Description

Bridle tape mounting structure and keyboard instrument
The present invention relates to a bridle tape mounting structure and a keyboard instrument including the same.
This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2014-128045 filed in Japan on June 23, 2014, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
In general, in an action mechanism used for an upright piano, as described in Patent Document 1, for example, a bat assembly (catcher) and a wiper are used to return a hammer rotated when a key is pressed to an original position when the key is released. The assembly (briddle wire) is connected by bridle tape. The butt assembly is integrally provided at the proximal end of the hammer. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the bat assembly includes a bat 101, a catcher shank 102, and a catcher 103. The bat 101 rotates together with the hammer. The catcher shank 102 has a rod shape and protrudes from the bat 101. The catcher 103 has a block shape and is attached to the tip of the catcher shank 102 in the protruding direction. The bridle tape 110 plays a role of returning the bat assembly rotated together with the hammer when the key is depressed to the original position when the key is released.
One end of the bridle tape 110 is inserted into the catcher 103 through a hole formed in the rear surface 103a of the catcher 103 facing the bat 101 side. Further, one end of the bridle tape 110 is sandwiched between the catcher shank 102 and an attachment member (see Patent Document 1) inside the catcher 103. As a result, the bridle tape 110 is attached to the catcher 103.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2007-218958
The attachment position of the other end portion of the bridle tape 110 with respect to the wipen assembly is located on the front surface 103b side of the catcher 103 facing away from the rear surface 103a. For this reason, when the bridle tape 110 is attached to the catcher 103 as described above, the bridle tape 110 wraps around the catcher 103 from the rear surface 103a toward the front surface 103b and further extends to the wiper assembly. In this case, when the action mechanism is operated, a part of the bridle tape 110 is rubbed against the surface of the catcher 103 (particularly, the corner between the rear surface 103a and the lower surface 103c of the catcher 103 in FIG. 8), and the bridle tape 110 is deteriorated. There is a problem that it is easy.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances. The catcher shank 45 is formed in a rod shape and extends forward from the bat 44. That is, the catcher shank 45 has a rear end portion connected to the bat 44 and a front end portion opposite to the rear end portion, and extends from the rear end portion to the front end portion.
The catcher 46 is formed in a block shape, and is provided at the front end of the catcher shank 45 in the extending direction. The front portion of the catcher 46 faces the back check 23 of the wiper assembly 20. The front end face 46 a of the catcher 46 faces the back check 23. A catcher skin 46D is attached to the front end face 46a of the catcher 46. The front end surface 46a of the catcher 46 is a surface that is provided on the opposite side to the rear end surface 46b of the catcher 46 and faces in the opposite direction to the rear end surface 46b. A front end portion of the catcher shank 45 in the extending direction is connected to the rear end surface 46 b of the catcher 46.
The bat 44, the catcher shank 45, and the catcher 46 described above are each made of a resin material. In this embodiment, the bat 44, the catcher shank 45, and the catcher 46 are integrally formed of a resin material. The resin material is preferably a thermoplastic resin. Specific examples of the resin material may be acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene (ABS) or polycarbonate (PC). A specific example of the resin material may be an alloy resin such as ABS / PC. A specific example of the resin material may be a resin containing fibers.

The hammer shank 42 extends upward from the upper end of the bat 44 so as to be orthogonal to the extending direction of the catcher shank 45. A hammer rail 50 extending in the width direction of the upright piano is disposed on the front side of the hammer shank 42. The rear surface of the hammer rail 50 faces the hammer shank 42. A hammer rail felt 51 is attached to the rear surface of the hammer rail 50.
The hammer 43 includes a hammer wood 43A fixed to the tip of the hammer shank 42 and a hammer felt 43B provided at the tip of the hammer wood 43A. The hammer felt 43B hits the string S when the key is pressed.
The hammer assembly 40 configured as described above is disposed at an initial position where the hammer shank 42 is brought into contact with the hammer rail felt 51 by the biasing force of the bat spring 48. When the wipen 21 rotates counterclockwise, the jack 22 (jack large 22B) pushes up the bat 44 and rotates the hammer assembly 40 counterclockwise against the urging force of the bat spring 48. Thereby, the hammer 43 strikes the string S.
The damper assembly 60 mainly includes a damper lever 61 and a damper 62.
