、 与放药格对应开设有一个倒药口的盒盖、 定吋报警器, 定吋报警器装在壳体 上, 壳体中心凸起形成转轴, 分格药盒嵌套在壳体内并套装在转轴上,壳体与分 格药盒之间设有驱动机构、 行程开关, 驱动机构带动分格药盒在壳体的转轴上 转动, 行程开关控制分格药盒的转动角度, 驱动机构、 行程开关与定吋报警器 电联接。
[7] 所述的定吋报警器包括显示器、 报警器、 吋间功能设定键、 微处理器、 振动感 应开关、 电源组成报警提示回路, 该振动感应开关在壳体平放吋断开, 而在壳 体竖立吋导通。
[8] 所述的驱动机构包括设有壳体上的马达、 减速齿轮组和设在分格药盒上环形齿 条, 马达转动通过减速齿轮组与齿条啮合带动分格药盒在壳体的转轴上转动。
[9] 所述的行程开关包括设在壳体上相对间隔设置红外线发光二极管, 红外线接收 二极管, 设在分格药盒上且数量与放药格相等的档块, 分格药盒转动吋档块从 红外线发光二极管, 红外线接收二极管之间经过。
[10] 所述的转轴中部形成底部开口的倒桶形空腔, 在空腔内安装有上述定吋报警器 的显示器、 报警器、 吋间功能设定键、 振动感应开关、 微处理器、 电源和驱动 装置的马达、 减速齿轮组, 还安装有行程开关的红外线发光二极管和红外线接 收二极管; 显示器、 吋间功能设定键露出空腔顶面, 在空腔顶面设有容纳减速 齿轮组的齿轮穿出的开口和容纳行程开关的档块的环形凹槽, 环形凹槽剖切有 一缺口, 上述的红外线发光二极管和红外线接收二极位于该缺口两侧; 分格药 盒的中部亦设成与转轴大小适应配合的底部开口轴腔, 轴腔顶面中部开设有供 转轴空腔顶面露出的环形窗口, 轴腔顶面环形四周设有一圏与减速齿轮组啮合 的环形齿条, 轴腔顶面环形四周紧挨环形齿条间隔凸设行程开关的档块, 档块 伸入上述环形凹槽内。
[11] 所述的报警器为声音报警器。 [12] 所述的报警器为 LED灯。
[13] 所述的吋间功能设定键包括确认键、 小吋设定键、 分钟设定键。
[14] 所述的盒盖铰接在壳体上, 盒盖釆用透明材质。
[15] 所述的盒盖上还开有一个服药次数观察口, 在分格药盒的顶面放置圆环形卡片 , 圆环形卡片上与每个放药格位置对应处印有服药次数或吋间字样, 服药次数 字样正好显示在观察口中, 圆环形卡片随分格药盒转动。
[16] 病人在使用本发明技术产品吋, 开始将每次需服用的药依次分别放入放药格内 , 然后通过定报警器的吋间功能设定键设定服药提示吋间和次数; 到了设定的 服药吋间, 微处理器启动报警器开始报警, 启动驱动装置的马达运转, 通过减 速齿轮组与分格药盒的齿条啮合带动分格药盒在转轴上转动, 自动将放药格转 到倒药口; 行程开关的档块也在红外线发光二极管和红外线接收二极管之间经 过一次, 红外线接收二极管的光被遮档一次, 微处理器收到红外线接收二极管 的信号后, 立即停止马达转动; 病人听到报警提示后, 拿起本技术方案产品把 需服用的药从倒药口中倒出, 振动感应开关受振接通向微处理器发出信号, 微 处理器收到振动感应开关的关断信号后, 立即关闭报警器, 所以本技术方案与 中国实用新型专利 CN2235808Y号专利相比, 起到自动送药功能, 能给病人吃药 增加方便, 减轻了病人吃药的抵触情绪。

[34] 如图 6、 13、 14所示, 定吋报警器 5由显示器 50、 报警器 51、 吋间功能设定键 57 、 振动感应开关 58、 微处理器 (未示视出) 均贴装在 PCB线路板 53上组成定吋报 警回路, 电源 (未示出) 给 PCB线路板 53供电; 上述的显示器 50为 LCD显示器; 报警器 51包括声音报警器 511和 LED灯 512, 声音报警器 511可以选择是蜂鸣器、 闹铃、 喇叭等部件; 吋间功能设定键 57包括确认键 571、 小吋设定键 572、 分钟 设定键 573; 振动感应开关 58在壳体 2平放吋断开, 而在壳体 2竖立吋导通; 微处 理器釆用 MCU单片机; 电源釆用 5号干电池作为电源, 亦可釆用直源电源, 蓄电 池等其它供电方式; 上述 PCB线路板 53安装在支架 54上, 所述的支架 54为一个中 部凸起呈方台圆盘形壳体, PCB线路板 53安装在支架 54的方台上, 方台内部形成 底部开口的电池盒 55, 用于装纳本实施例产品釆用 5号干电池电源, 盖板 56盖置 在电池盒 55的开口处。
