盛水桶30发生位移时,盛水桶30与底座10的相对位置发生改变,两者之间产生相对位移,设在两者之间的霍尔传感器40感测两者的位移变化,并将位移变化的量转化成电信 号。该电信号与盛水桶30上下位移变化以及脱水桶31中衣物重量成对应关系,电信号包括但是不局限于电压、电流、频率、PWM等,该电信号可以准确反应盛水桶30的重量,从而可以准确反应波轮洗衣机100中投入衣物的重量。
控制器50接收经过霍尔传感器40转化后的电信号,通过特定的程序可以实现对电信号的解析,准确判断波轮洗衣机100中投入衣物的重量以及不平衡感知等功能,控制器50可以根据当前状态下的称重值,自行调节洗涤程序。
由此,根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机100,通过在盛水桶30和底座10之间设置霍尔传感器40,盛水桶30在放置衣物时,由于重力作用会向下运动,与底座10产生相对位移,霍尔传感器40可以感测到该位移,并且将位移转化成电信号传递给控制器50,控制器50接收电信号,并根据电信号精确判断盛水桶30内衣物的重量,从而自行调节洗涤程序,控制洗涤水量、洗涤时间、洗涤剂投放量等,不仅能够增加衣物的洗涤效果,而且更加省水省电,更加环保,达到智能洗涤的效果。
根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机100,通过精准感知被洗衣物的重量,结合波轮洗衣机100的电脑板,准确选择相应的洗衣水位,保证洗净衣物的同时,杜绝了水资源浪费,也同样解决了洗涤剂残留严重的问题,提高了波轮洗衣机100的智能化水平。
霍尔传感器40在波轮洗衣机100内的装配位置可以根据盛水桶30和底座10的具体结构进行合理调节,可选地,根据本发明的一个实施例,霍尔传感器40设在盛水桶30的底面和底座10的上表面之间。具体地,盛水桶30的底面可以形成为平面,底座10的上表面形成为与盛水桶30的底面平行的平面,当向波轮洗衣机100内投放衣物时,盛水桶30整体向下发生位移,盛水桶30的底面与底座10的上表面之间的距离变化明显,容易测量。由此,将霍尔传感器40设在盛水桶30的底面和底座10的上表面之间,不仅装配方便,而且可以更加准确地感测盛水桶30与底座10的相对位移。
如图2所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,霍尔传感器40包括霍尔元件41和磁场产生装置42。具体地,霍尔元件41设在盛水桶30和底座10的一个上,磁场产生装置42设在盛水桶30和底座10的另一个上,霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42之间在上下方向上相对运动产生电信号。
也就是说,霍尔传感器40包括两个互相配合的元件,霍尔传感器40通过两个元件之间的配合,例如相对位置发生变化,产生电信号。其中,霍尔元件41和磁场产生装置42中的一个设在盛水桶30上,另一个设在底座10上,设在盛水桶30上的元件随着盛水桶30的移动而在上下方向上产生位移,设在底座10上的元件则相对静止。
霍尔元件41和磁场产生装置42的一个相对静止,另一个发生相对运动,无论是霍尔元件41发生运动还是磁场产生装置42发生运动,霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42之间会 产生相对运动,使得霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42相对位移并切割磁场产生装置42的磁场,进而产生电信号。其中,霍尔元件41的具体结构以及霍尔元件41切割磁场产生装置42的磁场产生电信号的原理对于本领域技术人员来说是可以理解并且容易实现的,因此不再详细描述。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,霍尔元件41设在盛水桶30的底面上,磁场产生装置42设在底座10的上表面上。也就是说,霍尔元件41随着盛水桶30在上下方向上的移动产生位移,磁场产生装置42设在底座10相对静止。霍尔元件41相对于磁场产生装置42在上下方向上发生位移,霍尔元件41发生位移过程中切割磁场产生装置42的磁场,从而产生电信号。
进一步地,根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机100还包括连接杆411,连接杆411垂直于水平面设置,连接杆411的上端与盛水桶30的底部相连,霍尔元件41与连接杆411的下端相连。由此,该结构的霍尔元件41便于在盛水桶30底部进行装配。
