背景技术
随着移动终端和移动互联网的不断发展,现今各种各样的网络应用业务日益影响人们的生活习惯,人们通过用户终端进行诸如网络购物、建立社交网络、公布微博等网络应用,从而使得网络上分布有海量的终端用户数据,这些用户数据夹杂在海量的网络信息中。
由于这些用户数据中包含着对应用户的行为习惯等特征信息,当某用户通过网络搜索其希望获得的其他用户数据以便进行自身行为的参考时,便是在这样的海量网络信息中进行目标用户数据的搜索。现有的一种搜索目标信息的方式是,通过搜索引擎输入关键词,搜索引擎根据用户输入的关键词,通过网络爬虫软件在海量的网络信息中检索与该输入的关键词匹配的信息,并显示检索到的信息。
通常,这种海量检索所检索到的信息量相当大,显示的检索结果可能包括好几十页网页,甚至有可能检索到的信息中并不包括用户想要搜索的目标用户数据,浪费用户时间,具有较低的检索效率;同时,由于这些用户数据很有可能被某些专有门户或网站所掌握,使得普通用户的检索空间中缺失这部分用户数据,导致最终的检索结果不准确。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种数据信息交易方法和系统,用以实现信息查询者能够交易获取希望获得的用户特征信息,提高用户特征信息查询结果的准确性及查询效率。
本发明实施例第一方面提供一种数据信息交易系统,包括:
数据处理平台,用于获取数据源,并根据所述数据源提取数字人,所 述数据源为实际用户的轨迹数据,所述数字人用于在数字世界环境中描述物理世界中实际用户的特征;
权限管理平台,用于接收数据提供方终端发送的携带有数据提供方标识和访问权限设置参数的权限管理请求,根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限;
查询管理平台,用于接收数据请求方终端发送的携带有查询条件和需满足所述查询条件的数字人的用户特征标识的查询请求,确定与所述查询条件和所述用户特征标识对应的数字人用户特征信息,并根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到查询结果,并将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端,所述用户特征标识为对所述数字人中包含的各用户特征信息进行分类得到的特征类别标识;

本发明实施例提供的数据信息交易方法和系统,根据物理世界中实际用户的用户数据提取描述实际用户的特征的数字人,数字人中包含表征对应实际用户的特征的各用户特征信息,并且,对包含的各用户特征信息进行分类得到每一类用户特征信息的用户特征标识。从而当查询者通过其数据提供方终端发送查询请求时,该查询请求中除了包含通用的查询条件外,还包含需满足该查询条件的数字人的用户特征标识。服务器根据该查询条件和用户特征标识查询确定对应的数字人用户特征信息,进而根据查询确定的数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到收敛于查询条件和用户特征标识的查询结果,并将查询结果发送给查询者对应的数据请求方终端。进而,如果查询者需要购买该查询结果对应的数字人用户特征信息,需要向服务器发送购买请求,并根据所述购买请求完成交易。通过以查询条件和表征用户特征类别的用户特征标识作为查询收敛的要素,使得用户特征信息的检索结果更为准确;根据检索到的数字人用户特征信息的 访问权限设置参数来确定为用户推送的查询结果,保证了查询结果的有效性,且由于预先对实际用户的用户数据进行了数字人的提取,使得待查询的信息集合包含更加有效的可用信息,既保证了查询结果的准确性,又有利于提高查询搜索效率。同时,由于查询获得的数字人用户特征信息指示了与该数字人对应的实际用户的特征,以购买交易的方式有利于保证实际用户的合法利益以及信息安全。

本实施例中的服务器是提供用户特征信息检索功能的服务平台。该服务平台掌握了大量的用户轨迹相关数据,如用户使用应用软件的记录、用户购买商品的记录、用户社交活动的记录等,并对用户轨迹相关数据进行挖掘,抽取出指示用户特征和相关知识的信息(简称用户特征信息),如用户行为习惯、用户购物喜好、用户社交圈情况等。由于所述用户特征信息是对真实的物理世界的用户的轨迹相关数据通过数据挖掘方式在数字世界中映射出的特征,因此,本实施例以数字世界中虚拟出的“数字人”来表征物理世界中实际用户的特征,即该数字人中包含了表征对应实际终端用户特征的各用户特征信息。本实施例中对用户轨迹相关数据进行数据挖掘例如可以采用如下的各类数据挖掘算法,如:分类算法、聚类算法、回归算法、增强学习算法、迁移学习算法、深度学习算法、主动学习算法等。
另外,由于实际用户的用户数据中包含了该用户方方面面的数据信息,本实施例中,对数字世界中定义的数字人中包括的各用户特征信息进行分类,分类依据例如为按照用户特征信息对应的应用类型,比如是购物类的,饮食消费类的,身体健康类的,通信业务类的等等,将各用户特征信息进行分类,得到表征每类特征的用户特征标识,在本发明各实施例中,用户数据可以包括用户的轨迹数据,也可以是用户使用终端过程中产生的数据。一般来说,针对同一个实际用户而言,其对应的数字人中的某个用户特征标识下,往往包括多条用户特征信息,比如,用户特征标识为饮食消费时,该标识下很可能包括该用户在不同城市、不同时间、不同餐厅的消费信息。本实施例中,优选的,为了后续实际用户能够对其自身对应的数字人中包含的各用户特征 信息进行访问管理,在服务器的存储数据库中以数字人为单位进行各实际用户的用户特征信息的存储。

