背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,用户可以在网页上观看各种直播节目,在观看网页直播节目的过程中,若网页的播放状况发生变化后需要用户手动刷新网页才能继续进行观看。
其中,以用户观看体育直播赛事为例,首先需要用户登录赛事的直播页面,若进入直播页面后直播未开始,则此时用户只能看到直播前的页面。用户为了能够完整的观看直播赛事,就需要时刻关注时间是否已经到达直播开始时间,并在时间到达直播开始时间时通过手动刷新网页来将网页从直播未开始状态切换到直播中状态,从而进行直播赛事的观看;若用户没有关注时间是否已经到达直播开始时间,则很可能在直播开始之后,才会通过手动刷新网页来将网页从直播未开始状态切换到直播中状态后再进行直播赛事的观看,如此就会使用户无法完整的观看整个赛事直播,造成极差的用户体验。
对于现有技术中用户进入直播页面后直播的状态只能依靠用户手动进行刷新所带来的缺陷而言,如何能够根据实时的直播状态给用户呈现与该状态相匹配的页面内容成为网页直播过程中亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种直播页面刷新方法及装置,用以解决现有技术中直播页面的直播状态只能通过手动刷新进行改变的缺陷,实现自动刷新直播页面的目的。
本发明实施例提供一种直播页面刷新方法,包括:
获取直播页面的当前状态信息,根据所述当前状态信息确定所述直播页面的当前直播状态是否已结束;
若确定所述直播页面的当前直播状态未结束,则向服务端发起获取请求,用于获取所述直播页面的实际状态信息;
判断所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息是否一致;
若不一致,则根据所述实际状态信息刷新所述直播页面。
本发明实施例提供一种直播页面刷新装置,包括:

目前在网页上观看直播节目时,若用户在节目开始前进入直播页面,则在节目开始时只能通过手动刷新页面才能进入实际播放节目的直播页面,现有这种方式使得用户必须时刻关注时间是否达到节目开始时间,难免会造成用户无法观看完整的节目直播,造成了极差的用户体验。
为了克服上述用户进入直播页面后直播的状态只能依靠用户手动进行刷新所带来的缺陷,本发明实施例提供一种直播页面刷新方法,如图1所示,所述方法包括:
101、获取直播页面的当前状态信息,根据当前状态信息确定直播页面的当前直播状态是否已结束。
在用户观看直播节目时,首先需要进入直播页面,若进入直播页面时节目还没有开始,则直播页面无法显示节目内容;若进入直播页面时节目已经开始,则直播页面显示节目内容;若进入直播页面时节目已经结束,则直播页面无法显示节目内容。其中,对于进入直播页面时节目已经结束的情况而言,用户是无法观看直播节目的,只能在服务端和客户端提供点播或重播功能的情况下才可能再次观看节目,否则所述获取直播页面的当前状态信息的流程就可以结束;而对于其他两种情况,是本发明实施例着重考虑的。由于在实际情况下,会出现用户以上述各种情况进入直播页面的事件发生,因此本发明实施例需要执行步骤101获取直播页面的当前状态信息,根据当前状态信息确定直播页面的当前直播状态是否已结束。其中,获取直播页面的当前状态信息指的是用户在进入直播页面时获取直播页面的当前直播状态,并根据当前直播状态确定直播页面是否已结束。
102、向服务端发起获取请求,用于获取直播页面的实际状态信息。
当在步骤101中确定直播页面的当前直播状态未结束时,说明存在需要刷新页面的情况,需要将当前直播状态刷新到实际直播状态。因此本发明实 施例在确定直播页面的当前直播状态未结束时,还需要执行步骤102向服务端发起获取请求,用于获取直播页面的实际状态信息。
103、判断实际状态信息与当前状态信息是否一致。
在现有技术中会存在如下情况:当用户在直播节目开始之前进入到直播页面后,若不手动刷新页面,则当服务端直播节目开始播放后,用户一侧还是一直处于直播开始前的状态,导致直播页面当前状态信息与实际状态信息不一致;或者当页面在直播过程中发生卡顿导致播放暂停,若用户不手动刷新页面,则当服务端直播节目播放结束后,用户一侧还是一直处于直播中状态,导致直播页面当前状态信息与实际状态信息不一致。因此,在步骤101中获取的直播页面的当前状态信息并不能保证是步骤102中获取的直播页面的实际状态信息,若直播页面的当前状态信息与服务端的实际状态信息一致,则说明直播页面可以暂时不用刷新;若直播页面的当前状态信息与服务端的实际状态信息不一致,则说明直播页面需要进行刷新。因此本发明实施例还需要执行步骤103判断实际状态信息与当前状态信息是否一致。
