第一枢转轴 30设在底座 10的上端, 第一枢转轴 30的左端与第一翻边部 11和第三翻 边部 21枢转连接, 第一枢转轴 30的右端与第二翻边部 12和第四翻边部 22枢转连接。 第 二枢转轴 40与第一枢转轴 30平行, 第二枢转轴 40的左端与第三翻边连接, 右端与第四翻 边连接,且第二枢转轴 40的两端可分别在对应的第一翻边部 11和第二翻边部 12上的滑槽 13内滑动。
支撑座 60设在底座 10的下端, 其中所述导杆的下端从所述支撑座上穿过; 导杆 50的 上端与第二枢转轴 40枢转连接, 导杆 50的下端穿过的支撑座 60上通孔 61。 导杆 50上设 有定位部 70, 弹簧护套 80套设在导杆 50上并可在定位部 70和支撑座 60之间移动。
弹簧 90套设在弹簧护套 80上, 且弹簧 90的上端与定位部 70的下端面相抵, 弹簧 90 的下端与支撑座 60的上端面相抵, 弹簧 90沿其轴向方向上的高度大于或等于弹簧护套 80 沿其轴向方向上的高度。 可以理解的是, 弹簧护套 80可以有效防止弹簧 90朝向偏离导杆 50中心线的方向弯曲, 避免因弹簧 90与导杆 50直接接触而产生摩擦噪音。
根据本发明实施例的用于冷柜的铰链 100, 通过将弹簧护套 80套设在导杆 50和弹簧 90之间, 可以有效防止弹簧 90朝向偏离导杆 50中心线的方向弯曲, 避免了因弹簧 90与 导杆 50直接接触而产生摩擦噪音, 从而提升了产品的性能, 提高了用户的满意度。
考虑到弹簧 90具有一定的使用寿命, 在使用一段时间后, 弹簧 90容易产生疲劳失效, 此时弹簧 90的弹力会减弱。 为了能克服弹簧 90因疲劳而产生的弹力减弱的问题, 在本发 明的一些具体的示例中,导杆 50可以为圆柱形导杆,圆柱形导杆上设有外螺纹(图未示出), 定位部 70可以为与导杆 50螺纹连接的螺母, 例如为六角螺母。 由此, 可以通过调节定位 部 70在导杆 50上的位置来调节弹簧 90的弹力。 螺母通过螺纹与导杆 50连接可以调节弹 簧 90的压缩量, 进而可以通过控制弹簧弹力大小, 使铰链 100在不同条件下满足产品对弹 簧 90弹力的需求。
如图 2所示, 螺母在受到弹簧 90弹力的作用时, 容易沿导杆 50的轴向方向移动, 为 防止螺母在受到弹簧 90弹力的作用后沿导杆 50的轴向方向移动, 根据本发明的一个实施 例, 螺母的下方设有与导杆 50螺纹连接的垫圈 71。 可以理解的是, 垫圈 71与导杆 50也 可以是螺纹连接, 以便于将垫圈 71固定在导杆 50上, 防止螺母与导杆 50因受到弹簧 90 的弹力而移动, 同时, 也可以防止因弹力的不规则变化影响铰链 100的使用效果。 具体地, 垫圈 71可以为防滑垫圈。
如图 3所示, 根据本发明的一个实施例, 弹簧护套 80包括: 圆管部 81和环形翻边部 82。 具体地, 圆管部 81套设在导杆 50上, 环形翻边部 82设在圆管部 81的上端, 环形翻 边部 82的上端与垫圈 71的下端相抵。 换言之, 环形翻边部 82沿圆管部 81的周向方向延 伸且凸出于圆管部 81的外周壁,环形翻边部 82位于垫圈 71的下端和弹簧 90的上端之间, 圆管部 81外套在导杆 50上, 弹簧 90外套在圆管部 81上。
此外, 可以理解的是, 弹簧护套 80可以为 POM弹簧护套 80, POM材质的弹簧护套 80 更具有耐磨特性, 由此, 可以最大程度的避免弹簧 90沿偏离导轨轴线方向发生弯曲, 避免 了弹簧 90与导杆 50摩擦产生噪音。
如图 3所示, 根据本发明的一个实施例, 导杆 50的下端套设有位于弹簧 90下端和支 撑座 60之间的间隔件 51。 可选地, 间隔件 51可以为橡胶间隔件 51。 由此, 可以进一步避 免因弹簧 90与支撑座 60直接接触而产生的噪音。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中, 如图 2、 图 3所示, 导杆 50的上端具有开口的 " C"形 连接部 52, 第二枢转轴 40设在 " C"形连接部 52内。 由此, 便于将导杆 50装配至第二枢 转轴 40上。 为防止导杆 50的上端沿第二枢转轴 40的轴向方向移动, 第二枢转轴 40上设 有位于 " C"形连接部 52两侧的轴套 41, 以限定 " C"形连接部 52在第二枢转轴 40上的 位置。
