一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签及其安装方法 技术领域
本发明属于橡胶轮胎和电子信息技术领域,涉及一种射频电子标签及其安装方法,具体说是用来植入橡胶轮胎内部的一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签。
背景技术
射频电子标签(RFID)是一种非接触式自动识别的电子标签,具有唯一的标识码,将其植入载体(如橡胶轮胎)内部或附着于载体表面之后,与载体结合成一个整体。在外界读写设备的驱动下,随时发送/读写数据,能够实时监控载体在生产、销售、使用、理赔各过程中的状态。目前RFID(射频标签)装置已被广泛应用于各行各业。
目前,射频电子标签主要由芯片(集成电路)、基板(特定形状的印刷电路板)、天线三部分组成,芯片通过引脚焊接在基板上,天线的一端也焊接在基板上。RFID电子标签植入到轮胎内部的过程发生在轮胎成型阶段,并经过高温硫化后和轮胎完全结合,伴随轮胎的整个生命周期使用,用于记录特定信息,解决轮胎的销售、使用过程中的防伪、串货、理赔等问题。
这种植入橡胶轮胎内部的射频电子标签存在以下问题:
1、使用基板结构,采用贴片焊接工艺,基板面积较小,生产时一般采用多片拼接、使用特制夹具夹持,完成焊接后还需要进行分板、磨边等工艺,生产工艺复杂,人工参与度高,造成质量的不统一,不利于批量生产。
2、基板厚度较薄,边缘锋利,轮胎在成型过程中RFID电子标签可以和橡胶较好的结合,但在轮胎使用过程中,轮胎本身的形变和屈挠会使橡胶内部产生摩擦,在此过程中基板容易割伤橡胶,造成轮胎内部损坏,存在安全隐患。
3、这种结构的电子标签多个面结构不同,如果电子标签侧立于橡胶轮胎夹层时,易产生气泡,且成型时不易被排出,会造成轮胎质量的下降,因此,在批量自动植入轮胎时,需要区分RFID电子标签的正反面及植入状态,这就增加了自动植入设备的设计难度。
4、由于RFID射频标签是通过天线和射频模块连接实现数据的发送/接收 的,而轮胎制造过程或常规使用造成的轮胎挠曲和形变易导致天线与电子标签装置因破裂、损坏或老化而分离,使RFID电子标签失效。
5、上述各种射频电子标签,都存在着天线不能更换,或更换天线容易损坏标签的缺点。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签,采用简单可靠的连接方式代替标签生产中的芯片天线焊接工艺,根据不同需要可以方便地选择不同长度、不同形状的天线与电子标签芯片进行装配。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签,包括:射频芯片、射频芯片上的天线引脚、与天线引脚连接的天线,其特征在于,所述的射频芯片封装在表面圆滑的一封套中,所述天线引脚内端与射频芯片连接,所述天线引脚的外端上设置有外螺纹或内螺纹,所述的天线的一端设置有与天线引脚的外螺纹或内螺纹配合的螺旋连接结构。

2、本发明省去了基板,避免了因芯片、基板焊接带来的工艺和质量问题,避免因基板边缘锋利造成橡胶割伤的危害,可以有效地提高生产效率和产品质量。

本发明一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签实施方式,包括:射频芯片3、射频芯片3上的天线引脚1、与天线引脚1连接的天线4,所述的射频芯片3封装在表面圆滑的一封套2中,所述天线引脚1内端与射频芯片3连接,所述天线引脚1的外端上设置有外螺纹5或内螺纹6,所述的天线4的一端设置有与天线引脚1的外螺纹5或内螺纹6配合的螺旋连接结构。
参见图1、图2,本发明一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签实施例1,包括:射频芯片3、射频芯片3上的天线引脚1、与天线引脚1连接的天线4,所述的射频芯片3封装在表面圆滑的一封套2中。天线引脚1有两个,分别与射频芯片3的两端连接,两个天线引脚1的外端分别从封套2的两端伸出,两个天线引脚1的外端上设置外螺纹5。所述的天线4为两个,两个天线4分别与两个天线引脚1的外螺纹5配合的螺旋连接结构为延展式螺旋弹簧,所述延展式螺旋弹簧的螺距与对应天线引脚1外端上的外螺纹5螺距一致。上述的天线引脚1上外螺纹5的螺纹深度略大于天线一端的螺旋弹簧丝的直径。
参见图3,本发明一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签实施例2,包括:射频芯片3、射频芯片3上的天线引脚1、与天线引脚1连接的天线4,所述的射频芯片3封装在表面圆滑的一封套2中。天线引脚1有两个,分别与射频芯片3的两端连接,两个天线引脚1的外端分别从封套2的两端伸出,两个天线引脚1的外端上设置内螺纹6。所述的天线4为两个,两个天线4分别与两个天线引脚1的内螺纹6配合的螺旋连接结构为延展式螺旋弹簧,所述延展式螺旋弹簧的螺距与对应天线引脚1外端上的内螺纹6螺距一致。上述的天线引脚上内螺纹6的螺纹深度略大于天线一端的螺旋弹簧丝的直径。
