Description

一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒 技术领域
本发明涉及药盘,尤其是指一种具有按时按量提醒服药功能的装置用药盘。
背景技术
目前,随着生活工作节奏的加快及社会老龄化的加快,一种用来提醒人们按时按量服药的装置越来越受人们的欢迎。由于药品的特殊性,现有智能药盒的防潮防尘的问题突显,尤其是采用分格服药提醒的便携式智能药盒。所述的采用分格服药提醒的便携式智能药盒可参见中国专利文献于2009年12月23日公开的CN201366095Y一种带分格药盒的服药提醒装置(专利号:CN200920137169.6)。该装置的核心构件是药盘,该药盘的表面环设有多个分格,于药盘的底面对应设有档块,档块与分格数量相等设置,一驱动机构转动该药盘的分格与档块一体转动。该装置转动的是带分格的药盘,而该药盘基本上是不能更换的,而不能更换药盘,使用过的药品所残留的物质粘在药盘底部,当使用过的药盘忘记清洗或是没有消毒干净,再次使用时将会导致不同药物接触,影响身体健康。且该装置还存在药盘通过人为手动,会拨到药盘使之移动,而产生错位,使用户服药提醒产生错误。该装置所采用的红外组件定位药盘,该红外组件容易受到太阳光内的红外光影响,使红外装置判断不准确,导致药盘定位不准确。严重影响用药。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒。该药盒不仅解决了防潮防水尘问题,且对药盘分格的转动起到制动作用,避免误操作;到位控制及装配也更精准,采用的红外装置是在一个密闭空间,防止太阳光的照射。且增加手机APP和云端服务器管理并可实现语音通讯,更加方便患者的使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,包括一安装在主底座内的药盘,一上盖盖设在该药盘上,还包括一驱动该药盘转动的转动齿轮,及一驱动该转动齿轮的传动装置组件;其中,药盘包括一分格药盘,该分格药盘可更换套设在一药盘底座,药盘底座安装在主底座上;转动齿轮,安装在主底座的中心;该转动齿轮由传动装置组件驱动,并联动药盘底座;传动装置组件,包括一由微处理器控制转动和停止的马达,马达通过一第一蜗杆驱动一组减速传动齿轮组;该减速传动齿轮组包括同轴的第一减速齿轮和第二蜗杆,第一蜗杆驱动的第一减速齿轮,第二蜗杆驱动一第二减速齿轮,该第二减速齿轮传动一检测齿轮组,该检测齿轮组传动转动齿轮;所述的检测齿轮组包括同轴传动的检测齿轮和传动齿轮,且该检测齿轮和传动齿轮具有一定间距安装;所述的第二减速齿轮驱动传动齿轮,所述检测齿轮的齿端面均布有多个间隔设置的小通孔;一连接微处理器的红外感应装置对应小通孔安装,且检测齿轮上设有定位该红外感应装置的安装缺槽。
如上所述的一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,所述转动齿轮包括内齿部和外齿部,所述药盘底座上设有与外齿部匹配的限位凸块;检测齿轮驱动内齿部,以使配合传动的外齿部和限位凸块驱动药盘底座。

上述技术方案的有益之处在于:
本发明分格药盘可更换套设在一药盘底座上,该食用级吸塑药盘实现分格药盘的一次性可更换,低成本,更换操作简单,与现有的不可更换的药盒或是服药提醒设备相比,本发明分格药盘更能确保不同疗程的用药安全。
本发明转动齿轮和传动装置组件确保出药口与分格药盘的一致性,更为精准,传动装置组件中的两个在垂直方向相对设置的蜗杆,可防止卡在转动齿轮上的药盘的左右转动,采用两级蜗杆可以精确定位分格药盘,在马达停止工作时,防止人为去旋转药盘,以避免人为的误动作,避免错位。红外感应装置通过检测齿轮上设有的安装缺槽,实现红外感应装置的快速定位安装。将该红外感应装置安装在主底座内部,以避免可见光的干扰影响。
本发明智能药盒通过磁感应和霍尔传感器来检测药盘的第一格位置,结合红外检测装置,以确保第一格位置的正确性。
