Dans un aspect de l'invention, l'arbre rotatif de moteur peut affaiblir l'énergie de vibrations transmise au composant rotatif, ce qui permet de réduire les vibrations et le bruit dans le processus de fonctionnement du moteur et du composant rotatif; dans un autre aspect, une grande quantité de chaleur générée sur le rotor peut être empêchée d'être transmise directement à l'ensemble d'amortissement, ce qui préserve la durée de vie de l'ensemble d'amortissement; et dans un autre aspect encore, la sécurité et la fiabilité du fonctionnement du moteur peuvent être accrues.
