Claims (20)
- 제1 전극, 세퍼레이터, 제2 전극이 젤리-롤 형상으로 권취되어 형성되며, 중앙에 중공부를 구비하는 전극조립체;상기 전극조립체의 상면에 설치되어 상기 제1 전극에 전기적으로 연결되며, 중앙에 상기 중공부에 대응하는 제1 관통홀을 구비하는 제1 탭플레이트; 그리고,상기 전극조립체의 하면에 설치되어 상기 제2 전극에 전기적으로 연결되며, 중앙에 상기 중공부에 대응하는 제2 관통홀을 구비하는 제2 탭플레이트를 포함하여 이루어지는 전기화학 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 탭플레이트의 하면에는 상기 제1 전극의 상단부에서 연장되는 제1 무지부가 용접에 의해 융착되는 제1 용접부가 돌출형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 탭플레이트의 상면에는 제1 홈부가 형성되며,상기 제1 홈부는 상기 제1 용접부의 직상방에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 제1 용접부 및 제1 홈부는 상기 제1 관통홀을 중심으로 방사상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 탭플레이트에는 전해액 주입을 위한 입구가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 탭플레이트의 상면에는 상기 제2 전극의 하단부에서 연장되는 제2 무지부가 용접에 의해 융착되는 제2 용접부가 돌출형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 제2 탭플레이트의 하면에는 제2 홈부가 형성되고,상기 제2 홈부는 상기 제2 용접부의 직하방에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 제2 용접부 및 제2 홈부는 상기 제2 관통홀을 중심으로 방사상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전극조립체와 제1, 2 탭 플레이트를 수용하며, 중심부에서 외주면까지의 최단거리가 L인 외부 케이스;상기 전극조립체의 중공부에 삽입되며, 중앙에 반지름이 r인 홀을 구비하는 내부 케이스를 더 포함하여 이루어지며;상기 내부 케이스와 외부 케이스 사이의 임의의 지점에서 냉매가 순환하는 외부까지의 최단거리 D가 아래와 같은 관계식 1을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.[관계식 1] D≤L/2
- 제9 항에 있어서,상기 홀의 반지름 r은 최소 1mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제9 항에 있어서,상기 홀은 상기 외부 케이스의 단면과 동심원 관계인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제9 항에 있어서,상기 홀의 반지름 r 과 상기 외부 케이스의 중심부에서 외주면까지의 최단거리가 L 과는 아래 관계식 2 를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.[관계식 2] r ≤ L/2
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극의 상단부에서 연장되는 제1 무지부는 서로 마주보는 방향으로 절곡되어 상기 제1 탭 플레이트의 하면에 용접되며,상기 제2 전극의 하단부에서 연장되는 제2 무지부는 서로 마주보는 방향으로 절곡되어 상기 제2 탭 플레이트의 상면에 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 전극조립체와 제1, 2 탭 플레이트를 수용하는 외부 케이스;상기 전극조립체의 중공부에 삽입되는 내부 케이스를 더 포함하여 이루어지며;상기 외부 케이스에 가까이 위치하는 제1, 2 무지부는 상기 내부 케이스를 향하여 절곡되며, 상기 내부 케이스에 가까이 위치하는 제1, 2 무지부는 외부 케이스를 향하여 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 제1 무지부 및 제2 무지부는 주름진 형태로 제1, 2 탭 플레이트에 각각 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1, 2 탭플레이트의 단면적 R과, 상기 전극조립체의 단면적 r1은 아래와 같은 관계식 3을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.[관계식 3] 0.2≤(R)/(r1)≤1.0
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 제1, 2 탭플레이트에 각각 용접되는 상기 제1 무지부 사이의 거리 및 상기 제2 무지부 사이의 거리는 0 초과 0.5 mm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제1 전극, 세퍼레이터, 제2 전극을 순차적으로 반복적층한 후 이를 권취하여 중앙에 중공부를 구비하는 전극조립체를 형성시키는 단계;제1 탭 플레이트의 중앙에 형성되어 있는 제1 관통홀이 상기 전극조립체의 중공부와 연통되도록 상기 제1 탭 플레이트를 전극조립체의 상면에 위치시키는 단계;상기 제1 탭 플레이트 하면에 돌출형성되어 있는 제1 용접부에 상기 제1 전극의 상단부에서 연장형성되는 제1 무지부를 용접시키는 단계;제2 탭 플레이트의 중앙에 형성되어 있는 제2 관통홀이 전극조립체의 중공부와 연통되도록 제2 탭 플레이트를 전극조립체의 하면에 위치시키는 단계; 그리고,상기 제2 탭 플레이트 상면에 돌출형성되어 있는 제2 용접부에 상기 제2 전극의 하단부에서 연장형성되는 제2 무지부를 용접시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 전기화화 소자 제조방법.
- 제18 항에 있어서,상기 제1 무지부를 제1 용접부에 용접시키는 단계는,상기 제1 용접부에 제1 전극의 상단부에서 연장되는 제1 무지부를 접촉시키는 단계; 그리고,상기 제1 용접부의 직상방에 위치하도록 상기 제1 탭 플레이트의 상면에 형성되는 제1 홈부를 따라 용접을 실시하여 제1 용접부에 제1 무지부가 녹아 융착되도록 하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자 제조방법.
- 제18 항에 있어서,상기 제2 무지부를 제2 용접부에 용접시키는 단계는,상기 제2 용접부에 제2 전극의 하단부에서 연장되는 제2 무지부를 접촉시키는 단계; 그리고,상기 제2 용접부의 직하방에 위치하도록 상기 제2 탭 플레이트의 하면에 형성되는 제2 홈부를 따라 용접을 실시하여 제2 용접부에 제2 무지부가 녹아 융착되도록 하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자 제조방법.
