本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种栈板及包装箱。
背景技术
随着各类液晶产品的出现和发展,液晶显示器件已经深入到各行各业以 及社会生活的各个角落。 在液晶显示器件中,其关键零件就是液晶面板,而 在生成液晶显示器件过程中,由于技术的分工,一般需要将大批现成的液晶 面板运输至其它地方进行下一步的模组加工。
现有技术中,一般采用发泡材料等材料包装盒将液晶面板进行包装保 护,并将已装好液晶面板的包装盒堆栈在栈板上,且打包固定以便实现安全 运输,同时对于不同的液晶显示器件配置的液晶面板尺寸不同,需要相应不 同尺寸的包装盒进行包装,然而大尺寸的包装盒需要在对应的大尺寸的栈板 进行堆栈。 其缺点在于: 1、 栈板承载面结构为平面,仅用于已经包装好产 品的包装盒堆栈, 自身不具有包装产品的功能; 2、 包装盒堆栈后,其稳定 性靠打包带及最下方的包装盒底面与栈板表面的摩擦力,而包装箱在货车运 输过程随货车振动及摇晃,摇晃的力量比较大时最底下的包装盒会在栈板上 滑动,引起包装箱整体歪斜,相邻的包装箱可能撞击在一起或与货车内壁撞 击,使得包装箱局部受力过大,对被撞击的包装盒内的液晶面板造成损坏; 3、 大尺寸的包装盒需要定制对应的大尺寸的栈板,特别是随着液晶面板尺 寸的变化,存在若干相应大尺寸的包装盒时,这就进一步增加了包装成本。 发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种可拼接且具有包装承 载功能的栈板及包装箱,能够适合大尺寸的包装盒,进一步降低包装成本, 并且提高包装盒堆栈成包装箱后的稳定性,降低液晶面板在运输过程中出现 的损坏。

本发明所提供的栈板及包装箱,具有如下有益效果: 1、 在本发明实施例中,由于栈板可根据包装盒的大尺寸需求,由第一 拼接栈板和第二拼接栈板进行拼接组成,甚至于在第一拼接栈板和第二拼接 栈板之间增加一个或多个第三拼接栈板的方式进行拼接组成,从而避免不同 大尺寸生产材料(如液晶面板)在运输过程中要求定制不同尺寸规格的栈板, 进一步降低包装成本;
2、 在本发明实施例中,由于栈板四周都设有挡墙,使得栈板顶面可作 为包装盒的盒底面使用,生产材料(如液晶面板)可以放置于由挡墙和顶面 所围成的空间内,因此能够节省包装盒的材料,降低包装成本;
3、 在本发明实施例中,由于栈板挡墙上设有凸起,该凸起可与包装盒 相扣合,从而对包装盒起到限位作用,提高包装盒堆栈成包装箱后的稳定性, 降低生产材料(如液晶面板)在运输过程中出现的损坏。

