一种截取视频分享的实现方法和装置
本申请基于申请号为2015108367314,申请日为2015年11月25日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及媒体传播技术领域,特别是指一种截取视频分享的实现方法和装置。
背景技术
随着计算机通信技术、互联网技术以及多媒体技术的发展,观看视频得到了越来越广泛的应用。用户在进行视频观看时,常常会遇到比较感兴趣的视频内容分享给朋友。
目前,可以进行的视频分享一般是两种,一种是截取用户当前的视频图片进行分享,该种分享只能是静态的图片分享。另一种是将用户正在观看的整个视频文件进行分享,该种方式一般只能分享视频链接或名称,向其他用户表明用户想分享的整个视频节目,而根本无法分享到该用户真正感兴趣的片段。因此,可以看出现有的两种分享方式功能都比较单一,无法满足用户对视频分享的多样化、个性化需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提出一种截取视频分享的实现方法和装置,解决在媒体播放中只能进行正在播放的视频某一时间点的视频图片或者整个视频文件的分享问题。
基于上述目的本发明实施例提供了一种截取视频分享的实现方法,作为一个实施例该方法包括步骤:
收到视频分享的触发指令后,获得需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点;
根据获取的所述播放起点和播放终点在所述视频文件中截取视频片段,生成视频片段文件;
将所述视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
可选地,所述获得用户需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点的步骤包括:将第一次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放起点,将第二次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放终点;
或者将当前时刻作为要截取的时间基点,根据预设截取方式,确定所述播放起点和播放终点。
进一步地,所述获得用户需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点的步骤还包括:
若当前正在播放的时间点不作为要截取的时间基点,则跳转至视频截取编辑页面,在所述视频截取编辑页面中显示有所述正在播放的视频进度条,在所述的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点。
进一步地,在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之前,还包括:
判断是否根据预先设置的截取方式进行截取,若是则直接按照所述预先设置的截取方式在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段;若不是,则选择要使用的截取方式或者跳转至视频截取编辑页面,再执行在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段;
其中,所述的截取方式包括:以要截取的时间基点为起始时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为终止时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为中间时间截取一段视频片段。
进一步地,在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之后,还包括:
判断是否进行多个视频片段的截取,若是则保存截取的视频片段,然后在所述的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点,在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的多个视频片段,再将截取的所有视频片段文件发送给目标用户;若不是,则直接将截取的视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
在本发明实施例的另一方面,还提供了一种截取视频分享的实现装置,作为一个实施例该装置包括:
视频片段触发单元,用于收到视频分享的触发指令后,获得需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点;
视频片段截取单元,用于根据获取的所述播放起点和播放终点在所述视频文件中截取视频片段,生成视频片段文件;
视频片段分享单元,用于将所述视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
可选地,所述视频片段截取单元获得用户需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点的步骤包括:将第一次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放起点,将第二次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放终点;
或者将当前时刻作为要截取的时间基点,根据预设截取方式,确定所述播放起点和播放终点。

从上面所述可以看出,本发明实施例提供的截取视频分享的实现方法和装置,收到视频分享的触发指令后,获得需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点;根据获取的所述播放起点和播放终点在所述视频文件中截取视频片段,生成视频片段文件;将所述视频片段文件发送给目标用户。从而,实现了用户正在观看视频时能够将感兴趣的视频片段分享给朋友,优化了视频媒体的服务,提升了用户使用媒体分享的满意度。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。
根据多媒体平台的使用现状,用户正在观看视频文件时,只能将某一播放时刻的视频截图进行分享,要么就是将正在观看的整个视频文件分享给朋 友,导致用户体验非常差。为了解决这一问题,本发明从用户角度,体会到用户希望只将感兴趣的某一播放时间段分享给其他朋友。因此,本发明的思路是在多媒体平台上,建立视频截取的功能,同时可以将截取的视频片段分享给其他朋友。
参阅图1所示,为本发明第一实施例中截取视频分享实现方法流程示意图,所述截取视频分享实现方法包括:
步骤101,收到视频分享的触发指令后,获得需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点。
