임산부용 팬티

본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 상기한 바와 같은 종래 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 다음과 같은 해결과제를 가진다.
첫째, 임산부의 복부의 위쪽을 전혀 압박하지 않으며, 허리와 엉덩이 부분을 충분히 감싸 임산부에게 최대한 편안한 느낌을 가지도록 할 수 있는 임산부용 팬티를 제공하고자 한다.
둘째, 임신 기간 경과에 따라 임산부의 복부가 팽창함에 맞추어, 복부를 압박하는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인의 높이를 체형에 따라 원하는 만큼 낮출 수 있도록 하는 임산부용 팬티를 제공하고자 한다.
셋째, 팬티의 상단 라인의 높이를 조절하는 구성들이 복부에 직접 접촉하는 것을 방지하여 임산부에게 불쾌감을 주지 않도록 하는 임산부용 팬티를 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 상기의 해결하고자 하는 과제를 위하여 다음과 같은 과제 해결 수단을 가진다.

본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 상기 상부 고정부는 제 1 상부 벨크로로 이루어지고, 상기 높이 조절부의 상부에는 상기 상부 팬티 벨크로와 부착되는 제 2 상부 벨크로가 형성되며, 상기 적어도 하나의 고정부는 상기 제 2 상부 벨크로가 부착될 수 있는 하부 벨크로이고, 상기 높이 조절부의 상부가 상기 전면부의 상단 라인을 타고 넘은 후 상기 제 2 상부 벨크로가 상기 하부 벨크로 또는 상기 하부 벨크로들 중 하나에 부착되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 상기 전면부의 안쪽의 상부에는 아래쪽이 개방된 포켓이 형성되며, 상기 포켓의 내부에서 상기 높이 조절부가, 상기 전면부의 안쪽에 위치한 상기 상부 고정부에 부착되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른, 임산부를 위해 팬티의 전면부의 상단 라인의 높이가 조절된 임산부용 팬티는, 상기 전면부의 상단 라인이 임산부의 복부 아래를 통과하도록 곡선형으로 이루어지고, 상기 팬티의 가랑이부의 중앙지점으로부터 상기 전면부의 상단 라인까지의 거리가 가장 짧은 지점이 상기 전면부의 상단 라인의 중앙에 형성되며, 상기 팬티의 후면부의 상단 라인은 임산부의 허리를 덮도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상과 같은 구성의 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 다음과 같은 효과를 가진다.
첫째, 임산부의 복부의 위쪽을 전혀 압박하지 않으며, 허리와 엉덩이 부분을 충분히 감싸 임산부에게 최대한 편안한 느낌을 가지도록 할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
둘째, 임신 기간 경과에 따라 임산부의 복부가 팽창함에 맞추어, 복부를 압박하는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인의 높이를 체형에 따라 원하는 만큼 낮출 수 있도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
셋째, 높이 조절부 또는 상부 고정부가 직접적으로 복부와 접촉하는 것을 방지함으로써, 임산부에게 불쾌감을 주지 않도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
본 발명의 효과는 이상에서 언급한 것들에 한정되지 않으며, 비록 본 명세서에 언급되지 않았어도, 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 자명하게 도출되는 효과는 본 발명의 효과에 포함된다.

본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 다양한 변경을 가할 수 있고 여러 가지 실시예를 가질 수 있는바, 특정 실시예들을 도면에 예시하고 상세한 설명에 상세하게 설명하고자 한다. 그러나, 이는 본 발명을 특정한 실시 형태에 대해 한정하려는 것이 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 및 기술 범위에 포함되는 모든 변경, 균등물 내지 대체물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
이하에서는 도면을 참조하여, 본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티를 상세히 설명하고자 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 사시도이다. 도 2는 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 횡단면도이다. 도 3은 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티를 임산부가 착용한 모습을 도시한 도면이다.
본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 전면부(10), 후면부(20), 가랑이부(30), 높이 조절부(40), 하부 고정부(50) 및 상부 고정부(60)로 이루어진다.
팬티는 전면부(10)와 후면부(20)가 연결된 후 가랑이부(30)가 팬티의 아래쪽 안쪽에 덧대어지는 구성이며, 전면부(10) 및 후면부(20)는 일체형으로도 제작이 가능하다. 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(11)은 임산부의 복부 위에 걸쳐져 복부를 보호할 수 있도록 형성되며, 후면부(20)의 상단 라인(21)은 임산부의 허리까지 감쌀 수 있도록 높이가 결정된다. 팬티의 하단 라인은 임산부의 엉덩이를 충분히 감쌀 수 있도록 선택된다.