如图 3所示,为本发明第二实施例提供的栈板的结构示意图。 相应于本 发明第一实施例提供的栈板,本发明第二实施例也提供一种栈板,不仅仅具 有所述本发明第一实施例中所述的第一拼接栈板 1和第二拼接栈板 2 ,还包 括至少一个第三拼接栈板 3 ,第三拼接栈板 3设置于第一拼接栈板 1和第二 拼接栈板 2之间。
第一拼接栈板 1包括第一栈板顶面 11、 第一栈板底面 12以及设置于第 一栈板顶面 11和第一栈板底面 12之间的第一栈板外侧壁 13;其中,第一栈 板顶面 11除与第三拼接栈板 3相拼接侧之外的每一侧上均设有至少一个第 一挡墙 111;
第二拼接栈板 2包括第二栈板顶面 21、 第二栈板底面 22以及设置于第 二栈板顶面 21和第二栈板底面 22之间的第二栈板外侧壁 23;其中,第二栈 板顶面 21除与第三拼接栈板 3相拼接侧之外的每一侧上均设有至少一个第 二挡墙 211;应当说明的是,第三拼接栈板 3分别与第一拼接栈板 1、 第二 拼接栈板 2相拼接的两侧为相对的两侧,使得液晶面板能够容纳于拼接后的 栈板内。
其中,第三拼接栈板 3包括第三拼接栈板顶面 31 ,第三栈板底面 32以 及设置于第三栈板顶面 31和第三栈板底面 32之间的第三栈板外侧壁 33 ,第 三拼接栈板顶面 31除与第一拼接栈板 1相拼接侧以及与第二拼接栈板 2相 拼接侧之外的每一侧上均设有至少一个第三挡墙 311 ,设有第三挡墙 311每 一侧上的第三挡墙 311数量设定为一个或多个,其中,第三拼接栈板 3上每 一侧第三挡墙 311的数量有多个时,多个第三挡墙 31之间可以为单独的互 不相连方式,也可为有多种不同的相连方式,在于进一步限制放置在栈板空 间内液晶面板的运动。 当然为了进一步的限制包装盒在已拼接栈板上的运 动,第三拼接栈板 3的第三挡墙 311上至少有一个设有用于与包装盒相扣合 的凸起 4 ,也可以在第三拼接栈板 3的全部第三挡墙 311上设有用于与包装 盒相扣合的凸起 4。
为了满足足够大尺寸液晶面板的需求,需要设置多个前述的第三拼接栈 板 3时,应当将多个第三拼接栈板 3串联在一起相固定,并设置于第一拼接 栈板 1和第二拼接栈板 2之间,并且每一个第三拼接栈板 3的第三挡墙 311 都设有用于与包装盒相扣合的凸起 4。 当然为了便于利用打包带来固定包装盒,每一个第三拼接栈板 3的底面 32同样需要如同第一拼接栈板 1的底面 12以及第二拼接栈板 2的底面 22 一样,需要在第三栈板外侧壁 33上设有至少一个贯穿第三栈板外侧壁 33的 第三空腔 331 ,使得打包带能够穿过第三空腔 331 ,在宽度方向上进一步的 将包装盒固定在栈板上;
而当第一拼接栈板 1、 一个第三拼接栈板 3以及第二拼接栈板 2相拼接 时,位于与第三拼接栈板 3相拼接侧的一第一空腔 131、 位于与第一拼接栈 板 1相拼接侧的一第三空腔 331以及位于与第三拼接栈板 3相拼接侧的一第 二空腔 231相连通,这样使得至少有一个打包带能够同时穿过第一空腔 131、 第二空腔 231以及第三空腔 331 ,在长度方向上将包装盒固定在栈板上; 而当第一拼接栈板 1、 多个第三拼接栈板 3以及第二拼接栈板 2相拼接 时,首先要保证多个第三拼接栈板 3之间至少一相连通的第三空腔 331 ,之 后在拼接过程中,确保位于与第三拼接栈板 3相拼接侧的一第一空腔 131、 多个第三拼接栈板 3之间相连通的第三空腔 331以及位于与第三拼接栈板 3 相拼接侧的一第二空腔 231相连通。
当然为了实现打包省力和操作方便,第三空腔 331上设有一朝向第三栈 板底面 32的开口 ,且第三空腔 331开口的两端分别与第三栈板外侧壁 33相 连通,包括多个第三拼接栈板 3相拼接后形成的空腔,该空腔也形成有一个 连通的开口。 更进一步的,第一拼接栈板 1、 第二拼接栈板 2以及多个第三拼接栈板 3均由塑料材料或木材或金属材料制成。
相应于本发明第二实施例的栈板,也提供一种包装箱,具有本发明第二 实施例所述的栈板,该栈板与本发明第二实施例中的栈板的构成及连接关系 相同,在此不再一一赘述。
实施本发明所提供的栈板及包装箱,具有如下有益效果: 1、 在本发明实施例中,由于栈板可根据包装盒的大尺寸需求,由第一 拼接栈板和第二拼接栈板进行拼接组成,甚至于在第一拼接栈板和第二拼接 栈板之间增加一个或多个第三拼接栈板的方式进行拼接组成,从而避免不同 大尺寸生产材料(如液晶面板)在运输过程中要求定制不同尺寸规格的栈板, 进一步降低包装成本;
2、 在本发明实施例中,由于栈板四周都设有挡墙,使得栈板顶面可作 为包装盒的盒底面使用,生产材料(如液晶面板)可以放置于由挡墙和顶面 所围成的空间内,因此能够节省包装盒的材料,降低包装成本;
3、 在本发明实施例中,由于栈板挡墙上设有凸起,该凸起可与包装盒 相扣合,从而对包装盒起到限位作用,提高包装盒堆栈成包装箱后的稳定性, 降低生产材料(如液晶面板)在运输过程中出现的损坏。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中,所述的存储介质,如 ROM/RAM、 磁盘、 光盘等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的 范围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种栈板,其中,包括第一拼接栈板和与所述第一拼接栈板相拼接 的第二拼接栈板;其中,
所述第一拼接栈板包括第一栈板顶面、 第一栈板底面以及设置于所述第 一栈板顶面和第一栈板底面之间的第一栈板外侧壁;其中,所述第一栈板顶 面除与所述第二拼接栈板相拼接侧之外的每一侧上均设有至少一个第一挡

所述第二拼接栈板包括第二栈板顶面、 第二栈板底面以及设置于所述第 二栈板顶面和第二栈板底面之间的第二栈板外侧壁;其中,所述第二栈板顶 面除与所述第一拼接栈板相拼接侧之外的每一侧上均设有至少一个第二挡

