본 발명은 임산부용 팬티에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 임산부의 복부를 압박하지 않도록 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인의 높이 및 위치를 원하는 대로 낮출 수 있도록 하는 임산부용 팬티에 관한 것으로서, 상기 팬티의 전면부의 상단 라인을 따라 상기 상단 라인에 인접하게 위치되는 적어도 하나의 상부 연결부; 및 상기 상부 연결부에 대응되도록 상기 전면부의 하부에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 하부 연결부를 포함하되, 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결됨에 따라, 상기 팬티의 상단 라인은 아래쪽으로 끌어 내려지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

임산부용 팬티
본 발명은 임산부용 팬티에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 임산부의 복부를 압박하지 않도록 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인의 높이 및 위치를 원하는 대로 낮출 수 있도록 하는 임산부용 팬티에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 임산부용 팬티는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인이 임산부의 복부 위로 올라오도록 제작되고, 때로는 임산부의 복부를 완전히 덮을 수 있도록 제작되기도 한다.
아무리 신축성이 좋은 소재를 사용한다 하여도 복부 위로 올라온 상단 라인은 복부를 압박할 수 밖에 없고 이로 인해 복부의 답답함과 소화 불량 같은 느낌이 커지게 된다. 특히 대부분의 임산부들은 임신 기간 중에 몸무게가 10~20 kg 정도 증가되는데, 만삭이 가까워 올수록 복부가 더 답답해지고 예민해지므로 아무리 작은 압박이라도 임산부에게는 통증으로 느껴질 수도 있다. 그리고 임산부의 통증은 태아의 심리 상태에도 영향을 줄 수 있다는 문제점이 있다.
따라서, 임산부의 복부를 최대한 편안하게 유지시켜 주어 태아의 편안한 공간을 지켜줄 수 있는 임산부용 팬티가 요구되어 왔다.

본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 상기한 바와 같은 종래 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 다음과 같은 해결과제를 가진다.
첫째, 임신 기간 경과에 따라 임산부의 복부가 팽창함에 맞추어, 복부를 압박하는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인의 높이를 체형에 따라 원하는 만큼 낮출 수 있도록 하는 임산부용 팬티를 제공하고자 한다.
둘째, 복부를 압박하는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인을 중앙부에서 떨어진 좌우 위치에서도 높이를 낮출 수 있도록 하여 체격이 크고 복부의 넓이가 넓은 임산부의 경우에도 복부의 압박을 피할 수 있도록 하는 임산부용 팬티를 제공하고자 한다.
셋째, 복부를 압박하는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인을 원하는 위치에서 원하는 높이만큼 낮출 수 있도록 하는 임산부용 팬티를 가장 간단한 구성으로 구성하여, 생산효율을 높이고 생산비도 낮출 수 있는 임산부용 팬티를 제공하고자 한다.
넷째, 복부를 압박하는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인의 높이를 조절하기 위한 별도의 지지대와 같은 구성이 존재하지 않아 여름철에도 시원한 착용감을 느낄 수 있도록 한 임산부용 팬티를 제공하고자 한다.
