现有的翻译笔,通常分为两大部件,筒状的笔身以及容置于笔身内的主体部分,由于笔身在长度方向的尺寸通常大于横截面方向的尺寸,使得主体部分和笔身部分的固定结构通常设计在长度方向上,比较常见的是笔身分为前后两部分,将主体部分插装于其中一个笔身后,通过前后两个笔身通过卡扣插装等前后盖结合的方式连接为一个完整的笔身,以将主体部分固定在笔身内部,由于翻译笔体积通常比较小,这就使得前后两部分笔身的卡扣结构的强度较小,在翻译笔跌落时容易造成前后两部分笔身分离,造成主体部分损坏等问题。

本发明实施例的翻译笔,包括后套筒、前套筒、顶盖组件、底盖组件和主体组件,后套筒和前套筒为中空筒状结构,后套筒嵌入前套筒后将后套筒和前套筒的中空部分连接为一容置腔,主体组件容置于容置腔中,主体组件靠近顶盖组件的一端与顶盖组件螺纹连接,主体组件靠近底盖组件的一端与底盖组件螺纹连接,可以通过顶盖组件、底盖组件与主体组件的螺纹连接,将前套筒和后套筒锁紧,解决了前套筒和后套筒通过卡扣等插装方式连接造成结构强度不足的问题,保证了翻译笔的结构强度,有效保护了前套筒和后套筒内部的主体组件。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1示出了本发明实施例的一种翻译笔的结构示意图,图2示出了本发明实施例的一种翻译笔的分解结构示意图,如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例的一种翻译笔,包括后套筒1、前套筒2、顶盖组件3、底盖组件4和主体组件5。
后套筒1和前套筒2为中空筒状结构,后套筒1的一端设置有连接部11,前套筒2的一端与连接部11嵌套,以将后套筒1和前套筒2的中空部分连接为一容置腔,具体而言,连接部11的直径小于或等于前套筒2的中空部的直径,使得连接部11可以嵌套至前套筒2的中空部中,使得后套筒1和前套筒2的中空部连接为一可以容纳主体组件5的容置腔。
主体组件5可以包括主体支架以及主体支架上的主板、扬声器、麦克风、电池、各种FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit,柔性电路板)等等。
顶盖组件3位于后套筒1远离连接部11的一端且覆盖后套筒1的端面,底盖组件4位于前套筒2远离连接部11的一端且覆盖前套筒2的端面,在实际应用中,覆盖可以是指顶盖组件3的外形直径尺寸大于或等 于后套筒1的外形直径尺寸,使得顶盖组件3无法进入到后套筒1的中空部,底盖组件4的外形直径尺寸大于或等于前套筒2的外形直径尺寸,使得底盖组件4无法进入到前套筒2的中空部。
主体组件5容置于前套筒2和后套筒1连接后形成的容置腔中,主体组件5靠近顶盖组件3的一端与顶盖组件3螺纹连接,主体组件5靠近底盖组件4的一端与底盖组件4螺纹连接,由于顶盖组件3的外形直径尺寸大于或等于后套筒1的外形直径尺寸,底盖组件4的外形直径尺寸大于或等于前套筒2的外形直径尺寸,当顶盖组件3和底盖组件4分别与位于容置腔中的主体组件5的两端螺纹连接时,顶盖组件3和底盖组件4分别压紧前套筒2和后套筒1的端面,使得后套筒1、前套筒2、顶盖组件3、底盖组件4和主体组件5固定为一个整体,因此,后套筒1、前套筒2和主体组件5无需卡扣插装连接,解决了前套筒和后套筒通过卡扣等插装方式连接造成结构强度不足的问题,保证了翻译笔的结构强度,有效保护了前套筒和后套筒内部的主体组件。
如图3和图4所示,在本发明的一种优选实施例中,顶盖组件3包括具有第一螺丝孔311的装饰件31、第一螺丝32和顶盖34,顶盖34位于装饰件31背向后套筒1的一面,且与装饰件31连接,优选的,可以在顶盖34和装饰件31之间涂布胶水或者双面胶33连接顶盖34和装饰件31。
后套筒1远离连接部11的一端设置有一端面,优选地,该端面为平面且位于后套筒1的中空部中,例如,该端面可以凹陷入中空部中至少5毫米,以使得装饰件31与后套筒1配合部分可以嵌入中空部中。当然该端面也可以不凹陷入中空部中。
后套筒1的端面设置有第二螺丝孔12,主体组件5靠近顶盖组件3的一端设置有第三螺丝孔512,优选地,第三螺丝孔512可以为螺母热熔于主体组件5的主体支架51形成,而第一螺丝孔311和第二螺丝孔12可以为螺丝过孔而不设置有螺纹。
顶盖组件3通过第一螺丝32穿过第一螺丝孔311和第二螺丝孔12 后与第三螺丝孔512螺纹连接,以将主体组件5和顶盖组件3固定在后套筒1上。
优选地,如图4所示,装饰件31朝向后套筒1的一面设置有第一凸块312,后套筒1设置有与第一凸块312适配的第一定位槽13,在安装时,第一凸块312与第一定位槽13配合,避免装饰件31在没有通过第一螺丝32固定前旋转,第一螺丝孔311和第二螺丝孔12的中心线不在同一直线上出现螺丝孔偏位,影响第一螺丝32的锁紧。
