随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,人们对家电的性能要求越来越高。平板电视机是一种常用的家电,现有的平板电视机的底座通常是与平板电视机的主体固定连接,无法改变其形状,也不能改变其占用空间的大小。当用户需要将平板电视机从由座置变为挂置时,需要将底座拆卸下来后,才能将平板电视机悬挂,给用户的使用带来极大的不便。

本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种电视机底座及相同发明构思的平板电视机,旨在提高电视机底座使用的便利性。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的电视机底座,包括与电视机显示屏固定连接的支撑座,以及至少三根支撑杆;所述支撑座包括旋转连接部,所述支撑杆与所述旋转连接部旋转连接,所述支撑座设有旋转连接部的面位于第一平面内,且第一平面与电视机显示屏所在的平面相互垂直;
所有所述支撑杆绕所述支撑座在第一平面内相对旋转使得所述支撑杆处于旋转张开或旋转收合状态,当所述支撑杆旋转张开时,所述支撑杆位于第一平面内支撑所述电视机壳体;当所述支撑杆旋转收合时,所述支撑杆位于与第一平面内且与电视机显示屏所在的平面相互垂直。

在本实用新型的一实施例中,电视机底座包括与电视机壳体固定连接的支撑座,以及至少三个与支撑座连接的支撑杆30;所述支撑座设有旋转连接部的面位于第一平面内,且第一平面与电视机显示屏(图中未示意出来)所在的平面相互垂直,本实施例中第一平面即下文中底板20上设置固定轴21的面所在的平面;
所有支撑杆30绕所述支撑座在第一平面内旋转使得支撑杆30处于旋转张开或旋转收合状态,当支撑杆30旋转张开时,支撑杆30位于第一平面内支撑所述电视机壳体;当支撑杆30旋转收合时,支撑杆30位于与第一平面平行的平面内且与电视机显示屏所在的平面相互垂直。其中支撑杆30处于旋转张开状态时,支撑杆30辐射状地分布在第一平面内,支撑杆30处于旋转收合状态时,所有支撑杆30位于第一平面内且收合后的支撑杆30位于两个辐射方向上,如图2所示,当所有支撑杆30收合后,四根支撑杆30收合为两根,且其中合并在一起的两根支撑杆30的辐射方向相同,而另一合并在一起的两根支撑杆30的辐射方向相同,本实施例中两个方向接近为同一直线上,其中辐射方向是指以四根固定轴21组成的四边形外接圆的圆心为中心向外辐射的方向。
具体地,如图1至图5,本实施例中,支撑座包括支撑架10和底板20,支撑架10包括基板17,两块支撑板12和连接部18;基板17为矩形板,在基板17相对的两侧边上,垂直于基板17设置有两块支撑板12;连接部18设置于基板17背离支撑板12的板面上。底板20为与基板17形状匹配的矩形板,底板20背离支撑板12的一面为平面。底板20与支撑板12固定连接,基板17、两块支撑板12和底板20构成一个容置空间。支撑杆30的一端设置于空间内,另一端延伸至底板20所在的平面内,支撑杆30设置于容置空间内的部分与底板20铰接,四根支撑杆30可以相对容置空间在底板20所在的平面内摆动。根数越少,结构越简单,根数越多越稳定,但其结构越复杂,本实施例中优选的根数为四根,在保证底座稳定可靠的前提下,结构尽量简单。使用时,将四根支撑杆30撑开,以容置空间为中心,在底板20所在的平面内向四周辐射设置,相邻两支撑杆30之间呈角度设置。当用户需要将平板电视悬挂于墙壁时,只需转动支撑杆30,将相邻的两个支撑杆30合并,四根支撑杆30收合到电视机显示屏的正下方、电视机显示屏所在的面内即可。
当然,在其它实施例中,支撑杆30与底板20的连接也可以是其它可活动的连接,如通过在底板20设置上转轴等,支撑杆30的根数也可以是三根、四根等。
