- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:在控制芯片(3)外面套装有硅胶套(31),在控制线路板(2)的外缘上往外伸出若干安装脚(21),安装脚(21)支承在支承凸台(14)的顶面上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:控制芯片(3)的一侧设置有压条(4),压条(4)把控制芯片(3)压紧在散热凸台(12)的内侧面上,通过螺钉(5)从散热凸台(12)的外侧面穿过散热凸台(12)并拧进压条(4)把压条(4)安装在散热凸台(12)上。

- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:控制盒(1)上开设有安装孔(15),在控制线路板(2)上设置有接插座(6),接插座(6)嵌套安装在护线套(7)中间,护线套(7)安装在安装孔(15)里面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:所述的护线套(7)是方形的,在护线套(7)的两侧面和底面上开设有安装槽(71),安装孔(15)的内壁嵌套在安装槽(71)里面。