如图5所示,在本发明的一种优选实施例中,底盖组件4包括具有第四螺丝孔411的电源按键支架41、电源键帽44、电源按键42和第二螺丝43,电源按键42和电源键帽44与电源按键支架41连接,主体组件5靠近底盖组件4的一端设置有第五螺丝孔511,优选地,第五螺丝孔511可以为螺母热熔于主体组件5的主体支架51形成,而第四螺丝孔411可以为螺丝过孔而不设置有螺纹。
底盖组件4通过第二螺丝43穿过第四螺丝孔411后与第五螺丝孔511螺纹连接,以将主体组件5和底盖组件4固定在前套筒2上。
优选地,如图6和图7所示,电源按键支架41朝向前套筒2的一面设置有第二定位槽412,前套筒2的中空部的内表面设置有与第二定位槽412适配的第二凸块21、止挡条22,在安装时,第二凸块21与第二定位槽412配合,避免电源按键支架41在没有通过第二螺丝43固定前旋转,第四螺丝孔411和第五螺丝孔511的中心线不在同一直线上出现螺丝孔偏位,影响第二螺丝43的锁紧。
在实际应用中,电源按键支架41的外形直径尺寸可以小于或等于前套筒2的中空部的直径尺寸,当第二螺丝43锁紧后,止挡条22可以阻挡电源按键支架41进入到前套筒2的中空部中,从而可以通过电源按键支架41和顶盖组件3的锁紧作用,将前套筒2和后套筒1压紧。
如图8所示,在本发明实施例中,主体组件5包括主体支架51、按键FPC 52、麦克风FPC 56、电池58、扬声器57和主板53,其中,按键FPC 52、麦克风FPC 56、电池58、扬声器57均与主体支架51固定连接, 且均与固定于主体支架51上的主板53电连接。
具体而言,如图1和图10所示,翻译笔还设置录音按键6、切换按键7,如图5和图6所示,翻译笔设置有电源按键42,相应地,按键FPC52设置有录音按键触头521、切换按键触头522和电源按键触头523。
如图9所示,主体支架51设置有按键FPC容置槽514,按键FPC 52位于按键FPC容置槽514中并且延伸至主体支架51靠近底盖组件4的端面上,录音键触头521和切换按键触头522位于按键FPC 52容置于按键FPC容置槽514的一面上,电源按键触头523位于按键FPC 52延伸至主体支架51靠近底盖组件4的端面的一面上。
如图10所示,相应地,前套筒2与按键FPC 52靠近的圆周面上设置有暴露录音按键触头521的录音键过孔23、暴露切换按键触头522的切换按键过孔24。
录音按键6包括录音按键硅胶63、录音按键支架62和录音按键键帽61,录音按键硅胶63和录音按键键帽61贴合后,通过录音按键支架62安装于前套筒2上的录音按键过孔23中。
切换按键7包括切换按键硅胶73、切换按键支架72和切换按键键帽71,切换按键硅胶73和切换按键键帽71贴合后,通过切换按键支架72安装于前套筒2上的切换按键过孔24中。
本发明实施例的录音笔设置有切换按键6,可以在翻译过程中进行录音和播放翻译结果的切换,同时通过切换按键7可以在翻译的源语种和目标语种之间切换。
如图5和图6所示,电源按键支架41设置有电源按键过孔413,电源按键42包括电源按键硅胶422、按键框421和电源键帽44,电源按键硅胶422和按键框421贴合后通过电源按键过孔413固定于电源按键支架413上,并且通过胶水45与电源键帽44的贴合部441贴合。
本发明实施例中,电源按键设置在底盖组件4上,避免了在前套筒2和后套筒1的圆周面上设置电源按键,既有利于翻译笔的美观,又方便操作。
如图9所示,麦克风FPC 56设置有两个麦克风561,两个麦克风561具有一定的距离,以利于提高录音的灵敏度。
主体支架51在后套筒1的一侧、与按键FPC容置槽514的同一面设置有麦克风FPC容置槽513,麦克风FPC 56位于麦克风FPC容置槽513中。
如图1所示,后套筒1与麦克风FPC 56靠近的圆周面上设置有与两个麦克风561对应的录音孔16。
主体组件5还包括麦克风密封圈54,麦克风密封圈54覆盖麦克风FPC容置槽513,以将麦克风561密封,使得麦克风561具有良好的录音环境,同时可以避免灰尘、水汽等进入麦克风561中,保证了麦克风561的录音质量和麦克风561的使用寿命。
如图11所示,主体支架51设置有电池容置腔515,电池容置腔515位于主体支架51上,且位于按键FPC容置槽514的背面,电池58位于电池容置腔515中,例如电池58可以通过双面胶与电池容置腔515的底面贴合。
主体组件5还包括扬声器盖55,扬声器57固定于主体支架51固定电池58的一面上,且位于主体支架51靠近顶盖组件3的一端,扬声器盖55覆盖扬声器57且与主体支架51固定连接,以形成扬声器57的音腔。