다섯째, 임신 기간 이후에도 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인의 높이를 조절하여 일반 팬티처럼 입을 수 있는 임산부용 팬티를 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 상기 팬티의 전면부의 상단 라인을 따라 상기 상단 라인에 인접하게 위치되는 적어도 하나의 상부 연결부; 및 상기 상부 연결부에 대응되도록 상기 전면부의 하부에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 하부 연결부를 포함하되, 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결됨에 따라, 상기 팬티의 상단 라인은 아래쪽으로 끌어 내려지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 하부 연결부는 상기 상부 연결부에 대응되는 위치마다 상하 방향으로 복수 개가 위치되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 상부 연결부는 고리 또는 단추이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 단추 또는 고리이며, 단추가 고리에 끼워지는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 상부 연결부는 고리 또는 후크이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 후크 또는 고리이며, 고리가 후크에 걸리는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 상부 연결부는 단추 구멍 또는 단추이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 단추 또는 단추 구멍이며, 단추가 단추 구멍에 끼워지는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 상부 연결부는 스냅 수단추 또는 스냅 암단추이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 스냅 암단추 또는 스냅 수단추이며, 상기 스냅 수단추가 상기 스냅 암단추에 끼워지는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 상부 연결부는 벨크로 갈고리부 또는 벨크로 원형고리부이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 벨크로 원형고리부 또는 벨크로 갈고리부이며, 벨크로 갈고리부와 벨크로 원형고리부가 서로 부착되는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티는, 상기 팬티의 전면부의 상단 라인을 따라 상기 상단 라인에 인접하게 위치되는 적어도 하나의 상부 연결부; 상기 상부 연결부에 대응되도록 상기 전면부의 하부에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 하부 연결부; 및 상기 팬티의 전면부 및 후면부의 상단 라인에 부착된 밴드부를 포함하되, 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결됨에 따라, 상기 팬티의 상단 라인은 아래쪽으로 끌어 내려지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 상부 연결부는 상기 밴드부와 상기 전면부 사이에 고정된 고리이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 단추이며, 상기 단추가 상기 고리에 끼워지는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 상부 연결부는 상기 밴드부와 상기 전면부 사이에 고정된 고리이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 후크이며, 상기 고리가 상기 후크에 걸리는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 상부 연결부는 상하로 배열된 한 쌍의 단추 구멍이며, 상기 밴드부와 상기 전면부에 각각 형성되며, 상기 하부 연결부는 단추이고, 단추가 한 쌍의 단추 구멍 중 적어도 하나에 끼워지는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 밴드부는 상기 전면부의 외면에 부착되며, 상기 고리는 아래쪽을 향해 돌출된 것이 바람직하다.
상기 밴드부는 상기 전면부의 외면 또는 내면에 부착되며, 상기 고리는 위쪽을 향해 돌출된 것이 바람직하다.
상기 밴드부는 상기 전면부의 상단 라인을 감싸며 상기 전면부의 외면과 내면에 부착되며, 상기 고리는 아래쪽을 향해 돌출된 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티는, 밴드 형태로 상기 팬티의 전면부의 상단 라인을 따라 상기 상단 라인에 위치되는 상부 연결부; 및 상기 상부 연결부의 하부에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 하부 연결부를 포함하되, 상기 상부 연결부의 상부 또는 하부는 상기 전면부에 부착되고, 상기 상부 연결부의 하부 또는 상부에는 하나 이상의 구멍이 형성되어, 상기 하부 연결부가 상기 구멍에 연결됨에 따라, 상기 팬티의 상단 라인은 아래쪽으로 끌어 내려지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 상부 연결부는 상기 팬티의 후면부의 상단 라인을 따라 상기 후면부의 상단 라인에 더 위치되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 하부 연결부는 단추, 후크 또는 걸림이 가능한 장식부인 것이 바람직하다.
이상과 같은 구성의 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 다음과 같은 효과를 가진다.
첫째, 임신 기간 경과에 따라 임산부의 복부가 팽창함에 맞추어, 복부를 압박하는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인의 높이를 체형에 따라 원하는 만큼 낮출 수 있도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
둘째, 복부를 압박하는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인을 중앙부에서 떨어진 좌우 위치에서도 높이를 낮출 수 있도록 하여 체격이 크고 복부의 넓이가 넓은 임산부의 경우에도 복부의 압박을 피할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
셋째, 복부를 압박하는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인을 원하는 위치에서 원하는 높이만큼 낮출 수 있도록 하는 임산부용 팬티를 가장 간단한 구성으로 구성하여, 생산효율을 높이고 생산비도 낮출 수 있도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
넷째, 복부를 압박하는 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인의 높이를 조절하기 위한 별도의 지지대와 같은 구성이 존재하지 않아 여름철에도 시원한 착용감을 느낄 수 있도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
다섯째, 임신 기간 이후에도 팬티의 전면부 상단 라인의 높이를 조절하여 일반 팬티처럼 입을 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
본 발명의 효과는 이상에서 언급한 것들에 한정되지 않으며, 비록 본 명세서에 언급되지 않았어도, 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 자명하게 도출되는 효과는 본 발명의 효과에 포함된다. 또한, 본 발명의 명칭은 임산부용 팬티로 되어 있으나, 임산부가 아닌 사람이 착용하는 것을 배제하는 것이 아니다.

