本发明实施例还记载一种移动终端,如图2所示,所述移动终端包括:
显示单元21、检测单元22和通信单元23;其中,
所述检测单元22,配置为当所述显示单元21显示第一内容时,检测对 所述第一内容进行的操作,确定所述操作的目标内容;
所述通信单元23,配置为将所述目标内容和相关信息发送至服务器,接收第二内容,所述第二内容为所述服务器根据所述目标内容和所述相关信息获取的与所述目标内容关联的内容;
所述显示单元21,配置为在可显示区域的预设区域呈现所述第二内容,并在可显示区域中除所述预设区域之外的区域显示所述第一内容。
作为一个实施方式,所述显示单元21,还配置为在可显示区域的预设区域呈现所述第二内容之前,显示已获取所述第二内容的提示信息;
还配置为在确定接收到显示所述第二内容的触发操作时,显示所述第二内容。
作为一个实施方式,所述检测单元22,还配置为检测所述操作,得到所述操作的特征参数;
还用于在当根据所述特征参数确定对所述操作为对所述第一内容进行选取的操作时,根据所述操作的操作轨迹,确定所述目标内容。
作为一个实施方式,所述检测单元22,还配置为当所述操作的操作轨迹为封闭曲线时,将所述第一内容中位于所述操作轨迹内部的内容,确定为所述目标内容;
当所述操作的操作轨迹为非封闭曲线时,将所述第一内容中与所述操作轨迹重叠的内容确定为所述目标内容。
作为一个实施方式,所述应用的信息包括以下信息至少之一:
所述应用的名称;所述应用的版本号;所述应用所属平台;
所述移动终端的信息包括以下信息至少之一:
所述移动终端的位置;所述移动终端的硬件配置信息;所述移动终端的型号。
实际应用中,显示单元21可由移动终端中触控显示屏实现;检测单元 22可由移动终端中的中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)实现;通信单元23可由移动终端支持通信协议如IPv4/v6协议的微处理器实现。
下面结合实际应用场景对本发明进行说明。
场景一
场景说明:用户正在使用移动终端玩植物大战僵尸的游戏,用户希望在不退出当前游戏界面的前提下,查看当前关卡的攻略。
如图3a所示,用户通过画圈的手势将屏幕上显示当前关卡的部分圈住,相应地,移动终端进行处理的流程如图3b所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤301,移动获取被手势圈住的屏幕部分的内容。
本实施例中因为应用的类型为游戏,所以获取的上述内容为截屏图像。
步骤302,移动终端处理程序获取当前正在屏幕上展示的应用(即上述游戏应用)的相关信息。
本实施例中该应用是植物大战僵尸,相关信息包括应用的名称、应用版本号、应用所属平台。
步骤303,移动终端将上述图像和相关信息发送至服务器。
步骤304,服务器根据接收到的相关信息确定与图像相关的应用,并进一步对图像进行识别,解析出关键字,本实施例中为关卡“3-2”。
步骤305,服务器将解析出的关键字“3-2”和相关信息发送至关联内容生成服务器。
步骤306,关联内容生成服务器根据接收到的关键字和相关信息进行检索,本实施例中为对“3-2”、“植物大战僵尸1.0”和“ios”进行检索,并根据检索结果生成相应的关联内容,包括关卡3-2攻略。
步骤307,关联内容生成服务器将生成的关联内容发送至移动终端。
步骤308,移动终端显示提示信息,询问用户是否显示关联内容。
移动终端可以在游戏界面中显示提示信息。
步骤309,当用户同意展示后,如图3c所示,在不退出当前应用的情况下,在屏幕的预设特定区域显示该关联内容,例如关卡3-2的攻略。
场景二
场景说明:用户正在使用移动终端阅读收到的短信,用户希望移动终端继续保持当前短信显示界面的前提下,显示短信中提到的一个地点(例如海底捞)的具体位置;如图4a所示,用户通过画线的手势将屏幕上显示该地点的部分圈住。
步骤401,移动终端根据应用的相关信息获取被手势圈住的屏幕部分的内容,本实施例中因为应用的类型为短信,所以获取的上述内容为文本信息。
步骤402,移动终端获取当前正在屏幕上展示内容的应用的相关信息。
本实施例中该应用是短信应用,相关信息包括应用的名称、应用版本号、应用所属平台、以及移动终端当前所处的位置。
步骤403,移动终端将上述文本和相关信息发送至服务器。
步骤404,服务器根据接收到的相关信息确定跟文本相关的应用,并进一步对文本进行识别,解析出关键字,本实施例中为“海底捞”。
步骤405,服务器将解析出的关键字“海底捞”和相关信息发送至关联内容生成服务器。
步骤406,关联内容生成服务器根据接收到的关键字和相关信息进行检索,本实施例中为对“海底捞”和“南京市望江矶(对应移动终端的当前位置)”进行检索,并根据检索结果生成相应的关联内容。
步骤407,关联内容生成服务器将生成的关联内容发送至移动终端。
步骤408,移动终端接收到该关联内容后询问用户是否展示该关联内 容。
移动终端可以在短信界面中显示提示信息,以询问用户是否显示关联内容(即海底捞位置)。
步骤409,当用户同意展示后,在不退出当前应用(即短信显示界面)的情况下,如图4c所示,在屏幕的预设特定区域显示该关联内容,例如从南京市望江矶到最近的海底捞的路线。
本发明实施例中,移动终端显示第一内容时,通过检测用户是否在进行选定内容的操作的方式,获取用户对移动终端显示的内容中需要查询的目标内容,并向服务器发起查询,在接收到服务器返回的关联内容之后,将关联内容与第一内容同时显示,无需用户退出当前应用(即可以继续显示第一内容)即可查看相关内容,保持了移动终端操作的流畅性,节省了操作时间,提升了用户体验。
