背景技术
电子雾化装置又名电子烟、低温雾化烟草,主要降低对吸食传统香烟者的危害。它有着与香烟相似的外观、与香烟近似的味道,甚至比一般香烟的口味要多出很多,也像香烟一样能吸出烟雾、吸出味道跟感觉来。电子雾化装置是由电池组件、雾化器所组成的仿香烟装置,通过雾化器将香味物质雾化成气体,直接吸入。香味物质包括有烟液、烟丝、烟粉、烟膏、香味薄片、香味棒及液态烟草等。
电子雾化装置实际上是让用户抽吸外界空气与香味物质所产生的雾气的混合气体。这种混合气体混杂有外界空气的杂质,因此许多人会使用电子雾化装置的过滤器来过滤混合气体的杂质,提高混合气体的纯净度,此外,也可以通过改变过滤液的种类来改变吸出混合气体的口味,让使用者体验更多样化。一般的电子雾化装置的过滤器中,气流通道中没有任何阀门,过滤器的滤液有可能会从这些通道倒流或者溢出,造成使用体验不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为克服现有技术的缺陷,而提供一种电子雾化装置过滤器,以防止滤液倒流或溢出,改善用户使用体验。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电子雾化装置过滤器,包括吸嘴和装有滤液的容器体,过滤器还包括用于通过关闭雾气通道来防止滤液倒流的阀门组件,阀门组件固定在吸嘴与容器体之间并设置在电子雾化装置的雾气所经的通道上。
在过滤器内,电子雾化装置的雾气通道至少包括两段:从电子雾化装置到滤液以及从滤液上端的空腔到吸嘴。阀门组件可以设置在通道的其中一段上或者分别设置在所有的通道上,从而实现阀门组件对雾气通道控制。
进一步地,阀门组件包括中心控制阀以及与中心控制阀密封连接的筒状的连通管,连通管外壁设有至少一组支管组,支管组包括至少两个支管;中心控制阀套在连通管之内并能在连通管内旋转,中心控制阀设有对应支管组的通孔,当中心控制阀的通孔连通同一支管组中的支管时,雾气可以从同一支管组中的支管之间通过。

进一步地,若定位块多于1个,则定位块在连通管外壁上呈非均匀分布状。这样的结构主要目的是增加防呆特性,在安装连通管的时候不会出现连通管安装位置出错的情况,避免因为安装错误导致阀门功能失效。
进一步地,吸嘴的侧壁设有凸块,容器体上设有对应凸块的凹槽,将吸嘴与容器体同轴装配时,凸块置于凹槽内以将吸嘴相对容器体的位置固定住。设置凸块和凹槽主要为了方便安装吸嘴。
进一步地,容器体包括顶座、筒壁以及底座,滤液装在筒壁的内腔里。
进一步地,筒壁上设有用于放置电子雾化装置的安装槽,顶座设有用于套住电子雾化装置的烟嘴的雾气入口,底座设有用于固定电子雾化装置下方的固定槽,此固定槽与筒壁的安装槽同轴对齐,使得电子雾化装置很好的装入过滤器上。

本发明在过滤器中加装阀门组件,阀门组件设在雾气通道上以控制雾气通道的通断,雾气与滤液都是属于无固定形状的流体,那么当阀门组件将雾气通道关闭时,也就防止了滤液从雾气通道倒流或者溢出,从而达到改善用户使用体验的目的。

具体实施方式
为了更充分理解本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步介绍和说明。
本发明第一实施例的具体结构如图1至图15所示。
如图1和图2所示,第一实施例的电子烟过滤器包括吸嘴10、装有滤液的容器体30以及用于通过关闭雾气通道来防止滤液倒流的阀门组件20。容器体30包括顶座31、筒壁32以及底座33,滤液装在筒壁32的内腔里。在第一实施例中,顶座31和底座33分别筒壁32的上下方封闭住筒壁32的内腔。
如图2和图3所示,吸嘴10的侧壁设有凸块12,容器体30的顶座31上设有对应凸块12的凹槽312。将吸嘴10与容器体30的顶座31同轴装配时,凸块12置于凹槽312内以将吸嘴10相对于容器体30的顶座31的位置固定住。吸嘴10与容器体30的顶座31是通过两个螺钉来固定连接的,凸块12和凹槽312的配合可以让吸嘴10与容器体30的顶座31更加方便地对位。
阀门组件20固定在吸嘴10与容器体30之间并设置在电子雾化装置40的雾气所经的通道上。在过滤器内,电子雾化装置40的雾气的通道包括两段:从电子雾化装置40到滤液以及从滤液到吸嘴10。第一实施例中,阀门组件20同时控制这两段通道的通断。其他实施例中,雾气的通道可以分别由独立的阀门组件控制通断。
如图2所示,阀门组件20包括中心控制阀22、与中心控制阀22密封连接的筒状的连通管23以及用于扭转中心控制阀22的旋转环21。