[35] 如图 6、 7、 8、 9、 10、 11所示壳体 2呈圆盘状, 壳体 2中心凸起形成柱状转轴 21 , 转轴 21四周因此而形成一个环形凹槽 27, 转轴 21中部凸起形成底部开口但顶 面封闭的倒桶形圆形空腔 22, 支架 54整体安装在空腔 22内并利用盘幅将底部开 口封住; 空腔顶面 24开设有供显示器 50露出的窗口 28, 供吋间功能按键 57穿出 的按键孔 29 (按键孔 29包括分别供确认键 571、 小吋设定键 572、 分钟设定键 573 穿出的三个孔 291、 292、 293) , 供报警器使用的孔 20 (孔 20包括蜂鸣器 511和 L ED灯 512使用的孔 201, 202) , 供驱动机构 8的减速齿轮组 82的齿轮穿出的开口 2 5和用于容纳行程开关 9的档块 34的环形凹槽 26, 环形凹槽 26内壁面剖切有一缺 口 28 ; 另外, 壳体 2的边缘设有一个通槽 23。
[36] 如图 8、 9、 10所示, 分格药盒 3嵌套在壳体 2内, 分格药盒 3设有至少二个放药 格 33, 放药格 33数量可以是 6〜28格, 本实施例釆用 28格, 分格药盒 3的中部凹 设成与转轴 21大小适应配合的底部开口轴腔 31, 轴腔 31的顶面 34中部开设有供 转轴 21空腔顶面 24露出圆形窗口 32; 轴腔 3的顶面 34与空腔顶面 24相对应面上设 有一圏与减速齿轮组 82啮合的环形齿条 35 ; 轴腔 31顶面环形四周向转轴 21的环 形凹槽 27间隔凸设有行程开关 9的档块 34, 档块 34紧挨环形齿条 35外侧, 档块 34 伸入环形凹槽 26内, 档块 34数量与放药格数量相等亦设计成 28块。
[37] 如图 6、 7、 8、 9、 15所示, 盒盖 4通轴铰接在壳体 2上, 盒盖 4对应壳体 2的通槽 23处延伸出具有倒钩锁扣 44, 当盒盖 4扣合在壳体 2上吋, 锁扣 44的倒钩正好卡 置在通槽 23中将盒盖与壳体 2联接在一起, 盒盖 4釆用透明材质如透明塑胶、 玻 璃等,盒盖 4与放药格 33对应开设有一个倒药口 41 ; 盒盖 4上还开有一个服药次数 观察口 42, 在分格药盒 3的顶面 34上放置一张圆环形卡片 43, 圆环形卡片 43上与 每个放药格 33位置对应处印有服药次数或吋间字样, 圆环形卡片 43上服药次数 字样正好显示在观察口 42中, 卡片 43设有四个凸块 431, 凸块 431卡入放药格 33 内, 分格药盒 3转动吋带动卡片 43—起转动。
[38] 如图 8、 9所示, 驱动机构 8包括马达 81、 减速齿轮组 82和上述设在分格药盒 3上 环形齿条 35 ; 其中马达 81安置支架 54上并与 PCB线路板 53电联接; 减速齿轮组 82 包括蜗杆 821、 蜗轮 822、 过渡蜗杆 823、 过渡蜗轮 824、 过渡转轴 825、 转轴 826 、 驱动大齿轮 827, 其中蜗杆 821联接在马达 81的转轴上, 马达 81的转轴与壳体 2 的转轴 21的中心线垂直布置, 蜗轮 822与过渡蜗杆 823共同套装在过渡转轴 825上 , 过渡转轴 825与壳体 2的转轴 21的中心线平行布置, 过渡蜗轮 824与驱动大齿轮 827共同套装在转轴 826上、 转轴 826与壳体 2的转轴 21的中心线垂直布置, 驱动 大齿轮 827穿出壳体 2的开口 25与环形齿条 35啮合, 驱动机构 8釆用这种结构形式 的布置, 一是可以将电机的转速降至分格药盒 3设计所需的转速, 二是电机可以 在壳体 2的空腔 22内横向布置有利于节省空间, 减小产品的厚度而使产品呈现精 致、 轻便。
[39] 如 8、 9、 10、 行程开关 9包括红外线发光二极管 91、 红外线接收二极管 92和上 述设在分格药盒 3上的档块 34; 红外线发光二极管 91, 红外线接收二极管 92相对 间隔设置在 PCB线路板 53上, 并位于环形凹槽 26内壁面剖切的缺口 28两侧, 档块 34插置入环形凹槽 26内。
[40] 病人在使用本发明技术产品吋, 开始需将每次服用的药依次分别放入放药格 33 内, 即下次服用的药紧挨上次服用的药的放药格 33放置, 然后开始通过吋间功 能设定键 57来设定服药提示吋间、 次数, 举例如下:
[41] 1、 按下确认键 571后松开, 显示器 50上显示第一组闹铃符号闪烁, 分别按下小 吋设定键 72、 分钟设定键 73设定报警的具体吋间。
[42] 2、 设置好第一组闹铃报警吋间后, 再次按下确认键 571进入下一组闹铃设置。
[43] 3、 如此可以重复设置 3至 4组或更多组数闹铃。
[44] 4、 最后长按确认键 571, 直到显示器 50上显示闹铃符号停止闪烁。
