본 발명은 서비스 제공 장치와 단말, 그를 포함하는 시스템, 그 제어 방법 및 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체에 관한 것으로, 특히 판매자 단말에서 등록한 상품 정보 및 해당 상품에 상/하한 가격 정보를 근거로 해당 상품을 구매하는 구매자의 수에 따라 최종 가격을 결정하고, 결정된 최종 가격을 근거로 해당 상품을 구매한 구매자의 단말에 리베이트(또는 보상)를 제공하는 서비스 제공 장치와 단말, 그를 포함하는 시스템, 그 제어 방법 및 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체에 관한 것이다.
온라인 커머스 서비스 시스템은 쿠폰 또는 반값 할인을 제공하는 소셜 커머스, 가격 정보를 공유하는 소셜 미디어 등을 통해 온라인 상에서 상품에 대한 판매 기능을 제공하는 시스템이다.
이러한 온라인 커머스 서비스 시스템은 대기업 중심의 구조를 이루며, 적용 대상 범위가 몇 만원 혹은 수십만원대 이상의 고가 상품에만 실제 효용 가치가 있으며, 실제 상품 가격 대비 할인율에 따른 할인 비용과 수수료로 인해 실제 상품 판매자에게는 이윤이 남지 않는 온라인 커머스 서비스를 제공한다.
본 발명의 목적은 판매자 단말에서 등록한 상품 정보 및 해당 상품에 상/하한 가격 정보를 근거로 해당 상품을 구매하는 구매자의 수에 따라 최종 가격을 결정하고, 결정된 최종 가격을 근거로 해당 상품을 구매한 구매자의 단말에 리베이트(또는 보상)를 제공하는 서비스 제공 장치와 단말, 그를 포함하는 시스템, 그 제어 방법 및 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체를 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 서비스 제공 장치는 판매자 단말로부터 전송되는 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보, 가격 정책 정보 및 판매자 단말의 식별 정보를 수신하는 통신부; 및 수신된 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보 및 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 상품을 등록하고, 복수의 구매자 단말과의 연동에 의해 등록된 상품에 대한 거래 절차를 수행할 때 상품의 판매량에 따른 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 현재 가격 정보를 확인하며 확인된 현재 가격 정보를 근거로 복수의 구매자 단말과의 구매 절차를 수행하고, 상품 판매 기간 정보를 근거로 상품에 대한 거래가 종료될 때 거래 종료 시점의 최종 판매 가격을 확인하고, 상품을 구매한 복수의 구매자 단말별 구매 가격 정보와 최종 판매 가격 간의 차액을 각각 산출하고, 산출된 차액 정보를 복수의 단말별로 각각 전송하도록 통신부를 제어하고, 구매자 단말별로 산출된 차액만큼 포인트를 각각 보상하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.

또한, 구매자 단말(300)은 서비스 제공 장치(200)와의 연동에 의해 해당 상품에 대한 구매 절차(또는 결제 기능)를 수행하고, 구매 수행 결과를 표시한다. 이때, 구매자 단말(300)은 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 전송되는 해당 상품의 현재 가격 정보를 근거로 구매 절차를 수행한다.
일 예로, 구매자 단말(300)은 선택된 ○○ 상품에 대해서 현재 가격 정보(예를 들어 ☆☆원)에 해당하는 가격으로 서비스 제공 장치(200)와의 연동에 의해 해당 ○○ 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 수행하고, 구매 수행 결과를 표시한다.
또한, 해당 상품에 대한 구매를 수행한 단말(예를 들어 구매자 단말(300))의 경우, 해당 구매자 단말(300)은 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 실시간으로 전송되는 현재 시점의 현재 가격 정보와 현재 시점의 차액 정보(또는 리베이트 정보/보상금 정보)를 수신하고, 수신된 실시간 현재 가격 정보와 현재 시점의 차액 정보를 표시할 수 있다.
