具体实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在以下实施例中,视频会议中终端指用于视频会议的终端,视频会议可以完成视频、语音、数据等呼叫。视频会议可以基于多种协议,例如会话初始协议(SIP)等。设备可以是服务器或网络设备等,可以运行常见的操作系统。可以预料的是,以下实施例的方法及装置可以通过计算机程序单元实现。
在以下实施例中,终端信息一般指视频会议终端用于视频呼叫的信息,例如视频会议终端的短号码,视频会议终端的IP地址、视频会议终端的MAC地址等,但不限于此。用户标识可以是任何可以区分用户的信息,例如,姓名、工号等。
在以下实施例中,一般地,在不冲突的情况下,“第一”、“第二”等类似描述可以指代同一内容,例如,第一设备和第二设备可以是同一设备,也可以是多个设备。
本发明实施例包括以下几个方面:1)用户基于用户标识登录视频会议终端,视频会议终端发送用户标识和视频会议终端的终端信息;2)视频会议终端的终端信息及用户的在线状态的管理;3)基于用户标识的视频会议呼叫。
下面分别对本发明实施例的各个方面进行描述。
图1是根据本发明实施例的视频会议终端的登录方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法包括步骤S102至步骤S104。
步骤S102,获取视频会议终端的终端信息和登录到视频会议终端的第一用户的用户标识,其中,视频会议终端的终端信息用于视频会议呼叫,第一用户的用户标识用于区分第一用户与其他用户。
步骤S104,发送视频会议终端的终端信息和第一用户的用户标识。
在本发明实施例中,可以提供视频会议终端的登陆界面,供用户输入用户标识以及用户密码。用户标识用于区分不同的用户,用户标识可以与视频会议终端没有关联,一个用户标识可以在多个会议终端上登录。也就是说,一个用户注册了用户标识后,可以在多个终端上进行视频呼叫。
当然,也可以设置用户标识与终端的关联关系,例如,对于不同权限的用户,其用户标识只能在某一或某些视频会议终端上使用。当然,即使用户标识只能在一个视频会议终端上使用,通过本发明实施例,也可以避免用户记忆终端信息
在本发明实施例中,上述步骤S102,可以是响应登录操作和/或呼叫操作,获取视频会议终端的终端信息和第一用户的用户标识,其中,登录操作用于使第一用户登录到视频会议终端,呼叫操作用于呼叫第二用户。
例如,可以在用户登录时获取用户的用户标识,例如,可以提供图形用户界面供用户输入信息、进行操作,获取用户在图形用户界面上输入的用户标识。
在本发明实施例中,还可以响应查询操作,查询并显示第二用户的在线状态,其中,查询操作用于请求查询第二用户的在线状态,查询请求中携带有第二用户部分或完整的用户标识。通过该优选实施方式,可以使用户知晓其要呼叫的用户的在线状态,并且,通过用户标识就可以查询到用户的在线状态。
在本发明实施例中,发起呼叫第二用户的呼叫请求,其中,呼叫请求中携带有第二用户的用户标识。通过该优选实施方式,用户可以通过用户标识发起视频呼叫,避免了使用终端信息,从而操作更简单。当然,也可以通过用户标识查询被叫用户的终端信息,然后通过终端信息呼叫被叫用户。