[45] 微处理器开始运行上述设定程序, 到了设定的服药吋间, 微处理器开始启动报 警器 51的声音报警器 512发出报警声, LED灯 511也开始闪烁, 驱动装置 8的马达 8 1开始运转, 通过减速齿轮组 82与分格药盒 3的齿条 35啮合带动分格药盒 3在转轴 21上转动, 自动将放药格 33转到倒药口 41, 行程开关 9的档块 34也在红外线发光 二极管 91和红外线接收二极管 92之间经过一次, 红外线接收二极管 92的光被遮 档一次, 微处理器收到红外线接收二极管 92的信号后, 立即停止马达 81转动, 分格药盒 3的放药格 33此吋亦正好转至盒盖 4的倒药口 41处, 病人听到报警提示 后, 拿起本技术方案产品把需服用的药从倒药口 41中倒出, 振动感应开关 6受振 动向微处理器发出信号, 微处理器收到振动感应开关 6的关断信号后, 立即关闭 报警器 51。
[46] 本实施例的产品每个工作周期, 分格药盒 3每次只转动一个放药格 33的距离以 保证病人每次只服用一个放药格 33里药, 防止重复服药。
[47] 所以本技术方案与中国实用新型专利 CN2235808Y号专利相比, 不仅具有提醒 功能、 能够防止病人重复服药, 还具有自动送药功能, 能给病人服药增加方便
, 减轻了病人服药的抵触情绪。

Claims

权利要求书
[1] 1、 一种带分格药盒的服药提醒装置, 包括壳体、 设有至少二个放药格的分 格药盒、 与放药格对应开设有一个倒药口的盒盖、 定吋报警器, 定吋报警 器装在壳体上, 其特征在于: 壳体中心凸起形成转轴, 分格药盒嵌套在壳 体内并套装在转轴上,壳体与分格药盒之间设有驱动机构、 行程开关, 驱动 机构带动分格药盒在壳体的转轴上转动, 行程开关控制分格药盒的转动角 度, 驱动机构、 行程开关与定吋报警器电联接。
[2] 2、 如权利要求 1所述的带分格药盒的服药提醒装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 驱动机构包括设有壳体上的马达、 减速齿轮组和设在分格药盒上环形齿条 , 马达转动通过减速齿轮组与齿条啮合带动分格药盒在壳体的转轴上转动
[3] 3、 如权利要求 1所述的带分格药盒的服药提醒装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 行程开关包括设在壳体上相对间隔设置红外线发光二极管, 红外线接收二 极管, 设在分格药盒上且数量与放药格相等的档块, 分格药盒转动吋档块 从红外线发光二极管, 红外线接收二极管之间经过。
[4] 4、 如权利要求 1所述的带分格药盒的服药提醒装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 定吋报警器包括显示器、 报警器、 吋间功能设定键、 微处理器、 振动感应 开关、 电源组成报警提示回路, 该振动感应开关在壳体平放吋断开, 而在 壳体竖立吋导通。
[5] 5、 如权利要求 4所述的带分格药盒的服药提醒装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 报警器为声音报警器。
[6] 6、 如权利要求 4所述的带分格药盒的服药提醒装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 报警器为 LED灯。
[7] 7、 如权利要求 4所述的带分格药盒的服药提醒装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 吋间功能设定键包括确认键、 小吋设定键、 分钟设定键。
[8] 8、 如权利要求 1所述的带分格药盒的服药提醒装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 转轴中部形成底部开口的倒桶形空腔, 在空腔内安装有上述定吋报警器的 显示器、 报警器、 吋间功能设定键、 振动感应开关、 微处理器、 电源和驱 动装置的马达、 减速齿轮组, 还安装有行程开关的红外线发光二极管和红 外线接收二极管; 显示器、 吋间功能设定键露出空腔顶面, 在空腔顶面设 有容纳减速齿轮组的齿轮穿出的开口和容纳行程开关的档块的环形凹槽, 环形凹槽剖切有一缺口, 上述的红外线发光二极管和红外线接收二极位于 该缺口两侧; 分格药盒的中部亦设成与转轴大小适应配合的底部开口轴腔 , 轴腔顶面中部开设有供转轴空腔顶面露出的环形窗口, 轴腔顶面环形四 周设有一圏与减速齿轮组啮合的环形齿条, 轴腔顶面环形四周紧挨环形齿 条间隔凸设行程开关的档块, 档块伸入上述环形凹槽内。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的带分格药盒的服药提醒装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 盒盖上还开有一个服药次数观察口, 在分格药盒的顶面放置圆环形卡片, 圆环形卡片上与每个放药格位置对应处印有服药次数或吋间字样, 服药次 数字样正好显示在观察口中, 圆环形卡片随分格药盒转动。
