发送方发送多媒体即时消息时, 但接收方离线; 发送多媒体消息 时, 接收方是盲人用户等, 而不方便阅读多媒体消息。 图 1是根据本发明实施例的发送消息的方法的流程图, 如图 1所示, 该方法包括 以下步骤 (步骤 S102-步骤 S106): 步骤 S102: 接收发送方向接收方发送的多媒体消息。 步骤 S104: 将上述多媒体消息转换成语音信息。 步骤 S106: 将上述语音信息发送到上述接收方的语音信箱。 本实施例通过将多媒体消息转换成接收方可接收的语音形式,以便于接收方接收。 解决了发送方发送的多媒体消息不可达或者接收方不方便阅读多媒体消息的问题, 使 得多媒体消息可以以语音信息的形式存储在接收方的语音信箱, 避免了多媒体消息不 可达所造成的用户损失或接收方不方便阅读而导致的不便, 进而达到了提高多媒体消 息可靠性, 提高了多媒体消息业务的用户体验, 使用户通畅沟通的效果。 在本发明实施例的一个优选方式中, 可以对是否需要对多媒体消息进行转换进行 判断, 优选地, 该判断条件可以是多媒体消息的接收方是否可达, 若接收终端不支持 发送方所发送的多媒体消息业务类型、 接收方用户限制了这些业务的使用或者接收方 当前不在线等情况导致多媒体消息不可达, 则将收到的多媒体消息转化为语音信息。 由于大多数终端都支持语音信息,因此将多媒体消息转换成语音信息便于接收方接收。 例如, 服务器在接收到发送方发送给接收方的多媒体消息时, 可以判断接收方是否支 持多媒体消息业务或者当发送及时消息时接收方当前是否在线, 从而判断多媒体消息 的接收方是否不可达。 通过该优选实施方式, 可以在接收方不支持多媒体消息的情况 下, 也能够接收到发送方发送的信息。 在本发明实施例的一个优选方式中, 常见的多媒体消息可能包含文本信息、 音频 信息以及视频、 图片信息等, 在转换多媒体消息时, 从多媒体消息中提取出文本信息, 将提取得到的文本信息转换成语音信息。 优选的, 通过文本转换语音 TTS技术进行转 换。 若上述多媒体消息中存在音频信息, 则可以将音频信息转换为语音信箱支持的语 音信号格式。 对于上述多媒体消息中包含的不能转换为语音的内容, 在语音信息中用 预置的提示语音进行提示。例如, 如果该多媒体消息中含有图片无法转换成语音信息, 则可以通过提示语音通知用户该消息中包含图片, 用户随后可以通过其他方式 (例如 通过电脑上网接收原始的多媒体消息) 获取图片。 通过该优选实施方式, 可以尽可能 的将发送方发送的多媒体消息中包含的信息发送给接收方,保证了信息传递的完整性。 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 可以专门设置一个网关进行多媒体消息 到语音信息的转换, 该网关是一个逻辑实体, 可以位于服务器中, 也可单独作为网元 存在, 其功能就是能将接收到的多媒体消息转换成语音信号, 并模拟拨打接收方的语 音信箱进行语音留言。 下面通过具体实施例进行描述。 实施例一 本发明实施例将以通过多媒体消息服务器实现本方法为例进行说明, 图 2是根据 本发明实施例一的发送消息的方法的流程图, 如图 2所示, 该流程包括以下步骤 (步 骤 S202-步骤 S208 ): 步骤 S202: 发送方发送媒体消息至服务器。 步骤 S204: 服务器判断不可达接收方, 将媒体消息转发至网关。 该网关是一个逻辑实体, 可以位于服务器中, 也可单独作为网元存在, 其功能就 是能将接收到的多媒体消息转换成语音信号, 并模拟拨打接收方的语音信箱进行语音 留言。 步骤 S206: 网关提取媒体消息中的文本信息, 并将文本信息转换成语音。 文本信息通过 TTS (文本转换语音) 技术可合成为语音信号; 如果多媒体消息中 有音频存在, 也可转换成语音信箱支持的语音信号格式。 对于其他无法转换成语音的 内容, 可以用预置的提示语音作为提示。 步骤 S208: 网关将语音发送到接收方的语音信箱中。 在本实施例中, 服务器在确定多媒体消息的接收方不可达时, 可以将多媒体消息 转发给网关, 由网关对多媒体消息进行转换, 并将转换得到的语音信息作为语音文件 发送到接收方的语音信箱, 从而使得接收方可以接收到多媒体消息的内容。 