The damper lever 61 extends in the vertical direction and is coupled to the damper lever flange 63 via a center pin. The damper lever flange 63 is fixed to the upper end portion of the center rail 15. With this configuration, the damper lever 61 is rotatably supported with respect to the damper lever flange 63. A damper spring 64 is provided between the damper lever 61 and the damper lever flange 63. The damper lever 61 is biased counterclockwise by a damper spring 64. Further, the damper spoon 25 of the wiper assembly 20 contacts the front surface of the lower end portion of the damper lever 61.
The damper 62 is attached to the upper end of the damper lever 61 via a damper wire 65. The damper 62 includes a damper block 62A and a damping unit 62B. The damper block 62A is fixed to the damper wire 65. The damping unit 62B is fixed to the damper block 62A and pressed against the string S.
In the damper assembly 60 configured as described above, the damping portion 62B of the damper 62 is pressed against the string S by the biasing force of the damper spring 64. This prevents resonance when another string S is struck. On the other hand, when the wiper 21 rotates counterclockwise, the damper spoon 25 pushes the lower end portion of the damper lever 61 backward. As a result, the damper lever 61 is rotated clockwise against the urging force of the damper spring 64. Thereby, the damping part 62B of the damper 62 is separated from the string S. Thereafter, the hammer 43 hits the string S to generate a hitting sound.
Next, the bridle tape 80 and its mounting structure will be described with reference to FIGS.
In FIG. 2, the direction of the butt assembly 41 is set to be the same as the direction at the time of key depression. For this reason, in FIG. 2, the side on which the catcher 46 is disposed is defined as “front”, and the side on which the bat 44 is disposed is defined as “rear” with the catcher shank 45 as a reference. Further, the side on which the hammer shank 42 extends with respect to the bat 44 is defined as “upper”, and the opposite side is defined as “lower”.
The bridle tape 80 is made of, for example, a cloth woven from cotton and has flexibility. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the longitudinal first end (one end) 80 </ b> A of the bridle tape 80 is attached to the catcher 46 so that the bridle tape 80 extends from the lower surface 46 c of the catcher 46. . The lower surface 46 c of the catcher 46 is a surface located between the front end surface 46 a and the rear end surface 46 b of the catcher 46, and faces the wiper 21.
The lower surface 46c of the catcher 46 is a surface that faces the lower side in the vertical direction at least when the key is depressed, and is positioned lower than the front end surface 46a and the rear end surface 46b of the catcher 46 in the vertical direction.
In the present embodiment, the first end 80 </ b> A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the lower surface 46 c of the catcher 46. More specifically, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46 by welding such as ultrasonic welding.
The upper end of the bridle wire 24 is positioned forward and below the catcher 46. The second end 80 </ b> B of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the upper end of the bridle wire 24. Therefore, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46 so that the bridle tape 80 extends forward from the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46.
The bridle tape 80 attached as described above plays a role of causing the rotation return of the hammer assembly 40 to the initial position to follow the rotation return of the wiper 21.
The operation of the action mechanism ACT of the present embodiment configured as described above is the same as the operation in the related art.
That is, when the key 10 is pressed (the front end portion of the key 10 is pressed down), the key 10 rotates clockwise, the rear end portion of the key 10 moves upward, and the wiper 21 is pushed up. Thereby, the wipen 21 is rotated upward (counterclockwise), and the jack 22, the back check 23, and the bridle wire 24 attached to the wipen 21 are moved upward. Further, when the bat 44 is pushed up by the jack 22 (jack large 22B), the hammer assembly 40 rotates counterclockwise, and the hammer 43 strikes the string S. In the above-described operation, when the small jack 22A comes into contact with the regulating button 31 while the wiper 21 rotates counterclockwise, the jack 22 rotates clockwise with respect to the wiper 21. For this reason, the upper end of the large jack 22B is disengaged forward from the bat 44 (letoff). When the hammer 43 strikes and bounces, the hammer assembly 40 rotates clockwise and the catcher 46 is received by the back check 23. As a result, the clockwise rotation of the hammer assembly 40 is temporarily stopped.
After that, when the key 10 is released, the key 10 and the wiper 21 rotate in the opposite directions to the time when the key is pressed, respectively, and return to the initial position. Further, with the return of the wiper 21, the back check 23 is separated from the catcher 46, and the hammer assembly 40 is rotated clockwise by the urging force of the butt spring 48 and the pulling back force of the bridle tape 80. As a result, the hammer shank 42 contacts the hammer rail felt 51 and the upper end of the large jack 22B contacts the bat 44 to return to the key release state.