본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 다양한 변형을 가할 수 있고 여러 가지 실시예를 가질 수 있는바, 특정 실시예들을 도면에 예시하고 상세한 설명에 상세하게 설명하고자 한다. 그러나, 이는 본 발명을 특정한 실시 형태에 대해 한정하려는 것이 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 및 기술 범위에 포함되는 모든 변경, 균등물 내지 대체물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
이하에서는 도면을 참조하여, 본 발명에 따른 임산부용 팬티를 상세히 설명하고자 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 정면도이다. 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 전면부(10), 후면부(20) 및 가랑이부(30)로 이루어진 팬티에 상부 연결부(110) 및 하부 연결부(120)가 부착된 구성이다.
상부 연결부(110)는 팬티의 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)에 인접하게 위치된다. 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 중앙부에 하나의 상부 연결부(110)가 부착된 구성이다. 제 1 실시예에서는 상부 연결부(110)가 고리이며, 편의상 "상부연결부(110)"를 "고리(110)"로 표기한다. 고리(110)는 다양한 재질이 가능하다. 예를 들면, 고리(110)는 끈의 형태일 수 있으며, 실류, 원단류, 파이핑류, 밴드류, 플라스틱, 금속류, 장식고리 등이 사용될 수 있으며, 탄성을 가지는 재질이 사용될 수도 있다.
하부 연결부(120)는 고리(110)에 대응되도록 전면부(10)의 하부에 위치된다. 제 1 실시예에서는 하부 연결부(120)는 단추이며, 편의상 "하부 연결부(120)"를 "단추(120)"로 표기한다. 제 1 실시예에서 사용된 "대응된다"라는 용어의 의미는, 단추(120)가 고리(110)와 쌍을 이루어 상호 간에 결합되기 위한 위치를 가리키는 용어로서, "대응되는 위치"로는 고리(110)로부터 수직으로 내려온 위치가 가장 바람직하며, 이러한 용어의 해석은 다른 실시예에서도 동일하다.
단추(120)는 고리(110)에 대응되도록 위치하되, 상하로 2개가 위치된다. 이로 인해, 임산부의 복부 크기에 따라 적절한 단추(120)를 선택하여 고리(110)와 연결하여 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 조절할 수 있게 된다. 제 1 실시예에서는 2개의 단추(120)를 예시하고 있지만, 하나의 단추만을 부착하는 것도 가능하고, 상하로 3개 이상의 단추를 배열하는 것도 가능하다. 또한, 상부 연결부를 단추로 하고, 하부 연결부를 고리로 구성하는 것도 가능하다.
단추(120)를 고리(110)에 끼우게 되면, 도 1(b)에 도시된 것처럼 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)이 새로운 상단 라인(12a)으로 변경되어 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 줄일 수 있게 되며, 이에 따라 임산부의 복부를 압박하지 않고 편안하게 할 수 있다. 또한, 가장 간단한 구성만으로 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 조절할 수 있게 되어, 임산부용 팬티의 생산효율을 높이고 생산비도 감소시킬 수 있게 된다.
도 2는 본 발명의 제 2 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 정면도이다. 제 2 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 제 1 실시예와 동일하게 전면부(10), 후면부(20) 및 가랑이부(30)를 가진다.
제 2 실시예에서는 상부 연결부(210)가 고리이며, 편의상 "상부연결부(210)"를 "고리(210)"로 표기한다. 고리(210)는 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)에 인접하게 위치되며, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 중앙부를 기준으로 좌측과 우측에 하나씩 위치한다. 고리(210)는 다양한 재질이 가능하다. 예를 들면, 고리(210)는 끈의 형태일 수 있으며, 실류, 원단류, 파이핑류, 밴드류, 플라스틱, 금속류, 장식고리 등이 사용될 수 있으며, 탄성을 가지는 재질이 사용될 수도 있다.
하부 연결부(220)들은 고리들(210)에 각각 대응되도록 전면부(10)의 하부에 위치된다. 제 2 실시예에서는 하부 연결부(220)는 단추이며, 편의상 "하부 연결부(220)"를 "단추(220)"로 표기한다. 단추(220)는 고리(210)에 대응되도록 위치하되, 상하로 2개가 위치된다. 임산부의 복부 크기에 따라 적절한 단추(220)를 선택하여 고리(210)와 연결할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 원하는 대로 조절할 수 있게 된다. 제 2 실시예에서는 2개의 단추(220)를 예시하고 있지만, 하나의 단추만을 부착하는 것도 가능하고, 상하로 3개 이상의 단추를 배열하는 것도 가능하다. 또한, 상부 연결부를 단추로 하고, 하부 연결부를 고리로 구성하는 것도 가능하다.
