图 2为本发明实施例一提供的一种语音视频信箱系统的结构示意图; 图 3为本发明实施例一提供的一种语音视频信箱系统的工作流程示意图; 图 4为本发明实施例一提供的另一种语音视频信箱系统的结构示意图; 图 5为本发明实施例一提供的另一种语音视频信箱系统的工作流程示意图; 图 6为本发明实施例二提供的一种实现信箱业务的系统的结构示意图； 图 7为本发明实施例二提供的另一种实现信箱业务的系统的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。 实施例一： 如图 1所示， 本实施例提供了一种实现信箱业务的方法， 具体包括以下步骤： 步骤 101 : 在终端进入信箱业务之后接收所述终端发送的视频信息和需要在播放 所述视频信息过程中展示的信息。 本实施例中需要在播放视频信息过程中展示的信息可以包括： 视频信息的说明信 息或者其他对视频信息具有特殊要求的信息。 其中，本实施例中需要在播放视频信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括： 文字信息、 音频信息以及图片信息中的至少一种。 其中， 本实施例中需要在播放视频信息过程中展示的信息包括： 视频信息的说明 信息。 本实施例中需要在播放视频信息过程中展示的信息具体可以为： 对视频内容进行 详细描述的文字或音频； 例如对视频的某个画面进行语音说明或者文字说明， 或者对 视频的某个画面中产品或人物或者公司进行语音说明或者文字说明， 或者对视频中某 个画面的历史背景进行语音说明或者文字说明， 又或者对整个视频拍摄的场景或者拍 摄视频的目的进行语音说明或者文字说明， 又或者文字或语音呈现视频画面中某个人 物的联系方式和地址。 本实施例中需要在播放视频信息过程中展示的信息具体还可以为需要在视频画面 中显示的图片； 例如在视频画面中显示公司 log或者产品照片， 又或者是在视频画面 中某个人物的照片。 应当理解的是： 本实施例中需要在播放视频信息过程中展示的信息不仅于上述例 举的信息， 还可以为其他用户想要展示的信息。 步骤 102: 对所述视频信息和所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息进 行合成。 本实施例可以将所述视频信息和所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息 进行合成生成一个新的视频文件， 这样接收端在接收到新的视频文件时就可以在播放 视频信息的过程中展示出用户需要展示的信息。 本实施例进行信息合成的方式可以包括多种方式： 第一种： 直接对所述视频信息和所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息 进行合成。 例如， 终端在进入信箱业务之后分别上传视频信息以及视频信息的文字、 音频、 图片说明信息时， 本实施例方法可以直接将说明信息与视频信息进行合成生成 一个新的视频信息传递给目的信箱供接收端获取。 第二种： 当需要展示的信息包括一种类型的信息时， 将该种类型的信息转换为预 设类型的信息， 然后与所述视频信息进行合成。 例如：当所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括文字信息时， 将文字信息转换为音频信息， 然后对所述视频信息与转换的音频信息进行合成 。 当所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括音频信息时， 将所 述音频信息转换为文字信息， 然后对所述视频信息与转换的文字信息进行合成。 第三种： 当所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息包括至少两种类型的 信息时， 将其中指定的至少一种类型的信息转换为预设类型的信息， 然后与所述视频 信息、 剩余未转换的类型的信息进行合成。 例如： 当需要展示的信息包括文字信息和图片信息时， 本实施例方法将文字信息 转换为音频信息之后， 对该音频信息与图片信息、 视频信息进行合成。 当包括音频信息和图片信息时， 本实施例方法将音频信息转换为文字信息之后， 对该文字信息与图片信息、 视频信息进行合成。 为了能够适应用户需求， 本实施例方法在该步骤 102之前还可以包括： 与终端进 行交互确认是否需要进行合成的过程。 例如在接收到用户确认合成的指令后才进行合 成。 步骤 103 : 将合成后的信息发送给目的信箱。 接收端可以通过登录目的信箱可以获取合成后的信息进行播放， 当播放视频信息 时就会展示出用户期望展示的信息。 如图 2所示， 介绍一种语音视频信箱系统应用本实施例方法具体实现语音视频信 箱业务的具体过程， 语音视频信箱系统包括： 用户终端、 业务平台、 媒体设备以及目 的信箱， 该系统的工作过程包括以下步骤， 如图 3所示： 步骤 301 : 用户使用终端进入语音视频信箱业务， 根据业务要求录制相应视频文 件并将该视频文件发送给业务平台。 本实施例中用户终端还可以将录制的视频文件存放在相应视频存储服务器中。 步骤 302: 用户使用终端发送录制视频文件的文字、 图片、 声音说明信息给业务 平台。 本实施例中用户终端还可以将说明信息存放在相应存储服务器中。 步骤 303 : 业务平台在接收到用户提供的视频文件和说明信息后， 与终端确认是 否需要进行合成操作， 若是， 执行步骤 304， 若否， 执行步骤 305。 步骤 304: 将视频文件和说明信息发送给媒体设备， 媒体设备对视频文件和说明 信息进行合成生成一个新的视频文件， 并将新的视频文件发送给目的信箱。 本实施例中还可以将新的视频文件存放在相应视频存储服务器中。 步骤 305 : 不进行合成。 