As described above, according to the attachment structure of the bridle tape 80 of the present embodiment, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is attached to the catcher 46 so that the bridle tape 80 extends from the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46. With this structure, unlike in the related art, a portion (separation portion) extending from the catcher 46 of the bridle tape 80 does not contact the surface of the catcher 46. That is, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 has a catcher 46 (lower portion of the catcher 46) so that a portion (separation portion) of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end portion 80A does not contact the surface of the catcher 46 when the key is depressed. Is attached. In other words, the first end (one end) 80A of the bridle tape 80 is always in contact with the catcher 46. On the other hand, the portion of the bridle tape 80 extending from the catcher 46 is always separated from the catcher 46. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the bridle tape 80 from rubbing against the surface of the catcher 46 during operation of the action mechanism ACT, and to suppress the deterioration of the bridle tape 80. That is, the durability of the bridle tape 80 can be improved. The portion of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end 80A is continuous with the first end 80A.
In the mounting structure of the present embodiment, the first end 80 </ b> A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the lower surface 46 c of the catcher 46. For this reason, according to the attachment structure of this embodiment, it becomes possible to easily attach the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 to the catcher 46 with a smaller number of attachment steps than in the related art. Further, since it is not necessary to form a hole or the like for inserting the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 in the catcher 46, the bat assembly 41 can be manufactured at low cost. Further, when the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the catcher 46, the direction and length of the bridle tape 80 extending from the catcher 46 can be easily set with high accuracy.
Further, according to the mounting structure of the present embodiment, the first end 80 </ b> A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the lower surface 46 c of the catcher 46. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the bridle tape 80 from contacting the catcher 46 during key depression without changing the shape of the bat assembly 41 (particularly the shape of the catcher shank 45 and the catcher 46) from the shape in the related art. That is, the mounting structure of the bridle tape 80 can be configured at low cost without newly designing the butt assembly 41.
Furthermore, in the mounting structure of the present embodiment, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46 by welding. On the other hand, in the related art mounting structure, the first end 80 </ b> A of the bridle tape 80 is sandwiched between the catcher shank 45 and the mounting member inside the catcher 46. Therefore, according to the mounting structure of the present embodiment, the stress applied to the catcher 46 can be reduced as compared with the related art. Therefore, deterioration of the catcher 46 based on this stress can be prevented.
Further, compared to the related art mounting structure in which the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is held inside the catcher 46, according to the mounting structure of the present embodiment, the impact generated when the action mechanism ACT operates. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the bridle tape 80 from being fixed to the catcher 46 and the bridle tape 80 from the bat assembly 41 to the wipen assembly 20 (the bridle wire 24) can be prevented from changing in length. The impact generated when the action mechanism ACT is operated is, for example, an impact generated when the hammer 43 strikes the string S, an impact generated when the catcher 46 contacts the back check 23, and the like. The change in the length of the bridle tape 80 affects the continuous hitting performance of the hammer 43 continuously hitting the string S in response to continuous key pressing and the magnitude of the striking force of the string S by the hammer 43. For this reason, preventing a change in the length of the bridle tape 80 is useful in an upright piano.
The bridle tape 80 may be composed of only the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 and the portion of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end portion 80A. In this case, all of the first end portions 80A of the bridle tape 80 may be always fixed to the catcher 46. Further, all of the portion of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end portion 80A may be always separated from the catcher 46.
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the first end portion (one end portion) 80A of the bridle tape 80 is always fixed to the catcher 46 (the lower surface 46c thereof). That is, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is always fixed to the catcher 46 (the lower surface 46c) in the operation in which the hammer assembly 40 strikes the string S. On the other hand, the portion (separating portion) of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end portion 80A is always separated from the catcher 46 (the lower surface 46c thereof). That is, the portion of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end portion 80A is always separated from the catcher 46 (the lower surface 46c) in the operation in which the hammer assembly 40 strikes the string S. The operation in which the hammer assembly 40 strikes the string S includes the operation from the state in which the hammer assembly 40 is separated from the string S and is stationary to the state in which the hammer assembly 40 contacts the string S and the hammer contacts the string S. The operation from the state where the hammer assembly 40 is moved to the state where the hammer assembly 40 is separated from the string S and is stationary. The state where the hammer assembly 40 is separated from the string S and is stationary is a state before the key is pressed and the hammer assembly 40 is disposed at the initial position, or after the key is released and the hammer assembly 40 is at the initial position. Refers to the state placed in
In the example shown in FIG. 1, when viewed from the horizontal direction (perpendicular to the paper surface) along the rear end surface 46b of the catcher 46, all the portions of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end portion 80A are the rear end surface 46b. Is located on the opposite side of the bat 44 with respect to.