进而,当服务器根据数据请求方终端发送的查询请求中包含的查询条件以及用户特征标识查询获得相对应的数字人用户特征信息后,需根据该数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到查询结果,进而向数据请求方终端发送该查询结果。其中,本实施例中,服务器中存储的每个实际用户对应的数字人中包含的各用户特征信息优选的配置有访问权限设置参数,该参数可以是服务器根据各用户特性信息所属分类的不同预设的,也可以是由每个数字人对应的实际用户自行设置的。某用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数例如包括:该用户特征信息是否允许被访问、允许访问的用户标识、访问该用户特征信息需要支付的价格等等。可以理解的是,本实施例中,服务器在搜索获得了与查询条件和用户特征标识对应的数字人用户特征信息后,由于该数字人用户特征信息中很有可能包括多个用户特征信息,而且每个用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数不同,因此,服务器根据数字人访问权限设置参数得到推送给数据请求方的查询结果所对应的数字人用户特征信息与根据查询条件和用户特征标识所确定的数字人用户特征信息很可能不同,即很可能少于根据查询条件和用户特征标识所确定的数字人用户特征信息的数量。值得说明的是,本实施例中,该查询结果例如为:在根据查询条件和用户特征标识所确定的数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数都表征可以向数据请求方终端推送时,该查询结果比如为查询获得的数字人用户特征信息的数量,或者为查询获得的部分数字人用户特征信息等;或者为,根据查询条件和用户特征标识所确定的数字人用户特征信息中访问权限设置参数表征可以向数据请求方终端发送的那部分数字人用户特征信息的数量或其中的一部分用户特征信息。而且,优选地,该部分数字人用户特征信息为可以为任何用户公开可视的用户特征信息。本实施例中,之所以可选的采用不直接将查询获得的数字人用户特征信息发送给数据请求方终端,是因为该数字人用户特征信息反映了该数字人对应的实际终端用户的诸如行为习惯等特征,属于个人隐私,但是同时该信息对于其他用户来说也是具有重要参考价值的信息,因此,为 了保障实际终端用户的利益,以及查询者能够获得具有价值的信息,本实施例中,当作为查询者的数据请求方确定需要使用服务器查询到的数字人用户特征信息时,根据所述查询结果通过向服务器发送指示要购买查询结果对应的数字人用户特征信息的购买请求,以使服务器根据该购买请求完成数字人用户特征信息在该数字人对应的实际用户与作为查询者的数据请求方间的交易。
具体来说,该服务器需要提供电子支付功能,一方面数据请求方选择相关的数字人用户特征信息确定购买的时候,提供交易支付功能,通过API从数据请求方获取一定金额的电子支付,并相应的通过服务器与实际用户的另一API接口实现对数字人对应的实际用户一定数量金额的电子支付。
本实施例中,根据物理世界中实际终端用户的用户数据提取描述实际用户的特征的数字人,数字人中包含表征对应实际用户的特征的各用户特征信息,并且,对包含的各用户特征信息进行分类得到每一类用户特征信息的用户特征标识。从而当查询者通过其数据提供方终端发送查询请求时,该查询请求中除了包含通用的查询条件外,还包含需满足该查询条件的数字人的用户特征标识。服务器根据该查询条件和用户特征标识查询确定对应的数字人用户特征信息,进而根据查询确定的数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到收敛于查询条件和用户特征标识的查询结果,并将查询结果发送给查询者对应的数据请求方终端。进而,如果查询者需要购买该查询结果对应的数字人用户特征信息,需要向服务器发送购买请求,并根据所述购买请求完成交易。通过以查询条件和表征用户特征类别的用户特征标识作为查询收敛的要素,使得用户特征信息的检索结果更为准确;根据检索到的数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数来确定为用户推送的查询结果,保证了查询结果的有效性,且由于预先对实际用户的用户数据进行了数字人的提取,使得待查询的信息集合包含更加有效的可用信息,既保证了查询结果的准确性,又有利于提高查询搜索效率。同时,由于查询获得的数字人用户特征信息指示了与该数字人对应的实际用户的特征,以购买交易的方式有利于保证实际终端用户的合法利益以及信息安全。
图2为本发明实施例二提供的数据信息交易方法的流程图,如图2所示, 该方法包括:
201、服务器获取数据源,并根据所述数据源提取数字人,所述数据源为所述实际用户的用户数据。