如图 4所示， 介绍另一种语音视频信箱系统应用本实施例方法具体实现语音视频 信箱业务的具体过程， 语音视频信箱系统包括： 用户终端、 业务平台、 媒体设备、 转 换设备以及目的信箱， 该系统的工作过程包括以下步骤， 如图 5所示： 步骤 501 : 用户使用终端进入语音视频信箱业务， 根据业务要求录制相应视频文 件并将该视频文件发送给业务平台。 本实施例中用户终端还可以将录制的视频文件存放在相应视频存储服务器中。 步骤 502: 用户使用终端发送录制视频文件的文字说明信息给业务平台。 本实施例中用户终端还可以将说明信息存放在相应存储服务器中。 步骤 503 : 业务平台在接收到用户提供的视频文件和文字说明信息后， 与终端确 认是否需要进行合成操作， 若是， 执行步骤 504， 若否， 执行步骤 506。 步骤 504: 将视频文件发送给媒体设备， 将文字说明信息发送给转换设备， 转换 设备将文字信息转换为相应的音频信息， 并发送给媒体设备； 步骤 505 : 媒体设备对视频文件和说明信息进行合成生成一个新的视频文件， 并 将新的视频文件发送给目的信箱。 本实施例中还可以将新的视频文件存放在相应视频存储服务器中。 步骤 506: 不进行合成。 本实施例中转换设备可以为 TTS (Text To Speech,文本转语音)设备。 同理， 当视频文件的说明信息为音频信息， 需要将其转换为文字信息时， 业务实 现过程与图 5所示的流程类似， 此时图 4中转换设备可以为 V2T (Voice To Text, 语 音转文本） 设备。
实施例二： 如图 6所示， 本实施例提供了一种实现信箱业务的系统， 包括： 信息交互模块和 信息合成模块； 所述信息交互模块设置为在终端进入信箱业务之后接收所述终端发送的视频信息 和在播放所述视频信息过程中需要插入的需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信 息； 所述信息合成模块设置为对所述视频信息和所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中 展示的信息进行合成， 并将合成后的信息发送给目的信箱。 其中， 本实施例中所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息包括所述视频 信息的说明信息。 本实施例中信息交互模块的功能可以由软件或者硬件或者软硬件结合实现， 例如 可以为业务平台。 如图 7所示， 本实施例中所述信息合成模块包括： 信息转换模块和媒体信息合成 模块； 所述信息转换模块设置为当所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息的类 型包括一种类型的信息时， 将该种类型的信息转换为预设类型的信息； 以及当所述需 要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括多种类型的信息时将多种类型的 信息中指定的至少一种类型的信息转换为预设类型的信息； 所述媒体信息合成模块设置为将所述信号转换模块转换的信息与所述视频信息进 行合成， 或者将所述信号转换模块转换的信息与所述视频信息、 剩余未转换的类型的 信息进行合成。 本实施例中媒体信息合成模块的功能可以由软件或者硬件实现， 例如可以为媒体 设备。 其中， 本实施例中所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括： 文字信息、 音频信息以及图片信息中的至少一种。 其中， 本实施例中， 所述信号转换模块设置为当所述需要在播放所述视频信息过 程中展示的信息的类型包括文字信息时， 将所述文字信息转换为音频信息； 以及当所 述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括音频信息时， 将所述音频信 息转换为文字信息； 所述媒体信息合成模块设置为对所述视频信息与转换的音频信息进行合成， 或者 对所述视频信息与转换的文字信息进行合成。 本实施例中信息转换模块的功能可以由软件或者硬件实现，例如通过 TTS(Text T0
Speech,文本转语音)设备将文字信息转换为音频信息， 或者通过 V2T (Voice To Text, 语音转文本） 设备将音频信息转换为文字信息。 其中， 所述信息交互模块还设置为在所述信息合成模块对所述视频信息和所述需 要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息进行合成之前与终端进行交互确认是否需要 进行合成的过程。 本实施例的系统可以将两种信息合成为一种新的信息， 实现了将视频信息和需要 在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息同时传递给接收端； 与现有技术相比， 本实施 例的系统可以一次性地将视频内容和需要展示的信息传递给接收端， 方便终端用户使 用， 提升了用户体验。 以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明， 不能认定本发 明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说， 在 不脱离本发明构思的前提下， 还可以做出若干简单推演或替换， 都应当视为属于本发 明的保护范围。 工业实用性 如上所述， 通过上述实施例及优选实施方式， 将两种信息合成为一种新的信息的 方式实现了将视频信息和需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息同时传递给接收 端； 可以一次性地将视频内容和需要展示的信息传递给接收端， 方便终端用户使用， 提升了用户体验。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种实现信箱业务的方法， 包括以下步骤：