当所述第一拼接栈板与所述第二拼接栈板相拼接时,位于所述与第二拼 接栈板相拼接侧的第一栈板外侧壁和位于所述与第一拼接栈板相拼接侧的 第二栈板外侧壁相贴合并相固定。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的栈板,其中,每一第一挡墙均通过紧固件与所 述第一栈板顶面相固定;和 /或
每一第二挡墙均通过紧固件与所述第二栈板顶面相固定。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的栈板,其中,所述第一挡墙和所述第二挡墙中 至少有一个,其上设有用于与包装盒相扣合的凸起。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的栈板,其中,所述第一栈板外侧壁上设有至少 一个贯穿所述第一栈板外侧壁的第一空腔;和 /或
所述第二栈板外侧壁上设有至少一个贯穿所述第二栈板外侧壁的第二 空腔;以及
当所述第一拼接栈板与所述第二拼接栈板相拼接时,位于所述与第二拼 接栈板相拼接侧的一第一空腔和位于所述与第一拼接栈板相拼接侧的一第 二空腔相连通。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的栈板,其中,所述第一空腔上设有一朝向所述 第一栈板底面的开口 ,且所述第一空腔开口的两端分别与所述第一栈板外侧 壁相连通;和 /或
所述第二空腔上设有一朝向所述第二栈板底面的开口 ,且所述第二空腔 开口的两端分别与所述第二栈板外侧壁相连通。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的栈板,其中,所述栈板还包括至少一个第三拼 接栈板,所述第三拼接栈板设置于所述第一拼接栈板和所述第二拼接栈板之 间。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的栈板,其中,所述第三拼接栈板包括第三拼接 栈板顶面,所述第三拼接栈板顶面除与所述第一拼接栈板相拼接侧以及与所 述第二拼接栈板相拼接侧之外的每一侧上均设有至少一个第三挡墙。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的栈板,其中,有多个第三拼接栈板时,所述多 个第三拼接栈板串联在一起相固定,并设置于所述第一拼接栈板和所述第二 拼接栈板之间。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的栈板,其中,所述第一拼接栈板、 第二拼接栈 板以及多个第三拼接栈板均由塑料材料或木材或金属材料制成。
10、 一种栈板,其中,包括第一拼接栈板、 第二拼接栈板以及设置于所 述第一拼接栈板和所述第二拼接栈板之间的至少一第三拼接栈板;其中, 所述第一拼接栈板包括第一栈板顶面、 第一栈板底面以及设置于所述第 一栈板顶面和第一栈板底面之间的第一栈板外侧壁;其中,所述第一栈板顶 面除与所述第三拼接栈板相拼接侧之外的每一侧上均设有至少一个第一挡

12、 一种包装箱,其中,包括栈板,所述栈板包括第一拼接栈板和与所 述第一拼接栈板相拼接的第二拼接栈板;其中,
所述第一拼接栈板包括第一栈板顶面、 第一栈板底面以及设置于所述第 一栈板顶面和第一栈板底面之间的第一栈板外侧壁;其中,所述第一栈板顶 面除与所述第二拼接栈板相拼接侧之外的每一侧上均设有至少一个第一挡

14、 如权利要求 13所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一挡墙和所述第二挡 墙中至少有一个,其上设有用于与包装盒相扣合的凸起。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一栈板外侧壁上设有 至少一个贯穿所述第一栈板外侧壁的第一空腔;和 /或
所述第二栈板外侧壁上设有至少一个贯穿所述第二栈板外侧壁的第二 空腔;以及
当所述第一拼接栈板与所述第二拼接栈板相拼接时,位于所述与第二拼 接栈板相拼接侧的一第一空腔和位于所述与第一拼接栈板相拼接侧的一第 二空腔相连通。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一空腔上设有一朝向 所述第一栈板底面的开口 ,且所述第一空腔开口的两端分别与所述第一栈板 外侧壁相连通;和 /或
所述第二空腔上设有一朝向所述第二栈板底面的开口 ,且所述第二空腔 开口的两端分别与所述第二栈板外侧壁相连通。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的包装箱,其中,所述栈板还包括至少一个第 三拼接栈板,所述第三拼接栈板设置于所述第一拼接栈板和所述第二拼接栈 板之间。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的包装箱,其中,所述第三拼接栈板包括第三 拼接栈板顶面,所述第三拼接栈板顶面除与所述第一拼接栈板相拼接侧以及 与所述第二拼接栈板相拼接侧之外的每一侧上均设有至少一个第三挡墙。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的包装箱,其中,有多个第三拼接栈板时,所 述多个第三拼接栈板串联在一起相固定,并设置于所述第一拼接栈板和所述 第二拼接栈板之间。
20、 如权利要求 19所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一拼接栈板、 第二拼 接栈板以及多个第三拼接栈板均由塑料材料或木材或金属材料制成。
