Abstract

Description

共享视频信息的方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201410356152.5、申请日为2014/7/24的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开实施例涉及网络视频技术领域,尤其是涉及共享视频信息的方法及装置。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,越来越多的用户选择通过互联网观看视频。例如在一种场景下,用户可以使用互联网视频机顶盒,将互联网视频机顶盒的一端连接电视,另一端通过互联网连接视频服务提供商的服务器,然后通过操纵互联网视频机顶盒,可以选择收看自己喜欢的视频资源。
发明人在实现本公开的过程中发现,当前视频信息的传播速度较慢,较难实现视频信息的共享,只能以服务器为中心,向单个用户终端进行辐射,限制了视频资源的利用率。
发明内容
为了克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供共享视频信息的方法及装置,以提高视频信息的传播速度,从而提高视频资源利用率。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种共享视频信息的方法,所述方法包括:
服务器接收第一用户端发送的针对视频的描述信息;
将所述描述信息发送给与所述第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用户端,以便第二用户端根据接收的所述描述信息播放所述视频。
可选的,所述描述信息至少包括:所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度、所述第一用户端针对所述视频的评论信息、所述视频的标识、所述视频的播放地址、所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度中的一种。
可选的,所述将所述描述信息发送给与所述第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用户端之后,所述方法还包括:
接收所述第二用户端针对所述视频的评论信息;
将所述第二用户端针对所述视频的评论信息发送给所述第一用户端,以使所述第一用户端接收到所述评论信息后显示。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种共享视频信息的方法,所述方法包括:
第二用户端接收服务器发送的描述信息,所述描述信息为与所述第二用户端具有好友 关系的第一用户端针对视频的描述信息;
显示所述描述信息;并且,
当接收到触发播放所述视频的操作时,根据所述描述信息播放所述视频。
可选的,所述描述信息至少包括:所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度、所述第一用户端针对所述视频的评论信息、所述视频的标识、所述视频的播放地址、所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度中的一种。
可选的,所述根据所述描述信息播放所述视频,包括:
如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,根据所述标识或/和所述播放地址获取所述视频,并从所述视频的起始时刻开始播放所述视频;或者,
如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,及所述描述信息包括所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度,则根据所述标识或/和所述地址信息获取所述视频,并从所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度处开始播放所述视频;或者,
如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,及所述描述信息包括所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度,则根据所述标识或/和所述地址信息获取所述视频,并从所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度处开始播放所述视频。
可选的,所述根据所述描述信息播放所述视频之后,所述方法还包括:
接收针对所述视频的评论信息;
将所述评论信息发送给所述服务器,以便所述服务器将所述评论信息发送给所述第一用户端进行显示。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供一种共享视频信息的装置,所述装置包括:
描述信息第一接收单元,用于接收第一用户端发送的针对视频的描述信息;
描述信息转发单元,用于将所述描述信息发送给与所述第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用户端,以便第二用户端根据接收的所述描述信息播放所述视频。
可选的,所述描述信息至少包括:所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度、所述第一用户端针对所述视频的评论信息、所述视频的标识、所述视频的播放地址、所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度中的一种。
可选的,所述装置还包括:
评论信息第一接收单元,用于接收所述第二用户端针对所述视频的评论信息;
评论信息转发单元,用于将所述第二用户端针对所述视频的评论信息发送给所述第一用户端,以使所述第一用户端接收到所述评论信息后显示。
根据本公开实施例的第四方面,提供一种共享视频信息的装置,所述装置包括:
描述信息第二接收单元,用于接收服务器发送的描述信息,所述描述信息为与所述第 二用户端具有好友关系的第一用户端针对视频的描述信息;
描述信息显示单元,用于显示所述描述信息;
视频播放单元,用于当接收到触发播放所述视频的操作时,根据所述描述信息播放所述视频。
可选的,所述描述信息至少包括:所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度、所述第一用户端针对所述视频的评论信息、所述视频的标识、所述视频的播放地址、所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度中的一种。
可选的,所述视频播放单元用于根据所述描述信息播放所述视频时,用于:

评论信息第二接收单元,用于接收针对所述视频的评论信息;

