A presente invenção de processo é caracterizada por associação industrial de dois processos produtivos distintos, numa união e combinação de inédita de duas indústrias que operam individualmente: de um iado a (FB) fábrica de biomassas diversas e de outro lado a (FR) fábrica de rações, derivando na terceira, na (FRT) fábrica de ração total biosustentável, de combinação de processos físico-químico- mecânico, de volumosos e fibras, grãos e nutrientes, compostos por estes três grandes grupos de produtos classificados como (A), (B) e (C) respectivamente, processados em cada tipo fábrica. Na fábrica de biomassas(FB): biomassas tipo (A), a partir das fibras de braquiária, outras gramíneas, cana-de-açúcar, palha ou sabugo de milho, sorgo, algodão, trigo ou outras biomassas, sendo produtos, coprodutos ou rejeitos de processo na função de volumoso; na fábrica de rações (FR): grãos tipo (B), diversos e/ou diferentes tipos moídos combinados ou não, e diversos aditivos tipo (C) como sais minerais, nutrientes nas mais diversas proporções e combinações, óleos essenciais, em estado sólido ou líquido. Reunidos num único produto, numa única pelota (ou pellet), formando assim uma ração única completa para confinamentos ou não, para animais classificados como bovinos (ruminantes), equinos e caprinos. Cada produto obedecerá a formulações específicas em combinações variáveis entre si.