단추(220)를 고리(210)에 끼우게 되면, 도 2(b)에 도시된 것처럼 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)이 새로운 상단 라인(12a)으로 변경되어 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 줄일 수 있게 되며, 이에 따라 임산부의 복부를 압박하지 않고 편안하게 할 수 있다. 또한, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 중앙부를 중심으로 좌우에서 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 조절하게 되므로, 체격이 크고 복부의 넓이가 넓은 임산부의 경우에도 효과적으로 복부의 압박을 피할 수 있게 된다.
제 2 실시예에서는 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 중앙부를 기준으로 좌측과 우측에 고리(210)를 하나씩 위치하는 구성을 예시하고 있지만, 좌측과 우측에 각각 두개 이상의 고리(210)들을 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)을 따라 위치되도록 부착할 수도 있다.
위에서 설명한, 제 1 실시예와 제 2 실시예에서는 상부 연결부가 고리이고, 하부 연결부는 단추인 구성을 설명했으나, 이하에서 설명하는 바와 같이 제1 실시예와 제 2 실시예의 상부 연결부와 하부 연결부의 배열에 제 3 내지 6 실시예의 연결방법이 적용 가능하다.
본 발명의 제 3 실시예로서, 상부 연결부를 고리로 하고 하부 연결부를 후크로 하는 것이 가능하고, 상부 연결부를 후크로 하고, 하부 연결부를 고리로 하는 것 역시 가능하다. 고리 및 후크로는 플라스틱이나 금속재가 사용될 수 있으며, 팬티의 미감을 높이기 위해 장식용 고리 등이 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제 4 실시예로서, 상부 연결부를 단추 구멍으로 하고 하부 연결부를 단추로 하는 것이 가능하다. 도 3은 본 발명의 제 4 실시예를 도시하고 있으며, 제 4 실시예에서는 편의상 "상부 연결부(310)"를 "단추 구멍(310)"으로 표기하고, "하부 연결부(320)"를 "단추(320)"으로 표기한다.
본 발명의 제 4 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티에서는 단추 구멍(310)에 단추(320)가 끼워지기 위해서 도 3(b)에 도시된 바와 같이 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)이 한번 뒤집어진 상태가 된다.
도 3에서는 상부 연결부를 단추 구멍으로 하고 하부 연결부를 단추로 도시하고 있지만, 상부 연결부를 단추로 하고 하부 연결부를 단추 구멍으로 구성하는 것도 가능하며, 이 경우에도 단추가 단추 구멍에 끼워지기 위해서는 도 3(b)에 도시된 바와 같이 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)이 한번 뒤집어진 상태가 된다.
본 발명의 제 5 실시예로서, 상부 연결부를 스냅 수단추로 하고 하부 연결부를 스냅 암단추로 하는 것이 가능하고, 상부 연결부를 스냅 암단추로 하고, 하부 연결부를 스냅 수단추로 하는 것 역시 가능하다. 여기서, "스냅(snap)"이란 일명 "똑딱 단추"라고 불리는 것으로서, "스냅 수단추"는 "볼 원반"을 의미하며, "스냅 암단추"는 "소켓 원반"을 의미한다. 제 5 실시예의 경우에도 스냅 암단추에 스냅 수단추를 끼우기 위해서는 도 3(b)에 도시된 바와 같이 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)이 한번 뒤집어진 상태가 된다.
본 발명의 제 6 실시예로서, 상부 연결부를 벨크로 갈고리부로 하고 하부 연결부를 벨크로 원형고리부로 하는 것이 가능하고, 상부 연결부를 벨크로 원형고리부로 하고, 하부 연결부를 벨크로 갈고리부로 하는 것 역시 가능하다. 여기서, "벨크로(velcro)"란 일명 "찍찍이"라고 불리는 것으로서, "벨크로 갈고리부"는 까끌까끌한 면으로서 "후크(hook)부"를 의미하며, "벨크로 원형고리부"는 부드러운 면으로서 "루프(loop)부"를 의미한다. 제 5 실시예의 경우에도 벨크로 갈고리부와 벨크로 원형고리부를 붙이기 위해서는 도 3(b)에 도시된 바와 같이 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)이 한번 뒤집어진 상태가 된다.
