体重量随着衣物的投入而增加,与筒体30相连的吊装件60和支撑件61受力发生形变,吊装件60被向下拉伸,支撑件61被向下压缩,同时,筒体30整体向下发生位移而达到平衡状态。
筒体30发生位移时,筒体30与箱体20的相对位置发生改变,两者之间产生相对位移,吊装件60被拉伸,霍尔传感器40感测吊装件60的伸缩长度,并将长度变化的量转化成电信号。该电信号与筒体30上下位移变化以及筒体30中衣物重量成对应关系,电信号包括但是不局限于电压、电流、频率、PWM等,该电信号可以准确反应筒体30的重量,从而可以准确反应滚筒洗衣机100中投入衣物的重量。
控制器50接收经过霍尔传感器40转化后的电信号,通过特定的程序可以实现对电信号的解析,准确判断滚筒洗衣机100中投入衣物的重量以及不平衡感知等功能,控制器50可以根据当前状态下的称重值,自行调节洗涤程序。
由此,根据本发明实施例的滚筒洗衣机100,通过在筒体30和箱体20之间设置霍尔传感器40,筒体30在放置衣物时,由于重力作用会向下运动,带动吊装件60拉伸一定长度,霍尔传感器40可以感测到该距离变化,并且将距离变化转化成电信号传递给控制器50,控制器50接收电信号,并根据电信号精确判断筒体30内衣物的重量,从而自行调节洗涤程序,控制洗涤水量、洗涤时间、洗涤剂投放量等,不仅能够增加衣物的洗涤效果,而且更加省水省电,更加环保,达到智能洗涤的效果。
根据本发明实施例的滚筒洗衣机100,通过精准感知被洗衣物的重量,结合滚筒洗衣机100的电脑板,准确选择相应的洗衣水位,保证洗净衣物的同时,杜绝了水资源浪费,也同样解决了洗涤剂残留严重的问题,提高了滚筒洗衣机100的智能化水平。
霍尔传感器40在滚筒洗衣机100内的装配位置可以根据筒体30和箱体20以及吊装件60的具体结构进行合理调节,可选地,根据本发明的一个实施例,吊装件60为吊簧,吊装件60的两端分别与箱体20的顶板和筒体30的上部相连。进一步地,霍尔传感器40设在筒体30的上部和箱体20的顶板之间。
具体地,吊装件60为两个,两个吊装件60分别沿左右方向间隔开设在筒体30的上部,霍尔传感器40可以设在筒体30的上部且位于两个吊装件60之间,也可以邻近一个吊装件60设置。当向滚筒洗衣机100内投放衣物时,筒体30整体向下发生位移,吊装件60被拉伸,霍尔传感器40设在筒体30的上部,邻近吊装件60设置,可以更加准确地感测吊装件60被拉伸的长度变化。
如图2所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,霍尔传感器40包括霍尔元件41和磁场产生装置42。具体地,霍尔元件41设在筒体30和箱体20的一个上,磁场产生装置42设在筒体30和箱体20的另一个上,霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42之间相对运动产生电信号。
也就是说,霍尔传感器40包括两个互相配合的元件,霍尔传感器40通过两个元件之间的配合,例如相对位置发生变化,产生电信号。其中,霍尔元件41和磁场产生装置42中的一个设在筒体30上,另一个设在箱体20上,设在筒体30上的元件随着筒体30的移动而在上下方向上产生位移,设在箱体20上的元件则相对静止。
霍尔元件41和磁场产生装置42的一个相对静止,另一个发生相对运动,无论是霍尔元件41发生运动还是磁场产生装置42发生运动,霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42之间会产生相对运动,使得霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42相对位移并切割磁场产生装置42的磁场,进而产生电信号。其中,霍尔元件41的具体结构以及霍尔元件41切割磁场产生装置42的磁场产生电信号的原理对于本领域技术人员来说是可以理解并且容易实现的,因此不再详细描述。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,霍尔元件41设在吊装件60的一端上,磁场产生装置42设在吊装件60的另一端上。具体地,吊装件60的一端与箱体20的顶板相连,另一端与筒体20的上部相连,吊装件60在被拉伸时,吊装件60的一端相对固定,设在该端部的霍尔元件41固定,另一端相对发生移动,设在该端部的磁场产生装置发生移动,从而使霍尔元件41相对于磁场产生装置42发生相对运动,产生电信号。由此,该结构的霍尔传感器40可以精确测量吊装件60的伸缩长度,即可以精确判断筒体20中衣物的重量,使滚筒洗衣机100的控制更准确。
考虑到霍尔传感器40在吊装件60上的装配问题,可以将霍尔传感器60的位置进行适当调节,可选地,在本发明的另一些具体实施方式中,霍尔元件41设在筒体20的上部,磁场产生装置42设在箱体20的顶板上。也就是说,霍尔元件41设在筒体30上,并随着筒体30在上下方向上的移动发生位移,磁场产生装置42在箱体20的顶板上相对静止。霍尔元件41相对于磁场产生装置42发生位移,霍尔元件41发生位移过程中切割磁场产生装置42的磁场,从而产生电信号。
进一步地,根据本发明实施例的滚筒洗衣机100还包括连接杆411,连接杆411与吊装件60平行设置,连接杆411的下端与筒体30的上部相连,霍尔元件41与连接杆411的上端相连。
