平面型粘尘滚筒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁工具,尤其涉及一种平面型粘尘滚筒。 背景技术
粘尘滚筒适用于线路板, PCB , LCD ,导光片,电子半导体,软片精 密印刷等表面的清洁处理,能够清洁玻璃面板,压合钢板,工作台等各种 平面。 粘尘滚筒是将多层粘尘胶带缠绕于筒芯外周面,使用时只要像粉刷 墙壁一样在待清洁的表面上滚动,就能快速的粘除各种微小颗粒、 杂质、 纤维、 尘埃等,达到清洁的目的,避免了传统清洁方式,如水洗、 抹布、 清洁刷等对待清洁的表面造成的二次污染。
请参阅图 1 ,现有的粘尘滚筒普遍为圆筒状,包括圆筒状的筒芯 100 及以外翻方式缠绕于该筒芯 100外周面的多层粘尘胶带 300。此类圆筒状的 粘尘滚筒在使用过程中,其与待清洁平面构成类似于线接触的关系,即接 触面积较小,当粘尘滚筒遇到尺寸相对较大的片状异物 200时,由于粘尘 滚筒对异物 200施加了一向下的作用力 N ,而异物 200又具有一定的硬度, 粘尘滚筒与异物 200的接触面积小,相应的对异物 200的粘附力也比较小,
容易造成该尺寸相对较大的片状异物 200脱落,即对尺寸相对较大的片状 异物 200起不到清洁作用, 从而影响了粘尘滚筒整体的清洁效果。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种平面型粘尘滚筒,使之克服现有的圆筒状 粘尘滚筒的缺点 ,能够清除尺寸相对较大的片状异物,提升粘尘滚筒的清 洁能力,改善清洁舰。
为实现上述目的,本发明供一种平面型粘尘滚筒,包括:包括筒芯, 所述筒芯的外周面具有至少一平面;还包括粘尘胶带,其以外翻的方式缠 绕于所述筒芯的外周面上。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的平面型粘尘滚筒,通过将筒芯横截 面的外轮廓设置为正多边形,所述筒芯的外周面具有数个平面,使得该平 面型粘尘滚筒在使用过程中与待清洁表面构成面接触的关系,增大了接触 面积,相应的增大了该平面型粘尘滚筒对尺寸相对较大的片状异物的粘附 力 '降低了异物脱落的风险,因而能够清除尺寸相对较大的片状异物,使 得该平面型粘尘滚筒的清洁能力得到提升 ,清洁效果得以改善。 附图说明

进一步的,为避免该平面型粘尘滚筒的筒芯 1夕卜周面的每相邻两个平 面 11之间的相交线与待清洁表面之间构成线接触,并减少对该平面型粘尘 滚筒与待清洁表面的磨损,对该平面型粘尘滚筒筒芯 1的结构做出改进。 如图 6所示,在该平面型粘尘滚筒第一实施例的筒芯 1夕卜周面的每相邻两 个平面 11之间的连接处设置弧形的倒角 15 ,进一步增加与待清洁表面的接 触面积。
如图 7所示,在该平面型粘尘滚筒第二实施例的筒芯 1 '外周面的每相 邻两个平面 1Γ之间的连接处设置弧形的倒角 15' ,进一步增加与待清洁表 面的接触面积。

综上所述 ,本发明提供的平面型粘尘滚筒,通过将筒芯横截面的外轮 廓设置为正多边形,所述筒芯的夕卜周面具有数个平面,使得该平面型粘尘 滚筒在使用过程中与待清洁表面构成面接触的关系 ,增大了接触面积,相 应的增大了该平面型粘尘滚筒对尺寸相对较大的片状异物的粘附力, P牵低 了异物脱落的风险,因而能够清除尺寸相对较大的片状异物,使得该平面 型粘尘滚筒的清洁能力得到提升 ,清洁效果得以改善。
