Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil de moulage par compression permettant d'extraire un matériau d'un moule, ledit appareil de moulage par compression permettant d'extraire facilement vers le haut à partir d'un moule inférieur un matériau de traitement progressif, de façon à minimiser le temps d'arrêt d'une presse dû à l'insertion du matériau dans le moule inférieur. À cette fin, l'appareil de moulage par compression qui comprend la presse dotée d'un moule inférieur et d'un moule supérieur, comprend : un moule de compression de matériau disposé sur le moule supérieur pour mouler par compression un matériau en forme de plaque se déplaçant par incréments d'un pas au-dessus du moule inférieur ; un moule de fond inséré dans le moule inférieur, en dessous du moule de compression de matériau, et présentant une partie de moulage à l'intérieur de laquelle est introduit un matériau ; un moule d'évacuation disposé à l'intérieur de la partie de moulage de manière à pouvoir se déplacer verticalement ; des goupilles mobiles dans un sens vertical, disposées de manière pénétrante dans le moule inférieur, en dessous du moule d'évacuation, pour pousser vers le haut la partie inférieure du moule d'évacuation ; et une plaque mobile dans un sens vertical, disposée à l'intérieur du moule inférieur de façon à pouvoir se déplacer verticalement et fixée en contact serré à la partie inférieure des goupilles mobiles dans un sens vertical, pour pousser vers le haut de manière continue les goupilles mobiles dans un sens vertical au moyen d'un ou plusieurs ressorts disposés sur le fond. Ledit appareil de moulage par compression comprend en outre des moyens de percussion de plaque mobile dans un sens vertical conçus pour percuter la partie inférieure de la plaque mobile dans un sens vertical au moyen d'un moteur d'actionnement pour extraire vers le haut le matériau inséré dans la partie de moulage.