如图1、图2和图4所示,旋转环21夹在吸嘴10与容器体30的顶座31之间,旋转环21与容器体30的顶座31同轴并能相对于容器体30的顶座31旋转。中心控制阀22固定于旋转环21的中轴位置,具体地,旋转环21设有贯穿旋转环21中心的横杆24,中心控制阀22固定在横杆24中间位置的下方。
如图2和图9所示,容器体30的顶座31的顶部设有限位凹槽311,横杆24贯穿限位凹槽311。限位凹槽311通过限制横杆24的活动行程限定了旋转环21的旋转角度范围。
如图6至图8所示,连通管23外壁设有两组支管组:第一支管组231和第二支管组232;每个支管组包括两个支管。第一支管组231是设在从电子雾化装置40到滤液这一雾气通道上,第二支管组232则是设在从滤液上端的空腔到吸嘴10这一雾气通道上。
如图5至图8所示,中心控制阀22套在连通管23之内并能在连通管23内旋转。具体地,中心控制阀22外壁设有凸起环223,连通管23内壁设有对应凸起环223的环形槽234,中心控制阀22套入连通管23内时,凸起环223卡在环形槽234内,中心控制阀22旋转时便不会脱离连通管23。中心控制阀22可以用食用硅胶制成。
如图5至图8所示,中心控制阀22设有对应支管组的通孔,具体地,通孔包括对应第一支管组231的第一通孔221以及对应第二支管组232的第二通孔222。当中心控制阀22的第一通孔221连通第一支管组231中的支管时(图7),雾气可以从第一支管组231中的支管之间通过;同理,当中心控制阀22的第二通孔222连通第二支管组232中的支管时(图7),雾气可以从第二支管组232中的支管之间通过。第一实施例中,第一支管组231的支管连线与第二支管组232的支管连线垂直;对应地,第一通孔221与第二通孔222相互垂直。
如图2、图6、图7和图11所示,连通管23外壁下方设有定位块233,容器体30的顶座31上设有用于固定连通管23的定位圆筒313,定位圆筒313上设有对应定位块233的定位槽314。第一实施例中,定位块233有3个,定位块233在连通管23外壁上呈非均匀分布状,具体地,3个定位块233之间的间隔角度分别为90度、90度和180度,而定位槽314的分布需要与定位块233的分布对应。在其他实施例中,定位块可以只设置一个。
如图2所示,容器体30的筒壁32上设有用于放置电子雾化装置40的安装槽321。第一实施例的安装槽321的截面是大于半圆的圆弧形,电子雾化装置40需要从底部插入安装槽321内。如图12所示,顶座31设有用于套住电子雾化装置40的烟嘴的雾气入口315,具体地,将电子雾化装置40从下往上插入安装槽321,直至电子雾化装置40的烟嘴插进雾气入口315处并卡紧为止。
如图13至图15所示,底座33包括用于套入筒壁32下端口的底塞332以及用于固定底塞332的底盘333。底座33设有用于固定电子雾化装置40下方的固定槽331。固定槽331是贯穿底塞332和底盘333的。底盘333设有用于挡住电子雾化装置40底端的活动挡板334,活动挡板334为固定槽331的底面。具体地,活动挡板334设在底盘333的底部并能相对于底盘333滑动,活动挡板334与底盘333通过拉簧336相连,拉簧336使得活动挡板334离开原位之后能够自动弹回初始位置。
如图13至图15所示,活动挡板334的后端设有肩部337,拉簧336使得肩部337紧紧卡在底盘333上,从而限定了活动挡板334在底盘333上的初始位置。底盘333的底部设有两个用于限制活动挡板334最大行程的挡片335。当活动挡板334离开其初始位置到达其最大行程时,挡片335刚好抵顶于活动挡板334的前端板的内侧。
如图15所示,活动挡板334的底面设有防滑纹338,方便使用者用手指将活动挡板334拨开。
在使用过滤器时,电子雾化装置40的雾气的路径如下:雾气从电子雾化装置40的烟嘴进入顶座31的雾气入口315,通过软管进入第一支管组231的支管,经过第一通孔221之后从第一支管组231的另一支管离开连通管23,随后依次通过软管、竖管317进入容器体30的滤液中过滤;雾气从滤液冒出来之后依次通过顶座31的雾气出口316、软管而后进入连通管23的第二支管组232的支管中,经过第二通孔222后从第二支管组232的另一支管排出,最后经过软管进入吸嘴10的排气道11。
第二实施例的具体结构见图16至图18所示。
第二实施例与第一实施例的主要不同点在于:
1)连通管61的第一支管组611的其中一个支管通过软管62连通烟嘴50,另一个支管通过直角管63连通筒壁80内腔,第二支管组612的两个支管分别外接直角管64、65;采用直角管可使得安装更方便,布局更加整齐美观。
