Description

ボトム衣類
　本発明は、ボトム衣類に関する。
　ショーツ等のボトム衣類においては、フィット性を向上させるための検討がなされている。とくに、クロッチ部（マチ部、股部等と呼ぶ場合もある）の後側の部分は、臀部の２つの丸みに跨って装着されるため、クロッチ部の一部が体表面から浮いてしまい、臀裂周辺の窪み部分に対するフィット性は低くなりがちであった。そこで、股布を有する被服において、股布周辺部にダーツを取って縫製することで、臀裂周辺のフィット性を改善する技術が提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

　しかし、前記技術によっても、前記フィット性が十分であるとは言えなかった。すなわち、ダーツ部分において、被服を構成する生地が伸ばされた状態となるために伸縮性が低くなってしまい、着用初期においては体型に合致した形状となっていても、動作時の追随は不十分であった。そのため、動作による裾部分のずり上がり等、裾部分の着くずれを防止するには不十分であった。
　そこで、本発明は、着用感に優れるとともに裾部分の着くずれを効果的に防止することができるボトム衣類を提供することを目的とする。
前記目的を達成するために、本発明のボトム衣類は、
臀部を覆う後部、前記後部に向かい合う前部およびクロッチ部を含むボトム衣類であって、

　本発明によれば、着用感に優れるとともに裾部分の着くずれを効果的に防止することができるボトム衣類を提供することができる。

　本発明のボトム衣類について、例をあげて説明する。ただし、本発明は、以下の例に限定および制限されない。
（第１の実施形態）
　図１に、本発明のボトム衣類の第１の実施形態に係るショーツ１００のパターンの図を示す。本実施形態のショーツ１００は、臀部を覆う後部１２を形成する後身頃部材１０２、後部１２に向かい合う前部１１を形成する前身頃部材１０１およびクロッチ部１０３を含むショーツである。前身頃部材１０１の左右端縁と後身頃部材１０２の左右端縁とは連結される。クロッチ部１０３の前端部は、前身頃部材１０１の下端部と連結され、クロッチ部１０３の後端部は、後身頃部材１０２の下端部と連結される。ここで、「前」「後」とは、前身頃部材（前部）側を前、後身頃部材（後部）側を後とした場合の前後方向をいう。また、「左」「右」とは、前側から見た左右でも、後側から見た左右でもよい。

　角度αが角度βよりも大きいことから、後身頃部材１０２下端部は、切り欠き形状の部分を広げることでクロッチ部１０３後端部と形状を合致させて連結されることとなる。このように形状が異なる端部同士を連結することによって、後裾周りの生地に余裕を持たせて立体的な膨らみを持たせるとともに、臀裂下部に対するフィット性が良好となる形状とすることができる。
　クロッチ部１０３後端部は、Ｖ字形状が形成する角の角度αが７０°～１２０°の範囲内にあり、後身頃部材１０２下端部は、切り欠き形状が形成する角の角度βが１０°～６０°の範囲内にあることが好ましい。α、βの組み合わせとしては、例えば、（α，β）＝（１２０°，６０°）、（９０°，３０°）、（７０°，１０°）等があげられる。
　角度αと角度βとの差は、大きいほど形成される膨らみを大きくすることができるが、着用時の臀裂下部へのフィット性の観点からは、１０°～７０°の範囲内にあることが好ましく、より好ましくは２０°～４０°の範囲内である。
　図１に示すパターンを互いに連結したショーツ１００を平置きにし、後身頃部材が表側になるように後中心線Ｌで折り畳んだ状態の図を図３（ａ）に示す。また、図２に、従来のショーツ５００のパターンの図を示す。図３（ｂ）は、図２に示すパターンを互いに連結したショーツ５００を平置きにし、後身頃部材が表側になるように後中心線Ｌで折り畳んだ状態の図である。
　図３（ａ）に示すように、ショーツ１００においては、後中心線Ｌで折り畳むと、クロッチ部１０３が屈曲して後中心線から突き出すようになる。そして、平置きにしたときのショーツ１００下部は、外側（裾周り側）が延びるように斜めになる。これに対して、従来のショーツ５００においては、図３（ｂ）に示すように、クロッチ部５０３は後身頃部材５０２と同一直線上に折り畳まれ、前記のような屈曲はない。また、平置きにしたときのショーツ５００下部は、ショーツ１００のように斜めにはならず、横方向（後中心線Ｌに直交する方向）になる。また、このように畳んだ状態で、本発明のショーツ１００と従来のショーツ５００とでは、クロッチ部の見え方が異なっており、本発明のショーツ１００では、クロッチ部１０３はわずかしか見えない状態となっている。なお、図３（ａ）において、横方向の二点鎖線は、従来のショーツ５００のクロッチ部５０３が達するラインを示している。
　本実施形態において、前身頃部材１０１および後身頃部材１０２の各部材に使用できる生地は、特に制限されないが、例えば、織物、編み物、不織布があげられる。さらに好ましくは、ポリウレタン等の弾性糸を含有する伸縮性を有する生地があげられる。また、クロッチ部１０３には、前身頃部材１０１および後身頃部材１０２と同じ生地を用いることができるが、肌側に綿素材等の当て布を設けてもよい。
　なお、図１のパターン図において、クロッチ部１０３後端部のＶ字形状および後身頃部材１０２下端部のＶ字の切り欠き形状は、２本の直線が突き当たる形状に形成されているが、本発明はこれに限られない。例えば、２本の曲線が突き当たる形状に形成されていてもよいし、Ｖ字の頂点部分が丸みを持っていてもよい。これらの場合、「Ｖ字形状が形成する角の角度αが切り欠き形状が形成する角の角度βよりも大きい」とは、後身頃部材１０２下端部の切り欠き形状の部分を広げることでクロッチ部１０３後端部と形状を合致させることができることを意味する。
　本実施形態において、前身頃部材１０１および後身頃部材１０２の各部材は、左右一体で形成されているが、本発明はこれに限られず、左右が別部材で構成されていてもよい。ただし、左右一体で形成することにより、左右の部材を接ぎ合わせる場合と比較して、身体へのフィット性が高くなり、肌触りもなめらかになるため、好ましい。

