Description

缝纫机用自动撇缝装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种缝纫机附件,尤其是一种用于将相连接的两块布料在同一缝线连接处上的相邻布边自动撇开输送的缝纫机用自动撇缝装置。
背景技术
请参阅图1,在服装生产过程中,左布料1和右布料2沿同一缝线3连接,在连接处分别具有左布边11和右布边21,当左布料1和右布料2需要沿与该缝线3的延伸方向相垂直的方向车缝的时候,就需要把左布边11和右布边21撇开,使左布边11与左布料1贴紧,而右布边21与右布料2贴紧。在传统工艺中,缝纫机对左布料1和右布料2进行车缝时,都是采用手工整理的方式使左布边11和右布边21张开或撇开,这种手工撇缝的方式需沿缝线3的长度方向分段式地整理,极大地阻碍了生产效率的提高。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种专门用于将相连接的两块布料在同一缝线连接处上的相邻布边自动撇开输送的缝纫机自动撇缝装置,提高生产效率。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种缝纫机用自动撇缝装置,用于将相连接的两块布料在同一缝线连接处上的相邻布边自动撇开输送,其特征在于:它包括底板、安装在所述底板的左侧上的左撇板和安装在所述底板的右撇板;所述左撇板和所述右撇板分别相对延伸靠近组成中间具有间隔的钳口;所述左撇板和所述右撇板的中部均向上拱起从而在所述钳口的下方形成供布边由后向前通过的输送通道。
较佳地,所述输送通道呈扁状,且所述输送通道的高度沿从后向前方向由高渐低。扁状的输送通道使相邻布边撇开后逐渐压平,从输送通道前端输出后更容易缝纫。
其中,所述输送通道的后端具有由所述左撇板和所述右撇板上相对一侧的边缘组成的U型入口。U型入口使相邻布边沿输送通道的入口逐渐地撇开,使整个自动撇缝过程更顺畅,避免布边被卡住。
较佳地,所述左撇板可沿水平方向转动地连接在所述底板上,并且所述左撇板和所述底板之间还设有将二者固定的左连接件;所述右撇板可沿水平方向转动地连接在所述底板上,并且所述右撇板和所述底板之间还设有将二者固定的右连接件。转动连接的方式,使左撇板和右撇板可相对转动地张开或者合拢,从而调节钳口中的间隔的大小,以适应不同厚度的布料。
更佳地,所述左撇板上还开设有沿前后方向延伸的左条形孔,所述左连接件可相对转动且可沿所述左条形孔的长度方向相对滑动地穿设在所述左条形孔中;所述右撇板上还开设有沿前后方向延伸的右条形孔,所述右连接件可相对转动且可沿所述右条形孔的长度方向相对滑动地穿设在所述右条形孔中。
通过左条形孔可以前后调节左撇板的位置,通过右条形孔可以前后调节右撇板的位置,当底板固定在缝纫机台面时,前后调节左撇板和右撇板,可以调整钳口与缝纫机针尖的相对距离,从而使布料从本发明的缝纫机自动撇缝装置输出后容易缝纫。因为如果钳口与缝纫机针尖的相对距离过大,撇开的相邻布边可能会由于布料弹性再次合拢,如果钳口与缝纫机针尖的相对距离过小,则工人的操作空间较小,也可能造成左撇板或右撇板与针尖干涉。
相较于现有技术,本发明的缝纫机用自动撇缝装置能够将相连接的两块布料在同一缝线连接处上的相邻布边自动撇开输送,方便于缝纫机沿与该同一缝线相交的轨迹对两块布料进行车缝,代替了人工撇缝操作,大大提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明优选的实施方式进行详细说明。
请参阅图2至4,一种缝纫机用自动撇缝装置,安装在缝纫机操作台面上,用于将相连接的两块布料在同一缝线连接处上的相邻布边自动撇开输送,它包括底板100、安装在所述底板100的左侧上的左撇板200和安装在所述底板100的右撇板300。底板100的底部左右两侧设有与缝纫机操作台面连接的左连接件110和右连接件120。
左撇板200可沿水平方向转动地连接在底板100上,并且左撇板200和底板100之间还设有将二者固定的左连接件400。左撇板200上还开设有沿前后方向延伸的左条形孔210,左连接件400可沿自身轴向相对转动且可沿左条形孔210的长度方向相对滑动地穿设在左条形孔210中。本实施例中,左连接件400为螺钉。通过以上结果,拧松左连接件后,左撇板200可通过左条形孔210相对于连接在底板100上的左连接件400前后移动或者以左连接件400为转轴沿水平方向转动。
同样地,右撇板300可沿水平方向转动地连接在底板100上,并且右撇板300和底板100之间还设有将二者固定的右连接件500。右撇板300上还开设有沿前后方向延伸的右条形孔310,右连接件500可相对转动且可沿右条形孔310的长度方向相对滑动地穿设右条形孔310中。
如图2和3所示,左撇板200的前端部和右撇板300的前端部分别相对延伸靠近组成中间具有间隔230的钳口。左撇板200和右撇板300的中部均向上拱起从而在所述钳口的下方形成供布边由后向前通过的输送通道。如图4所示,所述输送通道呈扁状,且所述输送通道的高度沿从后向前方向由高渐低。其中左撇板200的中部拱起后下方形成左输送通道,右撇板300的中部拱起后下方形成右输送通道,左输送通道和右输送通道组成所述的输送通道。
所述输送通道的后端具有由左撇板200的右后侧边缘201和右撇板300的左后侧边缘301组成的U型入口,左撇板200的右后侧边缘201和右撇板300的左后侧边缘301位于相对侧。
当如图1所示的相连接的左布料1和右布料2从上述U型入口进入输送通道后,同一缝线3正好位于钳口的间隔230中进行移动,左布边11在左撇部200的作用下弯向左撇部200的下方并沿左输送通道移动,右布边21则弯向右撇部300的下方并沿右输送通道移动,从输送通道前方输出后,左布边11贴近左布料1的下表面,右布边21贴近右布料2的下表面,从而实现了自动撇缝。

Claims (5)

1. 一种缝纫机用自动撇缝装置,用于将相连接的两块布料在同一缝线连接处上的相邻布边自动撇开输送,其特征在于:它包括底板、安装在所述底板的左侧上的左撇板和安装在所述底板的右撇板;所述左撇板和所述右撇板分别相对延伸靠近组成中间具有间隔的钳口;所述左撇板和所述右撇板的中部均向上拱起从而在所述钳口的下方形成供布边由后向前通过的输送通道。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机用自动撇缝装置,其特征在于:所述输送通道呈扁状,且所述输送通道的高度沿从后向前方向由高渐低。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的缝纫机用自动撇缝装置,其特征在于:所述输送通道的后端具有由所述左撇板和所述右撇板上相对一侧的边缘组成的U型入口。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机用自动撇缝,其特征在于:所述左撇板可沿水平方向转动地连接在所述底板上,并且所述左撇板和所述底板之间还设有将二者固定的左连接件;所述右撇板可沿水平方向转动地连接在所述底边上,并且所述右撇板和所述底板之间还设有将二者固定的右连接件。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的缝纫机用自动撇缝装置,其特征在于:所述左撇板上还开设有沿前后方向延伸的左条形孔,所述左连接件可相对转动且可沿所述左条形孔的长度方向相对滑动地穿设在所述左条形孔中;所述右撇板上还开设有沿前后方向延伸的右条形孔,所述右连接件可相对转动且可沿所述右条形孔的长度方向相对滑动地穿设在所述右条形孔中。