随着移动终端和移动互联网的进一步普及,终端用户的数据将呈爆炸式增长,海量的数据分布散落在个人数字化生活的个个角落,比如人们通过社交网络交朋友,建立朋友圈;通过微博发布对社会事件发布个人观点,形成自媒体,建立个人的公众形象;通过网络购物,获得各种商品与服务,通过网络银行参与管理个人资产,通过个人手机终端随时随地拍摄照片、视频,记录分享人生喜怒哀乐,人们通过穿戴式终端感测自身体征数据,监控健康。网络上的这些终端用户数据的背后,隐藏着一个人的兴趣、爱好、观点、习惯、家庭、健康等等各种表征生物性个人的属性特征,构成了实际用户的特征数据。本实施例中,服务器将从各种各样的网络应用平台中获取用户的网络应用时产生的用户数据,通过大数据分析技术对包含这些用户数据的各数据源进行数据挖掘,以从各数据源中提取与每个实际用户对应的包含该实际用户的各用户特征信息的数字人,并将提取获得的数字人在本地的数据库中进行保存。具体地,可以通过识别确定属于同一个实际用户的各用户数据,进行针对同一实际用户,对其各用户数据进行数据挖掘,得到对应的数字人信息,即对应的数字人中包含的各类的用户特征信息。从而在本地数据库中建立实际用户标识与对应的数字人的存储对应关系,将对应数字人的各用户特征信息存储至与对应实际用户的用户标识对应的存储空间中。
需要说明的是,这些挖掘出的数字人中的用户特征信息本质上是属于实际用户的个人隐私,用户个人有权对该用户的用户特征信息进行占用、使用、收益和处分。
但是,在互联网大数据应用技术领域中,这些挖掘出的用户特征信息被各商家平台直接用于服务的精准定位、广告推介以及信息交易等,没有经过用户特征信息所有人的同意将该所有人的用户特征信息进行使用、交易等行为直接侵犯了所有人的隐私,因此,存在用户隐私安全性低的问题。
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的用户隐私安全性低的问题,本实施例中,服务器在根据数据源提取数字人,并将数字人本地保存之后,服务器 还可以根据各数字人分别对应的实际用户的用户标识,向每个用户标识对应的用户的终端推送消息,通知终端用户对其用户特征信息进行权限管理参数的设置,具体实现时包括:
202、所述服务器接收数据提供方终端发送的权限管理请求,所述权限管理请求中包括所述数据提供方标识和访问权限设置参数;
203、所述服务器根据所述数据提供方标识对所述第一用户进行身份鉴权,并在鉴权通过后根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限。
本实施例中,上述数据提供方为服务器中存储的一个数字人对应的实际用户,为了实现该数据提供方对其对应的数字人中各用户特征信息的访问权限管理,其通过自身的数据提供方终端向服务器发送携带有数据提供方标识和访问权限设置参数的权限管理请求。首先,服务器根据该数据提供方标识对该数据提供方进行身份鉴权,以确定该数据提供方是否为合法用户,是否有权对相应的数字人中的各用户特征信息进行权限设置和诸如修改、编辑等管理。若鉴权未通过,则服务器反馈错误提示,否则,服务器进而根据权限管理请求中携带的访问权限设置参数设置相应的用户特征信息的访问权限,比如是否允许购买访问,允许访问或购买的用户,可接受的购买支付金额,是否允许合法用户编辑修改其对应的用户特征信息等等。
值得说明的是,本实施例中,对数字人中包含的各用户特征信息,出于隐私保护的目的,可以允许该数字人对应的实际用户进行编辑和增删。该数字人对应的实际用户可以对经服务器通过数据源挖掘得到的用户特征信息进行修改和增删,对所有人工修改过的信息,平台可对其进行标记,以区别经系统自动得到的机器挖掘数据,即这两类数据的可信程度和价值级别是不同的,可以对不同可信程度或价值级别的用户特征信息设置不同的访问权限,在保证实际终端用户隐私安全的情况下,也使得查询者能够获得更加有效的信息。
至此,服务器中已经存储有各实际用户对应的各数字人信息,并且,该各数字人中包含的每种用户特征标识对应的各用户特征信息都是经过各数字人分别对应的实际用户进行了访问权限设置的,从而,该各数字人 中包含的各用户特征信息可以用于后续交易处理,使其他用户能够以一定支付代价获得想要的有价值的用户特征信息。
204、服务器接收数据请求方终端发送的查询请求,所述查询请求中包括查询条件和需满足所述查询条件的数字人的用户特征标识,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方对应的数字人中包含的至少一个用户特征信息。
在图1所示实施例的基础上,本实施例中的查询条件除了可以包括所述数据请求方输入的检索关键词,或者除了可以包括所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方终端的上下文环境信息之外,该查询条件还可以包括所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方对应的数字人中包含的至少一个用户特征信息。在实际应用中,根据查询条件和用户特征标识确定的用户特征信息很有可能是对应多个不同数字人的,因此,可选的,本实施例中,当可以获得属于多个数字人的用户特征信息时,还可以进行如下的处理。以下仅以查询条件为所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方对应的数字人中包含的至少一个用户特征信息为例进行说明,可以理解的是,同样的处理过程适用于查询条件为其他情况时。