도 4는 본 발명의 제 7 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 정면도를 도시한다.
본 발명의 제 7 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 제 1 내지 6 실시예의 전면부(10), 후면부(20) 및 가랑이부(30)로 이루어진 팬티에 상부 연결부(410), 하부 연결부(420)가 추가되는 구성이다.
제 7 실시예에 따른 팬티에서는 밴드부(430), 전면부(10) 및 상부 연결부(410)의 결합관계가 구체적으로 예시된다. 제 7 실시예에 따른 팬티는 밴드부(430)가 전면부(10)의 외면에 부착된 경우로서, 밴드부(430)는 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12) 및 후면부(20)의 상단 라인(22)을 따라 부착된다. 밴드부(430)는 탄성 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하지만, 탄성 재질이 아니어도 무방하고, 밴드부(430)는 박음질에 의해 전면부(10) 및 후면부(20)에 부착되는 것이 바람직하다.
제 7 실시예에서는 상부 연결부(410)는 고리이며, 편의상 "상부연결부(410)"를 "고리(410)"로 표기한다. 고리(410)는 밴드부(430)와 전면부(10)의 외면 사이에 고정되며, 고리 부분이 아래쪽으로 돌출된다. 고리(410)는 밴드부(430)가 전면부(10)에 박음질될 때 함께 박음질되어 고정되는 것이 바람직하며, 이러한 구성으로 인해, 고리(410)는 전면부(10)에 견고하게 부착될 수 있다. 고리(410)는 다양한 재질이 가능하다. 예를 들면, 고리(410)는 끈의 형태일 수 있으며, 실류, 원단류, 파이핑류, 밴드류 등이 사용될 수 있으며, 탄성을 가지는 재질이 사용될 수도 있다.
하부 연결부(420)는 고리(410)에 대응되도록 전면부(10)의 하부에 위치된다. 제 7 실시예에서는 하부 연결부(420)는 단추이며, 편의상 "하부 연결부(420)"를 "단추(420)"로 표기한다. 단추(420)는 고리(410)에 대응되도록 위치하되, 상하로 2개가 위치된다. 임산부의 복부 크기에 따라 적절한 단추(420)를 선택하여 고리(410)와 연결할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 원하는 대로 조절할 수 있게 된다. 제 7 실시예에서는 설명의 편의를 위해 중앙부에 위치된 2개의 단추(420)를 예시하고 있지만, 중앙부에 하나의 단추만을 부착하는 것도 가능하고, 상하로 3개 이상의 단추를 배열하는 것도 가능하다. 또한, 제 2 실시예와 같은 방식으로 고리(410)와 단추(420)를 좌우측에 배열하는 것도 가능하다. 제 3 실시예와 같이 하부 연결부를 후크로 구성하는 것도 가능하며, 이 경우 후크로는 플라스틱이나 금속재가 사용될 수 있으며, 팬티의 미감을 높이기 위해 장식용 고리 등이 사용될 수 있다.
단추(420)를 고리(410)에 끼우게 되면, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)이 끌어 당겨져 내려와 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이가 줄어들게 되며, 이에 따라 복부를 덮는 팬티에 의해 임산부가 느끼는 압박이 줄어들게 된다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제 8 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 정면도를 도시한다.
본 발명의 제 8 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 제 7 실시예와 같이, 전면부(10), 후면부(20) 및 가랑이부(30)로 이루어진 팬티에 상부 연결부(510), 하부 연결부(520)가 추가되는 구성이다.
도 5는 밴드부(530)가 전면부(10) 및 후면부(20)의 외면에 부착된 경우를 구체적으로 예를 들어 도시하고 있으나, 밴드부(530)는 전면부(10) 및 후면부(20)의 내면에 부착될 수도 있으며, 전면부(10) 및 후면부(20)의 상단 라인을 감싸는 형태로 될 수도 있다.
밴드부(530)는 전면부(10)의 외면에 부착되며, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12) 및 후면부(20)의 상단 라인(22)을 따라 부착된다. 밴드부(530)는 탄성 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하지만, 탄성 재질이 아니어도 무방하고, 밴드부(530)는 박음질에 의해 전면부(10) 및 후면부(20)에 부착되는 것이 바람직하다.
