有鉴于上述的缺陷, 本设计人, 积极加以研究创新, 以期创设一种糯米 胶双球锁扣地板, 使其更具有产业上的利用价值。 实用新型内容

本实用新型的糯米胶双球锁扣地板,包括通过糯米胶粘合的若干层基材, 该若干层基材的一端设置有球形锁紧槽,球形锁紧槽外壁的外侧设置有锁榫, 组装时, 相邻的两个基材通过其上的锁榫与球形锁紧槽相连接, 其中一个基 材的锁榫插入另一基材上的球形锁紧槽内, 另一基材上的锁榫插入所述基材 上的球形锁紧槽内; 所述球形锁紧槽入口的直径小于锁榫的直径。
进一步的, 所述锁紧槽上靠近基材一侧的入口处与锁紧槽的内壁的连接 处形成反向锁紧点, 锁榫的外壁与基材 1的连接处形成反向锁紧槽, 组装时, 锁紧点与反向锁紧槽相配合, 以使相邻基材连接固定。

借由上述方案, 本实用新型至少具有以下优点:

5、 可重复使用: 由于本实用新型可免胶铺装简便, 拆卸既容易又可重复 使用, 更适宜展会和卖场等临时性场所铺装。

相邻的两个基材(地板)通过该对冲锁紧钩 5连接固定后使地板形成垂直 锁紧系统, 地板膨胀时拼缝不易起拱变形, 高低向开裂。
地板的胶合使用以糯米或其他植物淀粉为主要原料生产的胶合剂, 为非 人工添加甲醛, 大大提高了地板的环保效果。
双球锁扣的紧密性, 可使地板免胶铺装, 在铺装时无需再用胶粘剂连接, 避免了胶粘剂含有的化学成分对居室成分造成二次污染 。
具体生产的操作步骤如下:
第一步: 原木选材分割;
第二步: 原木旋切干燥, 此工序用于加工制作多层实木复合地板基材的 实木芯板, 基材实木芯板质量与成品地板的质量密不可分。 旋转切割出的实 木芯板厚约 1. 5毫米, 旋切后还需要一段时间进行干燥。 第三步: 实木芯板分选, 为了保证每一片地板的质量, 选取薄厚均匀、 厚度适中, 且无缺陷、 无断裂的实木芯板作为地板基材。
第四步: 芯板涂胶排板, 将 8-10层涂过胶的薄实木芯板有序地纵横交错 分层排列, 粘合在一起, 可以改变木材纤维原有的伸展方向。 此步骤彻底改 良了实木木材的湿胀干缩的局限性。
第五步: 芯板热压胶合;
第六步:分等包装 ,包括胶压成品全面检验、分等、包装机热缩膜包装 , 最后入库。
本实用新型的基材以糯米胶为主要原料的糯米环保胶粘合, 可制造实木 多层、 实木三层、 指接地板及强化等复合类木地板。