根据本公开实施例的第五方面,提供一种共享视频信息的装置,包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为:
接收第一用户端发送的针对视频的描述信息;
描述信息转发单元,用于将所述描述信息发送给与所述第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用户端,以便第二用户端根据接收的所述描述信息播放所述视频。

图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种共享视频信息的方法的流程图。该方法可用于服务器。参见图1所示,该方法可以包括:
在步骤S101中,服务器接收第一用户端发送的针对视频的描述信息。
在某些场景下,第一用户端可以为PC(个人电脑)、智能手机、平板电脑等,还可以是电视+互联网视频机顶盒的组合,等等,对于第一用户端的具体形式本公开并不进行限制。
第一用户端在观看某视频过程中,某时刻可以发表一条针对视频的描述信息给服务器。
在步骤S102中,服务器将所述描述信息发送给与第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用 户端,以便第二用户端根据接收的所述描述信息播放所述视频。
在某些场景下,该第一用户端的好友关系可以是第一用户自己设定的关联关系(例如第二用户端可以是第一用户端所加的“好友”),也可以是服务器主动判断出的关联(例如第二用户端可以是与第一用户端同一IP范围内的用户),这里,服务器可以拉取第一用户端的好友列表,根据第一用户端的好友列表来匹配得到与第一用户端有好友关系的第二用户端,等等,本公开并不进行限制。此外容易理解的是,该第二用户端可以有一个,也可以不止一个。
另外,上述好友关系可以在服务器接收到所述描述信息之后建立,也可以在之前与第一用户端通信的过程中建立,在接收到所述描述信息之后可以直接用。
在本实施例或本公开其他某些实施例中,所述描述信息可以至少包括:第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度、第一用户端针对所述视频的评论信息、视频的标识、视频的播放地址、第一用户端评论视频时视频的播放进度中的一种。
参见图2所示,在本实施例或本公开其他某些实施例中,所述将所述描述信息发送给与第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用户端之后,该方法还可以包括:
在步骤S103中,服务器接收第二用户端针对所述视频的评论信息;
在步骤S104中,服务器将第二用户端针对所述视频的评论信息发送给第一用户端,以使第一用户端接收到所述评论信息后显示。
第二用户端收到了针对视频的描述信息后,可以对视频进行评论,或者对第一用户端就视频发表的评论进行回复,以回应第一用户端,实现与第一用户端的信息交流。
举例来讲,第一用户端可以是电视盒子+电视,第二用户端可以是智能手机,第一用户端观看网络视频,并在某时通过遥控器或键盘发表了一则针对其观看的网络视频的描述信息,例如对其观看视频的评论,电视盒子将该描述信息传送给服务器,服务器再把该描述信息转发给第二用户端,第二用户端看到该描述信息后,可以进行回复,然后由服务器将回复转发给第一用户端知道。
此外,第二用户端也可以向服务器请求播放该视频。在一些场景下,第二用户端在要求服务器为其播放该视频时,可以附加一些选项,如选择从该视频的起始时刻播放,或者选择从第一用户端发布描述信息时的进度起播放,还可以选择从第一用户端当前的观看进度起播放,等等。当然在另外一些场景下,服务器也可以根据一些预置的规则自主确定选择何种进度为第二用户端播放所述视频,对此本公开并不进行限制。
在本实施例中,服务器可以将一个终端上的针对视频的描述信息发送给另一个终端,实现了视频信息从一个终端向另一个终端的传播,使得视频信息的传播不再局限于服务器与终端之间,各终端之间现在也可以及时的共享各自视频的播放状况,形成了各终端之间视频信息的推送、共享机制,从而给视频信息带来了更快的传播速度,进而大大提高视频资源的利用率。
图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种共享视频信息的方法的流程图。该方法可用于第二用户端。参见图3所示,本实施例方法可以包括:
在步骤S301中,第二用户端接收服务器发送的描述信息,所述描述信息为与第二用户端具有好友关系的第一用户端针对视频的描述信息。
在本实施例或本公开其他某些实施例中,所述描述信息可以至少包括:第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度、第一用户端针对所述视频的评论信息、视频的标识、视频的播放地址、第一用户端评论视频时视频的播放进度中的一种。
在步骤S302中,第二用户端显示接收到的描述信息。
在步骤S303中,当接收到触发播放所述视频的操作时,第二用户端根据所述描述信息去播放所述视频。
第二用户端的用户在接收到描述信息后,可以根据信息提示项来触发请求播放所述视频。
作为示例,在本实施例或本公开其他某些实施例中,所述根据所述描述信息播放所述视频,可以包括:

在步骤S305中,第二用户端将所述评论信息发送给服务器,以便服务器将所述评论信息发送给第一用户端进行显示。
第二用户端的用户在观看该视频时可以发表评论,然后服务器将该评论转发给第一用户端知悉,这样两个用户端不但共享了该视频,还实现了交流。

图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种共享视频信息的方法的信令示意图。
在步骤S501中,第一用户端将针对该视频的描述信息发送给服务器。第一用户端可以将用户观看时发表的一则描述内容、该描述的时间及视频地址等内容封装成描述信息,发送给服务器。下表1为描述信息的一个示例:

在步骤S502中,服务器将该描述信息转发给第二用户端。
在步骤S503中,第二用户端在接收到所述视频的描述信息后,可以根据该描述信息来请求观看所述视频。
作为示例可参见图6所示,图6是第二用户端收到描述信息后的界面示意图,在该界面中,第二用户端上的用户可以选择观看的方式,如“从头观看”、“从评论时刻开始”、“与好友同步观看”(即从第一用户端当前正在看的进度观看)。然后第二用户端根据用户的选择向服务器发出播放该视频的请求,服务器为第二用户端提供播放该视频的服务。
在另外一些场景中,步骤S503之后,第二用户端也可以对该视频进行评论并共享给第一用户端,参见图7所示:
在步骤S504中,第二用户端将回复的评论内容发给服务器。
在步骤S505中,服务器将该评论内容转发给第一用户端。

在本实施例或本公开其他某些实施例中,所述视频播放单元用于根据所述描述信息播放所述视频时,用于:
如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,根据所述标识或/和所述播放地址获取所述视频,并从所述视频的起始时刻开始播放所述视频;或者,
如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,及所述描述信息包括所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度,则根据所述标识或/和所述地址信息获取所述视频,并从所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度处开始播放所述视频;或者,
如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,及所述描述信息包括所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度,则根据所述标识或/和所述地址信息获取所述视频,并从所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度处开始播放所述视频。
参见图11所示,在本实施例或本公开其他某些实施例中,所述装置还可以包括:
评论信息第二接收单元1004,用于接收针对所述视频的评论信息;
评论信息发送单元1005,用于将所述评论信息发送给所述服务器,以便所述服务器将所述评论信息发送给所述第一用户端进行显示。

