Description

一种惯性玩具车动力装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种玩具车的动力装置,尤其是惯性玩具车的动力装置。
背景技术
目前儿童玩具车中有利用电驱动的,也有采用手动驱动的,采用手动驱动的大都是设置一种蓄能部件例如飞轮,利用蓄能部件驱动玩具车。
采用蓄能部件的玩具车驱动原理:当转动前轮,飞轮储能,然后松手,飞轮释放能量,驱动前轮带动后轮转动,车子前进,直至能量放完。但采用蓄能部件的玩具车,存在同样的问题:如果玩具车前进过程中,突然被按停,则齿轮容易被打坏。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种惯性玩具车动力装置,该玩具车在运行过程中突然被按停时齿轮不会损坏。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种惯性玩具车动力装置,包括车轮及安装车轮的车轮轴,还包括储能用飞轮及传动机构;飞轮的动力传输轴上安装有动力齿轮;其特征是:所述传动机构包括安装在车轮轴上的第一齿轮,第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合,第二齿轮安装在一传动轴上,该传动轴与车轮轴垂直,该传动轴上还安装有第三齿轮,第三齿轮在第二齿轮的上方;
第三齿轮与一离合装置的第一离合齿轮啮合,所述离合装置还包括离合部件、离合安装轴、第二离合齿轮;所述离合部件固装在离合安装轴上,离合安装轴与所述车轮轴垂直,第二离合齿轮与所述飞轮的动力齿轮啮合;
所述离合部件包括两部分,第一部分为花键轴状并与第一离合齿轮的安装孔配合,第二部分设有一弹性卡片,该弹性卡片的端部与第二离合齿轮设置的内圈齿槽配合;第二离合齿轮的内圈齿槽一侧为直槽壁,另一侧为倾斜槽壁。
作为本实用新型进一步的技术方案:所述第一齿轮为盆齿轮。
进一步的技术方案:还包括用于罩在传动机构、飞轮外的壳体,所述壳体由上箱盖、下箱盖组成,所述上箱盖与下箱盖之间设置一用于支撑传动机构的隔板。
进一步的技术方案:所述下箱盖的左右两侧分别设置一扣合固定块,所述扣合固定块的上表面为倾斜面,左侧的扣合固定块倾斜方向是由右向左逐渐降低,右侧的扣合固定块倾斜方向是由左向右逐渐降低;所述上箱盖的左右两侧分别设置一用于与扣合固定块配合的扣合固定环。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该惯性玩具车动力装置设置了离合部件,在运行过程中突然被按停时齿轮不会损坏,可以有效提高产品使用寿命。此外,该动力装置可以让玩具车行驶25米至30米,远远超出普通惯性推进配件的行驶距离,明显提高了行驶速度。倾斜行驶距离保持5米以上。右轮毂可连接动力发射器,可以达到更高的速度。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,该惯性玩具车动力装置包括车轮及安装车轮的车轮轴16。左车轮包括左轮毂17、左轮胎18,右车轮包括右轮毂13、右轮胎14。
该惯性玩具车动力装置还包括储能用飞轮12及传动机构;飞轮12的动力传输轴10上安装有动力齿轮11。
其中,所述传动机构包括安装在车轮轴16上的第一齿轮15,该实施例中,第一齿轮15为盆齿轮,如图2、3所示。
第一齿轮15与第二齿轮19啮合,第二齿轮19安装在一传动轴8上,该传动轴8与车轮轴16垂直,该传动轴8上还安装有第三齿轮7,第三齿轮7在第二齿轮19的上方。
第三齿轮7与一离合装置的第一离合齿轮4啮合,所述离合装置还包括离合部件5、离合安装轴9、第二离合齿轮6;所述离合部件5固装在离合安装轴9上,离合安装轴9与所述车轮轴16垂直,第二离合齿轮6与所述飞轮12的动力齿轮11啮合。
