Description

利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种遮阳设备,特别涉及一种自动伸缩式的遮阳装置。
背景技术
在烈日炎炎的夏季,停在室外的车辆在很短的时间内就会变成烤箱,人进去以后就会感到酷热难耐,十分的难受。而且汽车内部的装饰材料以及汽车外表的油漆也会在高温环境下迅速的老化,并会有些高分子材料还会分解产生有毒物质,并散发出难闻的气味。
现有的汽车遮阳装置都是普通的遮阳布,但是普通的遮阳布都是直接覆盖在汽车表面,与汽车之间的间隙非常小,热量不容易散发,汽车内部还是很容易升温。
公开号为CN202518073 U的中国发明专利公开了一种自动充气汽车遮阳罩,其主要的技术方案为:“一种自充气汽车遮阳罩,由两只以上的吸盘共同抬负着气骨板构成。气骨板由气骨撑持蹼膜形成。在气骨板的上表面设有太阳能电池板。吸盘由吸盘架、永磁铁、托板、压板和进气道共同构成。永磁铁固装在吸盘架的内下方。在吸盘架内还设有由电机、风叶和设在吸盘架上的进气孔与进气道共同构成的自动充气装置。电机由电机架固装于吸盘架的内上方。压板与进气道的上端套装并固定。压板还与托板一起夹紧构成气骨的气骨下膜。本发明能以太阳能电池板的电源为电源自动给气骨充气,并以极短的时间即可装或撤完毕”。
但是上述的技术方案还是有一些不足之处:
一、其用于支撑气骨板的气体是由电机加风叶吹出来的,但是普通吹出来的气体,气压很小,对气骨板的支撑力度有限,如果气骨板的面积较大的时候,就会撑不起来。由于普通的小轿车是长方形的,要求气骨板的长度就较长,如果气压太小,则撑不开。
二、气骨板不能自动收缩的,如果需要将整个遮阳罩收起来,则需要用手将气骨板进行卷曲。使用时非常的不方便。
三、其供能采用太阳能电池板,但是太阳能电池板造价较高,而且易损坏。生产成本比较高。而且整个遮阳装置是由太阳能板来进行供能的,需要接受一段时间的太阳照射,整个遮阳装置才能打开。在 炎热的夏天就会导致一种情况,即车箱内部都已经被晒得很热了,遮阳装置才刚刚撑开,实用效果较差。同时,如果停车的时候,轿车是位于树影下面或者背阴处时,如果太阳是斜射的,就会出现汽车的前窗有太阳照射,但是车顶的太阳能电池板却无法有效的工作。
四、吸盘内包括永磁铁,使用都在将整个遮阳装置取下时,需要徒手将永磁铁从车顶摘下来,需要很大的力气,而且容易破坏车顶的油漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、且可以自动伸缩的遮阳装置。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,包括遮阳罩、位于遮阳罩中心位置的气源和支承气源的底盘,
遮阳罩包括遮阳布和多条与遮阳布连接为一体并供气流通过的软质管路,管路可以设置为间隔设置且均指向气源,相邻管路之间呈夹角,通常相邻管路之间的夹角相等,管路的管壁上设有环形或者螺旋形加强筋,管路为能够伸缩的结构。
当加强筋为环形的时候,加强筋所在的平面垂直于管路的中轴线。
当加强筋为螺旋形的时候,加强筋是的方向是绕着管路的中轴线不断向前延伸的。
气源包括电源、电控阀单元、单向阀、电动泵、封闭气罐和多条导气管,电动泵用于抽真空和压缩空气,封闭气罐用于储存正压气体或者抽取空气后作为真空负压罐,电源与电动泵连接,电动泵与单向阀串接后通过导气管与电控阀单元并联,电控阀单元的一端与封闭气罐连通,电控阀单元的另一端与外部空气连通,单向阀仅允许气体单向流动,封闭气罐由多道导气管分别与多条管路连接。
其有益效果是,本发明电控阀单元来导入空气,然后通过电动泵将空气灌入到封闭气罐内,使得封闭气罐内的空气处于正压状态,从而产生正高压的空气。正高压的气体流向与封闭气罐连接在一起的管路内,各管路带动遮阳布支撑起来,并向四周延伸到需要遮阳的部分,即可以实现一次伸展操作。
