Claims (13)

- 根据权利要求1所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述查询管理平台,还用于:根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数,确定所述数据请求方终端是否能够访问所述数字人用户特征信息;若所述数据请求方终端能够访问所述数字人用户特征信息,则将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端;其中所述查询结果包括以下结果中的至少一种:所述数字人用户特征信息的数量、所述数字人用户特征信息中的部分数字人用户特征信息。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述查询管理平台,还用于:确定与所述查询条件对应的至少两个数字人;对所述至少两个数字人中与所述用户特征标识对应的各用户特征信 息进行数据挖掘分析,得到共性用户特征信息;根据所述共性用户特征信息中包含的各用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到所述查询结果。
- 根据权利要求3所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述查询管理平台,还用于:确定与所述查询条件对应的至少两个数字人,其中所述查询条件包括所述第二用户输入的检索关键词,或者,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方终端的上下文环境信息,或者,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述第二用户对应的数字人中包含的至少一个用户特征信息;对所述至少两个数字人中与所述用户特征标识对应的各用户特征信息进行数据挖掘分析,得到共性用户特征信息;根据所述共性用户特征信息中包含的各用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到所述查询结果。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述权限管理平台还用于:根据所述数据提供方标识对所述数据提供方进行身份鉴权,并在鉴权通过后执行根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限的步骤。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括存储器;所述存储器存储所述数据处理平台获得的数据源以及根据所述数据源提取的数字人。
- 一种数据信息交易方法,其特征在于,包括:服务器接收数据请求方终端发送的查询请求,所述查询请求中包括查询条件和需满足所述查询条件的数字人的用户特征标识,所述数字人用于在数字世界环境中描述物理世界中实际用户的特征,所述用户特征标识为对所述数字人中包含的各用户特征信息进行分类得到的特征类别标识;所述服务器确定与所述查询条件和所述用户特征标识对应的数字人用户特征信息,并根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到 查询结果,并将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端;所述服务器接收所述数据请求方终端根据所述查询结果发送的购买请求,并根据所述购买请求完成交易,所述购买请求用于指示购买所述查询结果对应的数字人用户特征信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端,包括:所述服务器根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数,确定所述数据请求方终端是否能够访问所述数字人用户特征信息;若所述数据请求方终端能够访问所述数字人用户特征信息,则所述服务器将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端;其中,所述查询结果包括以下结果中的至少一种:所述数字人用户特征信息的数量、所述数字人用户特征信息中的部分数字人用户特征信息。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器确定与所述查询条件和所述用户特征标识对应的数字人用户特征信息,并根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到查询结果,包括:确定与所述查询条件对应的至少两个数字人;对所述至少两个数字人中与所述用户特征标识对应的各用户特征信息进行数据挖掘分析,得到共性用户特征信息;根据所述共性用户特征信息中包含的各用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到所述查询结果。
- 根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述查询条件包括所述第二用户输入的检索关键词;或者,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方终端的上下文环境信息;或者,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方对应的数字人中包含的至少一个用户特征信息。
- 一种数据信息交易方法,其特征在于,包括:服务器接收数据提供方终端发送的权限管理请求,所述权限管理请求中包括数据提供方标识和访问权限设置参数;所述服务器根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限,所述数字人用于在数字世界环境中描述物理世界中实际用户的特征,以使所述服务器在接收到数据请求方终端发送的携带有查询条件和需满足所述查询条件的数字人的用户特征标识的查询请求,并确定与所述查询条件和所述用户特征标识对应的数字人用户特征信息时,根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到查询结果,并将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限之前,所述方法还包括:所述服务器根据所述数据提供方标识对所述数据提供方进行身份鉴权,并在鉴权通过后执行根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限的步骤。