在本发明的另一些具体实施方式中,霍尔元件41可以设在底座10的上表面上,磁场产生装置42设在盛水桶30的底面上。该结构的霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42的配合关系与上述实施例中霍尔元件41设在盛水桶30上、磁场产生装置42设在底座10上的配合关系类似,因此不再赘述。下面以霍尔元件41设在底座10的上表面上,磁场产生装置42设在盛水桶30的底面上为例进行详细说明。
根据本发明的一个实施例,磁场产生装置42包括支撑架421和磁性件422。具体地,支撑架421竖直设在底座10的上表面上,磁性件422设在支撑架421上。由此,通过设置支撑架421,可以方便磁性件422在底座10上的装配,也便于将磁性件422与霍尔元件41进行配合。
磁性件422的选择没有特殊限制,只要满足能够与霍尔元件41配合产生电信号的要求即可,可选地,在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,磁性件422包括两个,两个磁性件422设在支撑架421的同一侧上且在左右方向上间隔开平行分布,霍尔元件41设在两个磁性件422之间。进一步地,磁性件422为磁铁,两个磁铁分别沿上下方向延伸且两个磁铁的N极和S极的位置相反。
换言之,磁场产生装置42包括两个在左右方向上间隔开且平行设置的磁铁以及用于安装两个磁铁的支架结构,两个磁铁分别沿上下方向延伸,并且两个磁铁的N极和S极位置相反,即一个磁铁的N极朝上,S极朝下,另一个磁铁的N极朝下,S极朝上。霍尔元件41设在两个平行设置的磁铁之间且分别与两个磁铁间隔开设置,霍尔元件41在上下方向上可移动,从而可以切割两个磁铁之间产生的磁场,产生电信号。
由此,该磁场产生装置42结构简单,不仅便于在底座10上进行装配,而且也便于产 生磁场,进而方便霍尔元件41与磁场产生装置42配合产生电信号。另外,磁铁来源广泛,成本低廉,有利于降低波轮洗衣机100的整体制备成本。
根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    底座;
    箱体,所述箱体设在所述底座上;
    盛水桶,所述盛水桶设在所述箱体内且位于所述底座上方;
    霍尔传感器,所述霍尔传感器设在所述盛水桶和所述底座之间,所述霍尔传感器感测所述盛水桶与所述底座的相对位移并将其转化成电信号;以及
    控制器,所述控制器与所述霍尔传感器相连,所述控制器接收所述电信号并根据所述电信号判断盛水桶的重量和/或位移。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述霍尔传感器设在所述盛水桶的底面和所述底座的上表面之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述霍尔传感器包括:
    霍尔元件,所述霍尔元件设在所述盛水桶和所述底座的一个上;和
    磁场产生装置,所述磁场产生装置设在所述盛水桶和所述底座的另一个上,所述霍尔元件与所述磁场产生装置之间在上下方向上相对运动产生电信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述霍尔元件设在所述盛水桶的底面上,所述磁场产生装置设在所述底座的上表面上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括:连接杆,所述连接杆垂直于水平面设置,所述连接杆的上端与所述盛水桶的底部相连,所述霍尔元件与所述连接杆的下端相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述磁场产生装置包括:
    支撑架,所述支撑架竖直设在所述底座的上表面上;和
    磁性件,所述磁性件设在所述支撑架上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述磁性件包括两个,两个所述磁性件设在所述支撑架的同一侧上且在左右方向上间隔开平行分布,所述霍尔元件设在两个所述磁性件之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述磁性件为磁铁,两个所述磁铁分别沿上下方向延伸且两个所述磁铁的N极和S极的位置相反。
  9. 根据权利要求3-8中任一项所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述霍尔元件设在所述底座的上表面上,所述磁场产生装置设在所述盛水桶的底面上。
