   在水中使用拍摄设备时,通常用户会穿戴潜水服、潜水手套等潜水装置。而其中橡胶的手套通常导致用户的触觉丧失严重,而且橡胶手套的厚度也会导致用户对触控操作难以准确控制。因此,正在潜水的用户是较难以手持拍摄设备,并准确地按下快门按键。尤其是拍摄设备套上防水壳后,更不利于用户操作。因此在水下如何稳定地方便地控制拍摄设备是亟待解决的问题。   
发明内容
   本发明的主要目的在于提供一种潜水拍摄装置,旨在达到便于用户手持和操作拍摄设备的目的。
   为实现上述目的,本发明提供的潜水拍摄装置,包括用于安装拍摄设备的底座、设置于所述底座上并供用户手持的第一把手和第二把手、以及设置于所述潜水拍摄装置内并用于遥控所述拍摄设备的遥控装置;所述遥控装置包括设置于所述第一把手上并供用户操作的触发开关、连接于所述触发开关的遥控电路板,所述触发开关通过所述遥控电路板与拍摄设备无线连接。
   优选地,所述遥控装置包括为所述遥控电路板供电的第一电源,所述第一电源与所述遥控电路板可拆卸地安装在所述第一把手内。
   优选地,所述第一电源包括连接于所述遥控电路板的正极端、与所述正极端相对的负极端;所述第一把手内设置有连接于所述负极端并用于安装所述第一电源的电池座、套设于所述第一电源的周面的金属套;所述金属套的一端连接于电池座以与所述负极端连通,所述金属套的另一端与所述遥控电路板电连接,所述第一电源的正负两极分别与所述遥控电路板连通为所述遥控电路板供电。
   优选地,所述第一把手包括设置于所述第一电源外并用于支撑所述第一把手的支撑套、以及连接于所述支撑套上端的盖帽;
   所述支撑套下端的内周面与所述电池座下端的外周面紧密连接以密封所述第一把手下端,所述支撑套上端与所述盖帽下端紧密连接以密封所述第一把手的上端。
   优选地,所述支撑套与所述盖帽之间还设置有中空的连接段,所述遥控电路板设置于所述连接段内;所述连接段的上端与所述盖帽的下端紧密连接,所述连接段的下端与所述支撑套上端紧密连接。
   优选地,所述连接段上还设置有位于所述遥控电路板下方的固定板,所述固定板开设有供第一电源穿过的圆孔,所述连接段通过所述固定板与所述支撑套固定连接。
   优选地,所述固定板下方还设置有平行于所述支撑套并用于固定所述金属套的第一环形挡件。
   优选地,所述连接段内表面上设有用于支撑所述遥控电路板的凸起,所述凸起朝所述第一把手的中心线方向延伸。
   优选地,所述第一把手包括固设于所述支撑套的外侧的外壳,所述外壳顶端与所述连接段底端固定连接,所述外壳的底端固定于所述底座上。
   优选地,所述盖帽与所述连接段之间、所述连接段与所述支撑套之间、以及所述支撑套与所述底座之间均设置有密封圈以将所述第一把手密封。
   优选地,所述电池座包括与所述金属套连接的螺纹段、以及与所述支撑套的下端连接的密封段;所述密封段上开设有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设置有用于密封所述第一把手下端的密封圈。
   优选地,所述支撑套包括与所述密封段连接的第一部分、位于所述螺纹段外的第二部分、以及从所述第二部分的端部开始沿所述第一把手的中心线方向延伸至所述支撑套顶端段的第三部分;
   所述第一部分的厚度大于所述第二部分以及第三部分;所述支撑套包括位于所述螺纹段外并用于固定所述金属套的第二环形挡件,所述第二环形挡件连接于所述第一部分且平行于所述第二部分。
   优选地,所述第二把手内设有为所述遥控电路板供电的第二电源。
   优选地,所述第二把手设有与所述第二电源连接的无线电发射器,所述第一把手内设有与所述第一电源连接的无线电接收器;所述无线电接收器与所述无线电发射器通过电感耦合传输电能。
   优选地,所述第一把手和第二把手分别固定于所述底座的两端,且朝所述底座的同一侧延伸,设置于底座上用于安装拍摄设备的安装部位于所述第一把手和所述第二把手之间。
   优选地,所述安装部包括多个螺丝孔,所述多个螺丝孔用于固定与拍摄设备适配的插拔底座或防水壳。
