101、 终端设备在根据第一视频地址播放视频时, 检测播放的卡顿频率; 本公开实施例中,卡顿是指在播放视频的过程中由于视频流下载较慢而导致的画 面静止等情况。卡顿频率是指在预设时长内视频播放中途卡顿的次数, 如五分钟内卡 顿三次, 十分钟内卡顿五次等。
102、 当确定该卡顿频率达到预设标准时, 终端设备从预存的视频地址列表中获 取第二视频地址, 该第二视频地址对应的视频标识与该第一视频地址相同, 且该第二 视频地址对应的视频清晰度低于该第一视频地址对应的视频清晰度,该视频地址列表 包括同一个视频的多个不同清晰度版本的视频地址;
需要说明的是, 预设标准可以由技术人员在开发时设置, 也可以由用户在使用过 程中进行调整, 还可以由终端设备根据用户的使用习惯进行调整。预设标准具体可以 为五分钟内卡顿次数达到四次, 也可以为十分钟内卡顿次数达到六次, 本公开实施例 对此不做限定。
103、 终端设备根据该第二视频地址继续播放视频。
本公开实施例提供的方法, 通过在播放视频的过程中, 检测视频播放的卡顿频率 来确定该卡顿频率是否达到了预设标准, 当该卡顿频率达到了预设标准时, 从预存的 视频地址列表中获取视频清晰度低于当前视频地址对应的视频清晰度的视频地址,继 续播放视频, 从而使得在视频播放的过程中, 当卡顿频率达到了预设标准时, 可以自 动完成降低视频清晰度的过程, 不需要用户手动操作, 以实现视频切换的平滑过渡, 也使得视频的播放过程更加简化与流畅, 为用户提供了很大的便利。
图 2是本公开实施例提供的另一种网络视频的播放方法流程图。 参见图 2, 该发 明实施例的交互主体为终端设备和视频服务器, 该方法流程包括:
201、 终端设备向视频服务器发送视频播放请求, 该视频播放请求携带待播放的 视频标识, 使得该视频服务器根据该视频标识返回视频地址列表, 该视频地址列表包 括同一个视频的多个不同清晰度版本的视频地址;
当用户在终端设备上点播某个视频,则触发该终端设备向视频服务器发送视频播 放请求, 该视频播放请求携带有待播放的视频标识, 从而使得该视频服务器在接收到 该视频播放请求后, 根据其中的视频标识将视频地址列表发送给终端设备, 其中, 该 视频地址列表包括同一个视频的多个不同清晰度版本的视频地址。
本公开实施例中, 视频标识可以是视频名称, 也可以是视频 ID ( Identity, 身份 标识码) 。 202、 当视频服务器接收到终端设备发送的视频播放请求时, 该视频服务器根据 接收到的该视频播放请求中携带的视频标识获取与该视频标识相对应的视频地址,得 到视频地址列表;
对于视频服务器来说, 该视频服务器可以仅提供来自单一视频源的视频, 还可以 提供来自多个视频源的视频, 也即是, 该视频地址列表中可以包括同一个视频源中某 个视频的不同清晰度版本的视频地址,还可以包括不同视频源中某个视频的不同清晰 度版本的视频地址。
其中,该视频地址列表可以是视频清晰度与该视频清晰度相对应的视频地址之间 的对应关系列表。 表 1一种形式的视频地址列表。 参见表 1, 表 1

当选择播放标清的视频时, 则终端设备通过视频清晰度为标清所对应的视频地 址, 即表 1中视频地址 Al, 向服务器获取视频地址 A1对应的视频的视频流。
需要说明的是,该视频地址列表可以是该视频服务器根据用户对视频地址的使用 频率的高低或预设时长内的使用状态, 对视频地址在视频地址列表中的位置进行调 整, 以得到调整后的视频地址列表, 使得在该视频地址列表中, 视频地址所处的位置 越靠前, 说明该视频地址被使用的频率越高, 播放成功率越大。
203、 视频服务器向终端设备发送该视频地址列表;
在一个实施例中, 当视频服务器接收到终端设备发送的视频播放请求后, 视频服 务器将与该视频播放请求中携带的视频标识相对应的视频地址以视频地址列表的形 式, 发送给终端设备, 使得终端设备接收到该视频标识相对应的视频地址列表后, 根 据该视频地址列表中的视频地址播放该视频。
204、 当终端设备接收到该视频地址列表时, 获取第一视频地址;
在一个实施例中, 当终端设备接收到视频服务器发送的视频地址列表后, 终端设 备从该视频地址列表中选取一个视频地址作为当前播放视频所用的第一视频地址。
需要说明的是, 该第一视频地址可以是终端设备根据当前网络状况, 从该视频地 址列表中选择一个与该网络状况相匹配的视频清晰度的视频地址,也可以是终端设备 从该视频地址列表中随机选择的一个视频地址,还可以是视频地址处于该视频地址列 表中第一位的视频地址。 当然, 可选地, 该第一视频地址的获取方式还可以是由用户 输入到终端设备上来获得,也可以是用户通过点击视频网站中提供的视频地址链接来 得到, 本公开实施例对第一视频地址的获取方式不做限定。