作为实施例,在视频文件播放页面可以设置有截取视频文件的功能按钮,当然该功能按钮为鼠标可点击。在进行视频文件播放的过程中,客户端用户会对视频文件的某一片段感兴趣,并想将该片段分享给好友观看时,可以点击视频文件播放页面上的截取视频文件的功能按钮,从而获得截取视频文件的指令。另外,该功能按钮可以设置在视频文件播放页面中播放区域上,也可以设置在视频文件播放页面中的播放区域之外。
可选地,视频文件播放过程中接收用户截取视频片段的触发指令,将第一次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放起点,将第二次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放终点。
另一个可选地实施例,视频文件播放过程中接收用户截取视频片段的触发指令,将当前时刻作为要截取的时间基点,根据预设截取方式,确定所述播放起点和播放终点。还有,所述视频文件播放过程中接收用户截取视频片段的触发指令,若当前正在播放的时间点不作为要截取的时间基点,则跳转至视频截取编辑页面,在所述视频截取编辑页面中显示有所述正在播放的视频进度条,在所述的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点。可选地,在客户端用户点击视频文件播放页面上的截取视频文件的功能按钮之后,会弹出对话框并提示“是否截取当前正在播放的时间点”,来供用户进行选择。
另外,作为另一个可选地实施例,也可以设置客户端用户鼠标左键点击视频文件播放页面上的截取视频文件的功能按钮时,则默认为截取当前正在播放的时间点。设置客户端用户鼠标右键点击视频文件播放页面上的截取视频文件的功能按钮时,则弹出该功能按钮的菜单,可以选择截取当前正在播放的时间点或者不截取当前正在播放的时间点。
步骤102,根据获取的所述播放起点和播放终点在所述视频文件中截取 视频片段,生成视频片段文件。
在实施例中,若判断的结果是截取当前正在播放的时间点,则直接在提取的视频进度条上截取包含有当前正在播放的时间点的视频片段;若判断的结果不是截取当前正在播放的时间点,则在提取的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点,然后再在视频进度条上截取包含有该点击要截取的时间基点的视频片段。可选地,若判断的结果不是截取当前正在播放的时间点,则可以跳转至视频截取编辑页面。其中,在该视频截取编辑页面中显示有提取的正在播放的视频文件中的视频进度条,在该视频进度条上任意点击要截取的时间基点。
可选地,在该视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之前,判断是否根据预先设置的截取方式进行截取。其中,截取方式可以为以要截取的时间基点为起始时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为终止时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为中间时间截取一段视频片段等等。根据判断结果,若是则直接按照所述预先设置的截取方式在视频进度条上截取视频片段。若不是,则选择要使用的截取方式,再执行在视频进度条上截取视频片段。
另外,根据判断结果,若不是,则还能够跳转至视频截取编辑页面,然后在视频截取编辑页面中显示的视频进度条上,在要截取的时间基点的前后分别点击视频片段的起始时间点和终止时间点。
作为步骤103,将所述视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
在实施例中,当客户端用户截取完视频片段之后,可以选择要分享的平台,然后跳转至该分享平台的应用当中,将截取的视频片段分享给好友。也可以选择要分享的平台,然后调用该分享平台的API接口,将截取的视频片段发送到该分享平台上给好友。
本发明的另一个可选的实施例,在步骤102截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之后,可以进行判断是否要多个视频片段的截取,若是则保存已截取的视频片段,然后在视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点,并截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段,再进行步骤103将截取的所有视频片段发送给目标用户。.若不是,则直接进行步骤103将截取的视频片段发送给目标用户。根据上面所述的实施方式,可以看出本发明所述的截取视频分享方法可以满足用户进行视频片段的截取以及能够分享给好友。与此同时,更为 人性化的设计了不同内容的视频片段的截取,例如要截取的时间基点的各种判断、选取,还有各种截取视频片段的方式。因此,不仅实现了视频片段的截取、分享,还可以提供大量的可选实施内容。
作为一个可参考的实施例,参阅图2所示,所述截取视频分享实现方法具体可采用如下步骤:
步骤201,在进行视频文件播放的过程中,获得截取视频文件的指令。
步骤202,提取正在播放的视频文件中的视频进度条。
步骤203,判断要截取的时间基点是否为当前正在播放的时间点,若是则进行步骤206,再进行步骤207。若不是则先执行步骤204、205,再进行步骤207。
步骤204,跳转至视频截取编辑页面,在显示有提取的正在播放的视频文件中的视频进度条上任意点击要截取的时间基点。
步骤205,判断是否根据预先设置的截取方式进行截取,若是则在视频截取编辑页面中显示的视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段,然后执行步骤207。若不是,则选择要使用的截取方式,再根据选择的截取方式在视频截取编辑页面中显示的视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段,然后执行步骤207。
其中,截取方式可以为以要截取的时间基点为起始时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为终止时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为中间时间截取一段视频片段等等。若上面提供的截取方式还是不能满足截取视频片段的要求,则可选地,可以跳转至视频截取编辑页面,然后在视频截取编辑页面中显示的视频进度条上,在要截取的时间基点的前后分别点击视频片段的起始时间点和终止时间点,然后执行步骤207。
步骤206,直接在提取的视频进度条上截取包含有当前正在播放的时间点的视频片段,然后执行步骤207。
步骤207,判断是否进行多个视频片段的截取,若是则保存已截取的视频片段,返回步骤203;若不是则执行步骤208。
步骤208,将视频片段通过分享平台分享给好友。