높이 조절부(40)는 전면부(10)의 안쪽에 부착된다. 여기서, 높이 조절부(40)의 하부(41)는 전면부(10)의 안쪽 하부에 덧대어 완전히 고정될 수 있도록 부착되며, 높이 조절부(40)의 상부(42)는 전면부(10)의 안쪽 상부에 분리 가능하게 부착된다.
도 2에는 높이 조절부(40)의 분리 가능한 부착 방법이 도시되어 있다. 전면부(10)의 안쪽 상부에는 상부 고정부(60)가 형성되며, 본 실시예에서는 상부 고정부(60)로서, 단추(이하 "상부 단추"라 한다)를 예로 들어 설명한다. 높이 조절부(40)의 상부에는 상부 단추(60)가 끼워지는 상부 단추 구멍(43)이 형성되어, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(11)의 높이를 줄이기 전에는 도 2(a)에 도시된 바와 같이, 상부 단추(60)가 상부 단추 구멍(43)에 끼워짐으로써, 높이 조절부(40)의 상부(42)가 전면부(10)의 안쪽 상부에 부착된다.
임산부는 복부의 답답함을 해소하기 위하여 체형에 맞게 높이 조절부(40)를 통해 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(11)의 높이를 줄일 수 있는데, 이를 위해 전면부(40)의 바깥쪽 하부에는 적어도 하나의 하부 고정부(50)가 부착된다. 본 실시예에서는 하부 고정부로서, 단추(이하 "하부 단추"라 한다)를 예로 들어 설명한다. 하부 단추(50)들은 전면부(10)의 바깥쪽 하부에 높이 방향을 따라 일렬로 복수개가 부착되는 것이 바람직하며, 하부 단추(50)들의 숫자가 많을수록 더 세밀하게 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(11)의 높이를 조절할 수 있게 된다.
전면부(10)의 상단 라인(11)의 높이를 줄이기 위하여, 도 2(b)에 도시된 바와 같이, 높이 조절부(40)의 상부 단추 구멍(43)으로부터 상부 단추(60)를 빼냄으로써, 높이 조절부(40)의 상부(42)가 전면부(10)의 안쪽으로부터 분리된다. 분리된 높이 조절부(40)는 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(11)을 타고 넘어 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(11)을 끌어 내리며, 하부 단추(50)들 중 하나가 상부 단추 구멍(43)에 끼워지면, 도 2(c)에 도시된 바와 같이, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(11)은 높이가 줄어든 상단 라인(12)으로 바뀌게 된다. 이에 따라, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 임산부는 복부가 답답하지 않도록 체형에 맞게 원하는 만큼 전면부(40)의 상단 라인(11)을 줄일 수 있게 된다.
본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 상단 라인(11)의 높이 조절 전의 착용감을 향상시키기 위하여 전면부(10)의 안쪽 상부에는, 아래쪽으로 개방된 포켓(70)이 형성될 수도 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 안쪽에 형성된 포켓을 도시하는 도면이다.
전면부(10)의 안쪽 상부에 부착된 상부 단추(60)가 직접 복부에 접촉하게 되면 압박감이나 불쾌감을 느낄 수 있는데, 이를 방지하기 위하여, 상부 단추(60)를 감싸도록 포켓(70)을 전면부(10)의 안쪽 상부에 형성하면, 상부 단추(60)가 임산부의 복부에 직접 접촉하는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되며, 높이 조절부(40)는 포켓(70) 내부에서 상부 단추(60)에 부착되게 된다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제 2 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 횡단면도이다.
본 발명의 제 2 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 제 1 실시예와 그 기능 및 구조가 동일하므로, 이에 대한 반복적인 설명을 생략한다. 다만 제 1 실시예의 상부 단추(60)는 상부 스냅 암단추(160)로 대체되고, 제 1 실시예의 하부 단추(50)는 하부 스냅 암단추(150)로 이루어지며, 제 1 실시예의 높이 조절부(40)의 상부 단추 구멍(43)은 상부 스냅 수단추(143)로 이루어져, 하부 스냅 암단추(150) 및 상부 스냅 암단추(160)와 스냅 연결을 통해 상호 부착되는 차이점이 존재한다.
또한, 도 5에 도시되지는 않았지만, 제 1 실시예의 포켓(70) 역시 본 실시예에도 동일하게 적용될 수 있다.