   优选地,所述潜水拍摄装置还包括设于所述底座上用于增加所述潜水拍摄装置在水下的浮力的浮力件。
   优选地,所述浮力件固定于所述底座上与所述第一把手和所述第二把手相对一侧的表面。
   优选地,所述底座还开设有用于固定安装照明灯以及照明灯用电池的多个螺纹接口、沿底座的长度方向延伸并用于可调整地安装照明灯的螺栓过孔、用于系上与潜水服连接的保险绳的保险绳孔。
   本发明进一步地提供一种潜水拍摄系统,包括上述的潜水拍摄装置、以及安装于所述潜水拍摄装置上的拍摄设备。
   本发明提供的上述潜水拍摄装置,一方面由于其设有用于安装拍摄设备底座、用于手持的第一把手和第二把手,从而使得用户可以像握持方向盘一样握持潜水拍摄装置。用户可将上述潜水拍摄装置沿顺时针或逆时针旋转,也可以将上述潜水拍摄装置在上下左右方向倾斜地使用,因此上述潜水拍摄装置便于用户握持和操作,便于用户在水中调整拍摄设备的拍摄角度。另一方面,潜水拍摄装置通过增设遥控装置,并将触发开关设于用户手持的第一把手上,因此用户可以一只手握持第一把手,同时还可以不离开第一把手而控制拍摄设备,从而达到便于用户操作的效果。

具体实施方式
   应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
   应当说明的是,本发明实施例中,按照图1中所建立的直角坐标系定义:位于X轴正方向的一侧定义为左方,位于X轴负方向的一侧定义为右方;位于Z轴正方向的一侧定义为上方,位于Z轴负方向的一侧定义为下方。
   图1和图2示出了本发明一实施例中的潜水拍摄装置,该潜水拍摄装置1包括用于安装拍摄设备的底座11、设置于底座11上并供用户手持的第一把手12和第二把手13、以及设置于所述潜水拍摄装置内并用于遥控拍摄设备的遥控装置。遥控装置包括设置于第一把手12上并供用户操作的触发开关15、连接于触发开关15的遥控电路板14,触发开关15通过遥控电路板14与拍摄设备无线连接。
   上述潜水拍摄装置1,一方面由于其设有用于安装拍摄设备的底座11、用于手持的第一把手12和第二把手13,从而使得潜水拍摄装置1可以像握持方向盘一样握持潜水拍摄装置1。即用户双手分别握持第一把手12和第二把手13,而将潜水拍摄装置1置于胸前。在使用时,用户可将上述潜水拍摄装置1沿顺时针或逆时针地旋转,也可以将上述拍摄支架1在上下左右方向倾斜地使用,因此上述潜水拍摄装置1便于用户握持和操作,便于用户在水中调整拍摄设备的拍摄角度。另一方面,潜水拍摄装置1通过增设遥控装置,并将触发开关15设于用户手持的第一把手12上,因此用户可以一只手握持第一把手12,同时还可以不离开第一把手12而控制拍摄设备,从而达到便于用户操作的效果。
   请参看图2和图3,进一步地,遥控装置包括为所述遥控电路板14供电的第一电源16,第一电源16和遥控电路板14可拆卸地安装在第一把手12内。第一电源16和遥控电路板14设置于第一把手12内,使得第一电源16、遥控电路板14和触发开关15三者之间的距离较近,从而可以减少布线,使得潜水拍摄装置1的结构更简单。当然,在其他实施例中,遥控电路板14也可以设置于底座11上,第一电源16也可以设置在底座11上。
   本实施例中,所述第一电源16为圆柱状电池,即该第一电源16可以是AA电池等标准电池,可以便于购买和更换。当然,也第一电源16可以是其他形状的锂电池等。
   本领域技术人员了解,将第一电源16与遥控电路板14导通并供电具有多种结构方案。本实施例为多种方案中的一种,并在下文中详细说明。
   请参看图4至图7,所述第一电源16包括连接于所述遥控电路板14的正极端161、与所述正极端161相对的负极端162;其他实施例中,也可以是第一电源16的负极端162连接于所述遥控电路板14,或者正极端161和负极端162距离遥控电路板14的距离大致相同。所述第一把手12包括连接于所述负极端162并用于安装所述第一电源16的电池座121、连接于所述正极端161的金属弹片122、套设于所述第一电源16的周面163的金属套123。所述金属套123的一端(本实施例中为下端)连接于电池座121上,所述金属套123的另一端(本实施例中为上端)与所述遥控电路板14电连接,所述金属弹片122固设于所述遥控电路板14的下侧并与所述遥控电路板14电连接。所述第一电源16的正负两极分别通过所述金属弹片122和所述金属套123与所述遥控电路板14连通,从而为所述遥控电路板14供电。本实施例中,金属套123的上端与所述遥控电路板14之间通过弹簧124电连接,可方便第一电源16的拆卸。