本实施例中,服务器可以进一步获取发送查询请求的数据请求方终端所对应的数据请求方自己所对应的数字人,从而以其对应的数字人中包含的希望查询的至少一个用户特征信息来检索得到同该数字人具有相应特征匹配的一类数字人,并对检索得到的多个数字人进行二次挖掘,从而得到与查询请求中包含的用户特征标识对应的特定人群的共性特征信息,如希望检索同数据请求方具有相似口味的用户群体最喜欢哪家餐厅。具体实现时包括:
205、所述服务器确定与所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方对应的数字人中包含的至少一个用户特征信息对应的至少两个数字人;
206、所述服务器对所述至少两个数字人中与所述用户特征标识对应的各用户特征信息进行数据挖掘分析,得到共性用户特征信息。
其中,该查询结果例如为查询确定的所述共性用户特征信息的数量,或者为查询确定的所述共性用户特征信息中的部分用户特征信息。
207、所述服务器根据所述共性用户特性信息中包含的各用户特征信息 的访问权限设置参数,确定所述数据请求方终端是否能够访问所述共性用户特征信息;
208、所述服务器根据所述数据请求方终端能够访问的共性用户特征信息确定查询结果,并将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端;
209、所述服务器接收所述数据请求方终端根据所述查询结果发送的购买请求,并根据所述购买请求完成交易,所述购买请求用于指示购买所述查询结果对应的数字人用户特征信息。
进而,服务器在获得了收敛于查询条件和用户特征标识的共性用户特征信息之后,由于该共性用户特征信息中包括的用户特征信息很有可能对应了多个不同的数字人,因此,服务器需进一步根据该不同数字人中对该共性用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数来确定数据请求方能否访问所述共性用户特征信息中的每一个用户特征信息,并根据能够访问的用户特征信息确定查询结果,比如能够访问的用户特征信息的数量或者部分能够访问的用户特征信息,进而将查询结果发送给数据请求方终端,并在接收到数据请求方终端发送的购买请求时,完成交易过程。
本实施例中,提供多种不同的查询条件,使得数据请求方能够获得满足自身需求的个性化的查询结果,同时上下文环境信息以及自身数字人特征信息有利于查询者获得更加准确的用户特征信息;对查询到的属于多个数字人的用户特征信息进行进一步数据挖掘,得到共性用户特征信息,使得数据请求方能够获得更加匹配需求的用户特征信息;作为数据提供方的实际用户能够对其对应的数字人中包含的各用户特征信息进行访问权限的设置,有利于保证实际终端用户的隐私安全。
图3为本发明实施例三提供的数据信息交易系统的结构示意图,如图3所示,该系统包括处理器1,其中该处理器1对应图1或图2所示实施例中的服务器,并且该处理器1包括:
数据处理平台11,用于获取数据源,并根据所述数据源提取数字人,所述数据源为实际用户的用户数据,所述数字人用于在数字世界环境中描述物理世界中实际用户的特征;
权限管理平台12,所述权限管理平台12与数据提供方终端之间具有第一API 2,所述权限管理平台12通过所述第一API 2接收所述数据提供 方终端发送的携带有数据提供方标识和访问权限设置参数的权限管理请求,并根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限;
查询管理平台13,所述查询管理平台13与数据请求方终端之间具有第二API 3,所述查询管理平台13通过所述第二API 3接收所述数据提供方终端发送的携带有查询条件和需满足所述查询条件的数字人的用户特征标识的查询请求,并确定与所述查询条件和所述用户特征标识对应的数字人用户特征信息,并根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到查询结果,并将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端,所述用户特征标识为对所述数字人中包含的各用户特征信息进行分类得到的特征类别标识;
交易支付平台14,所述交易支付平台14与数据请求方终端之间具有所述第二API 3,所述交易支付平台14通过所述第二API 3接收所述数据请求方终端根据所述查询结果发送的购买请求,并根据所述购买请求完成交易,所述购买请求用于指示购买所述查询结果对应的数字人用户特征信息。
本实施例的交易系统可以用于执行图1所示方法实施例的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
图4为本发明实施例四提供的数据信息交易系统的结构示意图,如图4所示,本实施例中的所述系统在图3所示实施例的基础上,所述查询管理平台13,还用于:
根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数,确定所述数据请求方终端是否能够访问所述数字人用户特征信息;
若所述数据请求方终端能够访问所述数字人用户特征信息,则将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端;
其中,所述查询结果包括以下结果中的至少一种:
