次に、本発明の第二実施形態である空気流通式マットについて説明する。図11(a)は第二実施形態の空気流通式マットの概略平面図、図11(b)はその空気流通式マットのスペーサの概略平面図、図11(c)はその空気流通式マットにおける空気の流れを説明するための図である。尚、第二実施形態において、上述した第一実施形態のものと同一の機能を有するものには、同一の符号を付すことにより、その詳細な説明を省略する。
尚、本発明は上記の各実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その要旨の範囲内において種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (10)
- 着座装置の上に敷いて使用される空気流通式マットであって、
下シート及び空気が漏れにくく透湿性を有する上シートにより袋状に作成された、前記下シート又は前記上シートの所定の端部に形成された開口部を有する袋状体と、
前記開口部に取り付けられた、空気を強制的に外部から吸入又は外部に排出することにより空気を前記袋状体の内部に流通させるための送風手段と、
前記袋状体の内部において空気が流通する風路を確保するためスペーサと、
前記袋状体の中央部に対して前記送風手段と略反対側に位置する前記袋状体の所定の端部に設けられた、前記風路内を流通する空気を外部に放出する又は外部の空気を前記風路内に取り込むための空気流通部と、
使用時に使用者の背部側に位置する前記スペーサの所定の端部に連なるように設けられた、前記送風手段に電力を供給するための電源手段としての一又は複数の電池を収納するための電池収納部と、
を具備することを特徴とする空気流通式マット。 - 前記スペーサはプラスチック製のものであり、複数の凸部と、隣り合う前記凸部を連結する可撓性のある複数の可撓連結部とを備え、前記凸部は、枠状部と、一端が前記枠状部から起立するように形成された四つの柱部、二つの壁部、若しくは二つの柱部及び一つの壁部からなる起立部と、前記起立部の他端を連結する起立連結部とを有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気流通式マット。
- 前記着座装置の着座面に配置される前記スペーサの部位には、前記起立部が前記四つの柱からなる前記凸部と前記起立部が前記二つの壁部からなる前記凸部とが併用されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の空気流通式マット。
- 前記スペーサと前記電池収納部とはプラスチックの射出成型により一体的に作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の空気流通式マット。
- 前記袋状体は、前記着座装置の着座面に配置される袋本体部と、前記袋本体部に連なる袋延長部とを有しており、前記開口部は前記袋延長部に形成され、前記電池収納部は前記袋本体部に対応する前記スペーサの部位における所定の端部に連なるように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4記載の空気流通式マット。
- 前記袋状体はその外形形状が略正方形であるように形成されており、前記開口部は前記袋状体の所定の角部に形成され、前記電池収納部は前記開口部が形成された前記袋状体の角部と異なる角部において前記スペーサに連なるように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4記載の空気流通式マット。
- 前記電池収納部は、前記電池を両側から挟みこむための複数の側板と、前記複数の側板を下側から連結する複数の下板とを備え、前記各側板は、弾性を有する複数の弾性部と、前記各弾性部の上端部に形成された突起部とを有し、前記各突起部は前記電池収納部を下側から見たときに前記下板と重なり合わない位置に形成されており、前記各弾性部の弾性を利用して前記電池を上側から隣り合う前記側板の間に挿入し、且つ、その挿入された電池を前記突起部により保持することを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6記載の空気流通式マット。
- 前記電源手段から前記送風手段に電力を供給するための回路を構成するのに必要な各電気部品を取り付ける電気部品取付部が前記スペーサと一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のうち何れか一項記載の空気流通式マット。
- 前記枠状部が形成されている側を内側にして折り畳むこと、又は、前記電池収納部が形成された前記スペーサの端部を芯とし、前記枠状部が形成されている側を内側にして丸めることができるような柔軟性を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のうち何れか一項記載の空気流通式マット。
- 使用者が着座したときに前記電源手段から前記送風手段に電力を供給する回路をオン状態にする着座スイッチ手段を備え、前記着座スイッチ手段を取り付けるための着座スイッチ取付部が前記スペーサと一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のうち何れか一項記載の空気流通式マット。