도 5에서 전면부(110), 상단 라인(111), 가랑이부(130), 높이 조절부의 하부(141) 및 높이 조절부의 상부(142)는 각각 제1실시예의 전면부(10), 상단 라인(11), 가랑이부(30), 높이 조절부의 하부(41) 및 높이 조절부의 상부(42)에 대응된다.
도 6은 본 발명의 제 3 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 횡단면도이다.
본 발명의 제 3 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 제 1 실시예와 그 기능 및 구조가 동일하므로, 이에 대한 반복적인 설명을 생략한다. 다만 제 1 실시예의 상부 단추(60)는 상부 후크 걸이(260)로 대체되고, 제 1 실시예의 하부 단추(50)는 하부 후크 걸이(250)로 이루어지며, 제 1 실시예의 높이 조절부(40)의 상부 단추 구멍(43)은 상부 후크(243)로 이루어져, 하부 후크 걸이(250) 및 상부 후크 걸이(260)와 걸림 방식을 통해 상호 부착되는 차이점이 존재한다. 여기서, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 상부 후크(244)는 후크의 끝이 아래쪽을 향하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 도 6에 도시되지는 않았지만, 제 1 실시예의 포켓(70) 역시 본 실시예에도 동일하게 적용될 수 있다.
도 6에서 전면부(210), 상단 라인(211), 가랑이부(230), 높이 조절부의 하부(241) 및 높이 조절부의 상부(242)는 각각 제1실시예의 전면부(10), 상단 라인(11), 가랑이부(30), 높이 조절부의 하부(41) 및 높이 조절부의 상부(42)에 대응된다.
도 7은 본 발명의 제 4 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 횡단면도이다.
본 발명의 제 4 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 제 1 실시예와 그 기능 및 구조가 동일하므로, 이에 대한 반복적인 설명을 생략한다. 다만 제 1 실시예의 상부 단추(60)는 상부 후크(360)로 대체되고, 제 1 실시예의 하부 단추(50)는 하부 후크(350)로 이루어지며, 제 1 실시예의 높이 조절부(40)의 상부 단추 구멍(43)은 상부 후크 걸이(343)로 이루어져, 하부 후크(350) 및 상부 후크(360)와 걸림 방식으로 상호 부착되는 차이점이 존재한다. 여기서, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 상부 후크(360)는 후크의 끝이 위쪽을 향하는 것이 바람직하고, 하부 후크(350)는 후크의 끝이 아래쪽을 향하는 것이 바람직하다.
도 7에 도시되지는 않았지만, 제 1 실시예의 포켓(70) 역시 본 실시예에도 동일하게 적용될 수 있다.
도 7에서 전면부(310), 상단 라인(311), 가랑이부(330), 높이 조절부의 하부(341) 및 높이 조절부의 상부(342)는 각각 제1실시예의 전면부(10), 상단 라인(11), 가랑이부(30), 높이 조절부의 하부(41) 및 높이 조절부의 상부(42)에 대응된다.
도 8은 본 발명의 제 5 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 횡단면도이다.
본 발명의 제 5 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 제 1 실시예와 그 기능 및 구조가 동일하므로, 이에 대한 반복적인 설명을 생략한다. 다만 제 1 실시예의 상부 단추(60)는 제 1 상부 벨크로(460)로 대체되고, 제 1 실시예의 하부 단추(50)는 하부 벨크로(450)로 이루어지며, 제 1 실시예의 높이 조절부(40)의 상부 단추 구멍(43)은 제 2 상부 벨크로(443)로 이루어져, 하부 벨크로(450) 및 제 1 상부 벨크로(460)와 벨크로 테입 부착 방식으로 상호 부착되는 차이점이 존재한다. 여기서, 하부 벨크로(450)는 복수개의 벨크로들이 높이 방향으로 배열되어 전면부(410)의 바깥쪽 하부에 부착되거나, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 하나의 벨크로가 높이 방향을 따라 길게 연장되어 전면부(410)의 바깥쪽 하부에 부착되는 구성 모두 바람직하다.
도 8에 도시되지는 않았지만, 제 1 실시예의 포켓(70) 역시 본 실시예에도 동일하게 적용될 수 있다.
도 8에서 전면부(410), 상단 라인(411), 가랑이부(430), 높이 조절부의 하부(441) 및 높이 조절부의 상부(442)는 각각 제1실시예의 전면부(10), 상단 라인(11), 가랑이부(30), 높이 조절부의 하부(41) 및 높이 조절부의 상부(42)에 대응된다.
도 9는 본 발명의 제 6 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 정면도이다. 도 10은 본 발명의 제 6 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티를 착용한 임산부를 도시한 도면이다.