图2是根据本发明实施例的视频会议终端的登录装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置主要包括:获取模块202,设置为获取视频会议终端的终端信息和登录到视频会议终端的第一用户的用户标识,其中,视频会议终端的终端信息用于视频会议呼叫, 第一用户的用户标识用于区分第一用户与其他用户;发送模块204,与获取模块202相连接,设置为发送视频会议终端的终端信息和第一用户的用户标识。
在本发明实施例中,上述装置还可以包括:显示模块,设置为响应查询操作,查询并显示第二用户的在线状态,其中,查询操作用于请求查询第二用户的在线状态,查询请求中携带有第二用户部分或完整的用户标识。
在本发明实施例中,上述装置还可以包括:呼叫模块,设置为发起呼叫第二用户的呼叫请求,其中,呼叫请求中携带有第二用户的用户标识。
图3是根据本发明实施例的视频会议终端信息的管理方法的流程图,如图3所示,该方法包括步骤S302至步骤S304。
步骤S302,接收第一消息,其中,第一消息中携带有第一用户的用户标识和第一用户对应的第一视频终端的终端信息。
步骤S304,存储第一用户的用户标识和第一视频终端的终端信息,以及第一用户的用户标识与第一终端的终端信息的对应关系。
在本发明实施例中,上述步骤S302中,第一消息可以是第一用户的终端发送的消息,也可以是其他设备发送的消息。
可选地,在上述步骤S304之后,还可以在第一用户对应的终端信息发生变化时,更新第一用户对应的终端信息。例如,第一用户的视频会议终端的IP地址发生改变,或者第一用户登录到其他视频会议终端等。
在本发明实施例中,更新第一用户对应的终端信息可以包括:监控第一用户的在线状态;在第一用户下线时,删除第一用户对应的终端信息;在第一用户上线时,存储第一用户对应的终端信息。可选地,可以根据是否存储有第一用户对应的终端信息提供第一用户的在线状态。所述的提供用户的在线状态,包括在查询用户的终端信息时,向查询方提供用户的在线状态。
可选地,也可以获取第一用户的在线状态,存储第一用户的在线状态。与上述通过是否存储用户标识对应的终端信息来判断状态相比,这里可以存储用户的在线状态。
在上述步骤S304之后,还可以接收第二消息,其中,第二消息中携带有第一用户的用户标识;查找第一用户的用户标识对应的终端信息;发送第一用户对应的终端信息。上述的第二消息可以由呼叫设备发起,在呼叫设备接收到呼叫时,呼叫请求中携 带有被叫用户的用户标识,呼叫设备可以发起上述第二消息,请求获取被叫用户的终端信息。当然,也可以是其他消息,例如,其他设备上可以记录用户标识与终端信息,定期发送第二消息请求获取用户的终端信息。
图4是根据本发明实施例的视频会议终端信息的管理装置的结构框图,如图4所示,该装置包括:接收模块402,设置为接收第一消息,其中,第一消息中携带有第一用户的用户标识和第一用户对应的第一视频终端的终端信息;存储模块404,与接收模块402相连接,设置为存储第一用户的用户标识和第一视频终端的终端信息,以及第一用户的用户标识与第一终端的终端信息的对应关系。
在本发明实施例中,上述装置还可以包括:更新模块,设置为在第一用户对应的终端信息发生变化时,更新第一用户对应的终端信息。

