本发明涉及一种按键及具有按键的电子装置。 背景技术
随着科技的发展及使用者对电子产品的质量及外观要求越来越高, 目前市 面上的手机壳体与按键的组装结构主要包括两种,一种是在手机的后壳边缘卡 设有开口槽,位于后壳外表面的开口槽的周缘设有卡持周缘来限位按键,按键 从壳体侧边装入开口槽内, 然后手机前壳与后壳共同将按键封住, 这种组装方 式对密封结构要求严格, 而且结构复杂, 增加壳体整体的厚度; 还有一种是按 键釆用软胶材料与壳体一体成型,这种结构可以实现按键与壳体之间的密封效 果, 但是增加制作工艺及成本。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种成本较低且工艺简单的按键及具有按键的电子装 置。
第一方面, 提供一种按键, 所述按键装设于电子装置壳体的按键槽上, 所 述按键包括按键体、 由所述按键体一侧延伸的按压柱、 卡扣、 按键限位板、 密 封按压体及胶片, 所述卡扣设于所述按压柱上, 所述胶片、 按键限位板及按键 体依次收容于所述按键槽内, 并且所述按压柱穿过所述按键限位板及胶片, 所 述密封按压体设于所述按压柱远离所述卡扣的端部,所述按键限位板通过所述 胶片固定于所述按键槽内,所述按键体通过所述按压柱在所述按键槽内相对壳 体移动, 所述卡扣与所述按键限位板卡持, 以限制所述按键体于壳体上。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述密封按压体包括密封胶体及 金属支撑件, 并且所述金属支撑件嵌设并被包覆于所述密封胶体内。
结合第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可能的实现方式中, 所 述密封胶体外周缘设有密封凸棱, 所述按键槽的槽底壁上设有通孔,且所述通 孔贯穿部分所述槽底壁, 所述密封按压体收容于所述通孔内, 所述密封凸棱与 所述通孔的内壁抵持。
结合第一方面, 或第一方面的第一至第二种的任意一种可能的实现方式, 在第三种可能的实现方式中, 所述按键限位板为金属材料、橡胶或者塑料制成 的板体, 所按键限位板通过所述胶片固定于所述按键槽的槽底壁上。
结合第一方面, 或第一方面的第一至三种的任意一种可能的实现方式, 在 第四种可能的实现方式中, 所述按键限位板还设有卡持通孔, 所述按压柱穿过 所述卡持通孔并相对所述按键限位板移动,所述卡扣卡持于所述卡持通孔周缘 以限制所述按压柱移动位移。
结合第一方面, 或第一方面的第一至四种的任意一种可能的实现方式, 在 第五种可能的实现方式中, 所述按键体由金属、 塑胶或橡胶材料制成。
结合第一方面,或第一方面的第一至第五种中的任意一种可能的实现方式, 在第六种可能实现的方式中, 所述胶片为固体胶。
第二方面, 提供一种电子装置, 其包括上述各种可能的实现方式的按键, 壳体及电路板, 所述按键装设于所述壳体的按键槽, 所述按键与电路板连接以 通过按键控制电子装置。
综上所述,本发明的按键的通过设于按压柱上的卡扣与固定于所述按键槽 的按键限位板卡持来将按键限位于壳体上,并通过按压柱相对壳体在按键限位 板上的移动实现按键的功能运动, 并通密封按压体实现密封, 过不需要在壳体 上额外设置按键固定结构, 结构简单并可减少所需壳体的厚度, 而且不需要将 按键槽设于壳体边缘,减少按键与壳体的组装缝隙,进而降低密封结构的要求。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进 行清楚、 完整地描述。
请参阅图 1、 图 2及图 4, 本发明佳实施方式提供一种按键 100, 其装设 于电子装置壳体 10的按键槽 11上。 所述按键 20包括按键体 21、 由所述按键 体 21—侧延伸的按压柱 22、 卡扣 23、 按键限位板 24、 胶片 25及密封按压体 26。 所述卡扣 23设于所述按压柱 22上。 所述胶片 25、 按键限位板 24及按键 体 21依次装于所述按键槽 11内,且所述按压柱 22穿过所述按键限位板 24及 胶片 25, 所述密封按压体 26设于所述按压柱 22远离所述卡扣 23的端部。 所 述按键限位板 24通过胶片 25固定于所述按键槽 11内,所述按键体 21通过所 述按压柱 22在所述按键槽 11内相对壳体 10移动,所述卡扣 23与所述按键限 位板 24卡持, 以限制所述按键体 21于壳体 10上。
本实施例中, 所述按键槽 11设于所述壳体 10的侧壁 13上, 所述按键体 21从侧壁 13外侧装入所述按键槽 11内。 所述按键体 21为条形块体。 所述按 压柱 22为圓柱体, 其设于所述按键体 21一侧并与所述按键体 21一体成型。 所述按键体 21由金属、 塑胶或橡胶材料制成。 本实施例中。 所述胶片 25为固 体胶。 可以理解, 所述胶片 25也可以是具有粘性的橡胶, 用于固定按键限位 板 24及实现按键 20与按键槽 11的密封。