可以理解的是, " C"形连接部 52两侧的轴套 41可以为一体成型件, 与 " C"形连接部
52连接的位置处轴套 41中部上具有沿轴套 41周向延伸、 朝向轴套 41轴线方向凹入的与 " C"形连接部 52相适配的槽体 42。 由此, " C"形连接部 52可以与轴套 41相对转动。
需要说明的是, 在第二枢转轴 40上套设与导杆 50的 " C"形连接部 52相适配的轴套 41, 使导杆 50与第二枢转轴 40之间的接触由点接触变为面接触, 从而增加了铰链 100的 可靠性。轴套 41中间的槽体 42结构可有效控制导杆 50与第二枢转轴 40之间的相对运动, 进而减少噪音。
根据本发明实施例的冷柜 (图未示出), 包括上述的铰链 100。
根据本发明实施例的冷柜, 通过将弹簧护套 80套设在导杆 50和弹簧 90之间, 可以有 效防止弹簧 90朝向偏离导杆 50中心线的方向弯曲, 避免了因弹簧 90与导杆 50直接接触 而产生摩擦噪音, 从而提升了冷柜的性能, 提高了用户的满意度。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用于冷柜的铰链, 其特征在于, 包括:
底座, 所述底座的左侧设有第一翻边部, 所述底座的右侧设有与所述第一翻边部相对 的第二翻边部, 所述第一翻边部和所述第二翻边部上相对设置有滑槽;
连接座, 所述连接座可枢转地连接至所述底座的上端, 所述连接座的左侧设有与所述 第一翻边部相邻的第三翻边部, 所述连接座的右侧设有与所述第二翻边部相邻的第四翻边 部;
第一枢转轴, 所述第一枢转轴设在所述底座的上端, 且所述第一枢转轴的左端与所述 第一翻边部和所述第三翻边部枢转连接, 所述第一枢转轴的右端与所述第二翻边部和所述 第四翻边部枢转连接;
与所述第一枢转轴平行的第二枢转轴, 所述第二枢转轴的左端与所述第三翻边连接, 右端与所述第四翻边连接, 且所述第二枢转轴的两端可分别在对应的所述第一翻边部和所 述第二翻边部上的所述滑槽内滑动;
导杆, 所述导杆的上端与所述第二枢转轴可枢转地连接;
支撑座, 所述支撑座设在所述底座的下端, 其中所述导杆的下端从所述支撑座上穿过; 定位部, 所述定位部设在所述导杆上;
弹簧护套,所述弹簧护套套设在所述导杆上并可在所述定位部与所述支撑座之间移动; 以及
弹簧, 所述弹簧套设在所述弹簧护套上且位于所述定位部和所述支撑部之间。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于冷柜的铰链, 其特征在于, 所述导杆上设有外螺纹, 所 述定位部为与所述导杆螺纹连接的螺母。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于冷柜的铰链, 其特征在于, 所述螺母的下方设有与所述 导杆螺纹连接的垫圈。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的用于冷柜的铰链, 其特征在于, 所述弹簧护套包括: 圆管部, 所述圆管部套设在所述导杆上; 以及
环形翻边部, 所述环形翻边部设在所述圆管部的上端, 所述环形翻边部的上端与所述 垫圈的下端相抵。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于冷柜的铰链, 其特征在于, 所述螺母为六角螺母。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5中任一项所述的用于冷柜的铰链, 其特征在于, 所述导杆为圆柱 形导杆。
7、 根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的用于冷柜的铰链, 其特征在于, 所述导杆的下端 套设有位于所述弹簧下端和所述支撑座之间的间隔件。
8、 根据权利要求 1-7中任一项所述的用于冷柜的铰链, 其特征在于, 所述导杆的上端 设有与所述第二枢转轴枢转连接的、 上端具有开口的 "C"形连接部。
9、 根据权利要求 1-8中任一项所述的用于冷柜的铰链, 其特征在于, 所述第二枢转轴 上设有位于所述 "C"形连接部两侧的轴套。
10、 一种冷柜, 其特征在于, 包括根据权利要求 1-9中任一项所述的铰链。
