一种网页的用户反馈的收集处理方法及装置 技术领域
本申请涉及Web技术领域,具体涉及一种网页的用户反馈的收集方法和一种网页的用户反馈的处理方法。本申请同时涉及一种网页的用户反馈的收集装置、网页的用户反馈的处理装置和网页的用户反馈的收集处理系统。
背景技术
随着网络通信技术的不断发展,为了获取用户针对网页或者网页当中某些信息的反馈,大部分网站在网页当中都设置有专门的意见反馈功能,根据用户的反馈信息不断完善网站的建设,从而进一步满足用户的需求、提升用户体验。实现用户的意见反馈功能主要包括两个步骤:一是用户的反馈信息收集;二是对收集到的用户的反馈信息进行处理。
现有技术下,网页的用户反馈的收集主要是通过用户描述(包括文字描述和其它描述)、用户描述与图像描述(截图)结合等方式。在现有的用户反馈的处理方法中,由反馈处理人员对汇总的用户反馈进行整理和分类,针对用户的反馈信息的类型进一步分发和处理,比如:过滤无效的反馈信息、针对线上问题的反馈信息转发给开发人员处理、针对新需求的反馈信息转发给产品人员进行处理以及针对搜索使用问题的反馈信息转发给搜索技术人员处理。接收到反馈信息的人员对反馈信息进行处理,将处理生成的处理结果返回给反馈处理人员。反馈处理人员将得到的用户反馈的处理结果后统一回复用户。
上述现有的网页的用户反馈的收集方法,对用户的要求较高,不仅要保证用户反馈的内容没有歧义,描述准确,而且还要通过网站提供的工具获取正确的图像描述(截图),对用户的要求较高;并且,收到的反馈信息的针对性差,不利于用户针对于网页当中某个元素进行有针对性的反馈。上述现有技术提供的网页的用户反馈的处理方法,对用户反馈的处理过程中需要较多的沟通,过程复杂,并且处理效率低。
发明内容
本申请提供一种网页的用户反馈的收集方法和一种网页的用户反馈的处理方法,以解决现有技术存在的对用户要求高、针对性差和处理效率低的问题。本申请同时涉及一种网页的用户反馈的收集装置、网页的用户反馈的处理装置和网页的用户反馈的收集处理系统。
本申请提供一种网页的用户反馈的收集方法,包括:
获取针对当前网页的反馈操作指令;
基于该反馈操作指令加载并显示所述网页对应的反馈页面;
获取用户针对所述反馈页面当中待反馈元素发出的反馈输入;
结合所述待反馈元素和所述反馈输入生成反馈信息收集接口;
通过所述信息反馈接口获取用户输入的反馈信息,并收集获取该反馈信息时的现场信息。
可选的,所述获取针对当前网页的反馈操作指令,包括:
接收针对所述网页的操作指令;
判断该操作指令是否触发了所述网页预设的反馈动作或者反馈标识;
若所述操作指令触发了所述网页预设的反馈动作或者反馈标识,则将该操作指令确定为用户针对当前的网页发出的反馈操作指令,并获取该反馈操作指令。

本实施例中,以用户针对购物网站当中商品的反馈为例进行说明。
所述一种网页的用户反馈的收集方法包括如下步骤:
S101;获取针对当前网页的反馈操作指令。
在购物网站当中,用户想要找到目标商品,最方便的办法就是通过购物网站提供的搜索引擎搜索。用户输入关键字后基于搜索引擎搜索产生搜索结果页,然后浏览搜索页当中的商品,找到想要购买的目标商品。用户在搜索商品的过程中,发现某一网页存在问题时,则需要针对该网页提出反馈,并且可以通过多种多样的方式针对所述网页提出反馈。本实施例中,所述当前的网页包括搜索结果页。用户针对所述搜索结果页提出反馈的步骤如下:
1)接收针对所述网页的操作指令;
所述操作指令是指通过鼠标、键盘和终端等外设对所述网页(即:结果搜索页)进行的操作,包括:点击操作、输入操作等。
需要说明的是,所述接收针对所述网页的操作指令不仅包括被动接收用户针对所述结果搜索页发出的操作指令,除此之外,还包括主动获取用户发出的操作指令之外的其它操作指令,比如:鼠标箭头在所述结果搜索页中某一商品对应的区域上停留时,获取鼠标箭头在该商品对应的区域上停留的时间,如果鼠标箭头在该商品对应的区域上停留的时间达到某一特定值,则表明用户对所述商品兴趣度较高,将所述鼠标箭头在该商品对应的区域上停留的时间达到某一特定值这一事件认定为对该商品的某种操作指令,与此相类似的,还可以设定其它的动作作为操作指令,在此不作限定。此外,需要说明的是,下述步骤以及下述实施例中,均以接收用户针对所述网页发出的操作指令为例进行说明。
2)判断该操作指令是否触发了所述网页预设的反馈动作或者反馈标识;
在此,对用户针对所述网页输入的操作指令进行判断的目的是为了对用户发出的操作指令进行过滤和规范,如果用户发出的所述操作指令触发了所述网页预设的反馈动作或者反馈标识,则将该操作指令确定为用户针对当前网页发出的反馈操作指令,并获取该反馈操作指令;
如果不进行本步骤的判断,无法确定用户发出的操作指令是否为针对购物网站提出的反馈,此外,无法识别用户发出的操作指令是针对于所述购物网站中具体的某一网页或某一商品提出的反馈,存在明显的缺陷。