2)连通管61的定位块613为四个,并且是均匀分布,而顶座70上定位圆筒73的定位槽731相应地设为4个,且其分布对应着定位块613的分布。
3)顶座70设有进气圆管71和出气圆管72,底座90从下方封闭筒壁80的内腔,筒壁80顶部设有顶盖,顶盖设有连通进气圆管71的进气口81以及连通出气圆管72的出气口82,进气口81下方连通插入滤液中的竖管,竖管与筒壁80一体成型(竖管未表示在附图中);筒壁80顶部与顶座70卡接。
4)旋转环51的外壁设有防滑槽纹511。
在其他实施例中,为了得到各种不同的口味,可以让过滤器同时过滤两支或更多的不同的电子烟。如果需要同时过滤两支电子烟,可以在容器体上开设两个安装槽,分别固定两个载有不同口味烟液的电子烟,在连通管上多加一组第三支管组,第三支管组负责控制第二个电子烟的雾气到滤液中的路径的通断,中心控制阀多加一个对应第三支管组的第三通孔。如果需要同时过滤两支以上的电子烟,那么就需要将过滤器体积增大或者将电子烟的体积减少,方便布置过滤器与电子烟的相对位置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子雾化装置过滤器,包括吸嘴和装有滤液的容器体,其特征在于,所述过滤器还包括用于通过关闭雾气通道来防止滤液倒流的阀门组件,所述阀门组件固定在吸嘴与容器体之间并设置在电子雾化装置的雾气所经的通道上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子雾化装置过滤器,其特征在于,所述阀门组件包括中心控制阀以及与中心控制阀密封连接的筒状的连通管,所述连通管外壁设有至少一组支管组,所述支管组包括至少两个支管;所述中心控制阀套在连通管之内并能在连通管内旋转,所述中心控制阀设有对应支管组的通孔,当中心控制阀的通孔连通同一支管组中的支管时,雾气可以从同一支管组中的支管之间通过。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子雾化装置过滤器,其特征在于,所述阀门组件还包括用于扭转中心控制阀的旋转环,所述旋转环夹在吸嘴与容器体之间,所述中心控制阀固定于旋转环的中轴位置,所述旋转环与容器体同轴并能相对于容器体旋转。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子雾化装置过滤器,其特征在于,所述旋转环设有贯穿旋转环中心的横杆,所述中心控制阀固定在横杆的下方,所述容器体上设有限位凹槽,所述横杆贯穿限位凹槽,所述限位凹槽通过限制横杆的活动行程限定旋转环的旋转角度范围。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的电子雾化装置过滤器,其特征在于,所述连通管外壁下方设有定位块,所述容器体上设有对应定位块的定位槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电子雾化装置过滤器,其特征在于,若所述定位块多于1个,则定位块在连通管外壁上呈非均匀分布状。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的电子雾化装置过滤器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴的侧壁设有凸块,所述容器体上设有对应凸块的凹槽,将吸嘴与容器体同轴装配时,所述凸块置于凹槽内以将吸嘴相对容器体的位置固定住。
  8. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的电子雾化装置过滤器,其特征在于,所述容器体包括顶座、筒壁以及底座,滤液装在筒壁的内腔里。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子雾化装置过滤器,其特征在于,所述筒壁上设有用于放置电子雾化装置的安装槽,所述顶座设有用于套住电子雾化装置的烟嘴的雾气入口,所述底座设有用于固定电子雾化装置下方的固定槽。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子雾化装置过滤器,其特征在于,所述底座包括用于套入筒壁下端口的底塞以及用于固定于所述底塞的底盘,所述底盘设有用于挡住电子雾化装置底端的活动挡板,所述活动挡板为固定槽的底面。