当使用者需要将本发明收藏起来的时候,可以将电控阀单元调节 到相应的位置,然后通过电动泵将封闭气罐内的空气向外部抽排。这样遮阳罩和封闭气罐内的空气就会处于负压,即一种抽真空的状态。遮阳布与会随着被抽气的管路向中心位置的气源处收缩,直到被全部收拢于底盘中。整个遮阳装置的充气结构简单精炼,成本低廉,使用方便可靠。
而且,由于本发明是使用高压气体来实现整个遮阳罩的支撑,遮阳罩的强度可以得到有效保证。所以遮阳罩的范围可以做的非常大,同时稳定性非常强,不会随意的塌在汽车表面上,从而保证了遮阳的效果。
同时,本发明结构简单,制造方便。本发明仅需要一个电动泵、一个电控阀单元、一个封闭气罐和一个单向阀,就可以实现利用压缩空气充气的过程和利用抽真空吸气的过程。整个遮阳装置的充气系统非常简单,成本很低。
本发明当中,在管路上设置加强筋的目在于:在抽真空的过程当中,由于管路是软质的,管路沿长度方向的中间可能会先瘪下来,管路的内壁会粘结在一起,影响抽真空的进行。在管路的最前端可能还会遗留一些气体无法完全抽取出来,这样就会影响整个遮阳罩的收拢。在设置了加强筋后,可以对管路的在径向方向起到一个支撑作用,不会出现局部粘结在一起有现象,整个管路就可以完全的收缩起来,里面的空气可以全部被抽出,从而可以实现完全的抽真空操作。
在一些实施方式中,电控阀单元为二位四通阀,电动泵与单向阀串接后通过导气管与二位四通阀的第一端口和第二端口连接,单向阀仅允许气体从第二端口流向第一端口,二位四通阀的第三端口通过导气管与封闭气罐连接,二位四通阀的第四端口与外部空气连接。其有益效果是,通过一个二位四通阀就既可以实现充气操作,又可以实现排气抽真空操作。
在一些实施方式中,电控阀单元为并联在一起的第一两位三通阀和第二两位三通阀,第一两位三通阀与外部空气连通,第二两位三通阀与封闭气罐连通。其有益效果是,由于二位四通阀市场销售量较小,成本也相对较高,可以采用常见的两个两位三通阀来组合使用,也可以即实现充气操作,又可以实现排气抽真空操作。
在一些实施方式中,管路的直径沿背向气源的方向逐渐变小,管路整体呈一端大一端小的锥形结构。其有益效果是,管路的直径逐渐变小,使得管路整体类似于收缩天线的结构,当管路充入高压气体的 时候,管路可以迅速的膨胀,实现一个伸展操作。当管路内的气体被抽走,呈现一个真空状态的时候,由于管路内部是一个负压,管路会迅速的收缩在一起,从而方便使用者对整个遮阳装置进行收取。
在一些实施方式中,遮阳布为双层结构,遮阳布的内部设有空腔,空腔与管路之间相互连通。其有益效果是,高压气体可以通过管路再扩散到遮阳布内的空腔内,从而将整个遮阳布迅速的支撑起来,从而实现一个较大范围的遮阳区域。
在一些实施方式中,遮阳布的表面设有褶皱,褶皱与环状加强筋的位置相对应,遮阳布为抗辐射的轻质软性材料。其有益效果是,使得遮阳布可以随时管路的收缩而收缩,而且收缩的路径也会基本相同,便于遮阳布的收取。
在一些实施方式中,底盘为真空吸盘或者底部装有电磁铁的软质盘或者底部装有防滑垫的盘体。其有益效果是,电磁铁只有在通电的情况下才是有磁性的,如果断电其磁性会马上消失,这样就很容易将底盘从汽车顶部取下来,不需要很大的力气,而且不会破坏汽车顶部的油漆。
由于汽车的顶部通常都比较光滑,所以非常适合使用真空吸盘,而且真空吸盘对于汽车顶部的损伤特别小,不会破坏汽车顶部的油漆。
也可以使用硅胶材质的防滑垫,由于硅胶具有开放式的多孔结构,其吸附力强,采用装有防滑垫的盘体就可以防止整个遮阳装置从汽车顶部滑落下来。可以在汽车的顶部实现良好的固定。
在一些实施方式中,本发明还包括盖帽,盖帽的内部为一个容置空间,容置空间与收缩后的遮阳罩相吻合,盖帽的一侧延伸出有与底盘底部相平行的把手。其有益效果是,通过盖帽可以很好的把气源部分罩起来,起到一个有效的保护作用。同时,使用者可以通过延伸出来的这个把手,很方便的将整个遮阳装置放置到汽车顶部的中间位置,尤其适用于身高较矮的使用者。
在一些实施方式中,盖帽的四周边缘处设有多个锁扣,底盘的四周边缘设有与锁扣相对应的扣环,锁扣与扣环能够实现锁合。其有益效果是,方便实施盖帽与底盘之间的相互固定。