本发明智能药盒设有文字转语音系统,且增加手机APP和云端服务器管理并可实现语音通讯,更加方便患者的使用。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒包括一安装在主底座10内的药盘20,一上盖30转动连接在主底座10上,且通过弹簧锁扣90盖合在该药盘20上,该智能药盒还包括一驱动该药盘20转动的转动齿轮40,及一驱动该转动齿轮40的传动装置组件50。
所述主底座10有一个DC插座,主底座中心凸起环型的顶部开口并往下形成一个腔体,腔内设有LCD屏显示组件,包括一LCD屏显示和顶部设有一个显示屏盖11,腔内部还安装有PCB板、转动齿轮和传动装置组件,蜂鸣器或是扬声器(喇叭),倒药检测开关等。主底座10底部设有一个电池盖12,主底座10边缘周围有一环形密封圏13和环形LED指示灯14及LED导光柱15,密封圈14与上盖30配合能起到防潮防尘作用,主底座背面分布一些小孔用于蜂鸣器或是扬声器(喇叭)发声,环型的LED导光柱15用于LED指示灯14闪烁提醒耳聋串者服药。显示屏盖11的窗口方便用户查看各种无线设备连接情况和系统时间。主底座中心套设环形的转动齿轮40用于承托并固定药盘底座22。
请结合图1、2所示,本发明药盘20包括一分格药盘21和药盘底座22,该分格药盘21是一种食品级材料的吸塑圆形盘体,设有二个或二个以上的药格211以存放药品。该分格药盘21可更换套设在一药盘底座22上,是一种低成本,可更换的药盘。分格药盘21通过嵌套在药盘底座22上实现可一次性使用,更换操作简单方便,通过更换解决了药品所残留的物质粘在药盘底部导致不同药物接触的问题。本发明药盘底座22上还设有限位凸块221。
请结合图1、4、10所示,本发明安装在主底座10中心凸起的转动齿轮40做为药盘20旋转的转轴。该转动齿轮40包括内齿部41和外齿部42,外齿部42的齿间隙43均匀分布有多个,且齿间隙43与药盘底座22上的限位凸块221的形状相适配,且分布间距和数量相对应,以使药盘底座可方便的安装在转动齿轮40上。本发明限位凸块221可设置为多个,分别插置在外齿部42的多个齿间隙43中,不仅可以快速的将药盘底座22定位该转动齿轮40上,且在传动装置组件50的检测齿轮56驱动转动齿轮40时,使转动齿轮40稳当的驱动药盘20。
如图3、10所示,所述的药盘20第一格位置检测是利用磁感应传感器原理来检测药盘20。本发明是在药盘底座22上安装有一磁铁71同主底座10中心形腔体内部的霍尔传感器72组成的一对磁感应传感器70。当药盘20上磁铁71在传动装置组件50的马达51的带动下旋转至霍尔传感器72时,霍尔传感器72感应到磁场并产生磁电效应,输出转换成高低变化电平。微处理器通过中断口检测此电平的变化即为药盘20的第一格位置。所述的药盘底座22为两端闭合的环槽222,于该环槽222的两闭合端之间形成一明显的缺口223,该缺口223与分格药盘21的药格211的形状相适配,该缺口223的位置就是药盘20的第一格位置。当分格药盘21的任一药格211嵌在该第一格位置中时,其他的药格均嵌入药盘底座22的环槽222中。且该第一格位置的初始位置停在上盖30的出药口31位置。
请结合图1、4、5、6所示,所述传动装置组件50包括由马达51驱动的第一蜗杆52,该第一蜗杆52驱动一组减速传动齿轮组;该减速传动齿轮组包括同轴的第一减速齿轮53和第二蜗杆54,第一蜗杆52驱动的第一减速齿轮53,第二蜗杆54驱动一第二减速齿轮55,该第二减速齿轮55传动一检测齿轮组,该检测齿轮组传动转动齿轮40。本发明通过相对垂直设置的第一蜗杆52和第二蜗杆54可以防止卡在转动齿轮40上的药盘20在没有马达51驱动的情况下的左右转动,以避免人为的误动作。
所述的检测齿轮组包括同轴的检测齿轮56和传动齿轮57,所述检测齿轮56和传动齿轮57具有一定间距安装。所述的第二减速齿轮55驱动传动齿轮57,所述检测齿轮56的齿端面均布有多个间隔设置的小通孔561,传动齿轮57的上齿端面571位于小通孔561下方;一连接微处理器的红外感应装置对应小通孔561安装,且于检测齿轮56上设有定位该红外感应装置的安装缺槽562。