在本发明实施例中,上述呼叫请求中还可以携带有第二视频呼叫终端的终端信息,第一设备可以从呼叫请求中获取第二视频会议终端的终端信息。
另外,第一设备也可以根据用户标识与终端信息的对应关系获取第二视频会议终端的终端信息。可选地,第一设备根据用户标识与终端信息的对应关系在第一设备上获取第二视频会议终端的终端信息,其中,第一设备预先存储有用户标识与终端信息的对应关系。和/或,第一设备从第二设备获取第二视频会议终端的终端信息,其中,第二设备预先存储有用户标识与终端信息的对应关系。

可选地,呼叫请求还可以携带有第二视频呼叫终端的终端信息;获取模块604,可以设置为从呼叫请求中获取第二视频会议终端的终端信息。另外,获取模块604,还可以设置为根据用户标识与终端信息的对应关系获取第二视频会议终端的终端信息。

通过本发明实施例,基于用户标识进行视频会议呼叫,从而使得用户可以使用不同的视频会议终端进行视频会议呼叫,避免了用户记忆复杂的终端信息,进而提高了视频会议的易用性。
下面对本发明实施例的优选实施方式进行描述。
本发明实施例,针对目前呼叫方法的局限性,采用用户标识(用户ID)的方式,使会议跟着用户走,而不固定在某一个会议室的终端上,这样参会者不需要在会前固定会议室并把所在会议室的终端信息告知其他所有参会者,只需要在原订开会时间进入会议室,输入自己的ID和密码登陆,通过终端查找其他与会者的ID,可以直观的查看到其是否在线,并决定是否发起呼叫。
在本发明实施例中:
每位用户有一个在用户服务器注册的用户ID,该ID具有唯一性,可以采用方便易记的字母和数字的组合,该ID可以通过多种途径注册,可以直接在会议电视终端上注册,也可通过网页登录服务器注册。
用户在终端侧使用户ID登录后,所在终端的信息会传送到用户服务器,在服务器上将终端信息与用户ID绑定,并在服务器端将该用户ID的属性更新为在线状态。用户可以通过ID查询其他用户所在终端的信息,自己的终端信息也可以被其他用户查询到,这样就使终端的复杂的信息(比如终端IP地址、终端登录状态)通过用户ID的形式以简单、人性化的方式呈现给用户,使呼叫更为方便、快捷。
用户查找到其他参会者的ID后,确认其已在线,可以直接选中该ID并发起呼叫,相当于采用用户ID的形式屏蔽了实际终端的复杂信息,用户看到的只是一个简单的ID,并不关心该ID所在终端的类型、IP地址等信息。但是实际的呼叫还是要借助于实际的会议电视终端来完成,内部呼叫过程与传统的终端呼叫过程也是一致的,只不过ID与终端的信息关联、转换都有软件来完成,用户不需要关心。提升了易用性,提高了呼叫效率。
在用户退出ID登录后,会在服务器端解除ID与现有终端信息的绑定,在下次会议用户登录后绑定新的会议电视终端。这样就做到了会议与实际的会议室、物理终端无关,而是跟用户ID相关,使会议流程更为简单化。
具体地,包括以下几个过程:
1、首先用户通过会议电视终端界面向用户服务器注册具有唯一性的用户ID。
在用户ID框(图7框02)中,输入用户ID,该ID可以是用户姓名或者一些具有特殊意义、方便易记的字符、数字组成;然后在密码框(图7框03)中输入将要设定的密码,点击注册按钮(图7按钮04),完成注册。
2、用户使用ID登录
在用户使用用户ID登录之前,终端的GUI上用户栏(图7状态01)显示的用户为unknow。用户在用户ID框(图7框02)中输入ID,在密码框(图7框03)中输入密码,点击登录按钮(图7按钮05),完成在终端侧的登录。登录后终端的GUI上的用户栏显示为用户的ID名称,如图7中的用户栏所示。
3、输入目标ID的首字母查找用户ID
在地址栏(图7框07)中输入被叫用户ID的首字母,比如目标被叫用户ID为“zte002”,就在地址栏中输入“z”字母,终端会从用户服务器中从所有注册过的用户ID中检索出所有“z”开头的用户ID名称并以列表(图8列表10)的形式显示出来。在列表中以加粗显示的用户ID表示在线状态,如图8列表10中的“zhangyb”、“zte002”、“zzul1”所示;未加粗的用户ID表示该用户不在线,如列表10中的“zhurj”、“zte123”、“zzt120”。
4、选中目标用户ID并发起呼叫。
在ID列表框中,通过上下按钮翻动,查找我们的目标ID“zte002”,找到并选中,如图9的列表11所示,选中目标ID并按下确认键后,列表框收起,地址框中会自动填充选中的目标ID。点击视频呼叫(图9按钮12)或者语音呼叫(图9按钮13)。
5、退出登录状态
在会议结束后,点击退出按钮(图7按钮06),在服务器侧会解除用户ID与终端信息的绑定,终端GUI界面上,也会显示为初始的未登录状态,如图7所示。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明实现了如下技术效果:通过用户很熟悉的ID登录方式,在用户层屏蔽了具体的终端硬件信息,但在后台具体的呼叫流程与传统会议电视终端是一样的,不过采用用户ID的方式可以减轻用户的记忆、输入负担,减少会议前的沟通成本,大大提高会议电视终端的易用性。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

  1. 一种视频会议终端的登录方法,包括:
    获取视频会议终端的终端信息和登录到所述视频会议终端的第一用户的用户标识,其中,所述视频会议终端的终端信息用于视频会议呼叫,所述第一用户的用户标识用于区分所述第一用户与其他用户;
    发送所述视频会议终端的终端信息和所述第一用户的用户标识。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取视频会议终端的终端信息和登录到所述视频会议终端第一用户的用户标识,包括:
    响应登录操作和/或呼叫操作,获取所述视频会议终端的终端信息和所述第一用户的用户标识,其中,所述登录操作用于使所述第一用户登录到所述视频会议终端,所述呼叫操作用于呼叫第二用户。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    响应查询操作,查询并显示第二用户的在线状态,其中,所述查询操作用于请求查询所述第二用户的在线状态,所述查询请求中携带有所述第二用户部分或完整的用户标识。