（着用評価）
　図７は、着用評価における臀部の状態を示す図である。着用評価においては、同じ着用者に本発明のショーツ１００および従来のショーツ５００を各々着用してもらい、片脚を上げ下げする動作を行ったときのフィット性および着くずれを目視評価した。なお、本着用評価では、ショーツ１００は、α＝９０°、β＝３０°のものを用いた。図７（ａ）は、本発明のショーツ着用時の図、図７（ｂ）は、従来のショーツ着用時の図である。各図において、左側の図（ａ－１、ｂ－１）は評価初期状態、中央の図（ａ－２、ｂ－２）は片脚（右脚）上げ時の状態、右側の図（ａ－３、ｂ－３）は片脚上げ後に脚を下ろした状態を示す。着用者の臀部には、評価初期状態における裾周りラインＬ１および臀溝ラインＬ２を記録し、動作による各ラインの位置を併せて観察した。
　従来のショーツ５００では、片脚上げ時ｂ－２において、ショーツの裾周りと身体に記した初期の裾周りラインＬ１との間の隙間が広くなっている。また、クロッチ部５０３の後側（臀裂下部に相当する部分）において、大きなシワが多数発生し、ショーツと身体とのフィット性が良好ではないことがわかる。片脚上げ後に脚を下ろした状態ｂ－３においては、ショーツの裾周りが初期状態の位置から移動しており、初期の裾周りラインＬ１からずり上がっていることがわかる。
　これに対し、本発明のショーツ１００では、片脚上げ時ａ－２において、ショーツの裾周りと身体に記した初期の裾周りラインＬ１との間の隙間がショーツ５００の場合と比べて狭くなっている。また、クロッチ部１０３の後側（臀裂下部に相当する部分）での、シワの発生も少なく、ショーツと身体（とくに臀裂下部）とのフィット性が良好であることがわかる。さらに、片脚上げ後に脚を下ろした状態ａ－３においては、ショーツの裾周りと初期の裾周りラインＬ１とが近接し、初期状態の位置からのずり上がりがほとんど見られないことがわかる。
　このように、パターンの図において、クロッチ部１０３後端部がＶ字形状、クロッチ部１０３後端部が連結される後身頃部材１０２下端部がＶ字の切り欠き形状であり、Ｖ字形状が形成する角の角度αが、切り欠き形状が形成する角の角度βよりも大きくなっていることで、ショーツ１００では、後裾周りの生地に余裕を持たせて立体的な膨らみを持たせるとともに、臀裂下部に対するフィット性が良好となる形状とすることができた。
　このように形成することにより、着用感に優れるとともに裾部分の着くずれを効果的に防止できるショーツを得ることができた。
　以上、実施の形態の具体例として、ショーツをあげて本発明を説明したが、本発明のボトム衣類は、これらの具体例で記載されたもののみに限定されるものではなく、種々の態様が可能である。例えば、上記の実施形態のような衣類以外にも、ガードル、ボディースーツ等のファンデーション衣類や、水着、レオタード、スポーツ衣類、アウターなど、その他各種の衣類に適用できる。また、本発明は、デイリー用のショーツのみではなく、例えば、生理用ショーツ、軽失禁防止用ショーツにも適用できる。

Claims (8)

  1. 臀部を覆う後部、前記後部に向かい合う前部およびクロッチ部を含むボトム衣類であって、
    前記前部の左右端縁と前記後部の左右端縁とは連結され、
    前記クロッチ部の前端部は、前記前部の下端部と連結され、
    前記クロッチ部の後端部は、前記後部の下端部と連結され、
    パターンの図において、前記クロッチ部の後端部は凸形状であって、前記凸形状は中心部が突出し左右端縁に向かうにつれて漸次幅広くなるＶ字形状であり、
    前記クロッチ部の後端部が連結される前記後部の下端部は凹形状であって、前記凹形状はＶ字の切り欠き形状であり、かつ、
    前記Ｖ字形状が形成する角の角度αは、前記切り欠き形状が形成する角の角度βよりも大きいことを特徴とする、ボトム衣類。
  2. 前記クロッチ部の後端部は、前記Ｖ字形状が形成する角の角度αが７０°～１２０°の範囲内にあり、
    前記後部の下端部は、前記切り欠き形状が形成する角の角度βが１０°～６０°の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項１記載のボトム衣類。
  3. 角度αと角度βとの差が１０°～７０°の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項１または２記載のボトム衣類。
  4. 前記前部を形成する前身頃部材と、前記後部を形成する後身頃部材とを有することを特徴とする、請求項１から３のいずれかに記載のボトム衣類。
  5. 前記前身頃部材と前記クロッチ部とが一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項４記載のボトム衣類。
  6. 前記前部および前記後部のうち右側部分を形成する右身頃部材と、前記前部および前記後部のうち左側部分を形成する左身頃部材とを有することを特徴とする、請求項１から３のいずれかに記載のボトム衣類。
  7. 前記クロッチ部のうち右側部分が前記右身頃部材と一体に形成されており、
    前記クロッチ部のうち左側部分が前記左身頃部材と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項６記載のボトム衣類。
  8. 前記衣類がショーツであることを特徴とする、請求項１から７のいずれかに記載のボトム衣類。