具体地,霍尔元件41设在筒体30上邻近吊装件60与筒体30相连的位置,磁场产生装置42设在箱体20顶板上邻近吊装件60与箱体20相连的位置,连接杆411与吊装件60平行设置,霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42相对移动的线路也与吊装件60平行设置。由此,该结构的霍尔传感器40可以沿吊装件60拉伸的方向准确感测吊装件60拉伸的长度,从而准确感测筒体30内衣物的重量。
在本发明的另一些具体实施方式中,霍尔元件41可以设在箱体20顶板的下表面上,
磁场产生装置42设在筒体30的上部。该结构的霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42的配合关系与上述实施例中霍尔元件41设在筒体30上、磁场产生装置42设在箱体20顶板上的配合关系类似,因此不再赘述。下面以霍尔元件41设在筒体30上上,磁场产生装置42设在箱体20上为例进行详细说明。
根据本发明的一个实施例,磁场产生装置42包括支撑架421和磁性件422。具体地,支撑架421设在箱体20顶板的下表面上,磁性件422设在支撑架421上。由此,通过设置支撑架421,可以方便磁性件422在箱体20顶板上的装配,也便于将磁性件422与霍尔元件41进行配合。
磁性件422的选择没有特殊限制,只要满足能够与霍尔元件41配合产生电信号的要求即可,可选地,在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,磁性件422包括两个,两个磁性件422设在支撑架421的同一侧上且在左右方向上间隔开平行分布,霍尔元件41设在两个磁性件422之间。进一步地,磁性件422为磁铁,两个磁铁分别沿上下方向延伸且两个磁铁的N极和S极的位置相反。
换言之,磁场产生装置42包括两个在左右方向上间隔开且平行设置的磁铁以及用于安装两个磁铁的支架结构,两个磁铁分别与吊装件60平行设置,并且两个磁铁的N极和S极位置相反,即一个磁铁的N极朝上,S极朝下,另一个磁铁的N极朝下,S极朝上。霍尔元件41设在两个平行设置的磁铁之间且分别与两个磁铁间隔开设置,霍尔元件41在吊装件60的伸缩方向上可移动,从而可以切割两个磁铁之间产生的磁场,产生电信号。
由此,该磁场产生装置42结构简单,不仅便于在箱体20顶板上进行装配,而且也便于产生磁场,进而方便霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42配合产生电信号。另外,磁铁来源广泛,成本低廉,有利于降低滚筒洗衣机100的整体制备成本。
根据本发明实施例的滚筒洗衣机100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (10)
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:箱体;筒体,所述筒体安装在所述箱体内;吊装件,所述吊装件可伸缩地设在所述筒体和所述箱体之间,所述吊装件的两端分别与所述箱体和所述筒体相连;霍尔传感器,所述霍尔传感器设在所述筒体和所述箱体之间,所述霍尔传感器感测所述吊装件的伸缩长度并将其转化成电信号;以及控制器,所述控制器与所述霍尔传感器相连,所述控制器接收所述电信号并根据所述电信号判断所述筒体的重量和/或位移。
- 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述吊装件为吊簧,所述吊装件的两端分别与所述箱体的顶板和所述筒体的上部相连。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述吊装件为两个,两个所述吊装件在左右方向上间隔开设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述霍尔传感器设在所述筒体的上部和所述箱体的顶板之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述霍尔传感器包括:霍尔元件,所述霍尔元件设在所述筒体和所述箱体的一个上;和磁场产生装置,所述磁场产生装置设在所述筒体和所述箱体的另一个上,所述霍尔元件与所述磁场产生装置之间相对运动产生电信号。
- 根据权利要求1或5所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述霍尔传感器包括霍尔元件和磁场产生装置,所述霍尔元件设在所述吊装件的一端上,所述磁场产生装置设在所述吊装件的另一端上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述霍尔元件设在所述筒体的上部,所述磁场产生装置设在所述箱体的顶板上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括:连接杆,所述连接杆与所述吊装件平行设置,所述连接杆的下端与所述筒体的上部相连,所述霍尔元件与所述连接杆的上端相连。
- 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述磁场产生装置包括:支撑架,所述支撑架设在所述顶板的下表面上;和磁性件,所述磁性件设在所述支撑架上,所述磁性件包括两个,两个所述磁性件设在 所述支撑架的同一侧上且在左右方向上间隔开平行分布,所述霍尔元件设在两个所述磁性件之间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述磁性件为磁铁,两个所述磁铁的N极和S极的位置相反。