본 발명의 제 6 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 미리 전면부(510)의 상단 라인(511) 높이를 줄여서 만들어지는 팬티이며, 전면부(510)의 상단 라인(511)이 임산부의 복부 아래를 통과하도록 곡선형으로 이루어지고, 후면부(520)의 상단 라인(521)은 임산부의 허리를 충분히 덮도록 형성된다. 여기서, 전면부(510)의 상단 라인(511)의 곡선은 가랑이부(530)의 중앙지점으로부터 전면부(510)의 상단 라인(511)까지의 거리가 가장 짧은 지점이 전면부(510)의 상단 라인(511)의 중앙에 형성되는 형태의 곡선이 바람직하다.
이러한 구성에 의해 종래의 임산부용 팬티(도 9의 도면부호 1) 및 종래의 일반 팬티(도 9 및 10의 도면 부호 2, 3, 4)와 비교할 때, 복부의 압박감이 제거되어 임산부에게 편안한 착용감을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 도 11은 본 발명의 제 7 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 횡단면도이다. 본 실시예는 본 발명의 제 1 내지 5 실시예와 유사한 구성이나, 상부 고정부(660)(도 11에서는 상부 고정부를 단추로 예시한다)가 전면부(610)의 바깥쪽 상부에 부착되며, 높이 조절부(640)의 길이가 제 1 내지 5 실시예의 높이 조절부보다 길이가 길게 형성되어 전면부(610)의 상단 라인(611)을 타고 넘어 상부 단추 구멍(643)이 상부 고정부(660)에 분리 가능하게 부착되는 점만이 상이하다. 도 11에 도시된 상부 단추(660) 및 상부 단추 구멍(643)의 결합 외에도, 제 2 내지 5 실시예처럼, 상부 고정부(660)는 스냅 암단추, 후크 걸이, 후크(도 7의 후크(350)와 같이 후크의 종단이 아래쪽을 향하고, 만곡된 부분이 위쪽을 향하는 것이 바람직하다) 및 벨크로가 적용될 수 있으며, 이에 대응하여 높이 조절부(640)는 상부 고정부(660)에 부착되기 위한 구성으로서 스냅 수단추, 후크(도 6의 후크(243)와 동일한 형상을 가지는 것이 바람직하다), 후크 걸이 및 벨크로를 가진다.

  1. 임산부용 팬티에 있어서,
    팬티의 전면부의 안쪽에 부착되되, 하부는 상기 전면부 안쪽에 고정 부착되며, 상부는 상기 전면부로부터 분리 가능하게 부착되는 높이 조절부; 및
    상기 전면부의 바깥쪽에 높이 방향을 따라 부착된 적어도 하나의 하부 고정부를 포함하되,
    상기 높이 조절부의 상부가 상기 전면부로부터 분리되어 상기 전면부의 상단 라인을 타고 넘어 상기 전면부의 상단 라인을 끌어 내리며 상기 하부 고정부 또는 상기 하부 고정부들 중 하나에 분리 가능하게 부착되는 방식으로 상기 전면부의 상단 라인의 높이를 원하는 만큼 줄일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 임산부용 팬티는
    상기 전면부의 상부에 부착되며, 상기 높이 조절부와 분리 가능하게 부착되는 상부 고정부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,

    상기 높이 조절부의 상부에는 상기 상부 팬티 벨크로와 부착되는 제 2 상부 벨크로가 형성되며,
    상기 적어도 하나의 고정부는 상기 제 2 상부 벨크로가 부착될 수 있는 하부 벨크로이고,
    상기 높이 조절부의 상부가 상기 전면부의 상단 라인을 타고 넘은 후 상기 제 2 상부 벨크로가 상기 하부 벨크로 또는 상기 하부 벨크로들 중 하나에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  8. 제 3 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 전면부의 안쪽의 상부에는 아래쪽이 개방된 포켓이 형성되며, 상기 포켓의 내부에서 상기 높이 조절부가, 상기 전면부의 안쪽에 위치한 상기 상부 고정부에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  9. 임산부를 위해 팬티의 전면부의 상단 라인의 높이가 조절된 임산부용 팬티에 있어서,
    상기 전면부의 상단 라인이 임산부의 복부 아래를 통과하도록 곡선형으로 이루어지고, 상기 팬티의 가랑이부의 중앙지점으로부터 상기 전면부의 상단 라인까지의 거리가 가장 짧은 지점이 상기 전면부의 상단 라인의 중앙에 형성되며, 상기 팬티의 후면부의 상단 라인은 임산부의 허리를 덮도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