205、 终端设备根据该第一视频地址播放视频时, 检测播放的卡顿频率; 在一个实施例中, 当终端设备从该视频地址列表中获取到第一视频地址后, 终端 设备根据该第一视频地址从服务器获取该视频对应的视频流,并根据获取到的该视频 流播放该视频, 同时, 终端设备将检测在该视频播放的过程中, 在预设时间时长内出 现卡顿情况的次数。
206、 当确定该卡顿频率达到预设标准时, 终端设备判断该第一视频地址是否为 该视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址;
如果否, 执行步骤 207;
如果是, 执行步骤 209。
在一个实施例中, 当确定该卡顿频率达到预设标准时, 终端设备可以通过判断该 第一视频地址是否为该视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址,以获知是否可以 通过降低视频清晰度的手段来继续播放该视频。若该视频当前播放所用的视频清晰度 不是最低时, 则可以采用降低视频清晰度的方式继续播放该视频; 若该视频当前播放 所用的视频清晰度已为最低时, 则需要重新播放该视频。 因此, 为了能够将该视频顺 利播放,终端设备将该第一视频地址对应的视频清晰度与该视频地址列表中各个视频 地址所对应的视频清晰度相比较,判断该第一视频地址是否为该视频地址列表中视频 清晰度最低的视频地址。
在预设时长内,当终端设备检测到未出现卡顿或者出现卡顿的次数未达到预设标 准时, 终端设备根据该第一视频地址继续播放视频。
207、 当该第一视频地址不是该视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址时, 终端设备从预存的视频地址列表中获取第二视频地址,该第二视频地址对应的视频标 识与该第一视频地址相同,且该第二视频地址对应的视频清晰度低于该第一视频地址 对应的视频清晰度;
在一个实施例中, 当终端设备通过对视频清晰度的比较, 确定该第一视频地址不 是该视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址时, 由于视频清晰度越低, 受网络状 况的影响越小, 该视频能够顺利播放的几率就会越大, 因此终端设备可以通过降低视 频清晰度的方式来继续播放视频, 此时, 终端设备从接收到的视频地址列表中获取第 二视频地址。 其中, 该第二视频地址对应的视频标识与该第一视频地址相同, 且该第 二视频地址对应的视频清晰度低于该第一视频地址对应的视频清晰度。
需要说明的是,该第二视频地址可以是同一个视频源中低于该第一视频地址对应 的视频清晰度的视频地址, 也可以是不同视频源中, 视频标识与该第一视频地址对应 的视频标识相同, 且视频清晰度低于该第一视频地址对应的视频清晰度的视频地址, 本公开实施例对此不做限定。 本公开实施例中, 终端设备从接收到的视频地址列表中获取第二视频地址, 可以 为从该视频地址列表中视频清晰度低于该第一视频地址的视频地址中,随机选择一个 视频地址作为该第二视频地址。终端设备从接收到的视频地址列表中获取第二视频地 址, 也可以为终端设备根据当前网络状况, 从该视频地址列表中视频清晰度低于该第 一视频地址的视频地址中,选择一个与该网络状况匹配的视频清晰度的视频地址作为 该第二视频地址, 例如, 将网络状况以网络下行速度表示, 将视频清晰度以标清、 高 清和超清来表示, 表 2为当前网络下行速度与视频清晰度的对应关系。 参见表 2, 表 2

当当前网络下行速度为 300KB 且该第一视频地址对应的视频清晰度为高清 时, 通过表 2可知, 当前网络状况对应的视频清晰度为高清, 在以该第一视频地址播 放视频时, 当卡顿频率达到预设标准后, 此时, 终端设备从该视频地址列表中视频清 晰度低于高清的视频地址中,选择一个与当前网络下行速度 300KB 匹配的视频清晰 度的视频地址, 即视频清晰度为标清对应的视频地址作为该第二视频地址。
当然, 终端设备从接收到的视频地址列表中获取第二视频地址, 还可以是终端设 备接收视频服务器发送的视频地址列表,并根据该视频列表中所显示的视频地址的先 后顺序, 将该第一视频地址所在位置的下一个位置处的视频地址作为该第二视频地 址。 如, 该视频地址列表是以视频清晰度由高到低顺序排列的, 即视频清晰度越高在 该视频地址列表中的位置就越靠前, 表 3是一种形式的视频地址列表, 参见表 3, 表 3