    所述第一设备获取所述被叫用户的用户标识对应的第二视频会议终端的终端信息,其中,终端信息用于视频会议呼叫;
    所述第一设备根据所述第二视频会议终端的终端信息呼叫所述第二视频会议终端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述呼叫请求还携带有所述第二视频呼叫终端的终端信息;所述第一设备获取所述被叫用户的用户标识对应的第二视频会议终端的终端信息,包括:

    存储所述第一用户的用户标识和所述第一视频终端的终端信息,以及所述第一用户的用户标识与所述第一终端的终端信息的对应关系。

    在所述第一用户对应的终端信息发生变化时,更新所述第一用户对应的终端信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,在所述第一用户对应的终端信息发生变化时,更新所述第一用户对应的终端信息,包括:
    监控所述第一用户的在线状态;
    在所述第一用户下线时,删除所述第一用户对应的终端信息;
    在所述第一用户上线时,存储所述第一用户对应的终端信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    根据是否存储有所述第一用户对应的终端信息提供所述第一用户的在线状态。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    接收第二消息,其中,所述第二消息中携带有所述第一用户的用户标识;
    查找所述第一用户的用户标识对应的终端信息;
    发送所述第一用户对应的终端信息。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    获取所述第一用户的在线状态,存储所述第一用户的在线状态。
  15. 一种视频会议终端的登录装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取视频会议终端的终端信息和登录到所述视频会议终端的第一用户的用户标识,其中,所述视频会议终端的终端信息用于视频会议呼叫,所述第一用户的用户标识用于区分所述第一用户与其他用户;
    发送模块,设置为发送所述视频会议终端的终端信息和所述第一用户的用户标识。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    显示模块,设置为响应查询操作,查询并显示第二用户的在线状态,其中,所述查询操作用于请求查询所述第二用户的在线状态,所述查询请求中携带有所述第二用户部分或完整的用户标识。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    呼叫模块,设置为发起呼叫第二用户的呼叫请求,其中,所述呼叫请求中携带有所述第二用户的用户标识。
  18. 一种视频会议的呼叫装置,位于第一设备,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收第一视频会议终端的呼叫请求,其中,所述呼叫请求中携带有被叫用户的用户标识,其中,用户标识用于区分不同的用户;
    获取模块,设置为获取所述被叫用户的用户标识对应的第二视频会议终端的终端信息,其中,终端信息用于视频会议呼叫;
    呼叫模块,设置为根据所述第二视频会议终端的终端信息呼叫所述第二视频会议终端。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述呼叫请求还携带有所述第二视频呼叫终端的终端信息;所述获取模块,设置为从所述呼叫请求中获取所述第二视频会议终端的终端信息。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,设置为根据用户标识与终端信息的对应关系获取所述第二视频会议终端的终端信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,包括:
    第一获取单元,设置为根据用户标识与终端信息的对应关系在所述第一设备上获取所述第二视频会议终端的终端信息,其中,所述第一设备预先存储有所述用户标识与终端信息的对应关系;和/或
    第二获取单元,设置为从第二设备获取所述第二视频会议终端的终端信息,其中,所述第二设备预先存储有所述用户标识与终端信息的对应关系。
  22. 一种视频会议终端信息的管理装置,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收第一消息,其中,所述第一消息中携带有第一用户的用户标识和所述第一用户对应的第一视频终端的终端信息;
    存储模块,设置为存储所述第一用户的用户标识和所述第一视频终端的终端信息,以及所述第一用户的用户标识与所述第一终端的终端信息的对应关系。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    更新模块,设置为在所述第一用户对应的终端信息发生变化时,更新所述第一用户对应的终端信息。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述更新模块,设置为监控所述第一用户的在线状态;在所述第一用户下线时,删除所述第一用户对应的终端信息;在所述第一用户上线时,存储所述第一用户对应的终端信息。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    提供模块,设置为根据是否存储有所述第一用户对应的终端信息提供所述第一用户的在线状态。
  26. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,
    所述接收模块,还设置为接收第二消息,其中,所述第二消息中携带有所述第一用户的用户标识;
    所述装置还包括:查找模块,设置为查找所述第一用户的用户标识对应的终端信息;发送模块,设置为发送所述第一用户对应的终端信息。
  27. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,所述存储模块,还设置为获取所述第一用户的在线状态,存储所述第一用户的在线状态。
