所述移动电话20还包括数据传输模块,用于当移动电话20接收来电呼叫时,向所述固定电话10发送由移动电话20接收到的主叫用户信息和/或主叫方用户音频信号,并且向来电方发送由固定电话20接收的被叫用户音频信号。其中,所述主叫方用户信息包括主叫方的电话号码。数据传输模块使得被叫方用户能够通过固定电话10获得主叫方用户信息并接听移动电话20的来电。当移动电话20接收来电呼叫时,鉴于移动电话20的辐射较大,被叫方用户可以直接选择用固定电话10接听移动电话20的来电,并选择是否录音,实现了通过固定电话10接听移动电话20来电呼叫的功能。
所述无线连接模块12可以为无线宽带模块(Wireless Fidelity,Wi-Fi)。图2为本发明实施例提供的基于Wi-Fi网络的通信系统的结构示意图;图3为本发明实施例提供的基于Wi-Fi网络的固定电话的结构原理框图。如图2所示当无线连接模块为Wi-Fi时,并且移动电话处于局域网即Wi-Fi范围内时,移动电话和固定电话能够通过Wi-Fi进行数据交互。另外由于Wi-Fi与互联网连 接,当移动电话处于广域网时,移动电话能够通过通用分组无线服务技术(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)与固定电话进行数据交互。因此,无论移动电话处于局域网还是处于广域网,其均能够与固定电话实现数据交互。需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,如果移动电话为电脑也能实现相同的功能。如图3所示,本发明实施例提供的固定电话包括现有固定电话和无线宽带即Wi-Fi,其中Wi-Fi通过数据接口与微控制模块连接。
当无线连接模块为Wi-Fi时,Wi-Fi通过数据接口与微控制模块连接。如图1所示,当无线连接模块12为Wi-Fi时,所述无线连接模块12还用于当固定电话10接收来电呼叫时,向所述移动电话20发送来电呼叫提醒,所述移动电话20接收并显示所述来电呼叫提醒,并根据被叫方用户行为,向所述固定电话10发送控制指令,当所述控制指令为接听指令时,所述固定电话10和所述移动电话20通过所述无线连接模块12进行数据交互,以通过所述移动电话20接听所述固定电话10的来电呼叫。当无线连接模块为Wi-Fi时,能够通过所述移动电话20接收所述固定电话10接收的来电呼叫。所述无线连接模块12还用于当所述固定电话10接收未接来电或留言时,通过网络向所述移动电话20发送未接来电提醒或留言提醒;所述移动电话20包括信息获取模块,用于在用户查看留言信息时,通过网络从所述固定电话中获取留言信息。
由于无论移动电话20是处于Wi-Fi范围的局域网内还是处于广域网内,均能够与固定电话10进行数据交互,因此,无论移动电话20处于局域网还是广域网,当固定电话10接收到未接来电或者留言,均能够向移动电话20发送相应的提醒信息。无论移动电话20处于广域网还是处于局域网,移动电话20接收并显示留言提醒之后,均能够根据用户需求获取固定电话10中的留言信息。
具体的,无线连接模块12为Wi-Fi,当固定电话10设置成留言模式时, 来电呼叫超过一定时间,例如铃声响3声之后,主叫方用户可以留言。固定电话10接收到留言信息之后,通过局域网或广域网向移动电话20发送留言提醒信息,其中留言提醒信息包括留言者电话、留言时间等。移动电话20接收到留言提醒信息后,提醒用户查看。用户根据需求和留言提醒信息,可以采用信息获取模块从固定电话10的存储器中获取留言信息并播放留言,或者联系留言者。因此,当无线连接模块12为Wi-Fi,用户能够通过移动电话获取固定电话10的留言提醒信息和留言信息,从而丰富了固定电话10的功能。尤其是当被叫方用户外出无法直接通过固定电话10查看留言时,被叫方用户使用该功能通过广域网能够进行查看并处理留言。另外,通过提醒模块,移动电话20还能够及时获取固定电话10的未接来电信息,具体的,当固定电话10有未接来电呼入时,固定电话10通过局域网或广域网向移动电话20的发送未接来电的相关信息,使得被叫方用户可以及时处理未接来电信息,其中未接来电的相关信息可以为未接来电的来电时间和来电号码等。
所述无线连接模块可以为蓝牙。图4为本发明实施例提供的基于蓝牙的通信系统的结构示意图;图5为本发明实施例提供的基于蓝牙的固定电话的结构原理框图。如图4所示,当无线连接模块为蓝牙时,移动电话只有在处于局域网即蓝牙范围内时,才能够和固定电话进行数据交互。如图5所示,本发明实施例提供的固定电话包括现有固定电话和蓝牙,其中蓝牙通过数据接口与微控制模块连接。
当无线连接模块12为蓝牙时,所述无线连接模块12,当所述固定电话10接收未接来电或留言时并且所述移动电话20处于所述无线连接模块12的网络范围内时,向所述移动电话20发送未接来电提醒或留言提醒。当无线连接模块12为蓝牙时,只有在移动电话20处于蓝牙的网络范围内时,移动电话 20才能够与固定电话10进行数据交互。因此,当无线连接模块12为蓝牙时,只有移动电话20处于局域网范围内,固定电话10接收到未接来电或留言时能够通过移动电话20提醒用户。当无线连接模块12为蓝牙,并且移动电话20处于广域网时,本实施例提供的通信系统不具备未接来电或留言提醒功能。
当所述无线连接模块12为无线宽带模块时,所述数据接口13为串行外设接口(Serial Peripheral Interface,SPI)、通用串行总线接口(Universal Serial Bus,USB)或安全数字输入输出卡接口(Secure Digital Input and Output Card,SDIO)。