由表 3可以知道, 当视频清晰度为超清时, 该视频清晰度对应的视频地址 A5处 于该视频地址列表的第一位, 该视频地址 A5 的下一位置处的视频地址为 A6, 该视 频地址 A6所对应的视频清晰度为高清。 如果该第一视频地址为表 1 中的 A6, 则选 择该第一视频地址所在位置的下一个位置处的视频地址作为该第二视频地址,即为将 视频地址 A7作为该第二视频地址。 本公开实施例对终端设备获取第二视频地址的过 程不做限定。
208、 终端设备根据该第二视频地址继续播放视频; 结束。
在一个实施例中, 终端设备从该视频地址列表中获取到第二视频地址后, 终端设 备关闭该第一视频地址所对应的视频, 并保存该第一视频地址当前播放视频的进度, 终端设备在关闭当前播放的视频, 并保存当前播放视频的进度后, 终端设备根据该第 二视频地址从服务器获取该视频对应的视频流,以该第一视频地址当前播放视频的进 度为播放起点, 以该第二视频地址继续播放该视频。
需要说明的是, 如果当前获取的第二视频地址仍播放失败, 可以根据上述步骤重 新选择第二视频地址,直到所有第二视频地址播放均失败或第二视频地址的播放失败 次数超过预设阈值, 则关闭当前播放的视频。 又或者, 所有第二视频地址播放均失败 或第二视频地址的播放失败次数超过预设阈值时, 执行步骤 208, 根据该第一视频地 址重新播放该视频。
209、 当该第一视频地址是该视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址时, 根 据该第一视频地址重新播放视频。
在一个实施例中, 当终端设备通过对视频清晰度的比较, 确定该第一视频地址是 该视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址时,终端设备关闭当前以第一视频地址 播放的视频, 并将当前以第一视频地址播放视频的进度进行保存。 当终端设备关闭当 前播放的视频, 并保存当前播放进度后, 终端设备根据该第一视频地址重新打开该视 频, 并以保存的播放进度为播放起始点, 重新播放该视频。
需要说明的是,上述根据视频地址播放视频的过程均包括根据视频地址与视频服 务器之间进行交互并获取到视频流的过程, 本公开实施例对此不再赘述。
本公开实施例提供的方法, 通过在播放视频的过程中, 检测视频播放的卡顿频率 来确定该卡顿频率是否达到了预设标准, 当该卡顿频率达到了预设标准时, 通过判断 当前视频地址是否为该视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址,来确定该视频播 放的途径。 当当前视频地址不是该视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址时, 从 预存的视频地址列表中获取视频清晰度低于当前视频地址对应的视频清晰度的视频 地址,继续播放视频,从而使得在视频播放的过程中, 当卡顿频率达到了预设标准时, 可以自动完成降低视频清晰度的过程, 不需要用户手动操作, 以实现视频切换的平滑 过渡,也使得视频的播放过程更加简化与流畅,为用户提供了很大的便利。进一步地, 当当前视频地址是该视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址时,关闭并重新打开 该视频, 从而使得需要用户进行的操作大大减少。

需要说明的是: 上述实施例提供的网络视频的播放装置在进行网络视频播放时, 仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明, 实际应用中, 可以根据需要而将上述功能 分配由不同的功能模块完成, 即将终端设备的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完 成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外, 上述实施例提供的网络视频的播放装置与网 络视频的播放方法实施例属于同一构思, 其具体实现过程详见方法实施例, 这里不再 赘述。

1、 一种网络视频的播放方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
在根据第一视频地址播放视频时, 检测播放的卡顿频率;
当确定所述卡顿频率达到预设标准时,从预存的视频地址列表中获取第二视频地 址, 所述第二视频地址对应的视频标识与所述第一视频地址相同, 且所述第二视频地 址对应的视频清晰度低于所述第一视频地址对应的视频清晰度,所述视频地址列表包 括同一个视频的多个不同清晰度版本的视频地址;
根据所述第二视频地址继续播放视频。

向视频服务器发送视频播放请求, 所述视频播放请求携带待播放的视频标识, 使 得所述视频服务器根据所述视频标识返回视频地址列表;