104、根据实际状态信息刷新直播页面。
当在步骤103中判断实际状态信息与当前状态信息不一致时,则说明直播页面当前直播状态与实际直播状态不同步,因此需要执行步骤104根据实际状态信息刷新直播页面,从而实现不需要用户手动操作就可以自动根据获取直播页面的当前状态信息和实际状态信息的比对完成对直播页面的刷新操作,保证直播页面能够根据实际状态信息自动给用户呈现与实际直播状态匹配的页面内容。
本发明实施例提供的直播页面刷新方法,能够在进入直播页面时通过获取直播页面的当前状态信息来确定直播页面的当前直播状态是否已结束,若未结束则会自动向服务端发起获取直播页面实际状态信息的请求,并在判断出实际状态信息与先前获取的当前状态信息不一致时,自动根据实际状态信息刷新直播页面,从而使直播页面跳转到对应的实际播放状态页面,因此通过本发明实施例的技术方案实现了根据服务端的直播状态实时刷新客户端直播页面,自动给用户呈现与实际直播状态匹配的页面内容,避免了现有技术中必须用户手动刷新页面才能使直播页面状态与实际播放状态同步的缺陷。
为了更好的对上述图1所示的方法进行理解,本发明实施例将以赛事直 播页面的跳转为例,针对图1中的各步骤进行详细说明。
在本发明实施例中,当用户为了观看赛事直播而进入直播页面后,需要加载直播页面,而在加载直播页面的过程中,就需要从直播页面的内部数据结构中获取直播页面的当前状态信息,也就是读取直播页面的变量中当前直播状态变量的参数值,其中当前直播状态变量的参数值包括:代表直播未开始的参数值、代表直播中的参数值以及代表直播已结束的参数值。例如,对于以js语言构建的网页来说,在直播页面的js变量中会输出当前直播的状态,本发明实施例可以在加载直播页面时从直播页面的JS变量中读取当前直播状态变量的参数值,所述当前直播状态变量可以用status字段表示,其参数值可以包括0、1和2,其中status=0表示直播未开始、status=1表示直播中、status=2表示直播已结束。
当在加载直播页面时获取到直播页面中当前直播状态变量status=2时,说明直播页面的当前直播状态为直播已结束,也就是用户是在直播结束后进入到直播页面中的,此时用户已经无法在观看赛事直播了,除非在服务端和客户端提供点播或重播功能的情况下才可能再次观看赛事,否则所述获取直播页面的当前状态信息的流程就可以结束。
当在加载直播页面时获取到直播页面中当前直播状态变量status=1或0时,说明直播页面的当前直播状态为直播未结束(直播中或直播未开始)。为了确定所述当前直播状态是否为直播页面的实际直播状态,因此本发明实施例需要向服务端发起获取请求,用于获取直播页面的实际状态信息。在向服务端发送获取请求时,为了不影响直播页面的当前状态,本发明实施例可以使用一种用于创建快速动态网页的AJAX技术,即向服务端发送AJAX请求(异步请求),在后台与服务端进行少量数据交换,获取直播页面的实际状态信息,实际状态信息包括实际直播状态变量的参数值,所述实际直播状态变量的参数值包括:代表直播未开始的参数值、代表直播中的参数值以及代表直播已结束的参数值。在实际情况下,服务端在返回直播页面的实际状态信息时,会返回如下格式的数据:

所示数据为实际状态信息的内容,所述内容中包括实际直播状态变量matchstatus字段及其参数值,同样的,matchstatus字段的参数值包括:0、1和2,其中matchstatus=0表示直播未开始、matchstatus=1表示直播中、matchstatus=2表示直播已结束。
当在加载直播页面时获取到直播页面中当前直播状态变量status=0时,若从服务端获取到实际直播状态matchstatus=0,则说明直播页面的当前直播状态与实际直播状态相同,都为直播未开始,因此可以不对直播页面进行刷新,后续可以重新加载直播页面获取当前状态信息和从服务端获取实际状态信息进行比对。若从服务端获取到实际直播状态matchstatus=1,则说明直播页面的实际直播状态为直播中,因此需要对直播页面进行刷新使得直播页面从当前直播未开始的状态跳转到实际直播中的状态,给用户呈现与实际直播状态相匹配的页面内容。同理,也会存在从服务端获取到实际直播状态matchstatus=2的情况,说明直播页面的实际直播状态为直播已结束,但是这种情况相对来说比较少发生,因为这种情况表明用户是在直播已结束的时候才进入到直播页面中的,而在实际情况下最常见的是用户在直播开始之前就进入到直播页面中,或者在直播开始后进入到直播页面中的。然而,若从服务端获取到实际直播状态matchstatus=2时,发现matchstatus=2与当前直播状态变量status=0不一致,则对直播页面进行刷新会使得直播页面跳转到实际直播已结束的状态。
