Description

固定夹具和用于烤箱的发热组件 技术领域
本发明涉及厨房用品技术领域,特别是涉及一种固定夹具和具有该固定夹具的用于烤箱的发热组件。

目前在烤箱灶台部件中,发热单元的固定夹具存在体积大,装配复杂,装配使用数量多(3个或3个以上)等缺点,这些问题严重影响着烤箱的生产效率与成本,使产品竞争力大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种结构简单、装配方便的固定夹具。
本发明的另一目的在于提出一种具有上述固定夹具的用于烤箱的发热组件。
根据本发明实施例的固定夹具,包括:安装板,所述安装板上具有安装孔;连接板,所述连接板的下边沿与所述安装板的右边沿相连,其中,所述连接板包括竖向连接板部、斜连接板部和水平连接板部,所述竖向连接板部的下边沿与所述安装板的右边沿相连,所述斜连接板部的下边沿与所述竖向连接板部的上边沿相连,所述水平连接板部的右边沿与所述斜连接板部的上边沿相连;和固定板,所述固定板的下边沿与所述安装板的左边沿相连且所述固定板的上边沿上具有固定卡钩,所述固定卡钩的下边沿的水平位置不高于所述水平连接板部的上表面。

如图1和图2所示,根据本发明实施例的固定夹具100,包括:安装板10,连接板20和固定板30。
具体而言,安装板10上具有安装孔101。有利地,安装孔101可以为长圆孔,可以消除装配误差。
连接板20的下(即如图1中所示的箭头下所指示的方向)边沿与安装板10的右(即如图1中所示的箭头右所指示的方向)边沿相连。

固定支架300上具有与固定卡钩301相适配的卡槽310。水平连接板部203的上表面抵靠固定支架300的下表面,固定卡钩301穿过卡槽301且固定卡钩301的下边沿抵靠固定支架300的上表面。
也就是说,采用螺钉400穿过固定夹具100的安装孔101将固定夹具100固定在发热单元200上。优选地,固定夹具100为两个且在发热单元200上对称布置。固定卡钩301穿过卡槽301且固定卡钩301的下边沿抵靠固定支架300的上表面。由于固定卡钩301的下边沿的水平位置不高于水平连接板部203的上表面,水平连接板部203被固定支架300下压,从而水平连接板部203向上弹起固定支架300,而固定卡钩301的下表面抵靠固定支架300的上表面,固定夹具100将固定支架300弹性夹紧。

如图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一个示例,连接板20上具有通孔2012,水平连接板部203的左边沿具有与固定卡钩301相对的凹缺2031。由此,可以节省耗材、降低成本。
根据本发明的一个示例,固定板203可以为山字形固定板。由此,固定板203不仅可以卡固以夹紧固定支架300,并且还可以对固定支架300进行支撑。