接收所述视频地址列表。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从预存的视频地址列表中获 取第二视频地址包括:
从所述视频地址列表中视频清晰度低于所述第一视频地址的视频地址中,随机选 择一个视频地址作为所述第二视频地址; 或,
根据当前网络状况,从所述视频地址列表中视频清晰度低于所述第一视频地址的 视频地址中,选择一个与所述网络状况匹配的视频清晰度的视频地址作为所述第二视 频地址。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当确定卡顿频率达到预设标 准时, 从预存的视频地址列表中获取第二视频地址之前, 所述方法还包括:
判断所述第一视频地址是否为所述视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址; 相应地, 当确定卡顿频率达到预设标准, 从预存的视频地址列表中获取第二视频 地址包括:
当所述第一视频地址不是所述视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址时,从 预存的视频地址列表中获取第二视频地址。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断所述第一视频地址是否 为所述视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址之后, 所述方法还包括:
当所述第一视频地址是所述视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址时,根据 所述第一视频地址重新播放视频。
6、 一种网络视频的播放装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
卡顿频率检测模块,用于在根据第一视频地址播放视频时,检测播放的卡顿频率; 视频地址获取模块, 用于当确定所述卡顿频率达到预设标准时, 从预存的视频地 址列表中获取第二视频地址,所述第二视频地址对应的视频标识与所述第一视频地址 相同,且所述第二视频地址对应的视频清晰度低于所述第一视频地址对应的视频清晰 度, 所述视频地址列表包括同一个视频的多个不同清晰度版本的视频地址;
视频播放模块, 用于根据所述第二视频地址继续播放视频。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
发送模块, 用于向视频服务器发送视频播放请求, 所述视频播放请求携带待播放 的视频标识, 使得所述视频服务器根据所述视频标识返回视频地址列表;
接收模块, 用于接收所述视频地址列表。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述视频地址获取模块, 还用于 从所述视频地址列表中视频清晰度低于所述第一视频地址的视频地址中,随机选择一 个视频地址作为所述第二视频地址; 或, 根据当前网络状况, 从所述视频地址列表中 视频清晰度低于所述第一视频地址的视频地址中,选择一个与所述网络状况匹配的视 频清晰度的视频地址作为所述第二视频地址。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
判断模块,用于判断所述第一视频地址是否为所述视频地址列表中视频清晰度最 低的视频地址;
相应地, 所述视频地址获取模块, 还用于当所述第一视频地址不是所述视频地址 列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址时, 从预存的视频地址列表中获取第二视频地址。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述视频播放模块, 还用于当所 述第一视频地址是所述视频地址列表中视频清晰度最低的视频地址时,根据所述第一 视频地址重新播放视频。
1 1、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备包括: 处理器和存储器, 所述处理器, 用于在根据第一视频地址播放视频时, 检测播放的卡顿频率; 所述处理器, 用于当确定所述卡顿频率达到预设标准时, 从预存的视频地址列表 中获取第二视频地址, 所述第二视频地址对应的视频标识与所述第一视频地址相同, 且所述第二视频地址对应的视频清晰度低于所述第一视频地址对应的视频清晰度,所 述视频地址列表包括同一个视频的多个不同清晰度版本的视频地址;
所述处理器, 用于根据所述第二视频地址继续播放视频。