   所述第一把手12包括设置于所述第一电源16外并用于支撑所述第一把手12的支撑套125、以及连接于所述支撑套125上端的盖帽128。支撑套125下端的内周面与电池座121下端的外周面紧密连接以密封所述第一把手12下端,支撑套125上端与盖帽128下端紧密连接以密封所述第一把手12的上端。具体地,本实施例中,支撑套125上端的外周面与盖帽128下端的内周面紧密连接。
   所述支撑套125与所述盖帽128之间还设置有中空的连接段127,遥控电路板14设置于连接段127内;所述连接段127的上端与所述盖帽128的下端紧密连接,所述连接段127的下端与所述支撑套125上端紧密连接。具体地,支撑套125的上下两端通过螺栓与底座11和连接段127相固定,连接段127通过螺栓与盖帽128相固定。具体地,所述连接段127的下端的内周面与所述支撑套125上端的外周面紧密连接。
   所述连接段127上还设置有位于所述遥控电路板14下方的固定板1271。本实施例中,该固定板1271由所述连接段127的内表面向其的中心线129延伸而成。所述固定板1271开设有供第一电源16穿过的圆孔(被第一电源16填充,未标注)。所述连接段127通过所述固定板1271与所述支撑套125固定连接。具体地,支撑套125上设有螺孔,所述固定板1271对应所述螺孔的位置设有过孔。经螺栓穿过该过孔并螺入该螺孔内而将支撑套125与固定板1271相固定。
   所述固定板1271下方还设置有平行于所述支撑套125并用于固定所述金属套123的第一环形挡件1272。所述金属套123插入所述第一环形挡件1272内并抵靠于所述第一环形挡件1272的内环面。即在安装中,将连接段127固定于支撑套125上后,即已经将金属套123固定好。然后再将带有弹簧124和金属弹片122的遥控电路板14固定至连接段127内,即已经使得第一电源16与遥控电路板14内的电路组合成闭环回路。从而具有装配方便快捷的优点。
   所述连接段127内表面上设有用于支撑所述遥控电路板14的凸起1273,所述凸起1273朝所述第一把手12的中心线129方向延伸,用以支撑所述遥控电路板14的下表面。当然,还可以在这些凸起1273上设置螺纹孔,再通过螺栓将遥控电路板14固定于连接段127内。当然,也可以由支撑套125或者固定板1271向上伸出螺柱,供遥控电路板14螺接固定。
   所述第一把手12包括固设于所述支撑套125的外侧的外壳126,所述外壳126顶端与所述连接段127底端固定连接,所述外壳126的底端固定于所述底座11上。外壳126的外表面设有纹路,用于防滑、增加手感和美观。
   在所述盖帽128与所述连接段127之间、所述连接段127与所述支撑套125之间、以及所述支撑套125与所述底座11之间均设置有密封圈。第一把手12在上述位置设置密封圈,从而使得第一把手12密封性较好,防水性能得到增加。
   所述电池座121包括与所述金属套123连接的螺纹段1211以及与所述支撑套125的下端连接的密封段1212;所述密封段1212上开设有环形凹槽1213,所述环形凹槽1213内设置有用于密封所述第一把手12下端的密封圈。
   所述支撑套125包括与所述密封段1212连接的第一部分1251、位于所述螺纹段1211外的第二部分1252、以及从所述第二部分1252的端部开始沿第一把手12中心线129方向延伸至所述支撑套125顶端的第三部分1253。所述第一部分1251的厚度大于所述第二部分1252以及第三部分1253。所述支撑套125包括位于所述螺纹段1211外并用于固定所述金属套123的第二环形挡件1254,所述第二环形挡件1254连接于所述第一部分1251且平行于所述第二部分1252。金属套123的内周面与电池座121螺纹段1211的外周面螺接时,第二环形挡件1254起到引导和辅助固定作用。