当在加载直播页面时获取到直播页面中当前直播状态变量status=1时,若从服务端获取到实际直播状态matchstatus=1,则说明直播页面的当前直播状态与实际直播状态相同,都为直播中,也就是说用户是在直播开始后进入到直播页面中的,因此可以不对直播页面进行刷新。而对于从服务端获取到 实际直播状态matchstatus=0或2的情况,其发生的概率也非常小。其中,就从服务端获取到实际直播状态matchstatus=0的情况而言,几乎不存在直播页面正在播放中,而服务端的实际状态为直播未开始,唯一可能的解释就是服务端发送的实际状态信息记录出错,这属于系统原因导致,在本发明实施例中可以针对这种情况进行设定,即status=1而matchstatus=0时,不会自动对直播页面进行刷新。就从服务端获取到实际直播状态matchstatus=2的情况而言,同样几乎不存在直播页面正在播放中,而服务端的实际状态为直播已结束,唯一可能的解释就是直播页面在直播中出现卡顿后导致播放暂停,而服务端的实际播放状态已结束,但是如果直播页面真的发生卡顿后导致播放暂停,若用户在观看直播一定会对页面进行刷新,因此这种情况通常不会发生,若真的出现status=1而matchstatus=2时,则很可能是用户没有观看直播,此时本发明实施例中的处理方式也只能通过判断status=1与matchstatus=2不一致,而将直播页面根据matchstatus=2的状态进行刷新后跳转到已结束的状态。
针对上述在判断直播页面的当前状态信息与实际状态信息是否一致时出现的各种情况,当所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息一致时,本发明实施例还需要按照预设时间间隔继续向服务端进行轮询发起获取请求,以便在后续出现直播页面的实际状态信息与当前状态信息不一致时,能够及时对直播页面进行刷新后跳转到实际播放页面上。这里需要说明的是,当所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息一致时按照所述预设时间间隔继续向服务端进行轮询发起获取请求,其中预设时间间隔可以根据用户需求进行设定,理论上当预设时间间隔设定的足够小时(可以认为是实时向服务端进行轮询发起获取请求),能够保证当服务端直播页面的实际状态信息与用户一侧页面当前状态信息不一致时,立即将用户一侧的页面状态刷新至服务端直播页面的实际状态。
针对上述在判断直播页面的当前状态信息与实际状态信息是否一致时出现的各种情况,当所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息不一致时,需要根据实际状态信息对直播页面进行刷新,也就是刷新页面的location.href指向(当前直播页面的URL地址)。在本发明实施例中,执行刷新操作时需要在直播页面的地址中加入实际状态信息后对直播页面进行刷新,也就是在新的location/URL中传入matchstatus字段后对直播页面进行刷新。例如,直播页 面的当前URL地址为http://sports.xxx.com/match/116079003.html?,当前状态信息为status=0,而从服务端获取的实际状态信息为matchstatus=1,则在刷新直播页面时,需要将matchstatus=1加入到http://sports.xxx.com/match/116079003.html?中后,根据形成的新地址http://sports.xxx.com/match/116079003.html?matchstatus=1对直播页面进行刷新,从而将直播页面从直播未开始的状态跳转到直播中的状态,自动给用户呈现与实际直播中的状态相匹配的页面内容。