In the example shown in FIG. 1, all of the bridle tape 80 is located below the catcher shank 45.
Although the present invention has been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46 by welding. However, the fixing method in the present embodiment is not limited to this. For example, you may fix to the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46 by various fixing means, such as a stapler (C-shaped needle), a nail, and an adhesive agent. The first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 may be sandwiched and fixed between the sandwiching piece and the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46 by fixing the sandwiching piece to the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46, for example. The clamping piece may be formed integrally with the catcher 46 or may be formed separately.
In the above embodiment, the first end 80A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46. However, the fixing method in the present embodiment is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the first end 80 </ b> A of the bridle tape 80 may be fixed to the front end surface 46 a of the catcher 46. In this case, it is preferable that the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to, for example, the lower side of the region to which the catcher skin 46D is attached on the front end surface 46a of the catcher 46.
Further, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is not limited to being fixed to the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46, and may be locked inside the catcher 46 as shown in FIG.
In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, a locking piece 81 having a thickness greater than that of the bridle tape 80 is provided at the first end 80 </ b> A of the bridle tape 80. Further, the catcher 46 is formed with a locking hole 46E into which the locking piece 81 is inserted. The first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is inserted into the locking hole 46E so that the locking piece 81 is locked in the locking hole 46E. In the example shown in FIG. 4, the locking hole 46 </ b> E opens in the front end surface 46 a of the catcher 46, but is not limited to such a configuration. The locking hole 46E may open, for example, on the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46. Even in this configuration, the portion of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end portion 80A does not contact the surface of the catcher 46 when the key is depressed.
Further, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is not limited to being attached to the lower portion (the front end surface 46a and the lower surface 46c) of the catcher 46 positioned on the lower side in the vertical direction. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, you may attach to the lower part of the catcher shank 45 located in the perpendicular direction lower side. In this case, the catcher shank 45 may be formed so that the lower portion of the catcher shank 45 is flush with the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46 as shown in FIG. Further, the catcher shank 45 may be formed, for example, such that the lower portion of the catcher shank 45 protrudes below the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46. Even in this configuration, the portion of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end portion 80A does not contact the surface of the catcher 46 when the key is depressed.
In the example shown in FIG. 5, the first end 80 </ b> A of the bridle tape 80 is always fixed to the catcher shank 45. That is, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is always fixed to the catcher shank 45 when the hammer assembly 40 strikes the string S. On the other hand, the portion of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end portion 80A is always separated from the catcher 46. That is, the portion of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end portion 80A is always separated from the catcher 46 in the operation in which the hammer assembly 40 strikes the string S.
FIG. 6 shows a modification of the mounting structure shown in FIG. FIG. 7 shows the bridle tape of the mounting structure shown in FIG.
The attachment structure shown in FIG. 6 differs from the attachment structure shown in FIG. 2 only in the configuration of the catcher 46 and the bridle tape 80. As shown in FIG. 7, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 has a circular through hole 80h. The first end 80A is made of leather. The material of the first end 80A is not limited to leather, and may be another material that does not have elasticity. The portion of the bridle tape 80 excluding the first end 80A may be made of cotton or leather. As shown in FIG. 6, the catcher 46 further includes a protrusion 46P. The protrusion 46P protrudes outward from any one surface of the catcher 46 on the lower side in the vertical direction. In the example shown in FIG. 6, the protrusion 46P protrudes downward from the lower surface 46c. The protrusion 46P is a substantially cylindrical protrusion. The protrusion 46P may have a cylindrical shape or a conical shape. The shape of the protrusion 46P corresponds to the shape of the through hole 80h. The protrusion 46P is inserted into the through hole 80h. Further, the first end portion 80A of the bridle tape 80 is fixed to the lower surface 46c of the catcher 46 by welding or the like. With such a configuration, the bridle tape 80 can be easily positioned with respect to the catcher 46. Further, the bridle tape 80 is more securely fixed to the catcher 46.