所述结果搜索页对应的反馈页面提供了一种用于向用户提供针对该结果搜索页提出反馈的接口;
需要说明的是,所述结果搜索页包括如下两部分的内容:
一是结果搜索页中的商品信息,包括:商品的图片、标题、价格以及描述信息等;
二是与结果搜索页的功能有关的信息,称之为功能信息,包括:导航区、排序功能、导航区中的品牌导航、品牌信息以及销量排序等;
将所述结果搜索页当中的商品信息以及功能信息统称为元素;
所述反馈页面包括如下两部分的内容:
一是所述反馈页面中的商品信息,包括:商品的图片、标题、价格以及描述信息等;
二是所述反馈页面中的功能信息,包括:导航区、排序功能、导航区当中品牌导航、品牌信息以及销量排序等;
为了与上述的搜索结果页区别,将所述反馈页面中的商品信息以及功能信息称之为待反馈元素;
除此之外,针对于所述结果搜索页中的任意一个元素,用户通过交互动作触发该元素时,进入该元素对应的详情查看页面或者购买页面;针对于所述反馈页面中的任意一个待反馈元素,用户通过交互动作触发该待反馈元素时,生成该待反馈元素对应的反馈信息收集接口;
所述交互动作可采用如下任意一种方式实现:针对于PC终端的鼠标动作,或者针对于移动终端的触摸屏触摸动作;其中,所述PC终端的鼠标动作可设定为单击、双击等动作;所述触摸动作可设定为点击、滑动等动作;除此之外,所述交互动作还可以采用所述鼠标动作以及所述触摸动作之外的其它动作实现,在此不作限定。
本实施例中,所述基于该反馈操作指令加载并显示所述网页对应的反馈页面包括如下两步:
1)根据所述反馈操作指令获取加载所述反馈页面所需的数据资源;
所述数据资源由浏览器从Web服务器下载获取,用于创建、加载并显示所述反馈页面,包括:文本数据、多媒体数据以及脚本和超链接数据等;
本实施例中,将所述数据资源分为两类:
一类是所述反馈页面当中待反馈元素对应的数据资源;
另一类是加载所述反馈页面所需的后台数据资源;
其中,所述待反馈元素对应的数据资源包括:文本数据和多媒体数据等;
所述后台数据资源包括:脚本和超链接等。
除此之外,所述数据资源还可以从本地内存存储当中读取,还可以是部分从所述Web服务器获取,部分从本地内存存储当中读取;所述浏览器从Web服务器获取得到所述待反馈元素对应的后台数据资源,在此不作限定。
2)加载所述数据资源,生成所述反馈页面。
本实施例中,加载所述数据资源,生成所述反馈页面是在当前的网页(即:结果搜索页)所在的网页窗口当中创建一个新网页,并基于该新网页加载所述 数据资源,生成所述结果搜索页对应的反馈页面。
除此之外,还可以采用其它的实现方式,比如基于所述结果搜索页加载所述数据资源,以所述结果搜索页对应的反馈页面覆盖所述结果搜索页,本实施例不做限定。

所述反馈信息收集接口用于收集用户的反馈信息。
所述反馈信息包括一种或多种反馈信息,例如文字类的反馈信息、图像类的反馈信息。
文字类的反馈信息,包括:用户输入的商品或者导航有关的描述信息,或者是从网页提供的反馈选项中选取其中一个或多个反馈选项作为反馈信息;

如果用户的输入为空,或者用户输入的反馈信息的格式不正确,则该反馈信息被判定为无效的反馈信息,不作任何处理;

针对导航区里的商品品牌指定的区域负责人是D;

在确定待反馈元素所在的最精确的区域时,如果待反馈元素是导航区里的某个商品品牌,则根据上面的对应关系,首先,该商品品牌首先有独立的区域负责人是D;其次,该商品品牌处于导航区范围之内,区域负责人也可以是B;最后,网页整体页面指定的区域负责人是A也可以是该商品品牌的区域负责人;
在此,反馈处理端的在判断所述待反馈元素所对应的区域负责人的原则是更准确的负责人优先,即:遇到上述商品品牌对应的区域负责人有D、B和A 时,确定更准确的区域负责人优先原则,即:将区域负责人D作为所述待反馈元素所在的最精确区域的区域负责人。
目前的处理用户反馈信息的流程来看,反馈信息的分类是整个反馈处理过程的关键,也是反馈处理过程提高效率的瓶颈所在,如果接收到反馈收集端提交的反馈信息之后,不能正确的分类,随着业务的不断丰富,对于反馈信息的处理出错的风险会越来越高,引起反馈处理的出错或者处理的不及时;本实施例所述确定该反馈信息对应的待反馈元素所在的最精确的区域,以及该区域的区域负责人的方法,不仅提高了反馈信息的处理效率,而且对于反馈信息的处理也更准确。
S303;获取所述区域负责人对所述待反馈元素对应的反馈信息的处理结果。