如图3和图4所示,扬声器盖55靠近顶盖组件3的一端设置有第一扬声器出声孔551,后套筒1靠近顶盖组件3的一端设置有第二扬声器出声孔15,装饰件3设置有第三扬声器出声孔313,并且顶盖34与装饰件31在后套筒1的轴线方向上具有一定的间隙,以方便扬声器的声音传出。扬声器57的声音经过音腔后,通过第一扬声器出声孔551、第二扬声器出声孔15和第三扬声器出声孔313后,从顶盖34与装饰件31之间的间隙向外传播。
本发明实施例中,扬声器57的出声孔位于与后套筒1连接的顶盖组件3上,录音孔16也位于后套筒1上,可以方便地将扬声器的出声孔和 麦克风的录音孔对准声源和用户,方便翻译操作,提高了用户体验。
如图11和图12所示,扬声器盖55设置有第三定位槽552,后套筒1的中空部的内表面设置有与第三定位槽552适配的第三凸块14,通过第三定位槽552和第三凸块14的配合,可以方便引导主体组件5嵌入后套筒1与前套筒2形成的容置腔中,并且保证后套筒1的第二螺丝孔12和主体支架51上的第三螺丝孔512的中心线在一条直线上,既方便第一螺丝32的锁紧,还可以加强整体结构,避免主体组件5在前套筒2和后套筒1内旋转。
如图8、图9和图11所示,在本发明实施例中,主板53固定于主体支架51固定电池58的一面上,且位于主体支架51靠近底盖组件4的一端。
主板53面向底盖组件4的一端设置有数据线接口531,电源按键支架41设置有数据线过孔414(图5和图6所示)。
本发明实施例的数据线接口531可以是USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)2.0接口、USB3.0接口或者Type-C接口,通过数据线接口531可以对电池进行充电或者连接个人计算机下载升级包,以实现离线翻译。
如图9和图11所示,翻译笔还包括蓝牙天线59,蓝牙天线59与主板53电连接,且蓝牙天线59固定于电池容置腔515的底部,例如主体支架51的材质可以是塑胶,可在电池容置腔515的底部成型线夹,通过线夹固定蓝牙天线59。
优选地,前套筒2和后套筒1的材质可以为塑胶,以提高蓝牙天线的59的辐射范围,提高蓝牙天线的通信范围。
本发明实施例的翻译笔设置有蓝牙天线,可以实现无线翻译笔无线升级和实现离线翻译。

- 一种翻译笔,其特征在于,包括后套筒、前套筒、顶盖组件、底盖组件和主体组件,所述后套筒和前套筒为中空筒状结构,所述后套筒的一端设置有连接部,所述前套筒的一端与所述连接部嵌套,以将所述后套筒和所述前套筒的中空部分连接为一容置腔;所述顶盖组件位于所述后套筒远离所述连接部的一端,且覆盖所述后套筒的端面,所述底盖组件位于所述前套筒远离所述连接部的一端,且覆盖所述前套筒的端面,所述主体组件容置于所述容置腔中,所述主体组件靠近所述顶盖组件的一端与所述顶盖组件螺纹连接,所述主体组件靠近所述底盖组件的一端与所述底盖组件螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的翻译笔,其特征在于,所述顶盖组件包括设置有第一螺丝孔的装饰件、第一螺丝和顶盖,所述顶盖位于所述装饰件背向所述后套筒的一面且与所述装饰件连接,所述后套筒远离所述连接部的一端设置有一端面,所述端面设置有第二螺丝孔,所述主体组件靠近所述顶盖组件的一端设置有第三螺丝孔,所述顶盖组件通过所述第一螺丝穿过所述第一螺丝孔和第二螺丝孔后与所述第三螺丝孔螺纹连接,以将所述主体组件和所述顶盖组件固定在所述后套筒上。

- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的翻译笔,其特征在于,底盖组件包括具有第四螺丝孔的电源按键支架、电源键帽、电源按键和第二螺丝,所述电源按键和所述电源键帽均与所述电源按键支架连接,所述主体组件靠近所述底盖组件的一端设置有第五螺丝孔,所述底盖组件通过所述第二螺丝穿过所述第四螺丝孔后与所述第五螺丝孔螺纹连接,以将所述主体组件和所述底盖组件固定在所述前套筒上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的翻译笔,其特征在于,所述电源按键支架朝向所述前套筒的一面设置有第二定位槽,所述前套筒设置有与所述第 二定位槽适配的第二凸块。
- 根据权利要求1所述的翻译笔,其特征在于,所述主体组件包括主体支架、按键FPC、麦克风FPC、电池、扬声器和主板;所述按键FPC、麦克风FPC、电池、扬声器均与所述主体支架固定连接,且均与固定于所述主体支架上的主板电连接。
