本实用新型涉及一种电机控制器及其应用的电机。
背景技术:
现有的电机控制器包括控制盒和安装在控制盒里面的控制线路板,在控制线路板的顶面上安装有控制芯片,控制盒的外壁往内凹陷形成一个散热凸台,控制线路板安装在控制盒里面并使控制芯片贴紧散热凸台,但是由于控制线路板的尺寸不一,而且缺乏调整空间,难以保证每次控制线路板安装在控制盒里面时控制芯片都能贴紧散热凸台,这就将影响控制芯片的散热,降低控制芯片的工作效率,严重者会由于控制芯片的发热过多引起控制线路板损坏。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电机控制器及其应用的电机,该电机控制器结构简单,安装方便,每次安装都可以调整把控制芯片的外侧面贴紧散热凸台的内侧面,散热性能好,可靠性高;该电机结构简单,安装方便,散热性能好,可靠性高。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种电机控制器,包括控制盒和安装在控制盒空腔里面的控制线路板,在控制线路板顶面的外侧边缘上安装有控制芯片,其特征在于:控制盒的外壁往内凹陷形成一个散热凸台,在散热凸台的底面和空腔的底壁之间形成缝隙,在空腔的底部内壁上设置有若干支承凸台,控制线路板的一外侧边缘伸入到缝隙里面并使控制芯片的外侧面贴紧散热凸台的内侧面,控制线路板支承在支承凸台的顶面上。
上述所述的控制芯片外面套装有硅胶套,在控制线路板的外缘上往外伸出若干安装脚,安装脚支承在支承凸台的顶面上。
上述所述的控制芯片的一侧设置有压条,压条把控制芯片压紧在散热凸台的内侧面上,通过螺钉从散热凸台的外侧面穿过散热凸台并拧进压条把压条安 装在散热凸台上。
上述所述的散热凸台的外侧面上设置有若干散热翅片,通过螺钉把安装脚安装在支承凸台的顶面上。
上述所述的控制盒上开设有安装孔,在控制线路板上设置有接插座,接插座嵌套安装在护线套中间,护线套安装在安装孔里面。
上述所述的护线套是方形的,在护线套的两侧面和底面上开设有安装槽,安装孔的内壁嵌套在安装槽里面。
上述所述的空腔里面填充有灌封材料,灌封材料覆盖部分或者全部的控制线路板。
一种电机,包括电机本体和电机控制器,所述的电机本体包括转轴、转子组件、定子组件和机壳组件,转子组件安装在转轴上,定子组件和机壳组件安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件外面,所述的电机控制器包括控制盒和安装在控制盒空腔里面的控制线路板,控制盒安装在机壳组件的侧面上,在控制线路板顶面的外侧边缘上安装有控制芯片,其特征在于:控制盒的外壁往内凹陷形成一个散热凸台,在散热凸台的底面和空腔的底壁之间形成缝隙,在空腔的底壁上周向设置有若干支承凸台,在控制线路板的外缘上往外伸出若干安装脚,控制线路板的一外侧边缘伸入到缝隙里面并使控制芯片的外侧面贴紧散热凸台的内侧面,安装脚支承在支承凸台的顶面上。
上述所述的控制芯片外面套装有硅胶套。
上述所述的控制芯片的一侧设置有压条,压条把控制芯片压紧在散热凸台的内侧面上,通过螺钉从散热凸台的外侧面穿过散热凸台并拧进压条把压条安装在散热凸台上。