在一些实施方式中,气源的顶部设有弹簧,弹簧的长度大于盖帽锁合时盖帽与气源之间的距离。其有益效果是,锁扣可以做成弯钩的形状,扣环可以做成圆形的,将锁扣的弯钩部分钩住圆形的扣环,同 时弹簧会到压缩产生一个弹力,将盖帽向上顶起,从而锁扣与扣环可以牢牢的相互扣住,不会产生松动。
在一些实施方式中,气源上设有控制模块,控制模块上设有接收单元,接收单元可以接收配对的遥控器发出的控制信息,控制模块根据接收单元收到的控制信息来控制电源和电控阀单元的工作,把手上设有开关按键,开关按键与控制模块信号连接。其有益效果是,可以通过相应的遥控器向控制模块的接收单元来发送相应的控制信息,从而实现遥控操作,可以更好的方便使用者的使用。同时,把手上的开关按键仅用于向控制模块传送充气指令,不能传送抽真空指令。抽真空指令仅能通过遥控器来进行发送。主要原因是防止他人通过按压开关按键进行抽真空操作,防止他人在遮阳布收卷后将整个遮阳装置盗走。
同时,可以在控制模块当中设置好相应的控制程序,保证在充气的过程中,可以对整个充气过程的时间进行限制,防止因为充气过量而将遮阳罩胀破。或者也可以在遮阳罩的内部设置一个压力感应器,当遮阳罩内部的压力超过一个限定值时,压力感应器即可以向控制模块当中发送一个信息,并由控制模块来控制电动泵停止进行充气操作。
在一些实施方式中,电源为蓄电池。其有益效果是,电源可以接引汽车本身的电源,也可以使用自身配带的蓄电池。使用蓄电池后,本发明的遮阳装置使用范围就更将广泛了。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1至图11对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
图1至图11示意性地显示了根据本发明的一种实施方式的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,如图1所示,利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,包括遮阳罩100、位于遮阳罩100中心位置的气源200和支承气源200的底盘300。
如图2和图3所示,遮阳罩100包括一块遮阳布101和多条与遮阳布101连接为一体并供气流通过的软质管路102,管路102的材质可以选用塑料薄膜材质,所以管路102在没有充气的情况下,是能够沿长度方向收缩的结构。管路102间隔设置且均指向气源200,相邻管路102之间的夹角相等,管路102的管壁上固定连接有环形或者螺旋形加强筋103,其中加强筋103的材质相对于管路102而言,其硬度要大一些,但是加强筋103本身还是具有一定弹性的材料,例如可以选用高分子材料,例如热塑性橡胶材质。管路102为能够伸缩的结构。其中,加强筋103可以位于管路102的内侧管壁上,也可以位于管路102的外侧管壁上,通过加强筋103可以对管路102起到支撑作用。但是通常以位于管路102的内侧管壁上为优,因为在在管路102收缩的时候,如果加强筋103位于管路102内部,呈收缩状态的管路102产生的聚拢力是使得管路102是紧贴在加强筋103上的,不会产生管路102与加强筋103相互脱离的情况,可以保证整个遮阳罩100的结构较为坚固。其中,加强筋103的形状可以是环形的也可以是螺旋形的。如图2所示,如果为环形加强筋103,其结构稳定性更加一 些,但是加工会稍复杂。如图3所示,如果为螺旋状加强筋103,螺旋状的加强筋103整体为一体式的结构,加工会更方便。
当加强筋103为环形的时候,加强筋所在的平面垂直于管路102的中轴线。
当加强筋103为螺旋形的时候,加强筋是的方向是绕着管路102的中轴线不断向前延伸的。