参见图4,本发明一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签实施例3,包括:射频芯片3、射频芯片3上的天线引脚1、与天线引脚1连接的天线4,所述的射频 芯片3封装在表面圆滑的一封套2中所述天线引脚有两个,分别设置在射频芯片3的两端,所述两个天线引脚的1外端分别从封套的两端伸出,两个天线引脚1的外端上设置外螺纹。所述天线4为两个延展式螺旋弹簧,两个天线4一端与天线引脚1的外螺纹5配合的螺旋连接结构为螺母9,所述螺母9与天线引脚一端的外螺纹5连接。
参见图5,本发明一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签实施例4,包括:射频芯片3、射频芯片3上的两个天线引脚1、与天线引脚1连接的两个天线4,两个天线引脚1分别设置在射频芯片3的两端,所述的射频芯片3及两个天线引脚1封装在表面圆滑的一封套2中,两个天线引脚1的外端与所述封套2端面平齐。两个天线引脚1的外端上设置内螺纹6,所述天线4一端与天线引脚1的内螺纹配合的螺旋连接结构为螺丝8,所述螺丝8与天线引脚1一端的内螺纹6连接。
上述各实施例中的封套2为两端开口的圆桶形,或者设计成球形体或棱角较钝的任意形状,如立方形等。
在标签实际加工过程中,可通过控制天线4的螺旋圈数来控制天线4的长度,以满足不同的需要。电子标签植入轮胎后,在轮胎使用过程中引入的拉力是与天线4延伸方向一致。采用上述各种螺纹连接方式,不仅可避免高温开焊等问题,而且只有当子射频芯片3本体与天线4两者相对旋转的时候才会分离,而当电子标签植入轮胎后,整个标签完全嵌入到橡胶中,不会出现旋转的现象,所以在使用过程中轮胎的形变不会影响电子标签与天线4的结合,轮胎发热也不会影响整个机械配合的牢固性,保证了电子标签的可靠性。
天线4上的螺丝或螺母设计还具有装配方便,易规范的优点。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签,包括:射频芯片、射频芯片上的天线引脚、与天线引脚连接的天线,其特征在于,所述的射频芯片封装在表面圆滑的一封套中,所述天线引脚内端与射频芯片连接,所述天线引脚的外端上设置有外螺纹或内螺纹,所述的天线的一端设置有与天线引脚的外螺纹或内螺纹配合的螺旋连接结构。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签,其特征在于,所述天线引脚有两个,分别设置在射频芯片的两端,所述两个天线引脚的外端分别从封套的两端伸出,所述的天线为两个,两个天线分别与两个天线引脚的外螺纹或内螺纹配合的螺旋连接结构为延展式螺旋弹簧,所述延展式螺旋弹簧的螺距与对应天线引脚外端上的外螺纹或内螺纹螺距一致。
  3. 按照权利要求2所述的一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签,其特征在于,所述的天线引脚上外螺纹或内螺纹的螺纹深度略大于天线一端的螺旋弹簧丝的直径。
  4. 按照权利要求1所述的橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签,其特征在于,所述天线引脚有两个,分别设置在射频芯片的两端,所述两个天线引脚的外端分别从封套的两端伸出,所述天线一端与天线引脚的外螺纹配合的螺旋连接结构为螺母,所述螺母与天线引脚一端的外螺纹连接。
  5. 按照权利要求1所述的橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签,其特征在于,所述天线引脚有两个,分别设置在射频芯片的两端,所述两个天线引脚置于封套内,两个天线引脚的外端与所述封套端面平齐,所述天线一端与天线引脚的内螺纹配合的螺旋连接结构为螺丝,所述螺丝与天线引脚一端的内螺纹连接。
  6. 按照权利要求1-5任一项所述的橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签,其特征在于,所述的封套为两端开口的圆桶形。
  7. 一种橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签的安装方法,所述射频电子标签包括射频芯片、射频芯片上的天线引脚、与天线引脚连接的天线,其特征在于所述所述射频芯片封装在表面光滑的封套中,所述天线引脚内端与射频芯片连接,所述天线引脚与天线之间采用螺纹连接。
  8. 按照权利要求7所述的橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签的安装方法,其特征在于所述天线设置为延展式螺旋弹簧结构,与所述天线引脚的螺纹结构相配合。
  9. 按照权利要求7所述的橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签的安装方法,其特征在于通过所述天线端部设置的螺母实现与所述天线引脚外螺纹的配合。
  10. 按照权利要求7所述的橡胶轮胎用射频电子标签的安装方法,其特增在于通过所述天线端部设置的螺丝实现与所述天线引脚内螺纹的配合。
