Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour étiqueter un message de conversation en ligne, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à recevoir un message de conversation en ligne ; à étiqueter le message de conversation en ligne avec une catégorie ; à afficher le message de conversation en ligne étiqueté sur un écran ; à recevoir une entrée associée à une catégorie ; à afficher au moins une catégorie sur l'écran, sur la base de l'entrée ; et à afficher une pluralité de messages de conversation en ligne correspondant à la catégorie lorsque l'entrée a été reçue.