本实施例中,通过将支撑杆30设置成可相对支撑座摆动,使得多个支撑杆30可以收合到一起,从而在用户需要将平板电视机悬挂到墙上时,不再需要拆卸底座,有利于用户便捷的切换使用方法;另外,在运输过程中,将底座收合,可减小包装体积,有利于节省包装空间,有利于底座的包装和运输。
进一步地,所有支撑杆30远离支撑座的一端位于同一平面内,该平面位于支撑座的下方,支撑座与该平面之间有间距,支撑杆支撑电视机壳体。
具体地,本实施例中,支撑座设置于桌面上,支撑杆30与桌面抵触,则桌面为支撑座的支撑面。四根支撑杆30的一端与支撑座摆动设置,另一端位于同一平面内,即与支撑面接触的只有支撑杆30远离支撑座的四个端,支撑杆30对平板电视的显示屏起到支撑作用。在其它实施例中,当然也可以通过在支撑杆30上设置弯折部来实现,仅由四根支撑杆30来支撑电视机显示屏。
本实施例中,通过将支撑杆30设置成可相对支撑座摆动,使得多个支撑杆30可以收合到一起,从而在用户需要将平板电视机悬挂到墙上时,不再需要拆卸底座,有利于用户便捷的切换使用方法。
进一步地,所有支撑杆30远离支撑座的一端位于同一平面内,支撑座的底面位于该平面内,支撑座的底面和支撑杆30共同支撑电视机壳体。
具体地,四根支撑杆30的一端与支撑座摆动设置,另一端位于同一平面内,支撑杆30和支撑座的底板20位于同一个平面内,都与支撑面抵触。此时,四根支撑杆30和支撑座同时对电视机壳体起到支撑作用。
本实施例中,通过将支撑杆30设置成可相对支撑座摆动,使得多个支撑杆30可以收合到一起,从而在用户需要将平板电视机悬挂到墙上时,不再需要拆卸底座,有利于用户便捷的切换使用方法
进一步地,参照图6、图7和图9,图6为本实用新型电视机底座的支撑杆30的连接头31的结构示意图;图7为本实用新型电视机底座的支撑杆30的支杆32的结构示意图;图9为本实用新型电视机底拆卸支撑架10后的结构示意图。
支撑座包括支撑架10和底板20,支撑架10位于底板20的上方,支撑架10与底板20固定连接,支撑杆30与支撑座连接的一端设置有通孔311,底板20对应通孔311的位置设置有旋转连接部,旋转连接部为固定轴21,固定轴21设置于通孔311中;支撑架10朝向底板20的一侧、对应固定轴21的位置设置有固定孔11,固定轴21穿过通孔311设置于固定孔11中。
具体地,如图6、图7和图9所示,本实施例中,固定孔11为盲孔,底板20朝向容置空间的板面上,呈矩形设置有四个固定轴21,固定轴21与底座一体设置。固定轴21为圆柱体,每根支撑杆30设置在容置空间里的部分上设有一通孔311,通孔311的孔径大于或等于固定轴21的直径,通孔311套设于固定轴21上。由于固定轴21和通孔311间隙配合,使得支撑杆30可以以固定轴21为轴轻松转动,实现支撑杆30的摆动。在基板17上,对应固定轴21的位置设置有四个盲孔11,固定轴21穿过通过设置于盲孔11中,使得支撑杆30限定在容置空间内,不能移动,只能绕固定轴21摆动。
本实施例中,通过将固定轴21穿过通过设置于盲孔11内,使得四根支撑杆30可以稳定可靠的在底板20所在的平面内摆动,有利于支撑杆30的张开与收合。
进一步地,参照图1、图2,所有支撑杆30背离支撑座的一端位于同一水平面内。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,支撑杆30的一端与固定轴21旋转连接,另一端向远离固定轴21的方向延伸。支撑杆30的数量优选为四根,四根支撑杆30的向外延伸的一端延伸到同一水平面内,即四根支撑杆30可以同时支撑到同一水平面内。
本实施例中,通过将四根支撑杆30向外延伸的一端设置到同一水平面内,使得四根支撑杆30所支撑的支撑座水平,从而使得平板电视的显示屏水平设置,有利于平板电视的稳定。
进一步地,参照图6、图9和图10,图9为本实用新型电视机底拆卸支撑架10后的结构示意图;图10为图9中A处的放大结构示意图。