红外感应装置是由光电开关组成,即红外收发对管组件60。红外收发对管组件60由一个红外发射管,一个红外接收管组成,主底座10将红外收发对管包起来,防止光照或其它的影响,从而导致红外接收管失效。并留出较小的间隙用来发射红外光线和接收红外光。因此,它能更为精确的定位作用。当红外收发对管组件60以检测齿轮56的安装缺槽562为基准对位,且使安装缺槽对应检测齿轮56上的一个小通孔561设置,以使检测齿轮56嵌套到红外收发对管组件60的小槽内安装定位后,在检测齿轮56旋转的过程中,检测齿轮56上的小通孔561、及两小通孔之间的平直面部分563就会分别经过红外收发对管组件60的红外对管中间,当平直面部分563经过时挡住红外发射管的光线强度,红外接收管由于收不到红外光线,导至内部的光敏三极管截止,从而产生输出电平变化。当检测齿轮56再由该平直面部分563转至小通孔561位置时,红外发射管的光线也由之前平直面部分563被挡住慢慢的移开,直到小通孔561,红外发射管的光线没有被档住。红外接收管也由之前的没有红外光线到全部的红外光线照射,使红外接收管内部的光敏三极管导通,这样的过程实际上是一个电压的变化过程。微处理器的AD口将此模拟信号转为数字信号由微处理器进行处理,从而可以精准判断检测齿轮56转了的角度,以用来控制药盘20的停止,并精准的停在出药口位置,以实现本发明分格药盘21每转动一小格后都会停在出药口位置。
如图7、8所示,本发明转动连接在药盘20上的上盖30,该上盖30上设有一个出药口31,该出药口31设有一滑动推拉门32,该滑动推拉门32由一扇形出药口滑片盖321,及一滑动设置在该扇形出药口滑片盖321和上盖30之间的出药口滑片322组成,以起到防潮防尘的效果。本发明还于药盘20上贴有药剂圈,且于上盖30对应该药剂圈的位置设有放大镜33。药剂圈面丝印着服药所要的时间或是日期或是星期等信息,刚好对着放大镜33,方便用户查看。
如图9所示,于上盖30与药盘的转动连接部设有一开盖检测组件,开盖检测组件为一轻触开关80。当关闭上盖30时,轻触开关80闭合即导通,开盖时则轻触开关80断开,轻触开关电信号连接到微处理器。
如图9所示,本发明智能药盒还安装有一连接微处理器的语音模块,该语音模块包括有一文字转语音系统和功放,文字转语音系统的语音音频输出到功放将声音放大再由喇叭输出。
如图11所示,数据通过无线通信上传到远程服务器云平台或是从远程服务器云平台下载数据到本发明智能药盒的微处理器。无线通信协议采用http/https或是TCP/UDP /NBIot 华为Coap传输通信协议及采用Json或是XML数据传输格式, 微处理器通过wifi网关或是2G/3G/4G通信模块或是智能手机与远程服务器云平台通信。采用FTP文件传输协议上传或下载文件(文本或是音频文件)到远程服务器。数据主要包括了“系统时间、服药提醒时间、系统电池状态、非法取药、药盘卡住马达不转、设备工作温度状态、wifi网关信号强度、NBiot物联模块、2G/3G/4G通信模块无线通信的信号强度、提示音量大小、提示内容等等。”
设置本发明智能药盒通过wifi网关连接到远程服务器云平台(远程健康管理平台),首先配置本发明智能药盒与网关或是专用的与药盒搭配的网关连接。通过智能手机的APP应用或是药盒专用的应用软件,打开扫一扫功能,扫描智能药盒上的二维码信息,配置正确的路由器SSID和密码。并最终成功连接到远程健康服务器云平台简称“远程服务器云平台”。
本发明智能药盒上的二维码标签及信息,包含药盒设备唯一ID号、Wifi Mac地址、药盒名称、生产日期、生产厂家、生产批次、客户名称、药盒配置、无线通信模块版本厂家等相关信息,也方便生产统计及后续售后。
本发明智能药盒内置RFID/NFC电子标签读写器, RFID/NFC电子标签记录了患者系列号, 该序列号是由医生或是药房负责人或是看护人经过RFID/NFC读写器将患者系列号写入的。然后粘贴在可更换的分格吸塑药盘上。设备开机后,微处理器会通过串口与药盒内置的RFID/NFC模块通信并自动去读取RFID/NFC电子标签中的系列号,NFC读写标签协议为iso14443A/B, RFID读写标签协议iso15693。在联网状态下,并将此系列号通过Json或XML等数格格式采用无线通信上报远程服务器,确认所使用的药盘与患者对应关系。所述的患者系列号可以是患者的身份证号、医保卡号、医生特别指定的号码(如根据病情类别等)等。