  1. 一种网页的用户反馈的收集方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取针对当前网页的反馈操作指令;
    基于该反馈操作指令加载并显示所述网页对应的反馈页面;
    获取用户针对所述反馈页面当中待反馈元素发出的反馈输入;
    结合所述待反馈元素和所述反馈输入生成反馈信息收集接口;
    通过所述信息反馈接口获取用户输入的反馈信息,并收集获取该反馈信息时的现场信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的网页的用户反馈的收集方法,其特征在于,所述获取针对当前网页的反馈操作指令,包括:
    接收针对所述网页的操作指令;
    判断该操作指令是否触发了所述网页预设的反馈动作或者反馈标识;
    若所述操作指令触发了所述网页预设的反馈动作或者反馈标识,则将该操作指令确定为用户针对当前的网页发出的反馈操作指令,并获取该反馈操作指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的网页的用户反馈的收集方法,其特征在于,所述基于该反馈操作指令加载并显示所述网页对应的反馈页面,包括:
    根据所述反馈操作指令获取加载所述反馈页面所需的数据资源;
    加载所述数据资源,生成所述反馈页面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的网页的用户反馈的收集方法,其特征在于,所述数据资源包括:
    所述反馈页面当中待反馈元素对应的数据资源;以及
    后台数据资源;

  5. 根据权利要求3所述的网页的用户反馈的收集方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述反馈操作指令获取加载所述反馈页面所需的数据资源可采用下述任意一种方式实现:
    从Web服务器获取加载所述反馈页面所需的数据资源;
    或者
    基于本地内存存储获取加载所述反馈页面所需的数据资源;
    或者
    基于Web服务器以及本地内存存储共同获取加载所述反馈页面所需的数据资源。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的网页的用户反馈的收集方法,其特征在于,所述从Web服务器获取加载所述反馈页面所需的数据资源包括:
    保持所述待反馈元素对应的数据资源不变,从Web服务器获取所述后台数据资源;
    或者
    从Web服务器获取所述待反馈元素对应的数据资源和所述后台数据资源。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的网页的用户反馈的收集方法,其特征在于,所述加载所述数据资源,生成所述反馈页面包括:
    根据所述反馈操作指令创建新网页,并根据该新网页加载所述数据资源,生成所述网页对应的反馈页面;
    或者
    基于所述网页加载所述数据资源,显示所述网页对应的反馈页面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的网页的用户反馈的收集方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户针对所述反馈页面当中待反馈元素发出的反馈输入,包括:
    接收所述用户针对所述反馈页面当中待反馈元素的输入;
    判断该输入是否触发了所述待反馈元素预设的反馈动作或者反馈标识;
    若所述输入触发了所述待反馈元素预设的反馈动作或者反馈标识,则将该输入确定为用户针对所述反馈页面当中待反馈元素发出的反馈输入,并获取该反馈输入。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的网页的用户反馈的收集方法,其特征在于,所述反馈信息收集接口包括:
    基于网页收集用户反馈信息的反馈信息收集页面;
    其中,所述反馈信息收集页面可采用下述任意一种方法实现:
    根据当前的网页窗口创建新网页,基于该新网页加载并显示所述反馈信息收集页面;
    或者
    创建一个新的网页窗口,根据该网页窗口创建新网页,并基于该新网页加载并显示所述反馈信息收集页面;
    或者
    基于所述反馈页面或者当前的网页加载并显示所述反馈信息收集页面。

    若获取到用户发出的接口关闭请求,并且该接口关闭请求触发了所述反馈信息收集接口预设的关闭动作或者关闭标识,则关闭所述反馈信息收集接口。

  23. 一种网页的用户反馈的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    反馈接收单元,用于接收反馈收集端提交的用户的反馈信息和现场信息;
    反馈处理确定单元,用于确定该反馈信息对应的待反馈元素所在的最精确的区域,以及该区域的区域负责人;
    反馈结果获取单元,用于获取所述区域负责人对所述待反馈元素对应的反馈信息的处理结果。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的网页的用户反馈的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    反馈判断单元,用于判断所述反馈信息的格式是否符合预设的格式标准和/或所述反馈信息与所述待反馈元素是否相匹配;
    若所述反馈信息的格式符合预设的格式标准和/或所述反馈信息与所述待反馈元素相匹配,则进入反馈处理确定单元。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的网页的用户反馈的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    结果反馈单元,用于结合所述反馈信息和所述现场信息,将所述处理结果以邮件的方式发送至所述用户。
  26. 一种网页的用户反馈的收集处理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    反馈收集端,包括如权利要求15至19任一所述的网页的用户反馈的收集装置;
    反馈处理端,包括如权利要求23至25任一所述的网页的用户反馈的处理装置。