本公开还公开了一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由服务器的处理器执行时,使得服务器能够执行一种共享视频信息的方法,所述方法包括:
接收第一用户端发送的针对视频的描述信息;
描述信息转发单元,用于将所述描述信息发送给与所述第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用户端,以便第二用户端根据接收的所述描述信息播放所述视频。
图12是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于共享视频信息的装置的框图。例如,该装置1800可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图12,装置1800可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1802,存储器1804,电源组件1806,多媒体组件1808,音频组件1810,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1818,传感器组件1814,以及通信组件1816。
处理组件1802通常控制装置1800的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1802可以包括一个或多个处理器1820来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1802可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1802和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1802可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1808和处理组件1802之间的交互。
存储器1804被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备1800的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1800上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1804可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1806为装置1800的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1806可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1800生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1808包括在所述装置1800和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面 板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1808包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1800处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1810被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1810包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1800处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1804或经由通信组件1816发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1810还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1818为处理组件1802和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1814包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1800提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1814可以检测到设备1800的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1800的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1814还可以检测装置1800或装置1800一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1800接触的存在或不存在,装置1800方位或加速/减速和装置1800的温度变化。传感器组件1814可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1814还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1814还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1816被配置为便于装置1800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1816经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1816还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1800可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1804,上述指令可由装置1800的处理器1820执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、 磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
图13是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于共享视频信息的装置的框图。例如,该装置1900可以被提供为一服务器。
参照图13,装置1900包括处理组件1922,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器1932所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件1922的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器1932中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件1922被配置为执行指令,以执行上述方法。
装置1900还可以包括一个电源组件1926被配置为执行装置1900的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口1950被配置为将装置1900连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口1958。装置1900可以操作基于存储在存储器1932的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种共享视频信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收第一用户端发送的针对视频的描述信息;
    将所述描述信息发送给与所述第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用户端,以便第二用户端根据接收的所述描述信息播放所述视频。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述描述信息至少包括:所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度、所述第一用户端针对所述视频的评论信息、所述视频的标识、所述视频的播放地址、所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度中的一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述描述信息发送给与所述第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用户端之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第二用户端针对所述视频的评论信息;
    将所述第二用户端针对所述视频的评论信息发送给所述第一用户端,以使所述第一用户端接收到所述评论信息后显示。
  4. 一种共享视频信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第二用户端接收服务器发送的描述信息,所述描述信息为与所述第二用户端具有好友关系的第一用户端针对视频的描述信息;
    显示所述描述信息;并且,
    当接收到触发播放所述视频的操作时,根据所述描述信息播放所述视频。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述描述信息至少包括:所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度、所述第一用户端针对所述视频的评论信息、所述视频的标识、所述视频的播放地址、所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度中的一种。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述描述信息播放所述视频,包括:
    如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,根据所述标识或/和所述播放地址获取所述视频,并从所述视频的起始时刻开始播放所述视频;或者,
    如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,及所述描述信息包括所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度,则根据所述标识或/和所述地址信息获取所述视频,并从所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度处开始播放所述视频;或者,
    如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,及所述描述信息包括所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度,则根据所述标识或/和所述地 址信息获取所述视频,并从所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度处开始播放所述视频。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述描述信息播放所述视频之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收针对所述视频的评论信息;
    将所述评论信息发送给所述服务器,以便所述服务器将所述评论信息发送给所述第一用户端进行显示。
  8. 一种共享视频信息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    描述信息第一接收单元,用于接收第一用户端发送的针对视频的描述信息;
    描述信息转发单元,用于将所述描述信息发送给与所述第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用户端,以便第二用户端根据接收的所述描述信息播放所述视频。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述描述信息至少包括:所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度、所述第一用户端针对所述视频的评论信息、所述视频的标识、所述视频的播放地址、所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度中的一种。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    评论信息第一接收单元,用于接收所述第二用户端针对所述视频的评论信息;
    评论信息转发单元,用于将所述第二用户端针对所述视频的评论信息发送给所述第一用户端,以使所述第一用户端接收到所述评论信息后显示。
  11. 一种共享视频信息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    描述信息第二接收单元,用于接收服务器发送的描述信息,所述描述信息为与所述第二用户端具有好友关系的第一用户端针对视频的描述信息;
    描述信息显示单元,用于显示所述描述信息;
    视频播放单元,用于当接收到触发播放所述视频的操作时,根据所述描述信息播放所述视频。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述描述信息至少包括:所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度、所述第一用户端针对所述视频的评论信息、所述视频的标识、所述视频的播放地址、所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度中的一种。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述视频播放单元用于根据所述描述信息播放所述视频时,用于:
    如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,根据所述标识或/和所述播放地址获取所述视频,并从所述视频的起始时刻开始播放所述视频;或者,
    如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,及所述描述信息包括所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度,则根据所述标识或/和所述地址信息获取所述视频,并从所述第一用户端当前观看所述视频的进度处开始播放所述视频;或者,
    如果所述描述信息包括所述视频的标识或/和所述视频的播放地址,及所述描述信息包括所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度,则根据所述标识或/和所述地址信息获取所述视频,并从所述第一用户端评论所述视频时所述视频的播放进度处开始播放所述视频。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    评论信息第二接收单元,用于接收针对所述视频的评论信息;
    评论信息发送单元,用于将所述评论信息发送给所述服务器,以便所述服务器将所述评论信息发送给所述第一用户端进行显示。
  15. 一种共享视频信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收第一用户端发送的针对视频的描述信息;
    描述信息转发单元,用于将所述描述信息发送给与所述第一用户端具有好友关系的第二用户端,以便第二用户端根据接收的所述描述信息播放所述视频。
