91和红外接收二极管92之间经过一次,红外接收二极管92的光被遮档一次,微处理器4收到红外接收二极管92的信号后,立即停止马达81转动,药盘3的放药格33此时亦正好转至盒盖201的倒药口205处,病人听到报警提示后,拿起本服药智能提醒的药盒7把需服用的药从倒药口205中倒出,此时壳体2处于竖立状态,振动感应开关58导通,振动感应开关58变为低电平,表示药丸被取走,微处理器4收到振动感应开关58的关断信号后,立即关闭报警器5,以实现智能提醒病人服药,如果病人没有听到报警或没有按时将需服用的药从倒药口205中倒出,此时壳体2还处于平放状态,振动感应开关58一直是高电平时,表示药丸没有取走,半小时后由服药智能提醒的药盒7的微处理器4通过Wi-Fi模块41经网关43或直接通过路由器44上报远程服务器关于服药信息,以实现对病人是否按时服药的智能监控。
进一步,所述的微处理器4(MCU)实时或定时将药盒状态数据信号(包括患者按时服药情况、电池电量、Wi-Fi信号强度、药盒待机和唤醒等)由Wi-Fi模块41通过网关43和路由器33或直接通过路由器33发送给远程服务器45,以实现对服药智能提醒的药盒7的智能监控。
本实施例的产品每个工作周期,药盘3每次只转动一个放药格33的距离以保证病人每次只服用一个放药格33里药,防止重复服药。
本实施例的产品增加了无线连网功能,能够通过互联网络对患者用药时间和次数进行设定,并监控和反馈患者按时用药的情况,无需人工输入,不仅具有智能提醒功能、能够防止病人重复服药,还具有自动送药功能,使病人服药更加方便,减轻了病人服药的抵触情绪。

Claims (26)

1、服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:包括壳体、用于装药的药盘、微处理器、Wi-Fi模块、报警器,Wi-Fi模块和报警器分别与微处理器相连接,微处理器通过Wi-Fi模块来获取服药次数和服药时间数据,并将经Wi-Fi模块接收下来服药次数和服药时间数据存储,每当服药时间一到,微处理器就会通过报警器发出报警来提醒患者吃药。
2、如权利要求1所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:还包括外部时钟IC,外部时钟IC和微处理器相连接,每当外部时钟IC运行的时间与微处理器接收下来服药时间一致时,微处理器就会通过报警器发出报警来提醒患者吃药。
3、如权利要求1所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:还包括Wi-Fi同步按键开关,Wi-Fi同步按键开并与微处理器相连,按下Wi-Fi同步按键开关,微处理器检测到此按键开并动作有效后,给Wi-Fi模块发送命令,由Wi-Fi模块将数据传给网络。
4、如权利要求1所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:还包括Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯/连接状态指示灯/报警指示灯,包括Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯、Wi-Fi连接装态指示灯、电池低电量及报警指示灯,Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯、Wi-Fi连接装态指示灯用于显示Wi-Fi连接状态及所处环境的Wi-Fi信号强弱,电池低电量及报警指示灯用于电池处于低电量及报警时进行闪烁提示。
5、如权利要求1所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:所述的报警器为蜂鸣器,微处理器通过蜂鸣器发出报警音来提醒患者吃药。
6、如权利要求1所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:还包括振动感应开关,振动感应开关与微处理器相连,振动感应开关将监测到药盘中此次需要服用的药丸是否取走的信号传送到微处理器。
7、如权利要求1所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:还包括显示器,显示器与微处理器相连用于显示药盒的状态信息。
8、如权利要求1所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:所的壳体中心凸起形成转轴,药盘嵌套在壳体中并套装在转轴上,壳体与药盘之间设有驱动机构、行程开关,药盘在驱动机构带动下绕壳体的转轴转动,行程开关控制药盘的转动角度,驱动机构、行程开关与微处理器电联接。
9、如权利要求8所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:所述的驱动机构包括设有壳体上的马达、减速齿轮组和设在药盘上环形齿条组成。
10、如权利要求8所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:所述的行程开关包括设在壳体上相对间隔设置红外发光二极管,红外接收二极管,设在药盘上且数量与放药格对应的档块,药盘转动时档块从红外发光二极管,红外接收二极管之间经过。