제 8 실시예에서는 상부 연결부(510)는 2개의 단추 구멍이며, 편의상 "상부연결부(510)"를 "단추 구멍(510)"으로 표기한다. 단추 구멍(510)은 상부 단추 구멍(510a)와 하부 단추 구멍(510b)으로 구성되며, 상부 단추 구멍(510a)은 밴드부(530)에 형성되고, 하부 단추 구멍(510b)은 상부 단추 구멍(510a)의 아래에 위치한 전면부(10)에 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
하부 연결부(520)는 단추 구멍(510)에 대응되도록 전면부(10)의 하부에 위치된다. 제 8 실시예에서는 하부 연결부(520)는 단추이며, 편의상 "하부 연결부(520)"를 "단추(520)"로 표기한다. 단추(520)는 고리(510)에 대응되도록 위치하되, 상부 단추(520a)와 하부 단추(520b)가 상하로 2개가 위치된다. 임산부의 복부 크기에 따라 적절한 단추(520)를 선택하여 고리(510)와 연결할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 원하는 대로 조절할 수 있게 된다. 단추(520)를 단추 구멍(510)에 끼우게 되면, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)이 끌어 당겨져 내려와 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이가 줄어들게 되며, 이에 따라 임산부의 복부를 압박하지 않고 편안하게 할 수 있다.
도 6은 제 8 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 단추 구멍(510)과 단추(520)의 연결 구성을 도시한다. 제 8 실시예에서는, 도 3에 도시된 제 4 실시예와 같이 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)을 뒤집어 내리며, 상부 단추 구멍(510a) 또는 하부 단추 구멍(510b)에 상부 단추(520a) 또는 하부 단추(520b)를 끼우는 방법이 가능하며, 도 6에 도시된 것처럼, 전면부(10)의 상부를 두번 접은 후, 하나의 단추 - 여기서는 상부 단추(520a) - 가 하부 단추 구멍(510b)과 상부 단추 구멍(510a)을 차례로 통과하며 끼워지는 방법이 가능하며, 이러한 방법에 의해 단추 구멍(510)과 단추(520)는 견고하게 연결될 수 있게 된다.
제 8 실시예에서는 설명의 편의를 위해 중앙부에 위치된 2개의 단추(520)를 예시하고 있지만, 중앙부에 하나의 단추만을 부착하는 것도 가능하고, 상하로 3개 이상의 단추를 배열하는 것도 가능하다. 또한, 제 2 실시예와 같은 방식으로 단추 구멍(510)과 단추(520)를 좌우측에 배열하는 것도 가능하다.
도 7은 본 발명의 제 7 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 밴드부와 고리의 연결관계에 있어서, 구체적인 변형예들을 도시한다.
먼저, 도 7(a)는 위에서 설명한 제 7 실시예의 단면도를 나타낸다. 즉 밴드부(430)가 전면부(10)의 외면 상부에 위치되며, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)을 따라 부착되며, 후면부의 상단 라인을 따라 더 부착될 수도 있다. 고리(410)는 밴드부(430)와 전면부(10)의 외면 사이에 고정되며, 아래쪽을 향해 고리 부분이 돌출된다.
제 9 실시예는 도 7(b)에 도시된 구조로서, 밴드부(630)가 전면부(10)의 외면 상부에 위치되며, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)을 따라 부착되며, 후면부의 상단 라인을 따라 더 부착될 수도 있다. 고리(610)는 밴드부(630)와 전면부(10)의 외면 사이에 고정되며, 위쪽을 향해 고리 부분이 돌출된다. 전면부(10) 상부를 뒤집어 내림으로써, 고리(610)에 단추(620)를 끼울 수 있게 된다.
제 10 실시예는 도 7(c)에 도시된 구조로서, 밴드부(730)가 전면부(10)의 내면(착용자 쪽의 면) 상부에 위치되며, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)을 따라 부착되며, 후면부의 상단 라인을 따라 더 부착될 수도 있다. 고리(710)는 밴드부(730)와 전면부(10)의 내면 사이에 고정되며, 위쪽을 향해 고리 부분이 돌출된다. 전면부(10) 상부를 뒤집어 내림으로써, 고리(710)에 단추(720)를 끼울 수 있게 된다.