在本发明的另一方面实施例,还提供了一种截取视频分享实现装置,如图3所示,所述的截取视频分享装置包括依次连接视频片段触发单元301、 视频片段截取单元302以及视频片段分享单元303。其中,视频片段触发单元301用于收到视频分享的触发指令后,获得需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点。视频片段截取单元302用于根据获取的所述播放起点和播放终点在所述视频文件中截取视频片段,生成视频片段文件。视频片段分享单元303用于将所述视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
可选地,所述视频片段截取单元302获取用户需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点的步骤包括:视频文件播放过程中接收用户截取视频片段的触发指令,将第一次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放起点,将第二次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放终点。或者所述视频片段截取单元302视频文件播放过程中接收用户截取视频片段的触发指令,将当前时刻作为要截取的时间基点,根据预设截取方式,确定所述播放起点和播放终点。
作为本发明的另一实施例,所述视频片段截取单元302判断要截取的时间基点是否为当前正在播放的时间点,若判断的结果为是则直接在提取的视频进度条上截取包含有当前正在播放的时间点的视频片段;若判断的结果不是则在提取的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点,然后再在视频进度条上截取包含有该点击要截取的时间基点的视频片段。可选地,若判断的结果不是截取当前正在播放的时间点,则可以跳转至视频截取编辑页面。其中,在该视频截取编辑页面中显示有提取的正在播放的视频文件中的视频进度条,在该视频进度条上任意点击要截取的时间基点。
可选地,在该视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之前,判断是否根据预先设置的截取方式进行截取。其中,截取方式可以为以要截取的时间基点为起始时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为终止时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为中间时间截取一段视频片段等等。根据判断结果,若是则直接按照所述预先设置的截取方式在视频进度条上截取视频片段。若不是,则选择要使用的截取方式,再执行在视频进度条上截取视频片段。
另外,根据判断结果,若不是,则还能够跳转至视频截取编辑页面,然后在视频截取编辑页面中显示的视频进度条上,在要截取的时间基点的前后分别点击视频片段的起始时间点和终止时间点。
作为又一可参考的实施例,所述视频片段截取单元302在截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之后,可以进行判断是否要多个视频片段的截 取,若是则保存已截取的视频片段,然后在视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点,并截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段,再视频片段截取单元302与视频片段分享单元303连接。若不是,则直接视频片段截取单元302与视频片段分享单元303连接。
需要说明的是,在本发明所述的截取视频分享的实现装置的具体实施内容,在上面所述的截取视频分享的实现方法中已经详细说明了,故在此重复内容不再说明。

综上所述,本发明提供的截取视频分享的实现方法、装置,创造性地解决了媒体分享服务的单一性,实现了分享服务的多样性,使得视频分享的内容更具有针对性、个性化;最后,整个所述的截取视频分享的实现方法以及装置简便、紧凑,易于实现。
此外,典型地,本公开所述的装置可为各种电子终端设备,例如手机、个人数字助理(PDA)、平板电脑(PAD)、智能电视等,因此本公开的保护范围不应限定为某种特定类型的装置。
此外,根据本公开的方法还可以被实现为由CPU执行的计算机程序,该计算机程序可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中。在该计算机程序被CPU执行时,执行本公开的方法中限定的上述功能。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种截取视频分享的实现方法,包括步骤:
    收到视频分享的触发指令后,获得需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点;
    根据获取的所述播放起点和播放终点在所述视频文件中截取视频片段,生成视频片段文件;
    将所述视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获得用户需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点的步骤包括:将第一次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放起点,将第二次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放终点;
    或者将当前时刻作为要截取的时间基点,根据预设截取方式,确定所述播放起点和播放终点。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述获得用户需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点的步骤还包括:
    若当前正在播放的时间点不作为要截取的时间基点,则跳转至视频截取编辑页面,在所述视频截取编辑页面中显示有所述正在播放的视频进度条,在所述的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之前,还包括:
    判断是否根据预先设置的截取方式进行截取,若是则直接按照所述预先设置的截取方式,在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段;若不是,则选择要使用的截取方式或者跳转至视频截取编辑页面,再执行在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段;
    其中,所述的截取方式包括:以要截取的时间基点为起始时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为终止时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为中间时间截取一段视频片段。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之后,还包括:
    判断是否进行多个视频片段的截取,若是则保存截取的视频片段,然后在所述的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点,在所述视频进度条上截取包 含有要截取的时间基点的多个视频片段,再将截取的所有视频片段文件发送给目标用户;若不是,则直接将截取的视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
  6. 一种截取视频分享的实现装置,包括:
    视频片段触发单元,用于收到视频分享的触发指令后,获得需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点;
    视频片段截取单元,用于根据获取的所述播放起点和播放终点在所述视频文件中截取视频片段,生成视频片段文件;
    视频片段分享单元,用于将所述视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述视频片段截取单元获得用户需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点的步骤包括:将第一次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放起点,将第二次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放终点;
    或者将当前时刻作为要截取的时间基点,根据预设截取方式,确定所述播放起点和播放终点。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述视频片段截取单元获得用户需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点的步骤还包括:若当前正在播放的时间点不作为要截取的时间基点,则跳转至视频截取编辑页面,在所述视频截取编辑页面中显示有所述正在播放的视频进度条,在所述的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述视频片段截取单元在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之前,还包括;
    判断是否根据预先设置的截取方式进行截取,若是则直接按照所述预先设置的截取方式在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段;若不是,则选择要使用的截取方式或者跳转至视频截取编辑页面,再执行在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段;
    其中,所述的截取方式包括:以要截取的时间基点为起始时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为终止时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为中间时间截取一段视频片段。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之后,还包括:
    判断是否进行多个视频片段的截取,若是则保存截取的视频片段,然后 在所述的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点,在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的多个视频片段,再将截取的所有视频片段文件发送给目标用户;若不是,则直接将截取的视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
  11. 一种装置,包括:一个或多个处理器;以及
    用于存储操作指令的存储器;
    所述一个或多个处理器被配置为从所述存储器中获取操作指令并执行:
    收到视频分享的触发指令后,获得需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点;
    根据获取的所述播放起点和播放终点在所述视频文件中截取视频片段,生成视频片段文件;
    将所述视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述处理器还用于执行:
    所述获得用户需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点的步骤包括:将第一次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放起点,将第二次接收到所述触发指令的时间点设置为播放终点;
    或者将当前时刻作为要截取的时间基点,根据预设截取方式,确定所述播放起点和播放终点。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述处理器还用于执行:
    所述获得用户需分享视频文件的播放起点和播放终点的步骤还包括:
    若当前正在播放的时间点不作为要截取的时间基点,则跳转至视频截取编辑页面,在所述视频截取编辑页面中显示有所述正在播放的视频进度条,在所述的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述处理器还用于执行:
    在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之前,还包括:
    判断是否根据预先设置的截取方式进行截取,若是则直接按照所述预先设置的截取方式,在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段;若不是,则选择要使用的截取方式或者跳转至视频截取编辑页面,再执行在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段;
    其中,所述的截取方式包括:以要截取的时间基点为起始时间截取一段视频片段,或者以要截取的时间基点为终止时间截取一段视频片段,或者以 要截取的时间基点为中间时间截取一段视频片段。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述处理器还用于执行:
    在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的视频片段之后,还包括:
    判断是否进行多个视频片段的截取,若是则保存截取的视频片段,然后在所述的视频进度条上点击要截取的时间基点,在所述视频进度条上截取包含有要截取的时间基点的多个视频片段,再将截取的所有视频片段文件发送给目标用户;若不是,则直接将截取的视频片段文件发送给目标用户。