如图8至图11所示,气源200包括电源201、电控阀单元、单向阀203、电动泵204、封闭气罐205和多条导气管206,本发明中的电源201可以采用蓄电池或者直接接引汽车内的电源201,电动泵204用于抽真空和压缩空气,封闭气罐205用于储存正压气体或者抽取空气后作为真空负压罐,电源201与电动泵204连接,电动泵204与单向阀203串接后通过导气管206与电控阀单元并联,电控阀单元的一端与封闭气罐205连通,电控阀单元的另一端与外部空气连通,单向阀203仅允许气体单向流动,以如图8至图9所示的实施方式为例,其中单向阀203仅允许气体从右往左单向流动。以图10至图11所示的实施方式为例,其中单向阀203仅请允许气体从上往下单向流动。封闭气罐205由多道导气管206分别与多条管路102连接。
其有益效果是,本发明电控阀单元来导入空气,然后通过电动泵204将空气灌入到封闭气罐205内,使得封闭气罐205内的空气处于正压状态,从而产生正高压的空气。正高压的气体流向与封闭气罐205连接在一起的管路102内,各管路102带动遮阳布101支撑起来,并向四周延伸到需要遮阳的部分,即可以实现一次伸展操作。

同时,本发明结构简单,制造方便。本发明仅需要一个电动泵204、一个电控阀单元、一个封闭气罐205和一个单向阀203,就可以实现利用压缩空气充气的过程和利用抽真空吸气的过程。整个遮阳装置的充气系统非常简单,成本很低。
如图8和图9所示,本发明的电控阀单元为二位四通阀2021,电动泵204与单向阀203串接后通过导气管206与二位四通阀2021的第一端口2021a和第二端口2021b连接,单向阀203仅允许气体从第二端口2021b流向第一端口2021a,二位四通阀2021的第三端口2021c通过导气管206与封闭气罐205连接,二位四通阀2021的第四端口2021d与外部空气连接。通过一个二位四通阀2021就既可以实现充气操作,又可以实现排气抽真空操作。
但是,由于二位四通阀2021市场销售量较小,成本也相对较高,可以采用常见的两个两位三通阀来组合使用,也可以即实现充气操作,又可以实现排气抽真空操作。如图10和图11所示,电控阀单元为并联在一起的第一两位三通阀2022和第二两位三通阀2023,第一两位三通阀2022与外部空气连通,第二两位三通阀2023与封闭气罐205连通。
其中,第一两位三通阀2022的和第二两位三通阀2023的具体连接关系为:第一两位三通阀2022的端口2022a与电动泵204及第二两位三通阀2023的端口2023a连通,第一两位三通阀2022的端口2022b与单向阀203及第二两位三通阀2023的端口2023b连通,第一两位三通阀2022的端口2022c常开且与外部连通。第二两位三通阀2023的端口2023c常开且与封闭气罐205连通。
如图2和图3所示,为了使得管路102的支撑效果更好,且可以实现收缩功能,管路102的直径沿背向气源200的方向逐渐变小,管路102整体呈一端大一端小的锥形结构。管路102的直径逐渐变小,使得管路102整体类似于收缩天线的结构,当管路102充入高压气体 的时候,管路102可以迅速的膨胀,实现一个伸展操作。当管路102内的气体被抽走,呈现一个真空状态的时候,由于管路102内部是一个负压,管路102会迅速的收缩在一起,从而方便使用者对整个遮阳装置进行收取。
如图4为了实现更好的支撑效果,遮阳布101为双层结构,遮阳布101的内部设有空腔104,空腔104与管路102之间相互连通。高压气体可以通过管路102再扩散到遮阳布101内的空腔104内,从而将整个遮阳布101迅速的支撑起来,从而实现一个较大范围的遮阳区域。如图5所示,遮阳布101也可以为单层结构,直接包裹在管路102的外壁上。
通常,遮阳布101的表面设有褶皱(图中未示出),褶皱与环状加强筋103的位置相对应,本文所述的对应即在遮阳布101的某一个表面而言,加强筋103之间是有距离的,然后遮阳布101表面的褶皱也是需要有间隔的,且褶皱之间的间隔与加强筋103之间的间隔相等,这样遮阳布101才可以随着管路102的收缩而收缩,并且可以收缩的较为平整。遮阳布101为抗辐射的轻质软性材料。使得遮阳布101可以随时管路102的收缩而收缩,而且收缩的路径也会基本相同,便于遮阳布101的收取。