일 예로, 구매자 단말(300)에서 ○○ 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 완료한 후, 구매자 단말(300)은 구매자 단말(300)에서 ○○ 상품에 대한 실시간 현재 가격 정보 또는 현재 시점에서의 차액 정보를 확인하기 위해서 차액 정보 요청 신호를 생성하고, 생성된 차액 정보 요청 신호를 서비스 제공 장치(200)에 전송한다. 이후, 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 구매자 단말(300)로부터 전송되는 차액 정보 요청 신호를 수신한다. 또한, 서비스 제공 장치(200)의 판단 결과, 해당 구매자 단말(300)이 해당 ○○ 상품을 구매한 단말일 때, 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 ○○ 상품에 대한 실시간 현재 가격 정보 및 현재 시점에서의 차액 정보를 구매자 단말(300)에 전송한다. 여기서, 현재 시점에서의 차액 정보는 해당 ○○ 상품을 구매한 구매자 단말(300)의 구매 가격 정보와 실시간 현재 가격 정보 간의 차이(또는 차액)일 수 있다. 또한, 구매자 단말(300)은 차액 정보 요청 신호에 응답하여 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 전송되는 ○○ 상품에 대한 실시간 현재 가격 정보 및 현재 시점에서의 차액 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 ○○ 상품에 대한 실시간 현재 가격 정보 및 현재 시점에서의 차액 정보를 표시한다(S540).
이후, 추가로 다른 단말에 의한 해당 상품에 대한 구매 절차가 수행되고, 해당 상품에 대한 상품 판매 기간 정보를 근거로 해당 상품에 대한 거래가 종료된 경우, 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 거래 종료 시점의 최종 판매 가격을 확인한다. 여기서, 거래 종료 시점의 최종 판매 가격은 해당 상품에 대한 초기 판매 가격에 대해서 해당 상품의 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 해당 상품의 판매량에 따라 실시간으로 조정된 가격일 수 있다.
일 예로, 추가로 800개의 다른 단말에 의해 ○○ 상품에 대한 구매 절차가 수행되고, ○○ 상품에 대한 상품 판매 기간 정보(예를 들어 시작일 □□□□년 □□월 □□일 □□시 ~ 마감일 △△△△년 △△월 △△일 △△시)를 근거로 마감일인 △△△△년 △△월 △△일 △△시에 ○○ 상품에 대한 거래가 종료될 때, 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 거래 종료 시점의 최종 판매 가격인 초기 판매 가격에서 20% 할인된 최종 판매 가격을 확인한다(S550).
이후, 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 해당 상품을 구매한 구매자 단말(300)을 포함하는 복수의 단말별 구매 가격 정보와 최종 판매 가격 간의 차액(또는 차이)을 산출한다.
일 예로, 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 ○○ 상품을 구매한 구매자 단말(300)의 구매 가격 정보(예를 들어 ☆☆원)와 초기 판매 가격에서 20% 할인된 최종 판매 가격 간의 차액을 산출한다(S560).
이후, 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 산출된 차액 정보(또는 리베이트 정보/보상 정보)를 해당 구매자 단말(300)에 각각 전송한다. 여기서, 차액 정보는 상품 정보, 가격 정책 정보, 해당 상품에 대해서 해당 구매자 단말(300)이 구매한 구매 가격 정보, 최종 판매 가격 정보, 구매 가격 정보와 최종 판매 가격 간의 차액 등을 포함한다.
또한, 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 해당 구매자 단말(300)에 대응하는 회원 정보에 산출된 차액만큼 포인트를 제공(또는 보상/적립/리베이트)한다.
일 예로, 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 ○○ 상품을 구매한 구매자 단말(300)의 구매 가격 정보(예를 들어 ☆☆원)와 초기 판매 가격에서 20% 할인된 최종 판매 가격 간의 차액에 대한 정보를 해당 구매자 단말(300)에 전송하고, 서비스 제공 장치(200)에 미리 등록된(또는 가입된) 해당 구매자 단말(300)에 대응하는 회원 정보에 해당 차액에 해당하는 포인트를 제공한다(S570).
이후, 구매자 단말(300)은 해당 상품에 대한 거래가 종료된 이후 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 전송되는 차액 정보를 수신한다.
또한, 구매자 단말(300)은 수신된 차액 정보를 표시한다.
일 예로, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 구매자 단말(300)은 ○○ 상품에 대한 거래가 종료된 이후 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 전송되는 차액 정보(610)를 표시한다(S580).
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 서비스 제공 장치와 단말의 제어 방법은 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 작성 가능하며, 컴퓨터 프로그램을 구성하는 코드들 및 코드 세그먼트들은 당해 분야의 컴퓨터 프로그래머에 의하여 용이하게 추론될 수 있다. 또한, 해당 컴퓨터 프로그램은 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 정보저장매체(computer readable media)에 저장되고, 컴퓨터나 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 서비스 제공 장치, 판매자/구매자 단말 등에 의하여 읽혀지고 실행됨으로써 서비스 제공 장치와 단말의 제어 방법을 구현할 수 있다.