11、如权利要求8所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:所述的转轴中部形成底部开口的倒桶形空腔,一个底盖封置在空腔底部开口,显示器、报警器、微处理器、电源、振动感应开关、驱动装置的马达和减速齿轮组、行程开关的红外发光二极管和红外接收二极管均安装空腔中,Wi-Fi同步按键开关、Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯/连接状态指示灯/报警指示灯露出转轴的空腔顶面,转轴的空腔顶面还设有减速齿轮组齿轮穿出的开口和用于容纳行程开关的档块的环形凹槽,环形凹槽剖切有一缺口,该缺口两边分设有上述的红外发光二极管和红外接收二极管;药盘的中部亦设成与转轴大小适应配合的底部开口轴腔,轴腔顶面中部开设有供转轴空腔顶面露出环形窗口,轴腔顶面环形四周设有一圈与减速齿轮组啮合的环形齿条,轴腔顶面环形四周紧挨环形齿条间隔凸设行程开关的档块,档块插置在上述红外发光二极管和红外接收二极管之间。
12、如权利要求1所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:所述的壳体包括后壳体和盒盖,盒盖铰接在后壳体上,所述的药盘设有至少二个放药格,盒盖上开设有与放药格对应的一个倒药口。
13、如权利要求8所述的服药智能提醒的药盒,其特征在于:所述的盒盖上还开有一个吃药次数观察口,在药盘的顶面放置一张印有吃药次数字样并与每个放药格位置对应的圆环形卡片,圆环形卡片上吃药次数字样正好显示在观察口中,卡片上设有到少两个凸块,凸块折叠卡置放药格内,药盘转动时带动卡片一起转动。
14、服药智能提醒的装置,其特征在于:包括权利要求1所述的服药智能提醒的药盒、路由器、远程服务器,服药智能提醒的药盒的微处理器给Wi-Fi模块发送命令,由Wi-Fi模块将数据传给路由器,路由器通过网络与远程服务器连接,远程服务器通过路由器自动下发服药次数和服药时间数据。
15、如权利要求14所述的服药智能提醒的装置,其特征在于:还包括网关,微处理器给Wi-Fi模块发送命令,由Wi-Fi模块将数据传给网关,网关判断是否是匹配的数据,如果是匹配的数据则与路由器连接成功,网关通过路由器与互联网连接成功后,远程服务器通过网关自动下发包括服药次数和服药时间数据。
16、如权利要求14所述的服药智能提醒的装置,其特征在于:所述的路由器为有线或无线路由器。
17、如权利要求14所述的服药智能提醒的装置,其特征在于:所述远程服务器为医药信息云平台。
18、利用权利要求14所述的服药智能提醒的装置进行服药提醒的方法,其特征在于:实现步骤是:
(1)、将病人的处方信息置于远程服务器;
(2)、遵照远程服务器上的处方信息将每次服用的药依次分别放入服药智能提醒的药盒的药盘内;
(3)、服药智能提醒的药盒的微处理器给Wi-Fi模块发送命令,通过Wi-Fi模块与路由器进行网络连接;
(4)、服药智能提醒的药盒与互联网连接成功后,远程服务器通过路由器自动下发服药次数和服药时间数据到服药智能提醒的药盒的微处理4,每当运行的时间与远程服务器下发的服药时间一致时,服药智能提醒的药盒的微处理器开始启动报警器发出报警声,以提醒病人服药。
19、如权利要求18所述的服药提醒的方法,其特征在于:所述服药智能提醒的药盒的驱动装置带动药盘转动,自动将药盘的放药格转到盒盖的倒药口,病人听到报警提示后,拿本服药智能提醒的药盒把需服用的药从倒药口中倒出,此时服药智能提醒的药盒处于竖立状态,振动感应开关导通,表示药丸被取走,微处理器收到振动感应开关的关断信号后,立即关闭报警器,以实现智能提醒病人服药,如果病人没有听到报警或没有按时将需服用的药从倒药口中倒出,此时服药智能提醒的药盒还处于平放状态,表示药丸没有取走,延时时间到之后由服药智能提醒的药盒的处理器通过Wi-Fi模块经路由器上报远程服务器关于服药信息,以实现对病人是否按时服药的智能监控。
20、如权利要求18所述的服药提醒的方法,其特征在于:所述服药智能提醒的药盒的驱动装置带动药盘转动,当放药格转到倒药口时,服药智能提醒的药盒的行程开关的档块也在红外发光二极管和红外接收二极管之间经过一次,红外接收二极管的光被遮档一次,微处理器收到红外接收二极管的信号后,立即停止马达转动,药盘的放药格此时亦正好转至盒盖的倒药口处。
21、如权利要求18所述的服药提醒的方法,其特征在于:所述的第(1)步中的处方信息包括病人服药的种类、数量、次数、时间等。
22、如权利要求18所述的服药提醒的方法,其特征在于:所述的第(2)步中下次服用的药紧挨上次服用的药盘的放药格放置。
23、如权利要求18所述的服药提醒的方法,其特征在于:所述的第(3)步中按下外部的Wi-Fi同步按键开关向微处理器发出触发信号,或由药盒的微处理器的定时器触发,微处理器检测到触发信息号后给Wi-Fi模块发送命令,通过Wi-Fi模块与路由器进行网络连接。
24、如权利要求18所述的服药提醒的方法,其特征在于:由Wi-Fi模块将此数据命令传给网关,网关进行数据是否匹配判断,如果是匹配的数据则连接成功,一旦药盒与网关连接成功后,药盒中的Wi-Fi连接状态指示灯就会亮绿灯,Wi-Fi信号强度指示灯指示药盒与网关之间的无线信号强度强或者弱,如果Wi-Fi信号强,Wi-Fi强度指示灯显示绿灯,如果Wi-Fi信号弱,Wi-Fi强度指示灯显示红灯。
25、如权利要求18所述的服药提醒的方法,其特征在于:所述的第(4)步中服药智能提醒的药盒的外部时钟IC运行标准时间与微处理器通信,每当外部时钟IC运行标准时间与远程服务器下发的服药时间一致时,服药智能提醒的药盒的微处理器开始启动报警器发出报警声,以提醒病人服药。
26、如权利要求18所述的服药提醒的方法,其特征在于:所述的微处理器实时或定时将服药智能提醒的药盒的状态数据信号,所述的状态数据信号包括患者按时服药情况、电池电量、Wi-Fi信号强度、药盒待机和唤醒,所述的状态数据信号由Wi-Fi模块通过网关和路由器或直接通过路由器发送给远程服务器,以实现对服药智能提醒的药盒的智能监控。