支撑杆30与支撑座连接的一端设有齿312,相邻两支撑杆30的齿312可以相互啮合,支撑杆30的数量为四时,相邻两支撑杆30的齿312相互啮合;支撑杆30的数量为三时,一支撑杆30的齿312与另外两支撑杆30的齿312啮合,另外两支撑杆30的齿312分离。
具体地,如图1、图2和图6所示,本实施例中,支撑杆30设置于容置空间的一端面为圆弧形,圆弧与通孔311的横向截面同圆心,圆弧形的侧壁上开设有齿312,齿312在圆弧上均匀排列,支撑杆30开设有齿312的圆弧形的部分相当于半个齿轮。为了减小齿312在啮合传动过程中的噪音、震动等,齿312优选为斜齿312,则支撑杆30的圆弧形部分相当于半个斜齿轮。支撑杆30的数量为四时,四根支撑杆30中,相邻的两个圆弧形部分上的齿312相互啮合。此时,如果转动四根支撑杆30中的一根,其它三根支撑杆30则会由于齿312的啮合而摆动。支撑杆30的数量为三时,三根支撑杆30中,一根支撑杆30的齿312同时与另外的两根支撑杆30的齿312啮合,因为三个齿轮相互啮合的时候不能转动,致使支撑杆30不便于收合,所以另外两支撑杆30的齿312必须分离设置。
当然,在其它实施例中,齿312不仅仅限于斜齿312,其它传动的齿312也能够实现支撑杆30之间的相互传动。
本实施例中,通过在支撑杆30的一端设置齿312,通过齿312的啮合使得支撑杆30之间可以相互驱动,有利于调节支撑杆30之间的角度;同时也限制了单根支撑杆30的移动,提高了底座的稳定性。
进一步地,参照图1、图2、图9和图10,电视机底座还包括定位销40,支撑架10上朝底板20的方向延伸有支撑板12,支撑板12上设有安装孔13,定位旋销40可通过安装延伸到两相邻的齿312之间。
具体地,如图1、图2、图9和图10所示,本实施例中,定位销40优选为定位旋钮,在一块支撑板上,对应齿312啮合的位置,开设有一个贯穿支撑板12的安装孔13。用户在使用底座时,调节好支撑杆30之间的角度后,将定位旋钮40通过安装孔13设置于齿312的啮合处,此时,由于齿312的啮合处被卡住,支撑杆30不能摆动,从而使得支撑杆30之间也不能相对移动,从而限定了支撑杆30的相对位置。同样,在用户需要收合支撑杆30时,当用户把四根支撑杆30收合好以后,重新插入定位旋钮40,限定支撑杆30之间的相对位置。
本实施例中,通过定位旋钮40的设置,使得支撑杆30之间的相对位置在调节后可以得到稳定,从而有利于提高支撑杆30的稳定性,有利于提高底座的稳定性。
进一步地,参照图4、图9和图10,定位旋钮40为螺钉,安装孔13为与螺钉适配的第一螺纹孔。
具体地,如图9和图10所示,本实施例中,螺钉与第一螺纹孔螺纹连接,当需要调节支撑杆30之间的相对位置关系时,将螺钉往外拧,使得螺钉从齿312的啮合处移动出来;当调节完支撑杆30之间的相对位置关系后,拧动螺钉,使得螺钉移动到齿312的啮合处。
本实施例中,通过将定位旋钮40设置成螺钉,安装孔13设置成第一螺纹孔,使得定位旋钮40不能在安装孔13中自动滑动,使得定位旋钮40和安装孔13之间的配合稳定可靠,使得支撑杆30之间的相对位置更加稳定可靠,有利于提高底座的稳定性。
进一步地,参照图6和图7,支撑杆30包括支杆32和连接头31,连接头31设置于容置空间内,连接头31和支杆32螺纹连接。
具体地,如图6和图7所示,本实施例中,支撑杆30包括连接头31和支杆32,连接头31设置于容置空间内与固定轴21连接,相邻连接头31的连接面为圆弧面,圆弧面上开设有齿312,连接头31与支杆32连接的一端为矩形,在矩形的中间位置开设有垂直于通孔311的第二螺纹孔313。支杆32呈圆柱形设置,支杆32的一端设有与第二螺纹孔313适配的第二螺纹321。支杆32设置有第二螺纹321的一端与第二螺纹孔313螺纹连接。