所述数字人用户特征信息的数量、所述数字人用户特征信息中的部分数字人用户特征信息。
进一步地,所述查询管理平台13,还用于:
确定与所述查询条件对应的至少两个数字人;
对所述至少两个数字人中与所述用户特征标识对应的各用户特征信息进行数据挖掘分析,得到共性用户特征信息;
根据所述共性用户特征信息中包含的各用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到所述查询结果。
进一步地,所述查询管理平台13,还用于:
确定与所述查询条件对应的至少两个数字人,其中所述查询条件包括所述第二用户输入的检索关键词,或者,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方终端的上下文环境信息,或者,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述第二用户对应的数字人中包含的至少一个用户特征信息;
对所述至少两个数字人中与所述用户特征标识对应的各用户特征信息进行数据挖掘分析,得到共性用户特征信息;
根据所述共性用户特征信息中包含的各用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到所述查询结果。
进一步地,所述权限管理平台12还用于:
根据所述数据提供方标识对所述第一用户进行身份鉴权,并在鉴权通过后执行根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限的步骤。
进一步地,所述交易系统还包括存储器3,所述存储器3与所述处理器1通过总线进行连接;
所述存储器3存储所述数据处理平台11获得的数据源以及所述数据处理平台11根据所述数据源提取的数字人。
本实施例的交易系统可以用于执行图2所示方法实施例的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种数据信息交易系统,其特征在于,包括:
    数据处理平台,用于获取数据源,并根据所述数据源提取数字人,所述数据源为实际用户的用户数据,所述数字人用于在数字世界环境中描述物理世界中实际用户的特征;
    权限管理平台,用于接收数据提供方终端发送的携带有数据提供方标识和访问权限设置参数的权限管理请求,根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限;
    查询管理平台,用于接收数据请求方终端发送的携带有查询条件和需满足所述查询条件的数字人的用户特征标识的查询请求,确定与所述查询条件和所述用户特征标识对应的数字人用户特征信息,并根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到查询结果,并将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端,所述用户特征标识为对所述数字人中包含的各用户特征信息进行分类得到的特征类别标识;
    交易支付平台,用于接收所述数据请求方终端根据所述查询结果发送的购买请求,并根据所述购买请求完成交易,所述购买请求用于指示购买所述查询结果对应的数字人用户特征信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述查询管理平台,还用于:
    根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数,确定所述数据请求方终端是否能够访问所述数字人用户特征信息;
    若所述数据请求方终端能够访问所述数字人用户特征信息,则将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端;
    其中所述查询结果包括以下结果中的至少一种:
    所述数字人用户特征信息的数量、所述数字人用户特征信息中的部分数字人用户特征信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述查询管理平台,还用于:
    确定与所述查询条件对应的至少两个数字人;
    对所述至少两个数字人中与所述用户特征标识对应的各用户特征信 息进行数据挖掘分析,得到共性用户特征信息;
    根据所述共性用户特征信息中包含的各用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到所述查询结果。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述查询管理平台,还用于:
    确定与所述查询条件对应的至少两个数字人,其中所述查询条件包括所述第二用户输入的检索关键词,或者,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方终端的上下文环境信息,或者,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述第二用户对应的数字人中包含的至少一个用户特征信息;
    对所述至少两个数字人中与所述用户特征标识对应的各用户特征信息进行数据挖掘分析,得到共性用户特征信息;