实施例二 本实施例以将多媒体语音邮件发送到传统语音信箱为例进行说明, 其中, 发送方 发送多媒体语音邮件消息, 接收方只支持传统的语音信箱。 图 3是根据本发明实施例 二的发送消息的方法的流程图,如图 3所示,该方法包括以下步骤 (步骤 301-步骤 304): 步骤 301 : 发送方发送 MIME格式的多媒体语音邮件消息至多媒体语音信箱服务 器 (如 EVVM服务器); 步骤 302: 多媒体语音信箱服务器判断接收方不可达时, 将语音邮件消息发送给 网关。 步骤 303 : 网关将语音邮件消息转换成语音信号。 步骤 304: 并前转至接收方的传统语音信箱。 在传统语音信箱业务中, 当信箱用户遇忙、 不可及或无应答时, 来电会被前转到 语音信箱业务的接入码。 来电主叫用户可在信箱中录制语音作为留言, 系统会进行新 留言的通知。 因此网关可以模拟拨打接收方语音信箱的过程。 网关拨打接收方语音信 箱的接入码后, 即可播放转换后的语音, 便于在接收方语音信箱中录制留言。 步骤 305: 网关播放语音文件, 传统语音信箱服务器进行录音并把录音文件存放 在接收方的语音信箱中。 最后语音信箱服务器通知接收方有新的留言信息, 接收方回拨自己的语音信箱即 可听取留言信息。 通过本实施例,可以由传统语音信箱服务器对网关转换得到的语音信息进行录制, 并将录制后的录音文件存放到接收方的语音信箱中, 从而使得接收方可以收听到发送 方发送的媒体消息的内容。 实施例三 在本实施例中,在传统语音信箱服务器上提供一个接口,可以直接接收语音文件, 与实施例二的不同之处在于网关可以将语音文件直接发送至传统语音信息服务器中的 接收方的传统语音信箱中, 其消息发送流程如下: 步骤 1 :发送方发送 MIME格式的多媒体语音邮件消息至多媒体语音信箱服务器。 步骤 2: 多媒体语音信箱服务器判断接收方不可达时, 将语音邮件消息发送给网 关。 步骤 3 : 网关将语音邮件消息转换成语音文件并将语音文件发送至接收方的传统 语音信箱中。 通过本实施例, 传统语音信息服务器不需要录制语音文件, 可以简化流程。 根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种消息的发送装置, 该装置可以用于实现本发明 实施例提供的消息的发送方法。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的消息的发送装置的结构框图, 如图 4所示, 该装置包 括: 接收模块 42、 转换模块 44和发送模块 46。 其中,接收模块 42,设置为接收发送方向接收方发送的多媒体消息;转换模块 44, 连接至接收模块 42, 设置为将接收模块接收到的上述多媒体消息转换成语音信息; 发 送模块 46, 连接至转换模块 44, 设置为将上述转换模块 44转换成的语音信息发送到 上述接收方的语音信箱。 通过本实施例的消息的发送装置,将多媒体消息转换成接收方可接收的语音形式, 以便于接收方接收。 解决了发送方发送的多媒体消息不可达的问题, 使得接收发在不 支持多媒体消息业务的情况下, 也能够接收到发送方的消息, 避免了消息不可达所造 成的用户损失, 进而达到了提高多媒体消息可靠性, 提高了多媒体消息业务的用户体 验, 使用户通畅沟通的效果。 在本发明实施例的一个优选方式中, 该发送消息的装置还包括, 确定模块, 设置 为确定上述接收方不可达。 若接收终端不支持发送方所发送的多媒体消息业务类型、 接收方用户限制这些业务了的使用等情况导致多媒体消息不可达, 那么转换模块 44 将收到的多媒体消息转化为语音信息。 由于常见的多媒体消息可能包含文本信息、 音频信息以及图片、 视频信息等, 在 本发明实施例的一个优选方式中,转换单元 44可以包括:提取单元和转换单元。其中, 提取单元, 设置为提取所述多媒体消息中的文本信息; 转换单元, 设置为将所述文本 信息转换成语音信息。 同时, 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 转换单元还设 置为当多媒体消息中存在音频信息时, 将音频信息转换为语音信号格式; 或者, 当多 媒体消息中包含的不能转换为语音的内容时,使用预置的提示语音在语音信息中提示。 