如图4所示,所述离合部件5包括两部分,第一部分51为花键轴状并与第一离合齿轮4的安装孔配合,第二部分52设有一弹性卡片53,该弹性卡片53的端部与第二离合齿轮6设置的内圈齿槽61配合;第二离合齿轮的内圈齿槽一侧为直槽壁62,另一侧为倾斜槽壁63。
该实施例采取的进一步的技术:如图1所示,该惯性玩具车动力装置还包括用于罩在传动机构、飞轮外的壳体,所述壳体由上箱盖1、下箱盖3组成,所述上箱盖1与下箱盖3之间设置一用于支撑传动机构的隔板2。
更进一步的技术:下箱盖3的左右两侧分别设置一扣合固定块31,所述扣合固定块31的上表面为倾斜面,左侧的扣合固定块倾斜方向是由右向左逐渐降低,右侧的扣合固定块倾斜方向是由左向右逐渐降低。上箱盖1的左右两侧分别设置一用于与扣合固定块配合的扣合固定环101。
蓄能时,轮胎转动驱动车轮轴16,并通过车轮轴16带动第一齿轮15转动,第一齿轮15驱动第二齿轮19,第二齿轮19通过传动轴8带动第三齿轮7转动,第三齿轮7驱动离合装置的第一离合齿轮4,第一离合齿轮4带动离合部件5转动,离合部件5通过弹性卡片 53通过内圈齿槽61的直槽壁推动第二离合齿轮6转动,此时第一离合齿轮4为主动轮,第二离合齿轮6为被动轮,第二离合齿轮6带动飞轮23的动力齿轮11转动,飞轮12实现储能。
释放储能时,动力齿轮11反向转动,驱动第二离合齿轮6反向转动,第二离合齿轮6通过内圈齿槽61的直槽壁、弹性卡片53、离合部件的第一部分带动第一离合齿轮4转动;第二离合齿轮6作为主动轮,第一离合齿轮4作为被动轮。第一离合齿轮通过第三齿轮、传动轴、第二齿轮、第一齿轮带动车轮轴转动,实现玩具车的行进动作。
当玩具车突然被按停时,车轮轴16、第一齿轮15、第二齿轮19、第三齿轮7、第一离合齿轮4、离合部件5均停止转动,弹性卡片53的端部可以从第二离合齿轮6的内圈齿槽61中脱出,从而达到“离”的状态,齿轮传动机构不会发生硬性损伤。而且该动力装置可以让玩具车行驶25米至30米,远远超出普通惯性推进配件的行驶距离,明显提高了行驶速度。倾斜行驶距离保持5米以上。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种惯性玩具车动力装置,包括车轮及安装车轮的车轮轴,还包括储能用飞轮及传动机构;飞轮的动力传输轴上安装有动力齿轮;其特征是:所述传动机构包括安装在车轮轴上的第一齿轮,第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合,第二齿轮安装在一传动轴上,该传动轴与车轮轴垂直,该传动轴上还安装有第三齿轮,第三齿轮在第二齿轮的上方;
    第三齿轮与一离合装置的第一离合齿轮啮合,所述离合装置还包括离合部件、离合安装轴、第二离合齿轮;所述离合部件固装在离合安装轴上,离合安装轴与所述车轮轴垂直,第二离合齿轮与所述飞轮的动力齿轮啮合;
    所述离合部件包括两部分,第一部分为花键轴状并与第一离合齿轮的安装孔配合,第二部分设有一弹性卡片,该弹性卡片的端部与第二离合齿轮设置的内圈齿槽配合;第二离合齿轮的内圈齿槽一侧为直槽壁,另一侧为倾斜槽壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种惯性玩具车动力装置,其特征是:所述第一齿轮为盆齿轮。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种惯性玩具车动力装置,其特征是:还包括用于罩在传动机构、飞轮外的壳体,所述壳体由上箱盖、下箱盖组成,所述上箱盖与下箱盖之间设置一用于支撑传动机构的隔板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种惯性玩具车动力装置,其特征是:所述下箱盖的左右两侧分别设置一扣合固定块,所述扣合固定块的上表面为倾斜面,左侧的扣合固定块倾斜方向是由右向左逐渐降低,右侧的扣合固定块倾斜方向是由左向右逐渐降低;所述上箱盖的左右两侧分别设置一用于与扣合固定块配合的扣合固定环。