    根据所述共性用户特征信息中包含的各用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到所述查询结果。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述权限管理平台还用于:
    根据所述数据提供方标识对所述数据提供方进行身份鉴权,并在鉴权通过后执行根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限的步骤。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括存储器;
    所述存储器存储所述数据处理平台获得的数据源以及根据所述数据源提取的数字人。
  7. 一种数据信息交易方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收数据请求方终端发送的查询请求,所述查询请求中包括查询条件和需满足所述查询条件的数字人的用户特征标识,所述数字人用于在数字世界环境中描述物理世界中实际用户的特征,所述用户特征标识为对所述数字人中包含的各用户特征信息进行分类得到的特征类别标识;
    所述服务器确定与所述查询条件和所述用户特征标识对应的数字人用户特征信息,并根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到 查询结果,并将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端;
    所述服务器接收所述数据请求方终端根据所述查询结果发送的购买请求,并根据所述购买请求完成交易,所述购买请求用于指示购买所述查询结果对应的数字人用户特征信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端,包括:
    所述服务器根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数,确定所述数据请求方终端是否能够访问所述数字人用户特征信息;
    若所述数据请求方终端能够访问所述数字人用户特征信息,则所述服务器将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端;
    其中,所述查询结果包括以下结果中的至少一种:
    所述数字人用户特征信息的数量、所述数字人用户特征信息中的部分数字人用户特征信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器确定与所述查询条件和所述用户特征标识对应的数字人用户特征信息,并根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到查询结果,包括:
    确定与所述查询条件对应的至少两个数字人;
    对所述至少两个数字人中与所述用户特征标识对应的各用户特征信息进行数据挖掘分析,得到共性用户特征信息;
    根据所述共性用户特征信息中包含的各用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到所述查询结果。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述查询条件包括所述第二用户输入的检索关键词;
    或者,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方终端的上下文环境信息;
    或者,所述查询条件包括所述检索关键词和所述数据请求方对应的数字人中包含的至少一个用户特征信息。
  11. 一种数据信息交易方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收数据提供方终端发送的权限管理请求,所述权限管理请求中包括数据提供方标识和访问权限设置参数;
    所述服务器根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限,所述数字人用于在数字世界环境中描述物理世界中实际用户的特征,以使所述服务器在接收到数据请求方终端发送的携带有查询条件和需满足所述查询条件的数字人的用户特征标识的查询请求,并确定与所述查询条件和所述用户特征标识对应的数字人用户特征信息时,根据所述数字人用户特征信息的访问权限设置参数得到查询结果,并将所述查询结果发送给所述数据请求方终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器根据所述数据提供方标识对所述数据提供方进行身份鉴权,并在鉴权通过后执行根据所述访问权限设置参数对所述数据提供方标识对应的数字人中包含的用户特征信息设置访问权限的步骤。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,服务器接收数据提供方终端发送的查询请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器获取数据源,并根据所述数据源提取数字人,所述数据源为所述实际用户的用户数据。