本发明当中的底盘300可以采用真空吸盘或者底部装有电磁铁的软质盘或者底部装有防滑垫的盘体中的任意一种。其中,电磁铁只有在通电的情况下才是有磁性的,如果断电其磁性会马上消失,这样就很容易将底盘300从汽车顶部取下来,不需要很大的力气,而且不会破坏汽车顶部的油漆。
由于汽车的顶部通常都比较光滑,所以也非常适合使用真空吸盘,而且真空吸盘对于汽车顶部的损伤特别小,不会破坏汽车顶部的油漆。
也可以使用硅胶材质的防滑垫,由于硅胶具有开放式的多孔结构,其吸附力强,采用装有防滑垫的盘体就可以防止整个遮阳装置从汽车顶部滑落下来。可以在汽车的顶部实现良好的固定。
如图6所示,为了更好的保护本遮阳装置,本发明还包括盖帽400,在本遮阳装置充气伸展开来之前,盖帽400需要先拿掉。在盖帽400的内部为一个容置空间,容置空间与收缩后的遮阳罩100相吻合,盖帽400的一侧延伸出有与底盘300底部相平行的把手401。其有益效果是,通过盖帽400可以很好的把气源200部分罩起来,起到 一个有效的保护作用。同时,使用者可以通过延伸出来的这个把手401,很方便的将整个遮阳装置放置到汽车顶部的中间位置,尤其适用于身高较矮的使用者。
通常在盖帽400的四周边缘处设有多个锁扣402,底盘300的四周边缘设有与锁扣402相对应的扣环301,锁扣402与扣环301能够实现锁合。方便实施盖帽400与底盘300之间的相互固定。在气源的顶部设有弹簧403,弹簧403的长度大于盖帽400锁合时盖帽400与气源200之间的距离。锁扣402可以做弯钩的形状,扣环301可以做成圆形的,将锁扣402的弯钩部分钩住圆形的扣环301,同时弹簧403会到压缩产生一个弹力,将盖帽400向上顶起,从而锁扣402与扣环301可以牢牢的相互扣住,不会产生松动。同时,弹簧403位于气源的顶部,就不会阻碍到遮阳布的伸展和收拢了。
如图7所示,在一些实施方式中,气源200上设有控制模块500,控制模块500上设有接收单元501,接收单元501可以接收配对的遥控器600发出的控制信息,控制模块500根据接收单元501收到的控制信息来控制电源201和电控阀单元的工作,把手401上设有开关按键404,开关按键404与控制模块500信号连接。可以通过相应的遥控器600向控制模块500的接收单元501来发送相应的控制信息,从而实现遥控操作,可以更好的方便使用者的使用。同时,把手401上的开关按键404仅用于向控制模块500传送充气指令,不能传送抽真空指令。抽真空指令仅能通过遥控器600来进行发送。主要原因是防止他人通过按压开关按键404进行抽真空操作,防止他人在遮阳布101收卷后将整个遮阳装置盗走。
同时,可以在控制模块500当中设置好相应的控制程序,保证在充气的过程中,可以对整个充气过程的时间进行限制,防止因为充气过量而将遮阳罩100胀破。或者也可以在遮阳罩100的内部设置一个压力感应器,当遮阳罩100内部的压力超过一个限定值时,压力感应器即可以向控制模块500当中发送一个信息,并由控制模块500来控制电动泵204停止进行充气操作。
当电控阀单元为一个二位四通阀2021时,本发明的工作原理是:
遮阳装置充气伸展时的工作原理,如图8所示,在二位四通阀2021的内部,第一端口2021a与第三端口2021c内部连通,第二端口2021b和第四端口2021d内部连通,使用者通过按键开关或者遥控器600向控制模块500发送充气指令,电源201接通并带动电动泵 204开始工作,外部的空气通过第四端口2021d进入到二位四通阀2021内,然后空气再通过与第四端口2021d相互连通的第二端口2021b排出,空气再通过导气管206进入到电动泵204内,电动泵204排出的气体会通过单向阀203进入到二位四通阀2021的第一端口2021a,然后空气再通过与第一端口2021a相互连通的第三端口2021c排出并进入到封闭气罐205内。由于单向阀203是只能单向通气的,所以封闭气罐205内的气体压力会越来越高,形成正压,最终形成高压气体将对遮阳罩100的管路102和遮阳布101进行充气,形成一个伸展的遮阳装置,整个遮阳装置在伸展的过程当中,会延伸到需遮阳的轿车的对应位置。