作为对上述图1所示方法的应用,本发明实施例提供一种直播页面刷新装置,如图2所示,所述装置包括:确定单元21、获取单元22、判断单元23及刷新单元24,其中,
确定单元21,用于获取直播页面的当前状态信息,根据所述当前状态信息确定所述直播页面的当前直播状态是否已结束;
获取单元22,用于当确定单元21确定所述直播页面的当前直播状态未结束时,向服务端发起获取请求,用于获取所述直播页面的实际状态信息;
判断单元23,用于判断所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息是否一致;
刷新单元24,用于当判断单元23判断所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息不一致时,根据所述实际状态信息刷新所述直播页面。
进一步的,确定单元21用于读取直播页面的变量中当前直播状态变量的参数值,所述当前直播状态变量的参数值包括:代表直播未开始的参数值、代表直播中的参数值以及代表直播已结束的参数值。具体的,确定单元21在加载js语言构建的网页时,会获取直播页面的js变量中当前直播状态变量的参数值。
进一步的,获取单元22用于向服务端发起异步请求,获取所述直播页面的实际状态信息,所述实际状态信息包括实际直播状态变量的参数值,所述实际直播状态变量的参数值包括:代表直播未开始的参数值、代表直播中的参数值以及代表直播已结束的参数值。具体的,获取单元22向服务端发送AJAX请求,在后台与服务端进行少量数据交换,获取直播页面的实际状态信息。
进一步的,判断单元23用于判断所述实际直播状态变量的参数值与所述当前直播状态变量的参数值是否一致;刷新单元24用于当判断单元23判断 所述实际直播状态变量的参数值与所述当前直播状态变量的参数值不一致时,根据所述实际直播状态变量的参数值刷新所述直播页面。在本发明实施例中,刷新单元24也就是刷新页面的location.href指向(当前直播页面的URL地址)。
进一步的,刷新单元24用于在所述直播页面的地址中加入所述实际状态信息后对所述直播页面进行刷新。在本发明实施例中,执行刷新操作时刷新单元24需要在直播页面的地址中加入实际状态信息后对直播页面进行刷新,也就是在新的location/URL中传入matchstatus字段后对直播页面进行刷新。
进一步的,获取单元22用于当判断单元23判断所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息一致时,按照预设时间间隔继续向所述服务端进行轮询发起获取请求。
本发明实施例提供的直播页面刷新装置,能够在进入直播页面时通过获取直播页面的当前状态信息来确定直播页面的当前直播状态是否已结束,若未结束则会自动向服务端发起获取直播页面实际状态信息的请求,并在判断出实际状态信息与先前获取的当前状态信息不一致时,自动根据实际状态信息刷新直播页面,从而使直播页面跳转到对应的实际播放状态页面,因此通过本发明实施例的技术方案实现了根据服务端的直播状态实时刷新客户端直播页面,自动给用户呈现与实际直播状态匹配的页面内容,避免了现有技术中必须用户手动刷新页面才能使直播页面状态与实际播放状态同步的缺陷。
此外,本发明实施例提供的直播页面刷新装置还能够在直播页面的实际状态信息与当前状态信息一致时,按照预设时间间隔继续向服务端进行轮询发起获取请求,以便在后续出现直播页面的实际状态信息与当前状态信息不一致时,能够及时对直播页面进行刷新后跳转到实际播放页面上;同时,本发明实施例提供的装置针对直播页面的当前状态信息为直播中而实际状态信息为直播未开始的异常情况,不会自动对直播页面进行刷新,避免了由于系统出错而导致错误的对直播页面进行刷新的情况发生。
针对上述直播页面刷新装置需要说明的是,凡是本发明实施例中使用到的各个单元模块的功能都可以通过硬件处理器(hardware processor)来实现。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或 者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种直播页面刷新方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取直播页面的当前状态信息,根据所述当前状态信息确定所述直播页面的当前直播状态是否已结束;