정보저장매체는 자기 기록매체, 광 기록매체 및 캐리어 웨이브 매체를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 서비스 제공 장치와 단말의 제어 방법을 구현하는 컴퓨터 프로그램은 서비스 제공 장치, 판매자/구매자 단말 등의 내장 메모리에 저장 및 설치될 수 있다. 또는, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 서비스 제공 장치와 단말의 제어 방법을 구현하는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 저장 및 설치한 스마트 카드 등의 외장 메모리가 인터페이스를 통해 서비스 제공 장치, 판매자/구매자 단말 등에 장착될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 실시예는 앞서 설명된 바와 같이, 판매자 단말에서 등록한 상품 정보 및 해당 상품에 상/하한 가격 정보를 근거로 해당 상품을 구매하는 구매자의 수에 따라 최종 가격을 결정하고, 결정된 최종 가격을 근거로 해당 상품을 구매한 구매자의 단말에 리베이트(또는 보상)를 제공하여, 상품 판매 실적에 비례한 이익을 증대하고, 해당 상품을 구매한 소비자가 지인에게 상품 구매를 권유하도록 동기를 부여하여 해당 거래에 대한 홍보 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다.
전술된 내용은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명은 판매자 단말에서 등록한 상품 정보 및 해당 상품에 상/하한 가격 정보를 근거로 해당 상품을 구매하는 구매자의 수에 따라 최종 가격을 결정하고, 결정된 최종 가격을 근거로 해당 상품을 구매한 구매자의 단말에 리베이트(또는 보상)를 제공함으로써 상품 판매 실적에 비례한 이익을 증대하고, 해당 상품을 구매한 소비자가 지인에게 상품 구매를 권유하도록 동기를 부여하여 해당 거래에 대한 홍보 효과를 향상시키는 것으로, 전자상거래 분야, 마케팅 분야, 금융분야 등에서 광범위하게 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (14)

  1. 판매자 단말로부터 전송되는 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보, 가격 정책 정보 및 상기 판매자 단말의 식별 정보를 수신하는 통신부; 및
    상기 수신된 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보 및 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 상품을 등록하고, 복수의 구매자 단말과의 연동에 의해 상기 등록된 상품에 대한 거래 절차를 수행할 때 상기 상품의 판매량에 따른 상기 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 현재 가격 정보를 확인하며 상기 확인된 현재 가격 정보를 근거로 복수의 구매자 단말과의 구매 절차를 수행하고, 상기 상품 판매 기간 정보를 근거로 상기 상품에 대한 거래가 종료될 때 거래 종료 시점의 최종 판매 가격을 확인하고, 상기 상품을 구매한 복수의 구매자 단말별 구매 가격 정보와 상기 최종 판매 가격 간의 차액을 각각 산출하고, 상기 산출된 차액 정보를 상기 복수의 단말별로 각각 전송하도록 상기 통신부를 제어하고, 상기 구매자 단말별로 상기 산출된 차액만큼 포인트를 각각 보상하는 제어부를 포함하는 서비스 제공 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상품 정보는 판매자 정보, 상품명, 상품 모델명, 상품 이미지 및 상품 설명 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 제공 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상품 판매 기간 정보는 상기 상품의 판매 일자를 나타내며, 시작일 및 마감일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 제공 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상품 가격 정보는 상기 상품의 초기 판매 가격, 상기 상품의 판매량에 따른 하한 가격을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 제공 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 가격 정책 정보는 상기 상품의 판매량에 따른 할인 금액 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 제공 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 거래 종료 시점의 최종 판매 가격은 상기 상품에 대한 초기 판매 가격에 대해서 상기 상품의 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 상기 상품의 판매량에 따라 실시간으로 조정된 가격인 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 제공 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 차액 정보는 상기 상품 정보, 상기 가격 정책 정보, 상기 상품에 대해서 상기 복수의 구매자 단말별로 각각 구매한 구매 가격 정보, 상기 최종 판매 가격 정보 및 상기 구매 가격 정보와 상기 최종 판매 가격 간의 차액 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 제공 장치.