   具体地,所述遥控电路板14设于所述第一电源16与所述触发开关15之间,这样设置,可以使得结构较为合理,布线简单。进一步地,所述触发开关15设于所述第一把手12的延伸末端(沿y轴正方向的末端)。上述潜水拍摄装置1在正常使用时,用户的大拇指可以较为方便的按压触发开关15。当然在其他实施例中,触发开关15也可以设置于第一把手12的周面,从而使得用户的食指和中指等可以较为方便的按压触发开关15。
   请结合参看图7,具体地,所述触发开关15为按键式,且数量为三个,分别对应拍摄设备的拍摄、录像和停止录像功能。具体地,所述遥控电路板14上设有三个触发元件143,当触发开关15被按压而触发该三个触发元件143时,即可使得遥控电路板14发送对应的无线信号至拍摄设备。
   在其他实施例中,触发开关15也可以是扭转键,例如,触发开关15为旋转套,套于第一把手12的外周面,通过触发开关15顺时针旋转则实现拍照功能;触发开关15逆时针旋转则实现录像功能,回到预设位置则为停止,其中触发开关15位于拍照位置时具有自动回转力,驱动触发开关15回到其预设位置。
   请参看图6和图7,遥控电路板14上的收发天线142可以设于遥控电路板14外周缘,从而减少遥控电路板14的占用空间,从而便于上述结构布局。
   请再次参看图1,进一步地,第一把手12上还设有指示灯17,所述指示灯17与遥控电路板14电连接。具体地,所述指示灯17位于所述第一把手12的延伸末端。通过该指示灯17,用户可以了解设备当前的状态。例如指示灯17通过亮、灭、闪烁和不同颜色之间的组合,从而传达出第一电源16不足、拍摄设备待机、拍摄设备聚焦完毕、拍摄设备电量不足、拍摄设备容量不足或拍摄设备断开连接等状态。
   在一些实施例中,第二把手13内设置有空腔131,可以用于装载物件,例如氧气发生器或紧急充气上浮件等,其内部防水结构可与第一把手12的防水结构相同。本实施例中,所述第二把手13内设有为所述遥控电路板14供电的第二电源19,第二电源19可以通过预埋在第二把手13和底座11内的电线与拍摄设备或遥控电路板14连接,从而在需要的时候该第二电源19可以为拍摄设备或遥控电路板14供电。
   请结合参看图2和图7,本实施例中,所述第二把手13还设有与所述第二电源19连接的无线电发射器191,所述第一把手12内设有与所述第一电源16连接的无线电接收器144;所述无线电接收器144与所述无线电发射器191通过电感耦合传输电能,即无线充电。当然,当拍摄设备内置无线充电模块的时候,该第二电源19也可以通过该无线电发射器191为拍摄设备充电。
   进一步地,本实施例中,第一把手12和第二把手13分别固定于底座11的两端,且朝底座11的同一侧延伸,本实施例中,朝上侧(z轴的正方向)延伸;设置于底座11上用于安装拍摄设备的安装部111位于第一把手12和第二把手13之间。具体地,本实施例中,所述底座11为长条状,所述底座11的左端和右端为其长度方向的两端。上述潜水拍摄装置,用户可以为右手较为熟练,用户可以右手握持第一把手12,左手握持第二把手13,并且右手可以按压到触发开关15。用户也可以是左手较为熟练,此时用户可以左手握持第一把手12,右手握持第二把手13,并且左手可以按压到触发开关15。这两种方式来握持潜水拍摄装置1都会有较佳的操作体验。
   具体地,安装部111包括多个螺丝孔,该多个螺丝孔用于固定与拍摄设备适配的插拔底座或防水壳。即该多个螺丝孔可直接与拍摄设备外壳或防水壳连接以固定摄像装置。上述的多个螺丝孔也可以用于安装插拔底座,所述插拔底座与拍摄设备通过插拔方式固定。通过插拔底座可以可配合不同型号的拍摄设备。