    若确定所述直播页面的当前直播状态未结束,则向服务端发起获取请求,用于获取所述直播页面的实际状态信息;
    判断所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息是否一致;
    若不一致,则根据所述实际状态信息刷新所述直播页面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取直播页面的当前状态信息,包括:
    读取直播页面的变量中当前直播状态变量的参数值,所述当前直播状态变量的参数值包括:代表直播未开始的参数值、代表直播中的参数值以及代表直播已结束的参数值。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向服务端发起获取请求,用于获取所述直播页面的实际状态信息,包括:
    向服务端发起异步请求,用于获取所述直播页面的实际状态信息,所述实际状态信息包括实际直播状态变量的参数值,所述实际直播状态变量的参数值包括:代表直播未开始的参数值、代表直播中的参数值以及代表直播已结束的参数值。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,判断所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息是否一致,包括:
    判断所述实际直播状态变量的参数值与所述当前直播状态变量的参数值是否一致;
    所述根据所述实际状态信息刷新所述直播页面,包括:
    若所述实际直播状态变量的参数值与所述当前直播状态变量的参数值不一致,则根据所述实际直播状态变量的参数值刷新所述直播页面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述实际状态信息刷新所述直播页面,包括:
    在所述直播页面的地址中加入所述实际状态信息后对所述直播页面进行 刷新。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在判断所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息是否一致之后,所述方法还包括:
    若判断所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息一致时,按照预设时间间隔继续向所述服务端进行轮询发起获取请求。
  7. 一种直播页面刷新装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    确定单元,用于获取直播页面的当前状态信息,根据所述当前状态信息确定所述直播页面的当前直播状态是否已结束;
    获取单元,用于当所述确定单元确定所述直播页面的当前直播状态未结束时,向服务端发起获取请求,用于获取所述直播页面的实际状态信息;
    判断单元,用于判断所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息是否一致;
    刷新单元,用于当所述判断单元判断所述实际状态信息与所述当前状态信息不一致时,根据所述实际状态信息刷新所述直播页面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元用于读取直播页面的变量中当前直播状态变量的参数值,所述当前直播状态变量的参数值包括:代表直播未开始的参数值、代表直播中的参数值以及代表直播已结束的参数值。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元用于向服务端发起异步请求,获取所述直播页面的实际状态信息,所述实际状态信息包括实际直播状态变量的参数值,所述实际直播状态变量的参数值包括:代表直播未开始的参数值、代表直播中的参数值以及代表直播已结束的参数值。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元用于判断所述实际直播状态变量的参数值与所述当前直播状态变量的参数值是否一致;所述刷新单元用于当所述判断单元判断所述实际直播状态变量的参数值与所述当前直播状态变量的参数值不一致时,根据所述实际直播状态变量的参数值刷新所述直播页面。