遮阳装置在抽真空收缩时的工作原理,如图9所示,使用者通过遥控器600向控制模块500发送吸气指令,控制模块500收到吸气指令后,会控制改变二位四通阀2021内部四个端口的连通关系。改变后连通关系为:第一端口2021a与第四端口2021d连通,第二端口2021b与第三端口2021c连通。连通关系改变后,控制模块500发出指令,电动泵204开始工作,遮阳罩100内的气体会通过封闭气罐205传到第三端口2021c处进入到二位四通阀2021内,然后空气再通过与第三端口2021c相互连通的第二端口2021b排出,空气再通过导气管206进入到电动泵204内,电动泵204排出的气体会通过单向阀203进入到二位四通阀2021的第一端口2021a,然后空气再通过与第一端口2021a相互连通的第四端口2021d最终排出。由于单向阀203是只能单向通气的,所以遮阳罩100内的气体会越来越少,所以遮阳罩100内的管路102由于负压从而收缩,实现遮阳装置的自动收缩。
当电控阀单元为两个并联的两位三通阀时,本发明的工作原理是:
遮阳装置充气伸展时的工作原理,如图10所示,第一两位三通阀2022的端口2022a开启,端口2022b关闭,端口2022c常开且与外部连通。第二两位三通阀2023的端口2023b开启,端口2023a关闭,端口2023c常开且与封闭气罐205连通。使用者通过按键开关或者遥控器600向控制模块500发送充气指令,电源201接通并带动电动泵204开始工作,外部的空气通过端口2022c进入到第一两位三通阀2022内,然后空气再通过端口2022a排出,空气再通过导气管206进入到电动泵204内,电动泵204排出的气体会通过单向阀203进入 到第二两位三通阀2023的端口2023b,然后空气再通过第二两位三通阀2023的端口2023c排出并进入到封闭气罐205内。由于单向阀203是只能单向通气的,所以封闭气罐205内的气体压力会越来越高,最终形成高压气体将对遮阳罩100的管路102和遮阳布101进行充气,形成一个伸展的遮阳装置,整个遮阳装置在伸展的过程当中,会延伸到需遮阳的轿车的对应位置。
遮阳装置在抽真空收缩时的工作原理,如图11所示,使用者通过遥控器600向控制模块500发送吸气指令,控制模块500收到吸气指令后,会控制改变第一两位三通阀2022和第二两位三通阀2023内部端口的连通关系。改变后连通关系为:第一两位三通阀2022的端口2022a关闭,端口2022b开启,端口2022c常开且与外部连通。第二两位三通阀2023的端口2023b关闭,端口2023a开启,端口2023c常开且与封闭气罐205连通。连通关系改变后,控制模块500发出指令,电动泵204开始工作,遮阳罩100内的气体会通过封闭气罐205传到端口2023c处并进入到第二两位三通阀2023内,然后空气再通过端口2023a排出,空气再通过导气管206进入到电动泵204内,电动泵204排出的气体会通过单向阀203进入到第一两位三通阀2022的端口2022b,然后空气再通过端口2022c最终排出。由于单向阀203是只能单向通气的,所以遮阳罩100内的气体会越来越少,所以遮阳罩100内的管路102由于负压从而收缩,实现遮阳装置的自动收缩。
以上的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,其特征在于,包括遮阳罩(100)、位于遮阳罩(100)中心位置的气源(200)和支承所述气源(200)的底盘(300),
    所述遮阳罩(100)包括遮阳布(101)和多条与遮阳布(101)连接为一体并供气流通过的软质管路(102),所述管路(102)均指向气源(200),相邻管路(102)之间呈夹角,所述管路(102)的管壁上设有环形或者螺旋形加强筋(103),所述管路(102)能够伸缩;