当无线连接模块12为蓝牙时,所述数据接口13为串行外设接口(Serial Peripheral Interface,SPI)、通用异步收发传输器接口(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter,UART)或脉冲编号调变接口(Pulse Code Modulation,PCM)。
目前,随着智能移动电话的快速发展,移动电话已经成为生活的必需品。但是,固定电话的功能仍然相对比较单一,移动电话和固定电话的结合也大多仅仅局限于语音的通讯,本发明通过在固定电话端增加无线连接模块,例如Wi-Fi或蓝牙,把固话和移动电话有效的结合起来,在移动电话端增加应用软件,例如数据交互模块,使固定电话和移动电话进行了有效的结合,二者不仅可以进行语音的通讯,而且可以进行通讯录共享和数据交互以及控制等操作。需要说明的是,当无线连接模块为Wi-Fi时,本发明实施例中移动电话可以用电脑代替,只需在电脑端增加相同模块的应用软件即可。
本发明提供的基于智能移动电话的固定电话扩展通信系统通过在固定电话中增加无线连接模块,在移动电话中增加软件以实现固定电话和移动电话的通信,进而使得固定电话有来电呼叫时,能够通过移动电话的通信录获取来电者 信息并在移动电话端显示;能够使用移动电话的通讯录直接通过固定电话拨打电话;当固定电话有留言时或未接来电时,移动电话能够获取留言或未接来电的提醒信息,并且能够根据用户的操作查看留言信息。移动电话能够通过无线连接模块向固定电话发送控制指令以控制固定电话的通讯,例如拨打、接听,来电号码等;为了避免辐射,当移动电话处于无线网络模块的响应范围之内时,用户能够使用固定电话接收移动电话的来电。
上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域技术人员而言,本发明可以有各种改动和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于智能移动电话的固定电话扩展通信系统,其特征在于,包括一台固定电话和至少一台移动电话,其中,所述固定电话包括无线连接模块,所述无线连接模块与所述固定电话的微控制模块通过数据接口连接;
    所述移动电话包括数据交互模块,所述数据交互模块用于获取用户从通讯录中选择的目标号码,向所述固定电话发送拨打所述目标号码的指令,所述固定电话通过所述无线连接模块接收所述指令,并拨打所述目标号码。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通信系统,其特征在于,所述无线连接模块为无线宽带模块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通信系统,其特征在于,所述无线连接模块为蓝牙。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的通信系统,其特征在于,所述固定电话接收来电呼叫时通过所述无线连接模块向所述移动电话发送来电号码,所述移动电话在通讯录中查找并显示所述来电号码对应的联系人信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的通信系统,其特征在于,所述无线连接模块还用于当固定电话接收来电呼叫时,向所述移动电话发送来电呼叫提醒,移动电话接收并显示所述来电呼叫提醒,并根据被叫方用户行为,向所述固定电话发送控制指令,所述固定电话执行所述控制指令对应的操作。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的通信系统,其特征在于,所述移动电话还包括数据传输模块,用于当移动电话接收来电呼叫时,向所述固定电话发送由移动电话接收到的主叫用户信息和/或主叫方用户音频信号,并且向来电方发送由固定电话接收的被叫用户音频信号。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的通信系统,其特征在于,所述无线连接模块还用于当固定电话接收来电呼叫时,向所述移动电话发送来电呼叫提醒,所述移 动电话接收并显示所述来电呼叫提醒,并根据被叫方用户行为,向所述固定电话发送控制指令,当所述控制指令为接听指令时,所述固定电话和所述移动电话通过所述无线连接模块进行数据交互,以通过所述移动电话接听所述固定电话的来电呼叫;以及还用于当所述固定电话接收未接来电或留言时,通过网络向所述移动电话发送未接来电提醒或留言提醒;
    所述移动电话还包括信息获取模块,用于在用户需要查看留言信息时,通过网络从所述固定电话中获取留言信息。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的通信系统,其特征在于,所述无线连接模块,还用于当所述固定电话接收未接来电或留言并且所述移动电话处于所述无线连接模块的网络范围内时,向所述移动电话发送未接来电提醒或留言提醒。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的通信系统,其特征在于,所述数据接口为串行外设接口、通用串行总线接口或安全数字输入输出卡接口。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的通信系统,其特征在于,所述数据接口为串行外设接口、通用异步收发传输器接口或脉冲编号调变接口。