本发明智能药盒的文字转语音系统支持文字转语音功能(Text to speech)简称TTS并在本发明智能药盒的应用,远程服务器管理程序针对报警提示可以预先输入一段文字或几段文字或是几句话。可根据用户需要进行选择用哪个做为提醒。在本发明药盒经过TTS技术把文字转换成模拟语音音频信号,并输出到功放将声音放大再由喇叭输出。更为灵活和方便起到提醒报警音的作用。微处理器通过BT BLE模块连接智能手机,智能手机通过APP应用同样也支持语音转文字功能。
本发明智能药盒与智能手机上微信软件通信,在微信软件平台上开发了一个专用的医药健康管理公众号,只要通过智能手机中微信扫一扫功能,扫描药盒上的二维码后并关注确认,微信软件里将会自动添加医药健康管理公众号。药盒在联网状态下,通过无线通信模块实时上报药盒的状态到微信医药健康管理公众号。
所述的无线通信模块是指wifi模块、Bluetooth BLE、2G/3G/4G通信模块, NBIot物联模块。
本发明智能药盒涉及的电子控制部份,内部集成RFID/NFC读写器,wifi、Bluetooth BLE、2G/3G/4G通信模块和NBIot物联模块, 能够和手机上微信软件及APP应用通信,实现及时提醒患者服药,并及时上报远程医药云端服务器。实时对患者用药跟进,改善病情及药物的浪费。
本发明可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒的功能模块说明如下:
一是,服药定时器的任务设定
1》通过本机上的3个按键设定服药提醒时间。
2》在联网的状态下,通过智能手机上的APP应用设定服药时间。
3》通过智能手机的微信扫一扫功能,扫描智能药盒本机上的二维码,即通过微信或是专用的应用软件配置药盒的联网状态和服药时间等参数。
4》在联网的状态下,远程健康管理云平台通过Wifi 或是2G/3G/4G模块或NBiot模块下发服药时间到药盒上。
二是, 系统工作原理
本发明提供内部电子控制和运行部件包括了LED指示灯14、LCD屏显示组件、马达驱动IC、语音模块分别连接到微处理器的GPIO端口,三个按键连接到微处理器的中断口,传动装置组件内部红外接收对管连接到微处理器的AD(模数转换口),蓝牙BLE模块(BT BLE模块)、wifi模块、2G/3G/4G通信模块和NBIot物联模块分别连接到微处理器的串口。微处理器内部集成RTC实时时钟, 倒药检测开关连接到微处理器的中断口。
本发明使用一次性干电池或者充电的锂电池或者外部的直流电源适配器,打开电池盖12并安装对应的电池,正确安装完成后,本设备自动开机,(在联网状态下,微处理器将通过串口启动无线数据通信模块上报本设备ID号到远程服务器云平台。) 打开上盖30,把装有药品的可更换分格药盘20放入主底座10内,把对应的药剂圈也附在药盘20上面。通过本机的三个按键设置当前时间和服药提醒时间并在LCD屏幕显示相应的时间和定时闹钟。设置完成后,合上盖30。
本发明智能药盒采用了轻触开关用于开盖检测,霍尔传感器或干簧管用于药盘20的位置感应也就是药盘20的第一格位置。因本发明智能药盒装入电池或插入电源适配器后自动开机,首先微处理器检测上盖30是否已经正确关闭合上,如果是关闭状态,接着判断药盘20的第一格位置,由于药盘底座22上安装一磁铁71,如果药盘20在第一格位置时,霍尔传感器或是干簧管17感应到磁场,产生磁效应从而使输出的电平发生变化,微处理器检测到此电平变化,确认为药盘的第一格已经在正确的位置。然后微处理器通过串口发指令到RFID或是NFC读写器读取药盘上的RFID或NFC电子标签信息,标签内容记录了患者的信息系列号。确认药盘信息和远程服务器云平台的管理程序中所注册的患者信息一致性,如果药盘的信息和患者信息不一致,则蜂鸣器或是喇叭发出报警声。微处理器通过串口启动2G/3G/4G通信模块或是NBIot物联模块,并自动连接到远程健康管理云平台并上报RFID/NFC读取的标签内容信息及状态。当2G/3G/4G通信模块的信号较差时,微处理器自动把无线通信连接方式切换到wifi状态。