本发明的按键 100的按键 20通过设于按压柱 22上的卡扣与固定于所述按 键槽 11的按键限位板 24卡持来将按键 20限位于壳体 10上, 并通过按压柱 22相对壳体 10在按键限位板 24上的移动实现按键 20的功能运动, 不需要在 壳体上额外设置按键固定结构, 结构简单并可减少所需壳体的厚度, 而且不需 要将按键槽设于壳体边缘, 减少按键与壳体的组装缝隙, 进而降低密封结构的 要求。
请参阅图 3与图 4, 进一步的, 所述密封按压体 26包括密封胶体 261及 嵌设于密封胶体 261内的金属支撑件 262。 密封胶体 261由橡胶材料制成。 所 述金属支撑件 262通过嵌件成型被包覆于所述密封胶体 261内。 具体的, 所述 按压体 26为圓柱体, 其一端设有安装槽 263。 所述按压柱 22端部插入并固定 于安装槽 263内。所述密封按压体 26也可以是为成型于所述按压柱 22远离所 述卡扣 23的端部的橡胶片体。
进一步的, 所述密封胶体 261 外周缘设有密封凸棱 264。 所述按键槽 11 的槽底壁 111上设有通孔 112, 且所述通孔 112贯穿部分所述槽底壁 111。 所 述密封按压体 26收容于所述通孔 112内, 所述密封凸棱 264与所述通孔 112 的内壁的抵持。具体的, 所述密封按压体 26装设于所述按压柱 22远离按键体 21的一端, 所述密封按压体 26收容于所述按键槽 11的通孔 112内, 进而将 所述按键槽 11密封,防止外界灰尘等杂质从按键 20与按键槽 11进入壳体内。 并且所述密封凸棱 264与所述通孔 112周缘 4氏持, 实现更好的密封效果。 所述 密封按压体 26在按键体 21下压过程中还可以起到回弹的作用。
进一步的, 所述按键限位板 24为金属材料、 橡胶或者塑料制成的板体, 所按键限位板 24通过所述胶体 25固定于所述槽底壁 111上。
进一步的, 所述按键限位板 24还设有卡持通孔 241, 所述按压柱 22穿过 所述卡持通孔 241并可相对按键限位板 24移动,卡扣 23卡持于所述卡持通孔 241周缘以限制所述按压柱 22移动位移。
本发明还提供一种电子装置, 包括上述的按键 100 及电路板, 所述按键 29与电路板相对设置以通过按键 20控制电子装置。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技 术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这 些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1一种按键, 所述按键装设于电子装置壳体的按键槽上, 其特征在于: 所 述按键包括按键体、 由所述按键体一侧延伸的按压柱、 卡扣、 按键限位板、 密 封按压体及胶片, 所述卡扣设于所述按压柱上, 所述胶片、 按键限位板及按键 体依次收容于所述按键槽内, 并且所述按压柱穿过所述按键限位板及胶片, 所 述密封按压体设于所述按压柱远离所述卡扣的端部,所述按键限位板通过所述 胶片固定于所述按键槽内,所述按键体通过所述按压柱在所述按键槽内相对壳 体移动, 所述卡扣与所述按键限位板卡持, 以限制所述按键体于壳体上。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的按键, 其特征在于: 所述密封按压体包括密封胶 体及金属支撑件, 并且所述金属支撑件嵌设并被包覆于所述密封胶体内。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的按键, 其特征在于, 所述密封胶体外周缘设有密 封凸棱, 所述按键槽的槽底壁上设有通孔, 且所述通孔贯穿部分所述槽底壁, 所述密封按压体收容于所述通孔内, 所述密封凸棱与所述通孔的内壁 4氐持。
4 如权利要求 1-3任一项所述的按键,其特征在于,所述按键限位板为金 属材料、橡胶或者塑料制成的板体, 所按键限位板通过所述胶片固定于所述按 键槽的槽底壁上。
5. 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的按键, 其特征在于, 所述按键限位板还 设有卡持通孔, 所述按压柱穿过所述卡持通孔并相对所述按键限位板移动, 所 述卡扣卡持于所述卡持通孔周缘以限制所述按压柱移动位移。
6. 如权利要求 1-5任一项所述的按键, 其特征在于, 所述按键体由金属、 塑胶或橡胶材料制成。
7. 如权利要求 1-6任一项所述的按键, 其特征在于, 所述胶片为固体胶。
8. 一种电子装置,包括如权利要求 1-7任一项所述的按键、壳体及电路板, 所述按键装设于所述壳体的按键槽,所述按键与电路板连接以通过按键控制电 子装置。