    所述气源(200)包括电源(201)、电控阀单元、单向阀(203)、电动泵(204)、封闭气罐(205)和多条导气管(206),所述电动泵(204)用于抽真空和压缩空气,所述封闭气罐(205)用于储存正压气体或者抽取空气后作为真空负压罐,所述电源(201)与所述电动泵(204)连接,所述电动泵(204)与单向阀(203)串接后通过导气管(206)与电控阀单元并联,所述电控阀单元的一端与封闭气罐(205)连通,电控阀单元的另一端与外部空气连通,所述单向阀(203)仅允许气体单向流动,所述封闭气罐(205)由多道导气管(206)分别与多条所述管路(102)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述电控阀单元为二位四通阀(2021),电动泵(204)与单向阀(203)串接后通过导气管(206)与二位四通阀(2021)的第一端口(2021a)和第二端口(2021b)连接,单向阀(203)仅允许气体从第二端口(2021b)流向第一端口(2021a),二位四通阀(2021)的第三端口(2021c)通过导气管(206)与封闭气罐(205)连接,二位四通阀(2021)的第四端口(2021d)与外部空气连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述电控阀单元为并联在一起的第一两位三通阀(2022)和第二两位三通阀(2023),所述第一两位三通阀(2022)与外部空气连通,所述第二两位三通阀(2023)与封闭气罐(205)连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述管路(102)的直径沿背向所 述气源(200)的方向逐渐变小,管路(102)整体呈一端大一端小的锥形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述遮阳布(101)为双层结构,所述遮阳布(101)的内部设有空腔(104),所述空腔(104)与所述管路(102)之间相互连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述遮阳布(101)的表面设有褶皱,所述褶皱与所述环状加强筋(103)的位置相对应,所述遮阳布(101)为抗辐射的轻质软性材料。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述底盘(300)为真空吸盘或者底部装有电磁铁的软质盘或者底部装有防滑垫的盘体。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,其特征在于,还包括盖帽(400),所述盖帽(400)的内部为一个容置空间,所述容置空间与收缩后的遮阳罩(100)相吻合,所述盖帽(400)的一侧延伸出有与所述底盘(300)底部相平行的把手(401)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述盖帽(400)的四周边缘处设有多个锁扣(402),所述底盘(300)的四周边缘设有与所述锁扣(402)相对应的扣环(301),所述锁扣(402)与所述扣环(301)能够实现锁合,所述气源(200)的顶部设有弹簧(403),所述弹簧(403)的长度大于盖帽(400)锁合时盖帽(400)与气源(200)之间的距离。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的利用空气正、负压来自动伸缩的遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述气源(200)上设有控制模块(500),所述控制模块(500)上设有接收单元(501),所述接收单元(501)可以接收配对的遥控器发出的控制信息,控制模块(500)根据接收单元(501)收到的控制信息来控制电源(201)和电控阀单元的工作,所述把手(401)上设有开关按键(404),所述开关按键(404)与所述控制模块(500)信号连接。