   进一步地,本实施例中,所述潜水拍摄装置1还包括设于所述底座11上的浮力件18。该浮力件18用于增加该潜水摄像遥控支架的浮力,降低支架在水中的下落速度、减轻用户携带重量。具体地,所述浮力件18包括固定于所述底座11中与所述第一把手12和所述第二把手13相对一侧的表面(本实施例中为下表面)上。在本实施例中,该浮力部件由发泡材料制成并贴合在底座表面上。可以理解地,该发泡材料可替换为其他在水中能增加浮力的材料结构,如泡沫、塑料等。当然,还可以在所述第一把手12上端和第二把手13上端设置的空腔结构,或者是使用内部带有小孔的工程塑料为原材料制造,从而使得潜水拍摄装置1在同样的排水量下具有更小的质量,以达到增加浮力的效果。
   进一步地,底座11还开设有多个螺纹接口112和沿底座11长度方向延伸的螺栓过孔114。该螺纹接口112可用于固定安装照明灯以及照明灯用电池,螺栓过孔114用于可调整地安装照明灯等,便于用户调整照明灯的安装位置。
   进一步地,底座11还开设有保险绳孔113,保险绳孔113用于系上与潜水服连接的保险绳,防止该潜水摄像遥控支架掉落。具体地,所述保险绳孔在所述底座11的前侧和后侧各设有一个。
   本实施例所提供的潜水拍摄装置1在使用时,用户双手分别握住第一把手12和第二把手13,以控制安装在底座11上的拍摄设备的方向,在需要拍照或录像时,只需操控第一把手12上的拍照或录像按键即可进行拍照或录像,可方便用户在水下操作。并且本提案的支架结构简单、重量小,在水下使用时更轻便、更利于用户携带。
   本发明进一步地提供一种潜水拍摄系统,包括采用上述潜水拍摄装置、以及安装于所述潜水拍摄装置上的拍摄设备。该潜水拍摄装置的结构可参照上述实施例,在此不再赘述。理所应当地,由于本实施例的潜水拍摄系统采用了上述潜水拍摄装置的技术方案,因此该潜水拍摄系统具有上述潜水拍摄装置所有的有益效果。

  1. 一种潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,包括用于安装拍摄设备的底座、设置于所述底座上并供用户手持的第一把手和第二把手、以及设置于所述潜水拍摄装置内并用于遥控所述拍摄设备的遥控装置;所述遥控装置包括设置于所述第一把手上并供用户操作的触发开关、连接于所述触发开关的遥控电路板,所述触发开关通过所述遥控电路板与拍摄设备无线连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述遥控装置包括为所述遥控电路板供电的第一电源,所述第一电源与所述遥控电路板可拆卸地安装在所述第一把手内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第一电源包括连接于所述遥控电路板的正极端、与所述正极端相对的负极端;所述第一把手内设置有连接于所述负极端并用于安装所述第一电源的电池座、套设于所述第一电源的周面的金属套;所述金属套的一端连接于电池座以与所述负极端连通,所述金属套的另一端与所述遥控电路板电连接,所述第一电源的正负两极分别与所述遥控电路板连通为所述遥控电路板供电。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第一把手包括设置于所述第一电源外并用于支撑所述第一把手的支撑套、以及连接于所述支撑套上端的盖帽;
       所述支撑套下端的内周面与所述电池座下端的外周面紧密连接以密封所述第一把手下端,所述支撑套上端与所述盖帽下端紧密连接以密封所述第一把手的上端。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述支撑套与所述盖帽之间还设置有中空的连接段,所述遥控电路板设置于所述连接段内;所述连接段的上端与所述盖帽的下端紧密连接,所述连接段的下端与所述支撑套上端紧密连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述连接段上还设置有位于所述遥控电路板下方的固定板,所述固定板开设有供第一电源穿过的圆孔,所述连接段通过所述固定板与所述支撑套固定连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述固定板下方还设置有平行于所述支撑套并用于固定所述金属套的第一环形挡件。