本实施例中,通过将支杆32与连接头31螺纹连接,使得支杆32和连接头31之间的连接稳定可靠,使得支杆32与连接头31可拆卸,有利于支杆32的维护,同时,在包装和运输过程中,可以将支杆32取出,分类包装,有利于合理利用包装空间。
进一步地,参照图8和图9,图8为本实用新型电视机底座的脚垫50的结构示意图,底座还包括用于防止支撑杆30滑动脚垫50,脚垫50设置于支杆32背离连接头31的一端。
具体地,如图8和图9所示,在本实施例中,支杆32远离容置空间的一端设置成圆锥台322,脚垫50上开设有用于容置支杆32的容置腔51,容置腔51的形状与支杆32的圆锥台322适配。
本实施例中,通过在支杆32的端部设置脚垫50,脚垫50与支撑面之间的摩擦力大于支杆32与支撑面之间的摩擦力,使得支杆32不容易在支撑面上滑动,有利于提高底座的稳定性。
进一步地,参照图3至5,底板20与支撑架10可拆卸连接。
具体地,如图3至5所示,本实施例中,在支撑板12朝向容置空间的板面上,容置空间的内侧壁,设置有安装柱14,安装柱14为圆柱形,在安装柱14上沿其高的方向设置有第三螺纹孔15。每块支撑板12上均匀设置有两个安装柱14。底板20上,对应四个安装柱14的位置,设置有四个连接孔22,螺钉穿过连接孔22设置于第三螺纹孔15中,实现底板20与支撑架10的固定。
当然,在其它实施例中,也可以在底板20和支撑架10相对应的位置设置卡扣,让底板20和支撑架10卡合连接。
本实施例中,通过将底板20与支撑架10设置成螺纹连接,使得底板20和支撑架10之间的连接稳定、可靠,便于拆卸,有利于底座的安装和拆卸,有利于底座的维护。
进一步地,参照图3和图4,支撑架10还包括用于固定电视机显示屏(该显示屏也包括固定显示屏的壳体)的连接部18,连接部18与电视机壳体螺纹连接。
具体地,如图3和图4所示,本实施例中,在支撑架10的基板17背离容置空间的板面上设置有连接部18,连接部18呈长方体设置,在连接部18的侧面上,均匀设置有四个第四螺纹孔16,电视机显示屏通过螺纹孔与连接部18固定连接。
当然,在其他实施例中,连接部18与显示屏的连接也可以是其它方便拆卸的连接方式,如卡合连接等。
本实施例中,通过在连接部18上设置第四螺纹孔16,使得底座和显示屏之间的连接,稳定可靠,易于拆卸,有利于底座的更换和维护,有利于电视机的使用。
本实用新型进一步提出一种平板电视。
本实施例中,平板电视包括电视机底座,该电视机底座的结构参照上述实施例,在此不再赘述。

  3. 如权利要求2所述的电视机底座,其特征在于,所述支撑架朝向所述底板的一侧、对应所述固定轴的位置设置有固定孔,所述固定轴穿过所述通孔设置于所述固定孔中。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电视机底座,其特征在于,所述支撑杆包括支杆和连接头,所述连接头和所述支杆螺纹连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电视机底座,其特征在于,所述支撑杆与所述支撑座连接的一端设有齿,所述支撑杆的数量为四时,相邻两所述支撑杆的所述齿相互啮合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电视机底座,其特征在于,所述支撑杆与所述支撑座连接的一端设有齿,所述支撑杆的数量为三时,一所述支撑杆的齿与另外两所述支撑杆的所述齿啮合,另外两所述支撑杆的所述齿分离。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的电视机底座,其特征在于,还包括定位销,所述支撑架上朝所述底板的方向延伸有支撑板,所述支撑板上设有安装孔,所述定位销可通过所述安装延伸到两相邻的所述齿之间。