제 11 실시예는 도 7(d)에 도시된 구조로서, 밴드부(830)가 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)을 감싸며, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)을 따라 전면부(10)의 외면과 내면에 부착된다. 이러한 구조는 후면부의 상단 라인까지 연장되는 것이 가능하다. 고리(810)는 밴드부(830)와 전면부(10)의 외면 사이에 고정되며, 아래쪽을 향해 고리 부분이 돌출된다.
도 8은 본 발명의 제 12 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 정면도이다. 본 발명의 제 12 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티는 전면부(10), 후면부(20) 및 가랑이부(30)로 이루어진 팬티에 상부 연결부(910) 및 하부 연결부(920)가 부착된 구성이다.
상부 연결부(910)는 밴드 형태이며, 팬티의 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)을 따라 위치되어 상단 라인(12)에 부착되는 것이 바람직하다. 상부 연결부(910)는 팬티의 전면부(10) 외에 팬티의 후면부(20)의 상단 라인(22)을 따라 더 위치되어 후면부(20)의 상단 라인(22)에도 부착될 수 있다.
상부 연결부(910)는 그 상부(911)가 팬티의 전면부(10)의 외면 또는 내면에 박음질에 의해 부착될 수 있으며, 박음질 외에 접착 등의 방법으로도 가능하다. 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상부 연결부(910)의 상부(911)는 봉제 라인(913)으로 팬티의 전면부(10)에 고정되지만, 상부 연결부(910)의 하부(912)는 팬티의 전면부(10)에 고정되지 않는다. 상부 연결부(910)의 하부(912)에는 구멍(915)이 하나 이상 형성된다. 바람직하게는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 복수개의 구멍(915)들이 상단 라인(12)을 따라 일렬로 배열될 수 있다. 상부 연결부(910)는 탄성 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하지만, 탄성 재질이 아니어도 무방하다.
한편, 상부 연결부(910)의 다른 변형예로서, 상부 연결부(910)의 하부(912)가 팬티의 전면부(10)의 외면 또는 내면에 부착될 수도 있으며, 이 경우에는 상부 연결부(910)의 상부(911)가 팬티의 전면부(10)에 고정되지 않는다. 상부 연결부(910)의 상부(911)는 팬티의 상단 라인(12) 위로 돌출되며, 그 상부(911)에는 구멍(915)이 하나 이상 형성된다. 바람직하게는 복수개의 구멍(915)들이 상단 라인(12)을 따라 일렬로 배열될 수 있다.
하부 연결부(920)는 팬티의 전면부(10)에 부착되고, 전면부(10)에 인접한 후면부(20)까지 부착될 수 있으며, 상부 연결부(910)의 하부에 위치된다. 하부 연결부(920)는 단추, 후크 또는 걸림이 가능한 장식부인 것이 바람직하며, 이하에서는 편의상 "하부 연결부(920)"를 "단추(920)"로 표기하여 설명한다. 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 복수개의 단추(920)들이 상부 연결부(910)의 하부에서 상단 라인(12)을 따라 좌우로 배열될 수 있으며, 복수 개의 단추(920)가 상하로 배열될 수도 있다. 이로 인해, 임산부의 복부 크기에 따라 적절한 단추(920)를 선택하여 상부 연결부(910)의 구멍(915)에 끼움으로써, 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 조절할 수 있게 된다.
단추(920)를 구멍(915)에 끼우게 되면, 도 8에 도시된 것처럼 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)이 새로운 상단 라인(12a)으로 변경되어 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 줄일 수 있게 되며, 이에 따라 임산부의 복부를 압박하지 않고 편안하게 할 수 있다. 또한, 가장 간단한 구성만으로 전면부(10)의 상단 라인(12)의 높이를 조절할 수 있게 되어, 임산부용 팬티의 생산효율을 높이고 생산비도 감소시킬 수 있게 된다. 단추(920)의 위치에 따라 후면부(20)의 상단 라인(22)도 새로운 상단 라인(22a)로 변경될 수 있다.