当服药闹钟时间到,蜂鸣器或是喇叭会发出报警声音,LED指示灯闪烁提醒,微处理器通GPIO口启动马达驱动IC使马达转动,带动传动装置组件50转动并以主底座10中心凸起为旋转轴,通过转动齿轮40使嵌套在药盘底座22上面的分格药盘21转动。当传动装置组件的检测齿轮56上的小通孔561经过红外收发对管组件60时,红外收发对管组件60输出高低电平变化,此红外收发对管组件60连接到微处理器的AD口,当微处理器的AD口检测到红外收发对管组件60输出电平变化时。在马达驱动IC的控制下使马达51停止转动。使得分格药盘21与出药口31一致。药丸就可以从这出药口31倒出来。取药时,药盒翻转,当倒药检测开关有电平发生变化微处理器检测到此变化时,则蜂鸣器或是喇叭停止报警。表示药物已经取走。同时微处理器通过串口启动2G/3G/4G通信模块或是NBIot物联模块或是Wifi模块将取药数据上报手机APP和微信及远程数据管理平台15相关的状态。如未及时取药,则蜂鸣器或是喇叭持续报警,LED指示灯14每隔五分钟闪烁,同是通过无线数据通信模块上报状态到手机APP、微信和短信及远程健康管理平台, 远程健康管理平台也会发短信或拔打电话给相关的监护人,及时提醒患者用药。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,包括一安装在主底座内的药盘,一上盖盖设在该药盘上,还包括一驱动该药盘转动的转动齿轮,及一驱动该转动齿轮的传动装置组件;其特征在于:其中:
    药盘,包括一分格药盘,该分格药盘可更换套设在一药盘底座,药盘底座安装在主底座上;
    转动齿轮,安装在主底座的中心;该转动齿轮由传动装置组件驱动,并联动药盘底座;
    传动装置组件,包括一由微处理器控制转动和停止的马达,马达通过一第一蜗杆驱动一组减速传动齿轮组;该减速传动齿轮组包括同轴的第一减速齿轮和第二蜗杆,第一蜗杆驱动的第一减速齿轮,第二蜗杆驱动一第二减速齿轮,该第二减速齿轮传动一检测齿轮组,该检测齿轮组传动转动齿轮;
    所述的检测齿轮组包括同轴传动的检测齿轮和传动齿轮,且该检测齿轮和传动齿轮具有一定间距安装;所述的第二减速齿轮驱动传动齿轮,所述检测齿轮的齿端面均布有多个间隔设置的小通孔;一连接微处理器的红外感应装置对应小通孔安装,且检测齿轮上设有定位该红外感应装置的安装缺槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,其特征在于:所述转动齿轮包括内齿部和外齿部,所述药盘底座上设有与外齿部匹配的限位凸块;检测齿轮驱动内齿部,以使配合传动的外齿部和限位凸块驱动药盘底座。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,其特征在于:所述上盖与主底座转动连接,于上盖与主底座的转动连接部设有一开盖检测组件,开盖检测组件为一连接微处理器的轻触开关。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,其特征在于:所述上盖设有一个出药口,访出药口设有一滑动推拉门。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,其特征在于:于药盘上贴有药剂圈,于上盖对应该药剂圈设有放大镜。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,其特征在于:检测齿轮上的安装缺槽对应检测齿轮上的一个小通孔设置。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,其特征在于:所述药盘底座上安装有一磁铁,该磁铁与设于主底座内的霍尔传感器组成的一对磁感应传感器。
  8. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,其特征在于:该智能药盒还安装有一连接微处理器的文字转语音系统。
  9. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种带可更换的分格药盘的智能药盒,其特征在于:该分格药盘还贴有RFID/NFC电子标签,智能药盒内置有RFID/NFC电子标签读写器。