在终端进入信箱业务之后接收所述终端发送的视频信息和需要在播放所述 视频信息过程中展示的信息；
对所述视频信息和所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息进行合 成；
将合成后的信息发送给目的信箱。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的实现信箱业务的方法， 其中， 当所述需要在播放所述视频 信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括一种类型的信息时， 所述对所述视频信息和 所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息进行合成的步骤包括： 将该种 类型的信息转换为预设类型的信息， 然后与所述视频信息进行合成；
当所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括多种类型的 信息时， 所述对所述视频信息和所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信 息进行合成的步骤包括：
将多种类型的信息中指定的至少一种类型的信息转换为预设类型的信息， 然后与所述视频信息、 剩余未转换的类型的信息进行合成。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的实现信箱业务的方法， 其中， 所述需要在播放所述视频信 息过程中展示的信息的类型包括： 文字信息、 音频信息以及图片信息中的至少 一种。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的实现信箱业务的方法， 其中， 当所述需要在播放所述视频 信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括文字信息时， 所述将该种类型的信息转换为 预设类型的信息， 然后与所述视频信息进行合成的步骤包括：
将所述文字信息转换为音频信息， 对所述视频信息与转换的音频信息进行 合成；
当所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括音频信息 时， 所述将该种类型的信息转换为预设类型的信息， 然后与所述视频信息进行 合成的步骤包括： 将所述音频信息转换为文字信息， 对所述视频信息与转换的文字信息进行 合成。 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的实现信箱业务的方法， 其中， 所述需要在播放所 述视频信息过程中展示的信息包括所述视频信息的说明信息。 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的实现信箱业务的方法， 其中， 在对所述视频信息 和所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息进行合成之前还包括： 与终 端进行交互确认是否需要进行合成的过程。 一种实现信箱业务的系统， 包括： 信息交互模块和信息合成模块；
所述信息交互模块设置为在终端进入信箱业务之后接收所述终端发送的视 频信息和在播放所述视频信息过程中需要插入的需要在播放所述视频信息过程 中展示的信息；
所述信息合成模块设置为对所述视频信息和所述需要在播放所述视频信息 过程中展示的信息进行合成， 并将合成后的信息发送给目的信箱。 如权利要求 7所述的实现信箱业务的系统， 其中， 所述信息合成模块包括： 信 息转换模块和媒体信息合成模块； 所述信息转换模块设置为当所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信 息的类型包括一种类型的信息时， 将该种类型的信息转换为预设类型的信息； 以及当所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括多种类型的 信息时将多种类型的信息中指定的至少一种类型的信息转换为预设类型的信 息；
所述媒体信息合成模块设置为将所述信号转换模块转换的信息与所述视频 信息进行合成， 或者将所述信号转换模块转换的信息与所述视频信息、 剩余未 转换的类型的信息进行合成。 如权利要求 8所述的实现信箱业务的系统， 其中， 所述需要在播放所述视频信 息过程中展示的信息的类型包括： 文字信息、 音频信息以及图片信息中的至少 一种。 如权利要求 9所述的实现信箱业务的系统， 其中， 所述信息转换模块设置为当 所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示的信息的类型包括文字信息时， 将所 述文字信息转换为音频信息； 以及当所述需要在播放所述视频信息过程中展示 的信息的类型包括音频信息时， 将所述音频信息转换为文字信息； 所述媒体信息合成模块设置为对所述视频信息与转换的音频信息进行合 成， 或者对所述视频信息与转换的文字信息进行合成。
11. 如权利要求 7-10任一项所述的实现信箱业务的系统， 其中， 所述信息交互模块 还设置为在所述信息合成模块对所述视频信息和所述需要在播放所述视频信息 过程中展示的信息进行合成之前与终端进行交互确认是否需要进行合成的过 程。
12. 如权利要求 7-10任一项所述的实现信箱业务的系统， 其中， 所述需要在播放所 述视频信息过程中展示的信息包括所述视频信息的说明信息。