도 9(a) 내지 9(e)는 본 발명의 제 12 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 상부 연결부의 변형된 형태들을 도시한다. 도 9(a) 내지 9(e)는 상부 연결부(910a 내지 910e)와 구멍(915a 내지 915e)의 다양한 형상을 도시하고 있으며, 그 기능은 위에서 설명한 바와 동일하다. 본 발명의 제 12 실시예에 따른 임산부용 팬티의 상부 연결부는 도시된 형상 및 배열로만 한정되지 않으며, 다양한 형상 및 배열로 추가적인 변형이 가능하다. 또한, 상부 연결부는 신축성이 있는 것이 바람직하나, 신축성이 없어도 무방하다.

Claims (17)

  1. 임산부용 팬티에 있어서,
    상기 팬티의 전면부의 상단 라인을 따라 상기 상단 라인에 인접하게 위치되는 적어도 하나의 상부 연결부; 및
    상기 상부 연결부에 대응되도록 상기 전면부의 하부에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 하부 연결부를 포함하되,
    상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결됨에 따라, 상기 팬티의 상단 라인은 아래쪽으로 끌어 내려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 연결부는 상기 상부 연결부에 대응되는 위치마다 상하 방향으로 복수 개가 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 연결부는 고리 또는 단추이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 단추 또는 고리이며, 단추가 고리에 끼워지는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 연결부는 고리 또는 후크이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 후크 또는 고리이며, 고리가 후크에 걸리는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 연결부는 단추 구멍 또는 단추이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 단추 또는 단추 구멍이며, 단추가 단추 구멍에 끼워지는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 연결부는 스냅 수단추 또는 스냅 암단추이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 스냅 암단추 또는 스냅 수단추이며, 상기 스냅 수단추가 상기 스냅 암단추에 끼워지는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 연결부는 벨크로 갈고리부 또는 벨크로 원형고리부이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 벨크로 원형고리부 또는 벨크로 갈고리부이며, 벨크로 갈고리부와 벨크로 원형고리부가 서로 부착되는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  8. 임산부용 팬티에 있어서,
    상기 팬티의 전면부의 상단 라인을 따라 상기 상단 라인에 인접하게 위치되는 적어도 하나의 상부 연결부;
    상기 상부 연결부에 대응되도록 상기 전면부의 하부에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 하부 연결부; 및
    상기 팬티의 전면부 및 후면부의 상단 라인에 부착된 밴드부를 포함하되,
    상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결됨에 따라, 상기 팬티의 상단 라인은 아래쪽으로 끌어 내려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 연결부는 상기 밴드부와 상기 전면부 사이에 고정된 고리이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 단추이며, 상기 단추가 상기 고리에 끼워지는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 연결부는 상기 밴드부와 상기 전면부 사이에 고정된 고리이고, 상기 하부 연결부는 후크이며, 상기 고리가 상기 후크에 걸리는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  11. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 연결부는 상하로 배열된 한 쌍의 단추 구멍이며, 상기 밴드부와 상기 전면부에 각각 형성되며,
    상기 하부 연결부는 단추이고,
    단추가 한 쌍의 단추 구멍 중 적어도 하나에 끼워지는 방식으로 상기 상부 연결부가 상기 하부 연결부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  12. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    상기 밴드부는 상기 전면부의 외면에 부착되며, 상기 고리는 아래쪽을 향해 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  13. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    상기 밴드부는 상기 전면부의 외면 또는 내면에 부착되며, 상기 고리는 위쪽을 향해 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  14. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    상기 밴드부는 상기 전면부의 상단 라인을 감싸며 상기 전면부의 외면과 내면에 부착되며,
    상기 고리는 아래쪽을 향해 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  15. 임산부용 팬티에 있어서,
    밴드 형태로 상기 팬티의 전면부의 상단 라인을 따라 상기 상단 라인에 위치되는 상부 연결부; 및
    상기 상부 연결부의 하부에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 하부 연결부를 포함하되,
    상기 상부 연결부의 상부 또는 하부는 상기 전면부에 부착되고, 상기 상부 연결부의 하부 또는 상부에는 하나 이상의 구멍이 형성되어, 상기 하부 연결부가 상기 구멍에 연결됨에 따라, 상기 팬티의 상단 라인은 아래쪽으로 끌어 내려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  16. 제 15 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 연결부는 상기 팬티의 후면부의 상단 라인을 따라 상기 후면부의 상단 라인에 더 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
  17. 제 15 항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 연결부는 단추, 후크 또는 걸림이 가능한 장식부인 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 팬티.