当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明做出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本发明上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一 个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、RAM、ROM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明实施例中,移动终端显示第一内容时,通过检测用户是否在进行选定内容的操作的方式,获取移动终端显示的内容中用户需要查询的目标内容,并向服务器发起查询,在接收到服务器返回的关联内容之后,将关联内容与第一内容同时显示,无需用户退出当前应用(即可以继续显示第一内容)即可查看相关内容,保持了移动终端操作的流畅性,节省了操作时间,提升了用户体验。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种获取内容的方法,应用于移动终端中,当所述移动终端显示第一内容时,所述方法包括:
    检测对所述第一内容进行的操作,确定所述操作的目标内容;
    将所述目标内容和相关信息发送至服务器,所述目标内容和所述相关信息用于供所述服务器获取第二内容并发送至所述移动终端,所述第二内容与所述目标内容关联;
    在可显示区域的预设区域呈现所述第二内容,并在可显示区域中除所述预设区域之外的区域显示所述第一内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在可显示区域的预设区域呈现所述第二内容之前,所述方法还包括:
    显示已获取所述第二内容的提示信息;
    确定接收到显示所述第二内容的触发操作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,确定所述操作的目标内容之前,所述方法还包括:
    检测所述操作,得到所述操作的特征参数;
    当根据所述特征参数确定对所述操作为对所述第一内容进行选取的操作时,根据所述操作的操作轨迹,确定所述目标内容。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述操作的操作轨迹,确定所述目标内容,包括:
    当所述操作的操作轨迹为封闭曲线时,将所述第一内容中位于所述操作轨迹内部的内容,确定为所述目标内容;
    当所述操作的操作轨迹为非封闭曲线时,将所述第一内容中与所述操作轨迹重叠的内容确定为所述目标内容。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述相关信息包括所述第一内容对应的应用的信息和/或所述移动终端的信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,
    所述应用的信息包括以下信息至少之一:
    所述应用的名称;所述应用的版本号;所述应用所属平台;
    所述移动终端的信息包括以下信息至少之一:
    所述移动终端的位置;所述移动终端的硬件配置信息;所述移动终端的型号。
  7. 一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括:显示单元、检测单元和通信单元;其中,
    所述检测单元,配置为当所述显示单元显示第一内容时,检测对所述第一内容进行的操作,确定所述操作的目标内容;
    所述通信单元,配置为将所述目标内容和相关信息发送至服务器,接收第二内容,所述第二内容为所述服务器根据所述目标内容和所述相关信息获取的与所述目标内容关联的内容;
    所述显示单元,配置为在可显示区域的预设区域呈现所述第二内容,并在可显示区域中除所述预设区域之外的区域显示所述第一内容。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述显示单元,还配置为在可显示区域的预设区域呈现所述第二内容之前,显示已获取所述第二内容的提示信息;
    还配置为在确定接收到显示所述第二内容的触发操作时,显示所述第二内容。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述检测单元,还配置为检测所述操作,得到所述操作的特征参数;
    当根据所述特征参数确定对所述操作为对所述第一内容进行选取的操 作时,根据所述操作的操作轨迹,确定所述目标内容。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述检测单元,还配置为当所述操作的操作轨迹为封闭曲线时,将所述第一内容中位于所述操作轨迹内部的内容,确定为所述目标内容;
    当所述操作的操作轨迹为非封闭曲线时,将所述第一内容中与所述操作轨迹重叠的内容确定为所述目标内容。
  11. 根据权利要求7至10任一项所述的移动终端,其中,所述相关信息包括所述第一内容对应的应用的信息和/或所述移动终端的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述应用的信息包括以下信息至少之一:
    所述应用的名称;所述应用的版本号;所述应用所属平台;
    所述移动终端的信息包括以下信息至少之一:
    所述移动终端的位置;所述移动终端的硬件配置信息;所述移动终端的型号。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法。