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电视机底座,其特征在于,还包括定位销,所述支撑架上朝所述底板的方向延伸有支撑板,所述支撑板上设有安装孔,所述定位销可通过所述安装延伸到两相邻的所述齿之间。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的电视机底座,其特征在于,还包括用于防止所述支撑杆滑动脚垫,所述脚垫设置于所述支杆背离所述连接头的一端。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电视机底座,其特征在于,所述支撑架还包括用于固定电视机显示屏的连接部,所述连接部与电视机显示屏螺纹连接。
  11. 一种平板电视机,其特征在于,所述平板电视机包括电视机底座,所述电视机底座包括与电视机显示屏固定连接的支撑座,以及至少三根支撑杆;所述支撑座包括旋转连接部,所述支撑杆与所述旋转连接部旋转连接,所述支撑座设有旋转连接部的面位于第一平面内,且第一平面与电视机显示屏所在的平面相互垂直;
    所有所述支撑杆绕所述支撑座在第一平面内相对旋转使得所述支撑杆处于旋转张开或旋转收合状态,当所述支撑杆旋转张开时,所述支撑杆位于第一平面内支撑所述电视机壳体;当所述支撑杆旋转收合时,所述支撑杆位于与第一平面内且与电视机显示屏所在的平面相互垂直。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的平板电视机,其特征在于,所述支撑座包括支撑架和底板,所述支撑架位于所述底板的上方,所述支撑架与所述底板固定连接,所述支撑杆与所述支撑座连接的一端设置有通孔,所述底板对应所述通孔的位置设置有所述旋转连接部,所述的旋转连接部为固定轴,所述固定轴设置于所述通孔中。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的平板电视机,其特征在于,所述支撑架朝向所述底板的一侧、对应所述固定轴的位置设置有固定孔,所述固定轴穿过所述通孔设置于所述固定孔中。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的平板电视机,其特征在于,所述支撑杆包括支杆和连接头,所述连接头和所述支杆螺纹连接。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的平板电视机,其特征在于,所述支撑杆与所述支撑座连接的一端设有齿,所述支撑杆的数量为四时,相邻两所述支撑杆的所述齿相互啮合。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的平板电视机,其特征在于,所述支撑杆与所述支撑座连接的一端设有齿,所述支撑杆的数量为三时,一所述支撑杆的齿与另外两所述支撑杆的所述齿啮合,另外两所述支撑杆的所述齿分离。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的平板电视机,其特征在于,所述电视机底座还包括定位销,所述支撑架上朝所述底板的方向延伸有支撑板,所述支撑板上设有安装孔,所述定位销可通过所述安装延伸到两相邻的所述齿之间。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的平板电视机,其特征在于,所述电视机底座还包括定位销,所述支撑架上朝所述底板的方向延伸有支撑板,所述支撑板上设有安装孔,所述定位销可通过所述安装延伸到两相邻的所述齿之间。
  19. 如权利要求14所述的平板电视机,其特征在于,所述电视机底座还包括用于防止所述支撑杆滑动脚垫,所述脚垫设置于所述支杆背离所述连接头的一端。
  20. 如权利要求11所述的平板电视机,其特征在于,所述支撑架还包括用于固定电视机显示屏的连接部,所述连接部与电视机显示屏螺纹连接。