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述连接段内表面上设有用于支撑所述遥控电路板的凸起,所述凸起朝所述第一把手的中心线方向延伸。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第一把手包括固设于所述支撑套的外侧的外壳,所述外壳顶端与所述连接段底端固定连接,所述外壳的底端固定于所述底座上。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述盖帽与所述连接段之间、所述连接段与所述支撑套之间、以及所述支撑套与所述底座之间均设置有密封圈以将所述第一把手密封。
  11. 如权利要求4至10任一项所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述电池座包括与所述金属套连接的螺纹段、以及与所述支撑套的下端连接的密封段;所述密封段上开设有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设置有用于密封所述第一把手下端的密封圈。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述支撑套包括与所述密封段连接的第一部分、位于所述螺纹段外的第二部分、以及从所述第二部分的端部开始沿所述第一把手的中心线方向延伸至所述支撑套顶端段的第三部分;
       所述第一部分的厚度大于所述第二部分以及第三部分;所述支撑套包括位于所述螺纹段外并用于固定所述金属套的第二环形挡件,所述第二环形挡件连接于所述第一部分且平行于所述第二部分。
  13. 如权利要求2至10任一项所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第二把手内设有为所述遥控电路板供电的第二电源。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第二把手设有与所述第二电源连接的无线电发射器,所述第一把手内设有与所述第一电源连接的无线电接收器;所述无线电接收器与所述无线电发射器通过电感耦合传输电能。
  15. 如权利要求1至10任一项所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第一把手和第二把手分别固定于所述底座的两端,且朝所述底座的同一侧延伸,设置于底座上用于安装拍摄设备的安装部位于所述第一把手和所述第二把手之间。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述安装部包括多个螺丝孔,所述多个螺丝孔用于固定与拍摄设备适配的插拔底座或防水壳。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述潜水拍摄装置还包括设于所述底座上用于增加所述潜水拍摄装置在水下的浮力的浮力件。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述浮力件固定于所述底座上与所述第一把手和所述第二把手相对一侧的表面。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的潜水拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述底座还开设有用于固定安装照明灯以及照明灯用电池的多个螺纹接口、沿底座的长度方向延伸并用于可调整地安装照明灯的螺栓过孔、用于系上与潜水服连接的保险绳的保险绳孔。
  20. 一种潜水拍摄系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至19中任一项所述的潜水拍摄装置、以及安装于所述潜水拍摄装置上的拍摄设备。