通过该优选实施方式, 可以尽可能的将发送方发送的多媒体消息中包含的信息发送给 接收方, 保证了信息传递的完整性。 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 发送模块 46可以将转换模块 44得到的 语音信息作为语音文件发送到接收方的语音信箱中, 或者, 发送模块 44也可以通过拨 打接收方语音信箱的接入码, 向接收方的语音信箱对应的语音信箱服务器播放语音信 息, 由该语音信箱服务器录制该语音信息。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 在本发明实施例中, 通过将多媒体消息转换成接收 方可接收的语音形式, 以便于接收方接收和阅读。 解决了发送方发送的多媒体消息不 可达或阅读不便的问题, 使得接收发在不支持多媒体消息业务的情况下, 也能够接收 到发送方的消息, 避免了消息不可达所造成的用户损失, 进而达到了提高多媒体消息 可靠性, 提高了多媒体消息业务的用户体验, 使用户通畅沟通的效果。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种消息的发送方法, 包括:
接收发送方向接收方发送的多媒体消息;
将所述多媒体消息转换成语音信息;
将所述语音信息发送到所述接收方的语音信箱。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 将所述多媒体消息转换成语音信息之前, 还包括: 确定所述接收方不可达。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 将所述多媒体消息转换成语音信息, 包括:
提取所述多媒体消息中的文本信息, 将所述文本信息转换成语音信息。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 将所述多媒体消息转换成语音信息, 还包 括:
如果所述多媒体消息中存在音频信息, 将所述音频信息转换为语音信号格 式;
对于所述多媒体消息中包含的不能转换为语音的内容, 在语音信息中用预 置的提示语音进行提示。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 将所述语音信息发送到所述 接收方的语音信箱的方式, 包括以下至少之一:
将所述语音信息作为语音文件发送至接收方的语音信箱中; 或者 向所述接收方的语音信箱对应的语音信箱服务器播放所述语音信息, 由所 述接收方的语音信箱对应的语音信箱服务器进行录音。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 在向所述接收方的语音信箱对应的语音信 箱服务器播放所述语音信息之前, 所述方法还包括: 拨打所述接收方的语音信 箱的接入码。
7. 一种消息的发送装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收发送方向接收方发送的多媒体消息; 转换模块, 设置为将所述接收模块接收到的所述多媒体消息转换成语音信 息;
发送模块, 设置为将所述语音信息发送到所述接收方的语音信箱。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 其中, 还包括:
确定模块, 设置为确定所述接收方不可达。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述转换模块, 包括: 提取单元, 设置为提取所述多媒体消息中的文本信息;
转换单元, 设置为将所述文本信息转换成语音信息。 根据权利要求 7至 9中任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述发送模块, 设置为将所 述语音信息作为语音文件发送至接收方的语音信箱中, 或者, 向所述接收方的 语音信箱对应的语音信箱服务器播放所述语音信息。