  8. 서비스 제공 장치로부터 전송되는 상품에 대한 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보, 현재 가격 정보 및 가격 정책 정보를 수신하는 통신부;
    상기 수신된 상기 상품에 대한 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보, 현재 가격 정보 및 가격 정책 정보를 표시하는 표시부; 및
    상기 서비스 제공 장치와의 연동에 의해 상기 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 수행하고, 상기 구매 수행 결과를 표시하도록 상기 표시부를 제어하고, 상기 상품 판매 기간 정보를 근거로 상기 상품에 대한 판매가 종료된 이후 상기 서비스 제공 장치로부터 전송되는 차액 정보를 표시하도록 상기 표시부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 구매자 단말.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 상기 상품에 대한 구매 절차가 완료된 이후 상기 서비스 제공 장치로부터 전송되는 현재 시점의 현재 가격 정보와 현재 시점의 차액 정보를 표시하도록 상기 표시부를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구매자 단말.
  10. 통신부를 통해 판매자 단말로부터 전송되는 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보, 가격 정책 정보 및 상기 판매자 단말의 식별 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    제어부를 통해 상기 수신된 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보 및 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 상품을 등록하는 단계;
    상기 제어부를 통해, 복수의 구매자 단말과의 연동에 의해 상기 등록된 상품에 대한 거래 절차를 수행할 때, 상기 상품의 판매량에 따른 상기 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 현재 가격 정보를 확인하는 단계;
    상기 제어부를 통해 상기 확인된 현재 가격 정보를 근거로 복수의 구매자 단말과의 구매 절차를 각각 수행하는 단계;
    상기 제어부를 통해, 상기 상품 판매 기간 정보를 근거로 상기 상품에 대한 거래가 종료될 때, 거래 종료 시점의 최종 판매 가격을 확인하는 단계;
    상기 제어부를 통해 상기 상품을 구매한 복수의 구매자 단말별 구매 가격 정보와 상기 최종 판매 가격 간의 차액을 각각 산출하는 단계;
    상기 통신부를 통해 상기 산출된 차액 정보를 상기 복수의 단말별로 각각 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 제어부를 통해 상기 구매자 단말별로 상기 산출된 차액만큼 포인트를 각각 보상하는 단계를 포함하는 서비스 제공 장치의 제어 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 상품을 등록하는 단계는 상기 수신된 상품 가격 정보에 포함된 초기 판매 가격으로 상기 상품에 대한 상품 정보와 상품 판매 기간 정보와 가격 정책 정보를 등록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 제공 장치의 제어 방법.
  12. 통신부를 통해 서비스 제공 장치로부터 전송되는 상품에 대한 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보, 현재 가격 정보 및 가격 정책 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    표시부를 통해 상기 수신된 상기 상품에 대한 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보, 현재 가격 정보 및 가격 정책 정보를 표시하는 단계;
    제어부를 통해 상기 서비스 제공 장치와의 연동에 의해 상기 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 수행하는 단계;
    상기 통신부를 통해 상기 상품 판매 기간 정보를 근거로 상기 상품에 대한 판매가 종료된 이후 상기 서비스 제공 장치로부터 전송되는 차액 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 표시부를 통해 상기 수신된 차액 정보를 표시하는 단계를 포함하는 구매자 단말의 제어 방법.
  13. 제 10항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제어 방법을 수행하는 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체.
  14. 상품에 대한 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보, 가격 정책 정보 및 판매자 단말의 식별 정보를 전송하는 판매자 단말;
    상기 판매자 단말로부터 전송되는 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보 및 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 상품을 등록하고, 복수의 구매자 단말과의 연동에 의해 상기 등록된 상품에 대한 거래 절차를 수행할 때 상기 상품의 판매량에 따른 상기 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 현재 가격 정보를 확인하며 상기 확인된 현재 가격 정보를 근거로 복수의 구매자 단말과의 구매 절차를 수행하고, 상기 상품 판매 기간 정보를 근거로 상기 상품에 대한 거래가 종료될 때 거래 종료 시점의 최종 판매 가격을 확인하고, 상기 상품을 구매한 복수의 구매자 단말별 구매 가격 정보와 상기 최종 판매 가격 간의 차액을 각각 산출하고, 상기 산출된 차액 정보를 상기 복수의 단말별로 각각 전송하고, 상기 구매자 단말별로 상기 산출된 차액만큼 포인트를 각각 보상하는 서비스 제공 장치; 및
    상기 서비스 제공 장치로부터 전송되는 상품에 대한 상품 정보, 상품 판매 기간 정보, 상품 가격 정보, 현재 가격 정보 및 가격 정책 정보를 근거로 상기 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 수행하고, 상기 상품 판매 기간 정보를 근거로 상기 상품에 대한 판매가 종료된 이후 상기 서비스 제공 장치로부터 전송되는 차액 정보를 표시하는 구매자 단말을 포함하는 시스템.
